Business ethics play an important role in creating and maintaining a healthy work culture in a company. PT Link Net Tbk is a company that operates based on the principles of business ethics. This research discusses how the application of business ethics principles can influence a company's internal dynamics. The Research was conducted through direct observation. Research shows that business ethics have become the basis for internal policies, decision-making, and management-employee relations. Researchers took two divisions as samples for comparison, namely the construction division and the marketing division. There are differences between the two divisions in maintaining the work environment. Considering that the marketing division has tighter competition between sales some business ethics are not paid attention to, which causes frequent conflicts in the work environment. The results of this research indicate that ethical business practices are critical to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment, which will ultimately support the company's long-term success.

This research aims to determine the role of civics teachers in improving the discipline of class X students at SMA St. Maria Rubit and to find out the teacher's efforts as well as the form or model of teacher example regarding student discipline. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were the Principal, Citizenship Education Teacher, and Class Teacher at St. Mary's High School. Maria Rubit. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the research show that: The role of civics teachers is very important in improving student discipline at St. Maria Rubit, In accordance with existing school regulations, the aim is to apply discipline so that students can be time disciplined, be on time for school, be disciplined in dressing, be disciplined in attitude and be disciplined in completing assignments. In improving student discipline at school, I give constructive sanctions to students, all school members must comply with school regulations and work together with all school members to improve student discipline. Student discipline at St. Maria Rubit still lacks discipline, because there are still students who do not follow the rules set by the school, for example; time discipline, discipline in dressing and discipline in speaking. Exemplary efforts/forms made by teachers in upholding student discipline are by providing guidance and socializing the importance of discipline. The efforts made by teachers are by providing good examples for students.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Tax Planning, Profitability, Company Size on Earnings Management in property, real estate, and building construction sector companies in Indonesia Period 2016 -2021.This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 65 companies in the property, real estate and building construction sectors that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 9 companies in the property, real estate and building construction sectors. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews version 12 software. In this study the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable Earnings Management and namely tax planning (X1), profitability (X2) and company size (X3) as well as moderating variables. The results showed that tax planning and profitability had no effect on earnings management, while profitability and company size had a positive effect on earnings management.

The development of welding technology in this era took place rapidly, especially in the sector of new ship building and ship construction repair. Incorrect welding activities often cause delays which cause costs, time and consumables losses. In order to develop the speed and efficiency of the welding work, it is mandatory to determine a welding method that is suitable for the site conditions. This study provides a choice of three welding methods consisting of the SMAW and FCAW welding methods based on their strength and economic value. To strengthen the results of welding can be tested with a destructive test consisting of a tensile test, bending test and impact test. Next, the calculation of the welding cost per kg, welding speed per meter and electrode consumption is carried out to find out the difference in the economic value of all the welding materials. When tested, it was found that there was no difference in tensile strength between SMAW and FCAW. Welding method, maximum 1%, but SMAW welding method has 4% better yield strength than FCAW welding method. The ductility value of the FCAW welding method is 34% better than the SMAW welding method. The FCAW welding method has 67% better economic value when compared to the SMAW welding method. The FCAW welding method has a speed of 72% better than the SMAW welding method, and the FCAW welding method is 50% more efficient than the SMAW welding method.

The analysis also shows that acceptance of religious differences, open communication and constructive conflict management are key aspects to building healthy relationships. The results of this study provide valuable insights for couples across religious organizations, family guidance practitioners, and religious community leaders to understand the dynamics of such marriages and strengthen efforts to support family well-being within the framework of religious diversity.

This study aims to obtain a constructivism-based e-module that is valid, practical, and effective, so that it can assist students in understanding the material for a two-variable linear equation system. The research instruments used were lesson plans, material validation sheets and e-module media, learning outcomes tests, and student and teacher response questionnaire sheets. After all instruments, lesson plans, and e-modules were declared valid by the validator, then readability tests and field trials were carried out. The results showed that: (1) the developed E-Module had met the validity values, namely (3.37 and 3.25) with a very feasible category; (2) The developed E-Module has met the practical value (79.75% and 90.5%) with very practical category; (3) The developed E-Module meets the effective criteria with the completeness of student learning outcomes that meet the criteria, namely 85% of students have obtained a score of 75 and the achievement of each indicator/learning objective is more than 65% of the total students.

This study aims to develop an Android-based educational game that focuses on learning about fasting. This game is designed to provide a fun, exciting and educational interactive experience for users, especially children aged 6-12 years who want to learn about fasting in the month of Ramadan. The method used in developing this game is the Design Thinking method, which involves five stages of the process, namely (emphasize) understanding, (define) definition, (ideate) idea, (prototype) prototype and, (test) testing. In research and data collection, the authors used questionnaires, and observations as primary data, and secondary data including literature and internet reviews. Making educational games is developed using the game engine Construct 2. The games developed are only limited to prototypes so that more implementation and application is needed, therefore further research is still needed to perfect this Ramadan Adventure game. The results of this study are expected to make a positive contribution in the development of educational games that are useful for learning about fasting. This game can be used as an interesting and interactive educational tool to help users better understand and practice fasting. In addition, this research also has the potential to become a foundation for the development of other Android-based educational games that focus on religious and cultural learning.

Mathematics is a scientific field that investigates formless structures and forms of interaction within them. Mathematical interaction is a powerful tool used to express mathematical opinions verbally or in writing. The Think-Talk-Write (TTW) learning approach is designed to facilitate the construction, reflection, and organization of new mathematical views. This study aims to explore the efficacy of using TTW learning examples as a tactic to enhance the quality of students' mathematical communication, and to assess the impact of this approach. In order to achieve these goals, researchers used classroom action research in two stages of testing. The study involved 21 students in grade VIII at SMP Parulian 1 Medan. The initial ability test revealed that the students' mathematical communication ability scores were 34.2%. After conducting test activities in cycle I, the average mathematical communication ability of students rose to 36.8%. In the second cycle (II), the percentage result increased to 88%. The results of the research demonstrate that students in Class VIII at SMP Parulian 1 Medan experience a significant improvement in their mathematical communication skills through learning via the Think-Talk-Write model. We can conclude that this approach is an effective way to enhance students' mathematical communication skills.

This research is qualitative in nature, based on safety representative as the primary research data prior to conducting the Fire Risk Assessment which focuses on all rooms in the temporary buildings of construction service companies. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting a fire risk assessment in accordance with NFPA 551 of 2019 to determine the value of fire risk and Fire Extinguishers planning will be carried out based on Permenakertrans No. 04 of 1980. The results of the risk assessment carried out showed that the fire rate in 12 rooms in the temporary building had a moderate risk level and the other 2 rooms had a low risk level. For the application of Fire Extinguishers to the entire temporary building area, 5 Fire Extinguishers are needed with 4 Fire Extinguishers of the Dry Chemical Powder type and 1 Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh partisipasi pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja organisasi yang dimediasi oleh komitmen kerja membangun perusahaan percetakan dan penerbitan kota semarang, provinsi jawa tengah, Indonesia. Berdasarkan tujuan utama penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan deskriptif korelatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan yang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan penerbitan di kota semarang yang mempunyai kantor cabang sebagai distributor di bagian penjualan. Jumlah pegawai di kantor pusat dan cabang sebanyak 1.260 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 200 orang, dengan teknik probabilitas sampling. Model kerangka teori yang dibuat menunjukkan adanya variabel intervening yang berfungsi untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), dengan menggunakan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, komitmen organisasi dan individu mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. The main purpose of this research is to study the impact of participation on decision-making towards organizational performance mediated by workplace commitment to construct a printing and publishing company in Semarang City, province of central Java, Indonesia. Based on the main purpose this research is an applied research descriptive correlative based on data collected which had been done in 2021. The research population consists of employees who work in publishing companies in the city of Semarang which have branch offices as distributors in sales. The number of employees at the head office and branches is 1,260 people. The number of samples taken was as many as 200 people, with a probability sampling technique. The theoretical frame model that has been made shows the existence of intervening variables, those to test the hypothesis which is already proposed. Hypothesis testing is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The result of hypothesis examination shows that participation in decision-making, and organizational and individual commitment have a significant positive influence on organizational performance.

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Pasar Raya Village, which is surrounded by beautiful mangrove forests, has taken the initiative to develop mangrove ecotourism and turn it into a "Mangrove Tourism Village." This study aims to design a comprehensive, sustainable, and attractive mangrove ecotourism planning in Pasar Raya Village. The study involved an in-depth analysis of the mangrove ecotourism potential, including the natural wealth, biodiversity, and environmental uniqueness of Pasar Raya Village. In addition, the involvement of local communities and stakeholders became an integral part of this planning. the construction of trails, jetties, and guided paths to allow visitors to explore the mangrove forest safely and comfortably. The outcome of this planning is the transformation of Pasar Raya Village into a sustainable mangrove ecotourism destination, which not only provides an exceptional experience for visitors but also empowers the local community and safeguards the important mangrove ecosystem. The success of this project depends on close collaboration between the government, community and private sector in a joint effort to maintain the natural beauty and biodiversity of Pasar Raya Village.

The majority of road construction in Indonesia uses flexible pavement, namely Asphalt Concrete (AC). Therefore, to meet the need for asphalt, Asbuton was carried out. This research aims to determine the effect of Asbuton content, mixing temperature, and compaction temperature on the workability index value. Therefore, research was carried out regarding the workability of the AC-WC mixture with Asbuton B 50/30 The preparation of test objects was carried out using the dry mixing method. The Asbuton content used was 10% and 15% and the mixing temperature was varied, namely 160⁰ C, 170⁰ C, 180⁰ C 190⁰ C, and 200⁰ C and the compaction temperature was 110⁰ C, 120⁰ C, 130⁰ C, 140⁰ C, and 150⁰ C at the level optimum asphalt. Then, the data obtained is processed using a statistical approach. The research results showed that the AC-WC mixture with 10% Asbuton content and varying mixing and compaction temperatures had a workability index value from 2.9890 to 5.7737. Meanwhile, the AC-WC mixture with 15% Asbuton content and varying mixing and compaction temperatures has a workability index value ranging from 3.3252 to 6.9845. This shows that variations in Asbuton content, mixing temperature and compaction temperature influence the workability index value of the AC-WC mixture.

This company is the same as others, namely buying and selling shares at competitive prices per share. This share buying and selling activity can be dominated by price seasonality criteria when the price of each share rises or falls. Of all types of shares, Property Companies both have low and high return risks. Therefore, risks in the capital market can be predicted using the criteria of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share. The research was carried out quantitatively by processing secondary data in the form of company financial reports. The research object was property companies registered on the IDX which were then sampled using probability sampling so that 13 companies were found as samples with a research period of 3 years. The method used is Panel Data Regression analysis. The results obtained are partial return on assets, return on equity has a significant positive effect on share prices and earnings per share has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share have a positive and significant influence on share prices. The results of the R square test explain that the independent variable is able to explain 84.4% of the variables studied

One of them is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia, namely PT Hutama Karya which is engaged in construction, as well as property and infrastructure development. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of PT Hutama Karya's financial performance as measured using a liquidity ratio based on data, information, and records from the financial statements of PT Hutama Karya in 2020 to 2022. The results of the study show that PT Hutama Karya's financial performance in 2020 to 2022 can be said to be quite good because the company is able to pay its short-term debt. This is because the company's current assets are managed properly by the company's financial management which makes it increase significantly and there is a decrease in its current debt.
