This institution focuses on student education and is under the coordination of the Ibrahimy Islamic Institute (IAII). One of the main problems faced by Madrasah Ta'hiliyah is the inaccuracy in the teacher and staff payroll system, which is caused by the lack of a standardized and transparent system. Errors in calculating salaries and determining reward criteria often result in injustice, where teachers with higher experience and qualifications receive disproportionate salaries, thus reducing motivation and affecting the quality of teaching. The system method uses the waterfall model and system modeling uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. And the results of this study are in the form of an e-barokah application design.

Teachers are central to making learning successful. The skills possessed by the teacher determine the learning that takes place in the classroom. These skills are not only hard skills that teachers must possess, but also soft skills. Basic literacy will be a means to develop teachers' soft skills in managing learning in the classroom. This community service aims to provide teachers with an understanding of the basic literacy skills that teachers possess through self-motivation. In SDN 02 Bojongmenteng, Leuwidamar, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, this community service was conducted for 10 teachers. The flow of community service begins with planning, licensing, workshops, mentoring, support, evaluation and reflection. There is a significant increase in basic literacy and soft skills development, especially in digital literacy, communication, classroom management and character development. Teacher-owned self-motivation is not just motivation, but structured and sustained self-motivation mentoring.

This research aimed to determine the influenced of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on continuance intention of Kopra by Mandiri which is mediated by trust in the Tapal Kuda area. This research used the Explanatory Research type. Researchers used the proportional random sampling method or random sampling. The author used the determination of the sample size in this research based on the Slovin method as a measuring tool for calculating sample size so that research could be made easier. The number of research samples determined using the Slovin formula was 321 people. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmaprtPLS application. The results of the research showed that Perceived Ease of Use influenced Trust Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Usefulness influenced Trust Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Ease of Use influenced Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Perceived Usefulness influenced Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust influenced the Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust mediated the influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area. Trust mediated the influence of Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention of Kopra by Mandiri in the Tapal Kuda area.

This study aims to determine the effect of religious extracurricular activities of the At-Taufiq Mosque Student Association (HIPMA) on the Spiritual Quotient (SQ) of students at SMPN 1 Kadungora. This research uses descriptive regression analysis method. The respondents of this study were all members of the HIPMA religious extracurricular at SMPN 1 Kadungora, totaling 60 people. Based on the results of the study, it shows the influence between the religious extracurricular activities of the At-Taqwa Mosque Student Association (HIPMA) on the spiritual quotient of students at SMPN 1 Kadungora, resulting in a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the religious extracurricular activities of the At-Taqwa Mosque Student Association (HIPMA) affect the spiritual quotient of students. Then, the amount of contribution from religious extracurricular activities to the development of students' spiritual quotient based on the coefficient of determination of 0.581 or 58.1% is included in the moderate category, in the interval 0.40 - 0.59. Furthermore, the positive result (+) proves that the linearity value is unidirectional, indicating that if the activeness of students in participating in the religious extracurricular activities of the At-Taqwa Mosque Student Association (HIPMA) is high, then it also encourages the higher spiritual quotient of students.

This community service activity is an assistance that is packaged in the form of counselling. The activity focused on sharing experiences with residents of Kesongo Village, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency. The activity was held at the Kesongo Village Hall with the object of the community who are members of the catfish farming group. Participants who participated in this programme were initially targeted at 50 people from residents who have been involved in or have not been in the catfish farming business. There were about 35 participants or about 70% of the planned participants. The socialisation of this catfish farming mentoring training needs to be conveyed to the community at large. The more people who are involved in catfish cultivation, the more they will understand the importance of having a side business. In addition to the technical material presented related to catfish cultivation, business governance in the form of community-based groups and cooperatives was also delivered. Suggestions that can be given for this activity include that Kesongo Village residents continue to maintain a positive business climate in the catfish farming group.  The abundant freshwater around Rawa Pening should be further enhanced. The more successful small home-based businesses will further improve the welfare of the community.

This community service is themed "Counseling and Early Detection of Stunting as an Effort to Prevent Stunting in Toddlers". The purpose of this community service is expected that mothers who have babies can learn about Early Detection of Stunting as an Effort to Prevent Stunting in Toddlers. Stunting is a major public health problem related to nutrition globally, especially in most developing countries including Indonesia. The prevalence of stunted toddlers in Indonesia reaches 21.6% with 16 provinces still below the average stunting rate in Indonesia, one of which is Aceh at 31.2%. Stunting creates obstacles in the formation, growth and development of organs in the short term which can cause death, morbidity or disability. Furthermore, in the long term, stunting has a negative impact on the size of a person's body as an adult, intellectual ability, economic productivity, reproductive ability, diseases related to metabolism and blood vessels. Toddlers with stunting have a fourfold risk of experiencing respiratory tract infections. This community service will be carried out offline and integrated into the Neonatal Care for Babies, Toddlers and Children course. The target of this service is: Mothers who have babies and toddlers. The expected output from the implementation of this community service is the publication of scientific journals. The implementation of this activity is planned in three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and the final stage. The preparation stage includes a series of activities from problem assessment and preparation of proposals. The implementation stage of the activity is to provide Health Education related to early detection of stunting. The preparation stage is carried out by preparing a report based on the activities that have been carried out.

Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is a private hospital with type D which is one of the private hospitals formed to provide services to the community in the form of services that prioritize service in carrying out its activities based on customer satisfaction. Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is currently developing to offer health services with target service coverage in Boyolali Regency. Currently, the marketing team at Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital is starting to develop marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at Umi Barokah Boyolali Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding Digital Marketing, the large number of job desks for each marketing team member and the lack of supporting equipment result in digital marketing efforts being less than optimal. The marketing strategy that is currently being implemented is still not optimal considering that views on various social media for hospitals are still lacking. The solutions offered through this Community Service activity are (1) Providing education regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy (2) Providing education regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy method which can be applied in hospitals (3) Training on the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy which combines Media Content Marketing, Collaboration Transformation, Expanding Social Media Networks, Optimizing Patient Services through digital marketing. The methods used in this community service include: (1) Increasing the marketing team's knowledge regarding the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy to increase the number of patient visits; (2) Increasing the skills of the marketing team in implementing the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy (3) Increasing and developing strategies to produce user interfaces for collecting customer data (4) Mentoring. The outputs of this activity are (1) Publication of service results in the Community Service Journal (2) Videos of PkM activities which can be accessed online; (3) Increasing the knowledge of the Hospital Marketing team through the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy; (4) Integration of the results of PkM activities in the Hospital Marketing Management course; (6) Increasing students' skills in implementing the Digital Marketing Hospital Transformation Strategy in the Hospital Marketing Management course

This research is motivated by the challenges of learning in the digital era, which encourage schools to improve 21st century skills which include collaboration and communication skills by utilizing digital technology which will have a major impact on student success. The use of digital technology in learning is currently a major concern at various levels of education, including elementary schools (SD). The aim of the research is to determine the effect of using digital technology, types of effective digital technology media, and challenges in using digital technology to improve collaboration and communication skills for elementary school students. This research is based on literature study, namely a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results of this research show that the use of digital technology has a big influence on improving the collaboration and communication skills of elementary school (SD) students. Types of effective digital technology media include WhatsApp groups, YouTube, TikTok, Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Canva and Powerpoint. The challenges in using digital technology are limited technological infrastructure, lack of skills and knowledge of teachers, management and maintenance of technology, choosing appropriate technological methods and media, the digital divide, safety for students and teachers, and concerns about disrupting the values ​​of local wisdom.

This research is motivated by a lack of knowledge about sexual education and gender issues in early childhood, especially elementary school (SD) students. Sexual education and gender issues are also topics that are currently still hotly discussed and continue to be an important concern in society. Many parents and local communities still consider sexual education to be taboo for young children, especially elementary school (SD) students. The aim of this research is to find out how to change students' views about gender through comprehensive sexual education, to find out sexual education learning methods, and to find out the role of teachers and parents in supporting the success of comprehensive sexual education. This research is based on literature study, namely a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results of this research show that comprehensive sexual education can be a very important tool in changing elementary school students' views regarding gender by providing detailed and comprehensive information. Effective learning methods in teaching comprehensive sexual education are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The role of parents in supporting the success of comprehensive sexual education is that parents are ready to provide sexual education to their children, providing role models and guidance, accepting questions from children and providing appropriate responses, emphasizing always respecting privacy. Meanwhile, the role of teachers includes as instructor, guide, mediator and evaluator.

In today's modern era, all activities are beyond what is called technological progress, social media is now not only a medium to communicate but can also be a medium that can do investment activities. Man is called a creature homo economics (mahkluk ekonomi). This term is then now understood by most people with the meaning of a creature whose primary purpose in life is to seek profit. With the development of this era all investment activities can be done easily based on digital social media or online, one of the investment activities that can be made with online is online earnings, earnings in general is the activity of collecting money in groups formed by a member then determined how many times in a day or a week spend a month in such collection. after the money is collected then it is determined who will get the first number lottery to the end. With the development of this era online arisan activities are now also not only supported by adults but also by young people, for young people online Arisan becomes an investment choice because of the mechanisms that are quite easy, efficient, and encouraging, but not a little maintenance of this online aryan runs smoothly one of the cases of disadvantage against online arsan. The aim of this study is to find out the conclusion of a misconduct in an online arisan agreement between Umi Barokah (claimant I), Susanti (claimed II), Fransisca Irene Miranda Putty (claimer III), Erfira Meyer (claimsant IV) and the accused namely Anggie Nadia under Judgment No. 32./Pdt.G/2020/PN. Tpg. Based on the research used, the specifications of the research are descriptive. Juridical-normative, legislative, informal, and case approaches. Data collection techniques used are document studies and literature studies, with methods of data analysis normative-qualitative. Based on the results of the analysis of the settlement of non- performance in the online derivative agreement in the judgment No. 12/Pdt.G/2020/PN. Tpg, the judge's assembly rejected the petitioners' claims in its entirety because they did not meet the subjective conditions of the agreement, and the objective valid condition of an agreement is that there is no particular thing, and cause is not legal that is contrary to the law.  

In order to maintain business continuity and growth, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need assistance in preparing financial reports. The importance of assistance in preparing financial reports for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially for Toko Laras Barokah and Laundry Care is included in this activity. Accurate and timely financial reports are very important for MSMEs to run and develop their companies. This research uses a qualitative methodology by providing direct support to the two MSMEs in preparing their financial reports. The aim of this coaching activity is to perfect the accounting procedures of MSME owners and increase their awareness of the importance of financial reports. The findings of this research show how good mentoring can improve the quality of MSME financial reports, which will facilitate better business decision making and increase access to funding and other resources.

This research aims to find out how social marketing of waste banks increases people's income in the Mayang sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources were obtained through primary and secondary data. This research was conducted to see how social marketing was implemented by the Barokah Bersama waste bank in the Mayang Manguari sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district and whether there was an increase in income in the implementation of social marketing by the Barokah Bersama waste bank in the Mayang Mangurai sub-district, Alam Barajo sub-district.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the importance of consultation and collaboration in a school setting as well as increasing consultation and collaboration in the school environment to support students in solving problems or developing the students' potential. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews, literature and documentation. The results obtained from this research are the importance of the role of consultation and collaboration in increasing the role of students in society and themselves. In collaboration and consultation in schools, various parties are involved, such as subject teachers, homeroom teachers, parents, school principals and friends. peers are also guidance and counseling teachers. It is important that collaboration and consultation in schools involve cooperation and active participation by involving various parties. Consultation and collaboration can create a learning environment that is inclusive, supportive, and focuses on the quality of education.

One important factor in the successful implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is transformative leadership. Transformative leadership builds an organizational culture that supports and enables people to share knowledge throughout the ERP implementation process.  It also studied how people with disabilities view physical activity and how sports professionals can work with them

The aim of this research is to determine the method used by Bank Jatim Syariah Sidoarjo Branch in analyzing the suitability of iB Barokah home ownership credit (KPR) customers. By using interview techniques, a qualitative research approach was used. Based on research findings, it is known that Bank Jatim Syariah Sidoarjo Branch applies the 5C principles by paying special attention to collateral, capacity and character. The sustainability of financing is greatly influenced by these three factors. Meanwhile, in the conditional point of economy and capital, it is only a supporting factor because it is considered not to have a significant impact on the financing process

Berkembangnya usaha Kerupuk Barokah tersebut menjadikan informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting peranannya dalam menunjang jalannya pemasaran kerupuk ini karena sebagian besar pemasarannya dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut. Melihat potensi yang dimiliki, maka pabrik kerupuk Barokah ini perlu penanganan yang tepat agar kedepannya dapat lebih berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan usaha sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha pada Pabrik Kerupuk Barokah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Legalitas usaha ini masih belum lengkap, tetapi hal ini umum untuk usaha kecil. Aspek keuangan melibatkan biaya produksi, omset harus lebih tinggi dari biaya produksi agar mendapat keuntungan. Usaha ini memanfaatkan alat produksi, dan usaha ini dikelola oleh Bapak Sutrisno dan dibantu 5 karyawan. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan pemilik akan pentingnya legalitas hukum.

Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM) Sumber Barokah Denanyar Jombang is one of ten Islamic MFIs in the early stages of the 'Community Empowerment through the Establishment of Islamic MFIs around Pesantren‛ Program facilitated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Small Business Incubation Center (Pinbuk) by providing loan funds for more productive community business groups. The purpose of this assistance is to provide guidance and direction on the knowledge and implementation of the efforts to be made by the Denanyar Jombang Sharia Micro Waqf Bank in minimizing the risk of capital loans given to MSMEs as business capital. There are three (3) stages in this assistance: Preparation, Implementation and evaluation. The results of the assistance show: (1) An increase in efforts to minimize the risk of capital loans, (2) A decrease in the number of defaults on the risk of returning loan capital (3) An increase in family values and religiosity for customers who make loans.

This research aims to find out how the acceptance of Korean drinks depends on the behavior of Muslim consumers towards halal soju. Soju is a drink that originates from Korea and can be intoxicating because it contains alcohol, which is prohibited by Islam for consumption. In Indonesia, especially the emerging city of Bandung, the halal soju drink is mojiso. Mojiso is a combination of words Mojito and Soju. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, to collection data using observations, interviews and documentation. The population in this research was student FEBI UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The research results show that the majority of students accept and know about halal soju drinks, but there are also some who do not know about halal soju drinks in Indonesia. And there are students who want to try it but there are also those who still question the halal label on the drink. Basically all drinks consumed by humans are halal but can become unlawful due to certain conditions. It can be concluded that not everyone can accept halal soju because they are worried and still question the halal label on the drink. Haram drinks are drinks that Muslims are prohibited from drinking because the harm is greater than the benefits. Choose food and drink ingredients that are far from haram elements. Get in the habit of reading the composition of the ingredients on the packaging and choose a place to eat or packaged food with a halal label.    

Background: Childbirth is a physiological process experienced by a woman in the final period of pregnancy which is followed by physiological and psychological changes. Mothers who experience anxiety during labour will significantly affect the delivery process. From several studies regarding the experiences of mothers who were accompanied by their husbands during childbirth, mothers felt that their husbands' presence was very helpful and made a special impression. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between husband assistance and the anxiety level of mothers giving birth at Umi Barokah Hospital, Boyolali Regency. Research Method: This research is an observational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling method. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, namely 49 mothers who were accompanied or not accompanied by their husbands during childbirth. Data analysis used was the Chi Square test. Results: Of the 32 respondents who were accompanied by their husbands, 21 people (65.6%) experienced mild anxiety, while 11 people (64.7%) of the 17 respondents who were not accompanied by their husbands experienced moderate anxiety. The results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between husband's assistance and the level of anxiety among women giving birth at Umi Barokah Hospital, Boyolali Regency with p-value = 0.006. Conclusion: There is a relationship between husband's assistance with the anxiety level of mothers giving birth at Umi Barokah Hospital, Boyolali Regency.
