Kripjungan MSMEs faces challenges in effectively utilizing Instagram as a digital marketing tool, with content that is often irrelevant, unappealing, and inconsistent with the brand identity, leading to reduced engagement and limited business growth potential. This study aims to evaluate and provide recommendations to improve the quality of Kripjungan's Instagram content using the eight pillars of content marketing from Kingsnorth. The evaluation results indicate that the content frequently does not align with audience interests, lacks variety, and is insufficiently informative or engaging to enhance user engagement or be widely shared. The recommendations include aligning content with audience preferences, enhancing credibility through more comprehensive information, employing varied visuals, and maintaining consistency with the brand identity to strengthen relationships with the audience and support the growth of Kripjungan's business.

This qualitative literature review explores the role of digital marketing and operational strategies in enhancing the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Drawing on recent empirical studies, the review highlights how digital marketing adoption, product innovation, and operational efficiency contribute to increased sales, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness in MSMEs. The study synthesizes findings from various journals to identify effective marketing strategies and operational practices that are critical for MSMEs’ sustainability. Implications for managers include prioritizing digital platforms and integrating operational improvements to optimize growth. The review also identifies gaps for future research on tailored marketing and operational frameworks in diverse MSME contexts.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to analyze the influence of soft skills and digital marketing skills on the performance of MSMEs in the creative economy era. Theories used in this research include competency theory and organizational performance theory. This study focuses on understanding how interpersonal abilities (soft skills), such as communication, creativity, and leadership, along with digital skills such as the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital branding, can enhance the competitiveness and productivity of MSMEs. The results show that MSME actors with strong soft skills are able to build strong customer relationships and create added value in their products, while digital skills support operational efficiency and broader market reach. The integration of these two skill sets significantly contributes to the improvement of MSME performance, particularly in terms of sales, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Therefore, the development of soft skills and digital skills is a crucial strategy to support the sustainability of MSMEs amid the increasingly dynamic competition in the creative economy.

This research aims to describe the implementation of digital transformation in marketing strategies among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, using Nomnom Kitchen in Bandarlampung City as a case study. Employing a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation, the research explores the firsthand experiences of business actors in transitioning from conventional to digital marketing. The findings reveal that MSME actors face complex dynamics throughout the digitalization process, involving internal challenges such as limited human resources and digital content management, as well as external opportunities like expanded market reach. Digital transformation emerges as a strategic tool that enhances promotional efficiency, strengthens customer engagement, and fosters a business model that is more responsive to technological advances. The study highlights the importance of digital training and the enhancement of entrepreneurial capacity to optimize the digital potential of MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of technology and digital marketing strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of Bakpia Wong Yogyakarta SMEs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the application of technology in production processes, such as modern machinery and production management systems, as well as digital marketing strategies through social media, e-commerce, and SEO. The findings reveal that technology utilization increases production efficiency by up to 30%, while digital marketing via online platforms boosts sales by 40%. However, challenges such as limited skilled human resources and digital infrastructure remain significant. This study recommends investing in human resource training, developing more integrated digital strategies, and product innovation to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.

MSMEs play an important role in the village economy, but many business actors still face obstacles in managing finances and marketing their products effectively. This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Kertomulyo Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency in terms of financial management and marketing strategies. This training is carried out through an easy-to-understand approach, including simple financial recording, business capital management, and digital marketing strategies using social media. Participants are trained to record income and expenses systematically so that they can better understand the financial condition of their business. In addition, they are also taught how to promote products online in order to reach a wider market. The results of this activity show an increase in the participants' understanding and skills in managing finances and implementing more effective marketing techniques. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Kertomulyo Village can develop more rapidly, increase competitiveness, and expand their marketing networks.

Micro,Small,and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, contributing more than 60% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing nearly 97% of the workforce in the non-agricultural sector. However, MSMEs still face challenges in  marketing and business management, particularly in leveraging digital technology. The  Community Service Program (PKM) in Benda Baru Residential Area,South Tangerang,aims  to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in designing and implementing creative, digital-based marketing strategies. This program includes training on SWOT analysis, digital  marketing, and community-based marketing. The results of the program show an increase in the implementation of creative marketing strategies, such as the use of social media and  digital platforms, as well as collaboration among business actors. This program is expected  to have a positive impact on local economic development and streng then the digital business  foundation in the region.

This community service aims to enhance the product branding quality of Bandung-style grilled bread and iced tea micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to sustain their entrepreneurship. To remain competitive in today's increasingly advanced business world, these MSMEs need to implement AI-based digital marketing. The implementation of this service is carried out using methods that include direct face-to-face observation or interviews, training on utilizing AI-based digital marketing, and finally, evaluation of the results. This training is designed to help MSMEs understand the importance of improving product branding quality to expand their market share. In this digital era, the utilization of digital technology has become crucial for MSMEs to increase the efficiency of their operations. The results of the activities conducted have shown an increased understanding among MSMEs regarding the importance of utilizing digital technology, especially the use of AI to enhance their product branding. This activity is expected to help MSMEs improve their competitiveness, expand market access, and strengthen business sustainability in the digital era, enabling them to maintain their businesses and continue to grow further.

In the modern era, digital marketing has become the main tactic to make MSMEs more competitive. With a focus on social media, Google My Business (GMB), digital promotions, and collaboration with food delivery platforms, this outreach activity is about the use of digital marketing in Lesehan GBK and Angkringan Ganza MSMEs. These findings indicate important improvements in sales, brand image and market reach. Strategies such as using Instagram for visual content, registering on GMB, special discount promotions, and collaborating with GrabFood and GoFood provide positive contributions. This research emphasizes the importance of digital training for MSME owners to optimize digital platforms. With an integrated approach, MSMEs can develop more competitively in the digital era.

Saringembat Village has a variety of local products with significant potential; however, the marketing and management of these products remain limited. This program aims to assist MSME actors in leveraging digital technology to develop products, expand markets, and enhance competitiveness. Through training and mentoring, participants were taught product innovation, packaging design, logo creation, and the application of digital marketing through platforms such as social media and marketplaces. The results of this activity indicate that the utilization of digitalization can increase market reach and product sales volume, although challenges related to digital literacy and resource limitations still need to be addressed. This research highlights the importance of utilizing digital technology to empower MSMEs and sustainably improve the village economy.

Smartphones make various activities easier, including long-distance communication which now feels closer thanks to sophisticated technology. This sophistication is enjoyed by various groups regardless of age or profession. The digital payment system has experienced rapid development, providing significant convenience for its users. This technology plays a strategic role in encouraging the revitalization of MSMEs by offering fast, safe, and efficient transaction solutions. In the context of developing MSME digitalization, the digital payment system not only makes it easier for business actors to manage transactions but also increases consumer convenience in shopping. With proper implementation, digital payments support the operational efficiency of MSMEs, expand market access, and accelerate the adoption of the digital ecosystem. Based on research results, the use of digital payment systems has been proven to contribute positively to the transformation of MSMEs, helping them become more competitive and able to adapt amidst changes in the increasingly digital economic landscape. This emphasizes the importance of adopting digital payment technology as an integral part of the MSME revitalization strategy. They have the resilience to survive in challenging economic conditions, such as the global economic crisis or pandemic. One of the MSMEs in Indonesia, Dimsum Haochi Bites, shows strong potential in the local culinary market due to its distinctive taste and high-quality raw materials. However, its growth has been hampered by a lack of developed brand identity and limited digital marketing efforts. This community service activity aims to overcome these challenges by assisting Haochi Bites in creating a strong brand identity and expanding its digital marketing presence. The program begins with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify internal and external factors that affect business performance. Furthermore, customized business support is provided, which results in the development of a new business logo and an improved digital marketing strategy through social media. In addition, the team facilitated product innovation by introducing new topping and sauce variants. The results of this community service activity increase the competitiveness of Haochi Bites and increase its market potential in the culinary sector in Tangerang.

The mentoring activities carried out in community service are specifically for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Balikpapan City, Klandasan Ilir Village. The target of MSMEs targeted in this mentoring activity was carried out at MSME Risma Kacang Hijau Goreng RT.14 Klandasan Ilir Village,Balikpapan Kota. The activities carried out include digital marketing strategies, product design and providing entrepreneurial knowledge. The results of this mentoring activity, Risma's MSME, Fried Green Beans, was able to implement marketing strategies and create product packaging designs in managing its business.

The results of this activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating technical guidance activities on the legality of MSMEs and increasing their knowledge.

The implementation of this community service involves one MSME, namely 'Mask and Furniture Wholesale Shop'. Located in Jayamukti Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency or about 4.0 km from Pelita Bangsa University. MSMEs wholesale masks and furniture play a strategic role in meeting community needs, especially during the pandemic and changes in people's lifestyles that lead to online shopping. This service aims to examine the effect of training and e-commerce utilization in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of wholesale stores in this sector. Through training that focuses on the use of e-commerce platforms and internet-based marketing strategies, it is hoped that this training can evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the business growth of mask and furniture wholesale stores. The method used is a qualitative method, namely through a case study approach and in-depth interviews with MSME players, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of training that focuses on the use of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies. The results of the service showed that ecommerce training improved the ability of MSMEs to access a wider market, optimize business management, and increase sales. In addition, MSME players also face challenges such as technology adaptation and logistics management. This study provides recommendations on the importance of continuous training, technological infrastructure support, and collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms to maximize the potential of wholesale MSMEs in the digital era..  .

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia still face various challenges, including access to markets and the lack of skills in utilizing digital technology to expand their market and increase income. With the rise of the digital era, the use of digital technology and e-commerce can be a solution for MSMEs to enhance their competitiveness and expand their market. As consumer behavior shifts towards online shopping, technology-based marketing strategies can become a key driver in boosting the sales of MSME products. E-commerce offers opportunities for everyone to introduce products or services with unlimited marketing reach. Therefore, business organizations must be adept at identifying effective marketing opportunities in the digital era that are both cost-efficient and impactful. The main focus of this community service project is to increase the market share and sales turnover of MSME products in Bugangan Village, Semarang City, through appropriate marketing strategies. The stages of this service begin with preparation. In this stage, the community service team conducts site visits and initial field observations to assess the conditions and challenges faced by the partners directly.  Then, the preparation of materials to be delivered follows. The team prepares materials that are tailored to the needs of Bugangan Village. The third stage is socialization and implementation. As a result of the activities, 20 MSMEs in Bugangan Village, Semarang City, gained knowledge about online or digital marketing, product photography, content creation with Canva, Google My Business, and setting up e-commerce accounts.
