The most effective and simple way to remove germs from your hands is to wash your hands with clean water and use soap. The method used in this community service activity is to provide education about washing hands with soap properly through seven steps for good and correct washing. The results of implementing service activities can be described through 2 (two) activity stages, namely preparation and implementation. Students listened to an explanation about the importance of washing hands properly using soap and running water, and 30 students were able to practice the correct way of washing hands, so that they can be applied in everyday life, such as washing hands with soap after playing, eating and after eating. This activity can make a positive contribution in reducing and preventing health problems, especially in the Pacet area, Bandung Regency

In the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum, attitude competence is one of the main components of learning, but there are not many quality measurement attitude competency instruments. The purpose of this study was to obtain quality disciplinary attitude assessment instruments for class X students. This type of research is research and development using the Borg & Gall model. The stages of the activities carried out are the identification of potentials and problems; Gathering Information; Model Development; Model Validation; Model Revision; Model Trials; Model Revision; Wider Trial; and Final Model Revision. Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that there is no difference in the learning discipline of students between those who live with their parents and students who live in the dormitories. This is because students are adults and can be independent, and already have responsibilities even though they are not with their parents. The results of the calculation of the average score of learning discipline of class X students at MAN 3 in the 2016/2017 academic year Bantul is 96.2466 and is included in the high category.

This study aims to examine and evaluate the results of the implementation of an android-based labor payroll system. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the system, application implementation, problems, and solutions on android-based payroll at Mitra Indo Agro. The results of the study obtained are used to evaluate the factors and parts of the payroll system for this android-based application that needs to be improved. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique where the research subjects as many as 4 employees who are directly related to the android-based payroll process. Data collection techniques are through field studies consisting of interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction steps, data exposure, data interpretation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. The data presentation technique uses a program flow (flowchart) and fishbone diagrams (fish bones). The results of the research have shown that the Android-based GajiQ system helps provide large databases with the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) method , automate reports such as attendance recap, salary calculations, payroll history reports and make it easier to find labor data. The implementation of the Android-based GajiQ application can be a new medium of choice for companies to manage payroll in real time, quickly, and accurately that does not involve many parties in making payroll, payments, and payroll procedures. Problems found by the system are still bugs or crashes, error messages such as app force close appear. 

Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School is a non-formal Islamic educational institution that realizes that apart from being equipped with religious knowledge, students need to be provided with various activities that can equip and make them competitive in the economic field. By looking at the potential of the students and the background of each student, Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo implemented an independent student training program. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the independent student training program at Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo so that it can identify problems that arise. arose in the implementation of the independent student training program at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School. This research is qualitative research. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data verification and presentation as well as drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School implements an independent student training program well. The implementation of the independent student provision program at the Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School refers to empowering human resources. The benefit of having an independent student training program at the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School is to train and equip students in the field of economics, but on the other hand there are obstacles to the personal character of each student and time constraints regarding the implementation of this program because they have to adjust to study time. them. In order for the independent student training program to run well, it is hoped that there will be time discipline and consistency from all parties involved. It is hoped that the Islamic boarding school will carry out monitoring and evaluation during the course of this program as well as determining the next process for the independent santri training program at the Al-Ihsan Kauman Kemiri Kutoarjo Islamic Boarding School. 

The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. However, in addition to these positive things, there are also several risks arising from transactions using the cash on delivery (cod) system, one of which is canceling the order even though the goods have reached the consumer's address. This also happened in the online shop "sweeter shop" in Glagahwero Village, Kalisat District. The problems in this study are How is the practice of canceling orders in online buying and selling Cash On Delivery (COD) system at the Online Shop "Sweeter Shop" in Kalisat District and how is the view of muamalah fiqh on the cancellation of orders in online buying and selling Cash On Delivery (COD) system. The research method used is using a qualitative approach. In determining data sources using purposive techniques, while the data collection methods used are interview, observation and documentation methods. The conclusions of this study are: that the practice of canceling orders with a COD payment system includes a Wakalah Bil 'Ujrah contract and occurs due to a fasakh. The cancellation is also motivated by several reasons, namely that the goods displayed on social media do not match what consumers receive, the budget is not enough and the buyer has other options. According to the concept of fasakh, cancellation in a sale and purchase transaction is permitted as long as there is an attitude of an taradhin (mutual willingness) between the two parties.    

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

Building a report card and ITOP Approach in reducing violence in schools. This title was born because of the problems of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students about an increase in violence that occurred in schools. As for the source of the problem is the relatively large number of students per class and only 1 teacher is taught and also the age of kindergarten children who are relatively small and still at the stage / period of imitation. That The target of this service is the parents of Kanisius Immaculate Kindergarten students, who are their favorite schools. This school has 90 students, so it requires more attention and is prone to violence. This service was carried out first by means of counseling then continued with training on building rapport and the ITOP approach. However, because this service was carried out during a pandemic, only 54 of the 90 parents attended (60%). After counseling and training on building rapport and the ITOP approach in reducing violence in schools there were 51 people (94.45%) of 54 people who mastered both counseling and training materials, while 3 (5.55%) did not master the training because not serious about doing training. So it can be concluded that this dedication was successfully seen from: 1. Based on the attendance of the participants it is said to be successful because it is attended by 60% 2. Based on the mastery of the participants it can be said to be successful because there are 94.45% masters 3. Those who do not understand are relatively small, namely only 5.55%

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) on creative art innovation "LUBA" was carried out in collaboration with UKM Rukun Makmur located in Klaten Central Java. There are centers of batik as well as lurik in the area but they arey have not been optimized. Therefore, this PKM activity focuses on new product innovation by combining lurik and batik crafts into innovative handicrafts called lurik batik (LUBA) which at the same time can act as a unique and iconic Klaten souvenir to support regional tourism development.There are several problems faced by UKM Rukun Makmur as partner. Based on these problems, this program aims to find solutions to all these problems by using several methods including counseling, discussing, training, and mentoring. The results of this PKM activities show that UKM Rukun Makmur has been able to increase their creativity to create designs, motifs, and varied color of lurik batik (LUBA) handicraft products.

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. . The results showed that the form of self-harm behavior carried out by these teenagers showed behavior of crying in the middle of the night, blaming themselves, feeling empty, scratching, slashing on the surface of the skin, taking drugs randomly of any brand, drinking shampoo, speeding. speeding with a motorbike on the highway likes bloody pictures with a sense of relief, listening to music at a loud volume using the handset until the ears hurt. Factors that cause adolescents to carry out self-harm behavior are disappointment in parents, fear of emotional fathers, disappointment in mothers who do not pay attention, stress when bullied at school to depression caused by lack of ability to control negative emotions that are buried in individuals because some of the problems that occur in adolescents such as the lack of harmony and warmth in family relationships, problems with peers, and bullying.

The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.
