The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced various aspects of children's and adolescents' lives, particularly emotional development and social interaction. Excessive and uncontrolled use of digital media may negatively affect emotional regulation, communication skills, and interpersonal relationships. Therefore, educational institutions play an important role in helping students develop positive character and social behavior. Islamic Religious Education (IRE) is expected to contribute to character formation by instilling moral values, strengthening self-control, and encouraging healthy social interactions. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning on the emotional development and social interaction of late childhood students in the digitalization era. A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was conducted among 40 students at MIS As-Syafi'iyah 10 Bogor in 2026. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-square test. The findings revealed that 32 respondents (80%) demonstrated a good level of Islamic Religious Education learning. In addition, 23 respondents (57.5%) showed good emotional development, while 28 respondents (70%) demonstrated good social interaction. Statistical analysis showed a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05), indicating a significant effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education learning on students' emotional development and social interaction. These findings suggest that Islamic Religious Education contributes positively to fostering emotional maturity and improving social relationships among students in the digital era.

Work stress is a critical occupational health concern among midwives working at primary healthcare facilities. This cross-sectional study aimed to analyze factors associated with work stress among 30 midwives, including age, marital status, length of service, and dual-role conflict. Data were collected using structured questionnaires measuring work stress (9 valid items) and dual-role conflict (6 items), and analyzed through univariate, bivariate (Fisher's Exact Test and Chi-Square), and multivariate (binary logistic regression) analyses. Results showed that 43.3% of midwives experienced high work stress and 53.3% reported high dual-role conflict. Bivariate analysis revealed significant associations between work stress and marital status (p=0.009) and dual-role conflict (p=0.004), while age (p=0.633) and length of service (p=0.586) were not significant. Multivariate analysis identified dual-role conflict as the primary determinant of work stress (OR=15.762; 95% CI: 2.149–115.631; p=0.007). Healthcare facility management should develop gender-responsive policies and workplace stress intervention programs to reduce dual-role conflict and work stress among midwives.

The wave of digitalization triggers a severe morality crisis among the younger generation through constant exposure to negative content, cyberbullying, and global communication ethics degradation. This descriptive qualitative study aims to analyze the specific internalization of Christian values at GPIB Harapan Kasih Congregation Bekasi to shield youth morality amidst ongoing technological disruption. Employing intensive in-depth interviews and participatory observations, data were analyzed interactively through systemic reduction, structured display, and final verification. The results indicate that the digital morality crisis explicitly manifests as pornography normalization, virtual toxicity, and the severe erosion of academic honesty. In response, pastoral strategies utilizing highly contextualized digital ethics sermons and youth cell groups prove thoroughly effective. The deep internalization of self-control and integrity successfully stimulates a holistic self-censorship mechanism across the youth's cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains. This study concludes that consistent accountability-based mentorship effectively transforms Christian youth from passive digital victims into active agents of change within global cyberspace.

This study aims to analyze the effect of public satisfaction on political participation in the 2024 single-candidate regional election (Pilkada) in Batanghari Regency. Political participation in elections is an important indicator of democratic quality, especially in a single-candidate contest where electoral competition is limited. The research employed a quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 151 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics to determine the relationship between public satisfaction and political participation. The results indicate that public satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on political participation, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.510. This means that 51% of the variation in political participation can be explained by public satisfaction, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not included in this study. However, voter turnout in the 2024 election declined compared to the previous regional election. These findings suggest that public satisfaction is not the sole factor influencing political participation, as the level of political competition in a single-candidate election also plays an important and contextual role in shaping voter behavior and turnout.

Agentic artificial intelligence (AI) systems capable of autonomous goal-directed behavior, multi-step planning, tool use, multi-agent coordination, and iterative self-correction represent a transition from passive clinical AI tools toward systems that can participate in complex healthcare workflows. However, empirical evidence remains fragmented across clinical decision support, patient monitoring, and administrative applications, and no systematic synthesis has evaluated which agentic principles have been technically demonstrated and which have accumulated sufficient evidence to support responsible clinical deployment. We conducted a PRISMA-informed systematic review of peer-reviewed empirical studies published between January 2025 and April 2026. Searches across five bibliographic databases and Google Scholar, supplemented by citation tracking, identified 443 unique records for screening, of which 25 met the predefined PICOS and quality appraisal criteria. Evidence was synthesized using an evidence-informed seven-principle framework derived from the integration of agentic AI, clinical AI, and healthcare governance literature. This framework provides a structured lens for examining how agentic principles are evaluated individually and in combination, enabling a deployment-readiness perspective that extends beyond capability-focused assessments alone. The evidence base was concentrated on technical capability principles, whereas human oversight, safety, compliance, and equity-related evaluation received comparatively limited attention. Most studies remained at the laboratory, benchmark, or proof-of-concept stage, and none reported demographic-stratified performance outcomes. Overall, the findings suggest a structural asymmetry in agentic healthcare AI: empirical research is advancing agentic capabilities more rapidly than it is generating evidence for the oversight, safety, equity, and governance mechanisms required for responsible clinical translation.

Document-level sentiment analysis assigns a single polarity label to an entire review, often obscuring opinion diversity within multi-sentence submissions. This limitation is particularly evident in reviews of multi-service platforms, where users frequently express heterogeneous opinions toward different aspects of the platform in the same review. To address this challenge, this study proposes a sentence-level sentiment analysis framework for Indonesian Gojek app reviews collected from the Google Play Store. The proposed framework introduces a two-stage segmentation strategy that combines punctuation-aware rules with conjunction-aware splitting based on coordinating and adversative conjunctions (e.g., tapi [but], padahal [even though]) to identify opinion boundaries and decompose mixed-sentiment reviews into independently classifiable sentence units. A total of 14,730 raw reviews collected between May and July 2025 were subjected to data cleaning and quality filtering, resulting in 7,187 valid reviews that were further segmented into 14,187 sentence-level instances. Each instance was manually annotated by three annotators using a four-class labeling scheme consisting of app-positive, app-negative, app-neutral, and service categories. Sentiment-level inter-annotator agreement, computed on the subset of instances unanimously categorized as app-related by all three annotators (n = 4,384), achieved substantial agreement (Fleiss'  = 0.636). Hyperparameter optimization was conducted using Optuna with the Tree-structured Parzen Estimator (TPE) sampler across four experimental scenarios. The best performance was achieved by IndoBERTweet under Stratified K-Fold evaluation, attaining an accuracy of 0.751 and a macro F1-score of 0.729, outperforming all IndoBERT configurations. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of domain-adaptive pre-training on informal Indonesian text and highlight the value of conjunction-aware segmentation for preserving fine-grained opinion structures in mixed-sentiment reviews. These findings suggest that domain-aligned language representations provide a practical and effective solution for sentence-level sentiment analysis of Indonesian app reviews.

Misconceptions on the topic of waves are a systemic problem in high school physics learning that requires a comprehensive diagnostic instrument. Conventional diagnostic instruments up to the four-tier generation have limitations in revealing the conceptual structure behind students' thinking errors. This study aims to develop a five-tier multi-representation diagnostic instrument on the topic of waves using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The main innovation of this instrument lies in the integration of multi-representations (verbal, pictures, graphics, mathematical) in Tier 1 and the addition of a paraphrase tier (Tier 5) that asks students to rewrite their understanding in their own words. The development process includes needs analysis, designing a grid of 16 questions, validation by two experts, and a limited trial on 34 grade XI students of SMAN 13 Kota Jambi. The results of expert validation showed an average percentage of 91.25% (Very Good) from both validators. Content validity was met with a percentage of False Positive (FP) of 6.80% and False Negative (FN) of 4.41%, both below the 10% threshold. Construct validity was confirmed through a significant Product Moment correlation (r = 0.342–0.348; sig. < 0.05) and factor analysis with six significant factors (eigenvalue > 1). The instrument's reliability was high, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.726. This instrument is expected to help physics teachers diagnose students' misconceptions more precisely and thoroughly on the topic of waves.

Breast cancer remains a major global health challenge, with treatment effectiveness often limited by drug resistance and the toxic side effects of chemotherapy on normal cells. The exploration of bioactive compounds from natural sources through a medicinal chemistry approach offers a promising alternative strategy. This study aims to examine the molecular mechanisms of action and Structure-Activity Relationships (SAR) of various natural compound scaffolds as potential breast anticancer agents. The method employed was a systematic narrative literature review of 15 recent scientific articles evaluating computational parameters, including molecular docking, as well as in vitro and in vivo activities. The results indicate that polyphenols, flavonoids such as quercetin and EGCG, and curcumin possess strong cytotoxic activity and high binding affinity toward cancer-related target macromolecules. SAR analysis demonstrates that key structural features, including the number and position of free phenolic hydroxyl groups, the presence of gallate ester groups, and conjugated diketone systems, play a crucial role in determining ligand receptor complex stability. These interactions are supported by hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic interactions, and favorable steric compatibility within receptor binding sites. Computational findings further suggest that structural optimization can enhance ligand selectivity and improve pharmacokinetic properties. This study concludes that natural phytochemical scaffolds have significant potential as lead compounds and provide a rational basis for Computer-Aided Drug Design in developing more potent, selective, multi-target, and safer breast anticancer therapies.

The development of an economic activity in a city is often one of the influences on changes in the use of residential space in the surrounding area. One of the phenomena that we can see in big cities in Indonesia is the use of residences as rental housing such as boarding houses and rents aimed especially at workers in foreign areas. This study aims to analyze the use of residential space by the community as temporary residence for employees of Mie Gacoan restaurant in Serang City, Banten, and see how it affects the spatial dynamics of the residential area. This study uses a primary and secondary data-based case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the existence of economic activities around residential areas can encourage an increase in the need for temporary housing for workers in rural areas. This phenomenon makes some people take advantage of their residences by making them rental residences such as boarding houses and rented ones. This can affect the spatial structure of the residential area, such as increasing population density, increasing activities in the residential environment, and the presence of small economic activities by the community. Therefore, this phenomenon states that the development of economic activity in an urban area can trigger changes in the use of space in the surrounding residential area.

This study aims to identify and evaluate the cultural tourism potential of Kalurahan Grogol in Gunungkidul Regency to inform the development of a community-based cultural tourism village. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative scoring techniques using a 1–5 Likert scale across four assessment dimensions: cultural value, physical value, tourism value, and experiential value. The analysis applied Du Cros and McKercher’s Market Appeal–Robusticity Matrix to map the market attractiveness and cultural robustness of each cultural asset. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies of 46 tangible and intangible cultural assets in Kalurahan Grogol. The findings reveal that most cultural assets exhibit moderate to high cultural robustness, indicating that local cultural practices remain active and socially sustained within the community. Prominent cultural assets such as Rasulan, Karawitan Lestari Budoyo, Reog Sedyo Laras, Gejlok Lesung, Sega Berkat, and Tempe Godhong are positioned in Quadrant A1, characterized by high market appeal and high robustness, making them highly potential as leading cultural tourism attractions. Meanwhile, assets in Quadrants B and C present opportunities to develop creative, educational, spiritual, and wellness-based experiential tourism products. The study also finds that several sacred traditions categorized in Quadrant D are more appropriately preserved through non-commercial approaches. The absence of cultural assets in the D3 category indicates that the cultural system of Kalurahan Grogol remains adaptive and regenerative amid modernization. This research contributes theoretically by extending the application of the Market Appeal–Robusticity Matrix into the context of community-based cultural tourism villages. It provides strategic recommendations for sustainable cultural tourism development that remain sensitive to local cultural authenticity.

Artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM) provides short-term income for rural communities but frequently creates environmental, safety, and governance problems when it operates outside formal control. This study aimed to analyze the existing condition of ASGM, identify the driving and inhibiting factors of its arrangement, describe the perceived impacts, and formulate strategic directions for ASGM arrangement in Karang Jaya District, North Musi Rawas Regency, Indonesia. A qualitative descriptive approach was applied using semi-structured interviews supported by secondary data on the study area, population, and agricultural land use. Twenty-two informants represented district officials, village officials, technical agencies, company representatives, community leaders, nearby residents, and ASGM actors. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that ASGM development is driven by gold potential, mining history, household economic pressure, limited alternative employment, and weak field control. The main impacts include land degradation, open mining pits, landslide and occupational accident risks, and mercury-related water and soil contamination. The recommended strategy combines alternative livelihood development, skills training, local economic institutional strengthening, gradual area monitoring, land rehabilitation, and mercury-risk education.

This study aims to map the trajectory of syntactic acquisition in three-year-old children through syntactic patterns and communicative functions in naturalistic interaction. Using a mixed-methods approach, data from native Indonesian-speaking children were collected over a period of 1.5 months through the involve-conversation technique. Analysis of 80 utterances using frequency distribution, Mean Length of Utterance (MLU), and functional grammar revealed a dominant Subject–Verb–Object (S–V–O) structure (30%) and an MLU of 5.82 morphemes. These findings indicate a developmental transition from telegraphic speech to early multi-clause constructions, reflecting increasing linguistic complexity. Cognitive compensation is marked by the use of pragmatic particles and non-canonical sentence patterns driven by ideational, interpersonal, and textual functions. The results support the usage-based hypothesis, suggesting that early syntactic development is functional, sequential, and non-linear in nature. Furthermore, the study highlights the role of interactional experience in shaping emerging grammatical competence. This classification serves as a micro-longitudinal assessment tool and provides a pedagogical basis for scaffolding interventions aimed at stabilizing complex linguistic patterns and enhancing language development in early childhood education settings.

This study aims to describe gazebo management strategies as tourism infrastructure to increase visitor attraction at Pasir Putih Parparean II Beach, Porsea Subdistrict, Toba Regency. The beach is a unique destination in the Lake Toba area, characterized by fine white sand that is rarely found in the region. However, visitor data from the Toba Regency Tourism Office reveals a significant decline, from 35,304 visitors in January–April 2023 to only 1,550 visitors in January–August 2025. This decline is closely linked to the unplanned construction of permanent gazebos on the beach area, which has reduced the open space that constitutes the beach’s main attraction. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The key informants consisted of three beach managers: Herbert Napitupulu, Nora Pandiangan, and Her Hutasoit, selected purposively based on their direct involvement and in-depth knowledge. Two regular tourists were also included as additional informants. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that gazebo management strategie including facility improvements, environmental landscaping, and the provision of supporting amenities contribute significantly to enhancing visitor comfort and tourism appeal. This study recommends more systematic and planned management, spatial restructuring of gazebo placement, and the implementation of effective promotional strategies to support Pasir Putih Parparean II Beach as a sustainable tourism destination.

Python programming has become a fundamental competence in the digital era, yet students often struggle to transform algorithmic logic into functional code. This gap between conceptual understanding and practical implementation skills requires a thorough investigation into learning challenges within the Industrial Informatics Engineering Technology (TRIN) program at Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung. Grounded in Bloom's Revised Taxonomy and Cognitive Load Theory, this descriptive quantitative study utilized a Likert-scale questionnaire and an objective comprehension test administered to 87 third-year students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to map performance across three aspects: conceptual understanding, syntactic comprehension, and implementation ability. Results indicate the conceptual aspect achieved the highest average of 4.15, followed by syntax at 3.56 and implementation at 3.54, with objective test accuracy rates of 76.09%, 65.52%, and 67.36%, respectively. Major obstacles identified include difficulties with looping, debugging, and comparison operators. Therefore, enhanced structured practice and Project-Based Learning approaches are recommended to strengthen students' implementation competencies.

Batik motif classification has attracted growing attention in visual computing due to its role in cultural heritage preservation, textile informatics, museum documentation, and automated cataloging. Although many studies report high classification accuracy, robustness under real-world acquisition conditions remains insufficiently understood. Batik images are frequently affected by illumination variation, blur, folds, watermark overlays, wearable deformation, scale inconsistency, and background clutter, creating challenges that extend beyond conventional image-noise assumptions. Existing studies largely focus on improving classification performance, while the interactions among acquisition variability, feature representation, evaluation practice, and deployment constraints remain fragmented. This systematic literature review addresses this gap by synthesizing batik classification research through a robustness-aware perspective. Using query expansion, backward and forward citation chaining, relevance screening, and thematic coding, 116 candidate records were identified, resulting in 50 highly relevant studies for detailed analysis. The review reveals that robustness is shaped less by denoising alone than by the combined effects of acquisition conditions, representation design, evaluation realism, and deployment context. Handcrafted descriptors remain competitive for small datasets and structured motifs due to their data efficiency and interpretability, whereas deep learning models achieve the highest reported accuracy when supported by sufficient data diversity and realistic augmentation. Hybrid representations emerge as the most consistently balanced approach, combining local texture stability with higher-level abstraction across heterogeneous acquisition settings. The review further identifies recurring robustness failure patterns, including background dependency, illumination instability, motif-scale inconsistency, wearable deformation, and source-shift vulnerability. Based on these findings, a robustness-oriented research agenda is proposed, emphasizing cross-acquisition evaluation, representation-stability analysis, batik-specific robustness benchmarks, acquisition-aware augmentation, and deployable lightweight or hybrid architectures. The study contributes a domain-specific synthesis that reframes batik motif classification from an accuracy-centric task toward a robustness-aware visual recognition problem.

This study aims to analyze the financial management practices of the Es Degan Bu Ulfa MSME and their compliance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews and observations, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results indicate that financial management is still carried out simply and does not yet implement written records. Business income and expenses still rely on memory, even though business owners perform daily profit and loss calculations and separate personal and business finances. The main obstacles faced include limited human resources and a low understanding of financial record keeping and the SAK EMKM. Based on the analysis, financial management practices are not fully compliant with SAK EMKM standards. Therefore, the implementation of simple financial record keeping is necessary to structure business financial information and support business decision-making. Proper financial management can help improve business performance, monitor cash flow, evaluate profitability, and enhance accountability. Furthermore, the application of SAK EMKM is expected to facilitate access to financing and strengthen the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive business environment.

The Integrated Primary Care Posyandu (ILP) program requires cadres to assume a much broader role compared to conventional Posyandu services. In the working area of Puskesmas Penusupan, ILP achievement reached only 20% in 2025, while merely 25 out of 225 cadres (11%) had received related training. This condition indicates that cadre readiness needs to be examined more comprehensively before the program can be implemented optimally. This study aimed to analyze the factors associated with the readiness of ILP Posyandu cadres using a descriptive-analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 144 cadres selected proportionally from a population of 225 using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through structured interviews using a validated questionnaire and analyzed using univariate, bivariate (Spearman Rank), and multivariate (ordinal logistic regression) analyses. The results showed that among the eight variables examined, only skills (r = 0.171; p = 0.040) and resource availability (r = 0.225; p = 0.007) were significantly associated with cadre readiness. In the multivariate analysis, resource availability emerged as the most influential factor with an OR = 2.839 (95% CI: 1.311–6.149), indicating that cadres supported by adequate resources were 2.8 times more likely to demonstrate good readiness. In conclusion, resource availability was identified as the dominant factor associated with the readiness of ILP Posyandu cadres in the working area of Puskesmas Penusupan. Therefore, improving the availability of facilities and infrastructure, providing practice-based training, and strengthening operational support should become priority programs in the future.
