This research examines the lobbying and negotiation strategies in building trust in Hydro Coco's sponsorship as an isotonic drink. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study approach. The findings showed that Hydro Coco implemented marketing strategies through proper segmentation, targeting, and positioning. The performance strategy was applied by sending creative proposals to the event organizers, while negotiations focused on unveiling the logo and product sections at the event. Hydro Coco also used various promotional tactics such as offering free samples, product bonuses, price discounts, personal selling, and direct marketing. This study concludes that effective lobbying and negotiation strategies can increase sponsorship trust and increase consumer loyalty to Hydro Coco products.

Bonus demografi adalah kondisi di mana jumlah penduduk usia produktif lebih besar dibandingkan dengan penduduk yang sudah tidak produktif (kurang dari 14 tahun dan di atas 64 tahun). Bonus demografi memberikan kesempatan untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, pemanfaatan bonus demografi memerlukan kualitas pendidikan dan kesehatan yang baik, ketersediaan lapangan kerja, serta konsistensi. Tujuannya peneloitian ini, dapat melihat bagaimana bonus demografi pada sistem kesehatan dan bagaiamana pengoptimalan peluang serta tantangannya. Dengan  metode Literature review dengan melakukan penelusuran artikel dengan kata kunci yang telah di tetapkan. Optimalisasi bonus demografi penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat dengan SDM berkualitas dan lapangan kerja yang layak. Meskipun memberi peluang ekonomi, tidak dioptimalkan bisa jadi ancaman. Program seperti penanaman karakter hidup bersih dan posyandu remaja mendukung upaya pengoptimalkan bonus demografi. Tantangan sistem kesehatan termasuk lapangan kerja terbatas, tingginya pengangguran, dan IPM rendah yang berkontribusi pada stunting. Strategi yang dibutuhkan meliputi kebijakan kesehatan untuk bayi, wanita, anak, dan pekerja serta perluasan akses layanan kesehatan dan kontrasepsi.

The importance of taxes in economic development for developing countries, with a focus on tax avoidance as the main obstacle in achieving optimal tax revenues. The aim of this research is to review the influence of bonus mechanisms and tunneling incentives on tax avoidance in companies. This research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze journals and articles published between 2017 and 2024, with a focus on the themes of tax, tunneling incentives, bonus mechanisms and tax avoidance. Of the 59 articles that have been selected, only 57 articles are used as research sources in this journal. The development of the number of publications related to the influence of bonus and tunneling incentive mechanisms on Tax Avoidance is still fluctuating from 2017 - 2024. It can be concluded that bonus mechanisms and tunneling incentives have different roles in influencing tax avoidance. various research sources: incentive tunneling variables can reduce tax avoidance, while bonus mechanism variables can increase tax avoidance. Tax evasion is a complex problem that requires clear consideration and law enforcement by the government and business world to ensure legal and fair tax payment practices.

Mobile applications for dating or dating-apps are one of plenty alternatives to increase the probability of matching between men and women.  Recent numerous data showed that there are temporary slowdown for marriages.  If these things continue in several years ahead, it might decreasing the chance of the country to maintain the demographics bonuses as one of country wellknown competitive advantages.  However, the usage of dating-apps to enhance the chance of matching still unfamiliar within several people in this country.  The research objective is to enhance the dating apps performance through its management.  The research is using literature study as the main method.  The findings show several ways to develop the dating apps performances and these include the addition of new crowdsourcing method, new product features, the product safety enhancer and the market development.  This three findings might implied the dating apps manager should review and evaluate their apps periodically to maintain their beneficiaries.

This study aims to project the number and pyramid of population and employment conditions of Kupang City in facing the demographic bonus in 2025-2030. Population projection is done using the spectrum application and employment conditions are seen based on the availability and absorption of labor. The results showed that there was an increase in population in Kupang during 2025-2030 with a stationary population pyramid.  The demographic bonus experienced by Kupang City has an impact on existing labor conditions, namely the availability of a potential workforce. However, unemployment remains a concern for the Kupang government. The existing business sectors in Kupang City in 2025-2030 are not able to keep up with the availability of labor, leading to high unemployment in 2025-2030.

Price is very important in marketing strategy because it interacts with all other aspects to determine the overall effectiveness of the strategy. Pricing objectives should be aligned with overall marketing objectives. The aim of this research is to find out the pricing strategy used by one of the Hannochs distributors in Tembung in facing competition between other distributors. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique used to obtain data in this research was an interview with one of the Hannochs distributors and also using literature study techniques. Based on the results of interviews, Hannochs distributors in Temhung face competition by setting prices based on comparisons with other stores, providing bonuses, and using discount strategies to attract customers. They also make price changes to maintain consumer appeal even though the profits taken are lower. This strategy is successful in increasing customer loyalty because prices are cheaper than competitors.

Indonesia is currently in a demographic bonus until 2035. Where the productive age shows that the number of young people in the age range of 15-29 in 2022 reaches 24.3 percent and this is the basic capital in development. There are several countries that have successfully managed the demographic bonus and become developed countries such as Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore. Based on modernization theory that economic development will affect the value system of society that leads to gender equality. The Demographic Bonus is a golden opportunity for a nation if utilized properly. But the question is whether Indonesia is ready to seize the opportunity. The purpose of this paper is how to reveal facts, phenomena, variables. The research method uses a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative analysis method based on literature review. The results of the study are that there are several reasons that encourage someone to migrate with economic, family, education and work motives. Currently, Indonesia faces challenges in human development. The arrival of young migrants will lead to population growth and human resource development. The decision to migrate between men and women has different driving and pulling factors, women's participation to migrate where women's labor force participation is only 53.41 percent compared to men's 83.87 percent.

Intensive compensation for employees is an achievement that is in conflict with the use of energy or compensation for services performed by the workforce. By paying employees, they will gain financial and non-financial benefits, compensation will encourage employees to analyze their work well so that their skills improve. The higher the salary a company offers its employees, the greater the employee's efforts to improve their performance. Compensation is an important thing that companies must provide fairly to their employees, both financial and non-financial. Employees need to be given compensation such as bonuses, allowances, a comfortable working environment, and work that can demonstrate their abilities so that the employee can provide the best results for the company. One of the aims of this research is to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance. Economic growth is an indicator of development success. Therefore, the higher the economic growth, the higher the welfare of the community. The success or failure of regional development depends on several indicators, including economic growth which reflects the growth of regional gross domestic product (GDP). In this research, we will examine the influence of the demographic bonus and Open Unemployment Rate on Economic Growth for the 2014-2023 Period. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from a second source during the period 2014 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is time series data, namely time series data. Based on the research results, it shows that the independent variables influence Economic Growth (PE) in Lampung Province. Meanwhile, partially, the Demographic Bonus (BD) and Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) variables do not have a positive effect on Economic Growth (PE) in Lampung Province. BD and TPT together influence Economic Growth (PE) in Lampung Province in 2013-2022, using a confidence level of 95% or with an alpha (ɑ) of 0.05.

Determining the provision of bonuses or rewards to employees plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and motivation of employees. One effort that can be made to establish a bonus policy is by implementing the fuzzy Mamdani method as a systematic approach in determining employee bonuses, particularly at PT. ABC. By utilizing the fuzzy Mamdani method to process subjectivity in evaluations, it generates membership levels that allow for a more contextual employee assessment. Through the analysis of data involving various performance variables and bonus criteria, this research aims to present a fuzzy Mamdani system model that can support accurate and adaptive decision-making in determining employee bonuses. The results of this research and the evaluation of this model are expected to contribute significantly to the development of more effective bonus policies in the workplace of PT.

Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses is a service company engaged in the distribution of mining products, especially coal and heavy mining equipment transportation services which has been operating for more than ten years in Banjarmasin. This research aims to analyze work motivation strategies in an effort to improve work performance. Apart from that, another aim is to provide insight into the factors that influence employee work motivation and provide recommendations for increasing employee work motivation and improving their work performance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, with the respondents in this study being employees of PT. Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses was selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that there are several work motivation factors that influence employee work performance, such as incentives, recognition, social support, work environment, and career development. Incentives provided by companies in the form of salaries and bonuses are the main factors in motivating employees. Apart from that, recognition and appreciation from management, social support from colleagues and the work environment, as well as clear career development are also factors that are no less important in motivating employees to improve their work performance at PT. Kalimantan Independent Success.

Vocational education in the senior level, namlely Vocational High School (SMK), is designed to prepare graduates with high skills who are ready to compete in the work zone, both with competence and through entrepreneurship in order to face the demographic bonus. SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang as a partner of the Politeknik Kampar has a major in the Mechanical Engineering. Generally, the major of Mechanical Engineering will be prepared in with competencies of Computer Aided Design (CAD). However, there are limitations to apply Solid Works software, which is currently in great demand in the industry. Therefore, the The major of Maintenance and Repair Engineering Politeknik Kampar participates in improving the competency of students at SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota through CAD Static Simulation Training activities using Solidworks Software. The training activity material contains an introduction to Solidworks, static simulation theory, namely stress, strain and deformation. At the end of the training activity session, an increase in partner competency was obtained regarding the use of Solid Works software in image creation and static simulation. Evaluation of activities through partner satisfaction questionnaires also found that partners were 100% satisfied with the PkM activities carried out.

The National Police Research and Development Center (Puslitbang Polri) is a police institution that operates in the field of research, especially those related to the performance of police and community organizations. Supporting elements in the fields of research, study, implementation and development at the National Police Headquarters level which is under the National Police Chief. In the development process, competent and always motivated Human Resources (HR) are needed, one solution is to create a computerized system to increase employee motivation, namely the best employee assessment decision support system. The process of evaluating the best employees at the National Police Research and Development Center is still carried out conventionally so it is less objective and effective. To overcome this problem, a good system is needed. The aim of this research is to make an assessment of the best employees at the National Police Research and Development Center, because there is no system that can help the Head of the National Police Research and Development Center and the Head of the Human Resources Subdivision to determine the best employee assessment. This research aims to find out the best employees using data from 8 employees at the National Police Research and Development Center. The method used is Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) with 4 attributes. The results of the research were that 1 was selected as the best employee and received a salary bonus.

The following study aims to analyze and find out (1) The impact of incentives on the work results of PT employees. Amanah Safari Internasional Tour Travel, which has been running, (2) This research uses a qualitative approach to look for incentives to improve the performance of PT employees. Amanah Safari International Travel. Data mining methods encompass observation, documentation, and direct interviews with management and relevant staff. The results of this study show (1) the incentive system that the company has to provide material and non-material incentives to its employees, such as bonuses and social security, religious and non-religious awards and joint holidays. Employee quality, employee quantity, and employee attendance or discipline drive employee performance and motivation. This research shows that incentives can increase work morale and increase achievement, loyalty, discipline, and accountability towards positions. These valuable results can have an impact on improving employee performance. (2) According to the analysis results, PT. Amanah Safari Internasional Tour Travel has an incentive program that suits the needs of its employees, but further research is needed to improve the efficiency of this program. As a result, companies are expected to be able to maintain and improve their incentive policies to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) Providing incentives in an effort to improve employee performance at the travel tour company PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel which has been running, (2) How incentives should be given in an effort to improve the performance of PT. Menara Dunia Tour Travel. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include direct interviews with company leaders and employees, observation and documentation. The research results show (1) The incentive system provided by the company to its employees is in the form of material and non-material incentives in the form of bonuses, social security, awards, work training and joint holidays. Meanwhile, the things that drive employee performance and motivation are employee quality, employee quantity, and employee attendance or discipline. The results of this research are that providing incentives can increase work enthusiasm in increasing achievement, increase loyalty, discipline and responsibility for the position, and most importantly can improve employee performance, (2) By looking at the results of the analysis which shows that the program The incentives implemented by PT. This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

Indonesia merupakan negara produsen dan pengekspor biji dan fuli pala terbesar dunia, dengan pangsa pasar dunia sebesar 75 persen. Produksi pala di Papua Barat pada tahun 2021 yaitu 1,857 ton. Hal ini meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya, pada tahun 2020 produksi pala yaitu 1,658 ton.produk  olahan pala merupakan salah satu bentuk untuk peningkatan perekonomian masyrakat dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya daging pala yang melimpah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha Business Model Canva pada UMKM Kembang Empat di Kabupaten Fakfak. Metode  analisis  data yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan business  model  canvas. Pengambilan  sampel  daerah  penelitian  dilakukan  secara  sengaja  ( purposive sampling).  Lokasi  yang  dipilih  adalah  UMKM Kembang Empat di Kabupaten Fakfak. Hasil penelitian ini adalah UMKM Kembang Empat menerapkan business model canvas belum maksimal, dan adanya tambahan  yang perlu diperhatikan kembali seperti key  activities memberi  brosur  umkm kembang empat  bagi  pengunjung  tempat produksi, cost structur biaya pemasaran dan biaya lainnya, customer relationships memberikan  gift/bonus   kepada   pelanggan   ataupun reseller, channel   online (Shopee, Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Lazada) dan offline (brosur). Selain itu, strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk diterapkan oleh UMKM Kembang Empat  berdasarkan analisis SWOT yaitu strategi SO (strenght opportunities) atau disebut strategi agresif adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan menjadikan produk tersebut sebagai ole-ole khas fakfak. Sehingga penting bagi UMKM kembang empat memperhatikan kedua hal jika ingin berhasil mengembangkan usahanya.

Executive Information Systems (ISE) have become an integral part of modern corporate management, providing executives with relevant and immediate information to support decision making. This journal discusses the implementation of the Executive Information System in the employee payroll process using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development environment and SQL Server database. This research includes the design, development and implementation of an Executive Information System application for the employee payroll department. The system development methodology focuses on requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and implementation. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used as the primary development environment, providing powerful tools for building intuitive and efficient user interfaces. SQL Server database is used as an integrated and secure data storage. This application is designed to manage payroll information, including employee personal data, salary history, salary deductions and bonuses. The advantages of this system include the ability to provide real-time information to executives, increase the efficiency of human resource management, and support faster and more accurate decision making in the context of employee payroll.
