The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

Fashion muslim pada beberapa dekade terakhir mendapat perhatian besar dan banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran fashion dan beberapa faktornya terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian model dan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan 180 responden dengan populasi yang merupakan wanita berusia antara 18-55 tahun yang berdomisili di Indonesia yang beragama Islam dan dalam keseharian menggunakan pakaian muslim. Hipotesis penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber pengetahuan fashion muslim, gaya berpakaian dan keunikan fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim. Kesadaran fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim. Namun motivasi fashion muslim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim.      

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.  

This article was written based on the manifestation of researcher participation in the democratic system in Indonesia, especially in West Bandung Regency. This study aims to determine the voter turnout of 3 generations (generation X, generation Y, and generation Z) from the perspective of lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the candidates. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach, with a total sample of 145 respondents spread from 3 villages (Ciwaruga Village, Cigugur Girang Village and Cihanjuang Village). The research location is the area with the largest population and voting rights in the Parongpong District, West Bandung. Methods of data analysis using path analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that the total influence of ignorance or lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the choice of candidates on voter participation in generation X is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.488 or 48.8%, in generation Y is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) ) = 0.580 or 58%, in generation Z it is shown by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.793 or 79.3%. So it was concluded that the model formed was included in the strong category, so that in this study the variables of ignorance or lack of political interest and dissatisfaction with the choice of the right candidate were used to measure voter turnout in Parongpong District, West Bandung.

The development of software today in large and small organizations encourages every organization to develop and control in terms of development. Every organization in software development must grow and be able to improve itself, one of which is by handling advancement, if the company cannot do this. Therefore, the company will never be able to learn to take advantage of previous experience, so it will not be able to improve the quality of the existing process. Computer program Prepare Advancement can be done by referring to the CMMI (Capability Development Demonstrate Integration) made by SEI (Computer Program Designing Founded). SEI is a research center in the field of program designing, especially those related to procurement, engineering item lines, and prepare change. CMMI itself defines several levels of development, in order to go up to a higher level a number of processes must be carried out.

The method of learning the universe at TK Pertiwi Bebengan, Kec. Boja, Kab. Kendal, Central Java is still simple, namely explaining the material by displaying a 2-dimensional still image. This makes students unable to see directly the process of rotation and movement of celestial bodies in the universe. For this reason, it is necessary to create an application that can display the process through 3D animated moving images using Augmented Reality (AR) based technology. The research method used is Prototype, while the architectural design uses UML and software applications using Unity3D, Vuforia, Photoshop CS6 and Blender. The final results of the study are 1) on testing application features made with Unity3D and Vuforia software can run well, 2) on device testing there are 2 out of 4 smartphones that cannot run the application so that a minimum specification of a smartphone is required, 3) on distance testing with a height of 20 cm, it requires the right camera tilt angle, which is between200 to 900. The conclusion of the research is that this application can run well on mobile devices registered in Google's ARCore database and minimum specifications of Android 8.0 Oreo. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the right camera tilt angle so that it can display 3D objects.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 guru SMK Kecamatan Gayamsari Semarang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari software AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.  

Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. To increase knowledge about project communication management and organizational communication in the cigarette industry at PT. Aman Indah Makmur, especially with regard to the use of FOSS as a tool for internal interaction and communication. Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. Qualitative methods were used, literature research, online ethnography, and observations were carried out to better understand important events where FOSS Google Spreadsheet users interacted, communicated, and collaborated. As the Collaboration Metric Model shows, FOSS Google Sheets can be an effective and efficient tool in large companies with 50 to 100 employees.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

In this research, a 1x2 circular patch microstrip array antenna with feeding line is made which can be used on WiFi and WiMax which work at frequencies of 2.4, 3.7 and 5.8 GHz. This antenna design uses Ansoft HFSS software. Where the simulation results at a frequency of 2.4 GHz obtained a return loss value of -22.28 dB, -19.03 dB at 3.7 GHz and -14.94 dB for 5.8 GHz, VSWR 1.17 for 2.4 GHz, 1.25 at 3, 7 GHz and 1.43 for 5.8 GHz.Gain is 1 dB and directivity is 2,33 dB. The simulation results show that the parameters meet the minimum standard of the performance of an antenna, the Return Loss (RL)<-10 dB for 5.8 GHz, VSWR<2.  Therefore, this antenna is suitable for use for WIFI and WLAN applications

The Map is a picture of the earth's surface that is displayed on a flat plane with a certain scale and the depiction of the earth's surface is reduced to a certain scale in the form of symbols that are selective in a certain projection system that is represented in two dimensions from a three-dimensional space. Various types of data can be described and explained in maps and provide information on the correlation of data to the geographical conditions (geospatial information) of an area which can then be used as a tool in policy formulation, in this case the customary area of ​​the Ayapo village in the East Sentani District. This research was conducted using a mapping method using spatial data based on satellite imagery from Google Earth Pro and community participation through field surveys through interviews. The data was then processed using ESRI ArcGIS software. The research was conducted in the Ayapo traditional village, Jayapura Regency, Papua Province. From the results of the information depiction carried out, it was obtained a map of the Ayapo village, a mapping of the distribution of indigenous peoples which included traditional leaders and tribal chiefs as well as a map of the structure of the customary space. Mapping also obtained the development of the ayapo village for 3 years, namely 2002, 2014, and 2021 which showed the growth of the village spread out along the coast of Lake Sentani in a linear form. This customary mapping becomes a source of information for the development of traditional traditional villages in Jayapura district.

Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.

One of solution that can be used is the Non Revenued Water (NRW) program. NRW can be defined as water that can be measured and a known amount of be chased but can not or may not be income, but it can be justified. The one of the methodologies that can be used to determine the amount (NRW) is a method of infrastructure leakage index (ILI) used Software WBEasycalc3. Water loss rate is the percentage ratio between water loss and the amount of water distributed in piped water network, while the water balance is calculated based on the amount of incoming water flow, consumption meter-Revenue, customer meter inaccuracies, water loss and physical loss. Both of two magnitudes in the ILI value is calculated by using Table Matrix Target that compiled by regulators of water service DKI Jakarta.  

The research method used in this research is Research and Development. The subjects in this study consisted of validation subjects consisting of material and media validators and test subjects consisting of 23 grade VII junior high school students. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Sungai Kakap. The instruments used in the study consisted of expert validation sheets, respondent questionnaires, and tests of mathematical understanding abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing an Android-based math educational game using software construct 2 on mathematical abilities. The results of the study are as follows: The level of feasibility of an Android-based math education game using software construct 2 on the ability to understand the results obtained is 88.66% with very feasible criteria. The level of attractiveness of an Android-based math education game using software construct 2 on the ability to understand the results obtained is 88.19% with very interesting criteria. Improved mathematical understanding skills after the application of Android-based math education games. There is an increase From the calculation results obtained tcount> ttable = 8.85987> 1.71714, thus Ho is rejected Ha accepted.

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini berkembang sangat pesat, media digital sebagai pembelajaran mengalami pengembangan yang signifikan. Hadirnya digital ini memberikan beragam inovasi, dimana pembelajaran konvensional yang kaku dan monoton akan digantikan dengan pembelajaran menggunakan media digital yang lebih praktis, fleksibel, tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Penelitian kali ini penulis menggabungkan software streaming Prism dan media sosial youtube sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) pembelajaran interaktif, 2) efektifitas dan optimalisasi Prism dan youtube sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam membedah topik ini, teknik pengumpulan data berupa prismervasi, eaeancara dan studi dokumen. Analsisi data menggunakan pedekatan Miles dan Huberman dengan proses analisis data kualitatif yaitu; reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data dari menunjukan sebanyak 50 responden terdiri dari 2 kelas menunjukkan: 10 sebanyak 4 jawaban mengalami kesulitan memahami pembelajaran interaktif secara online, karen kurangnya pemahaman tentang jaringan internet dan spesifikasi android dan PC, 2) sebanyak 14 responden memahami cukup memahami proses pembelajaran menggunakan Prism dan youtube, 3) dan sebanyak 30 responden mengaku memahami dan lancara dalam proses pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Prism dan youtube. Pembelajaran interaktif menggunakan Prism dan youtube, menjadikan proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik, nteraktif dan tidak monoton. Adapun kelemahan menggunakan metode ini yaitu komunikasi hanya bisa satu arah dan peserta didik hanya bisa merespon lewat live chat saja.

Antre merupakan kegiatan yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dan timbulnya antrian yang panjang akan mengakibatkan hilangnya pelanggan/ nasabah. Salah satu antrian yang dialami adalah antrian berobat dengan menggunakan asuransi BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Margadadi Kabupaten Indramayu yang memiliki administrasi yang berbelit-belit. Pemodelan dan simulasi sistem digunakan untuk menganalisis antrian dalam sistem sehingga dapat diketahui alternatif perbaikan yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan output model sistem yang telah dibuat menggunakan software Promodel 7.5 dengan input sesuai dengan data pengamatan yang dikumpulkan dan beberapa hasil validasi data, maka dapat diketahui jumlah entitas yang masuk dan keluar tidaklah sama, yaitu 48 orang masuk dan 20 orang keluar. Ini menunjukkan terdapat antrian dalam sistem. Secara keseluruhan, sistem antrian BPJS Kesehatan pada penelitian ini cukup efektif karena aktivitas entitas lebih banyak dihasbiskan dal proses operasi. Namun, berdasarkan beban kerja yang dialami petugas administrasi dan dokter diperlukan penambahan jumlah petugas dan dokter.

Home security system is a term to describe a system of protection for residents in the environment and its surroundings from the interference of crime. A house has been equipped with high technology and can be connected to the security equipment in the house. Home security is made in order to create security, comfort and safety for residents of the house and can maintain the security of the environment without monitoring. Home security can be operated via a microcontroller and a mobile device. Home security in Indonesia is currently classified as very important, this is because the crime rate is increasing every year. The development of home security has been carried out using various existing technologies, such as the nodemcu microcontroller, which is a hardware platform intended to create prototypes of interactive electronic equipment based on flexible and easy-to-use hardware and software. This research was conducted to produce a simple home security system by utilizing nodemcu technology and a combination of sensors and an ESP32 cam as a medium to be able to run sensors and home security cameras. This research was conducted by conducting a literature study, exploring the technologies used, as well as the concept of mobile-based software development. The next step is to define requirements, analysis, design, and implementation (programming and testing the system that has been built).

In today's era, information exchange is fast and can be done in various ways and one of them is using email. There are many free email service providers that can be used, such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook. In addition to free services, email servers can also be used to serve communication between clients and transfer data over the local network using a custom domain for the company. The purpose of this report is to build your own email server using the server development method using the Linux Ubuntu 18.04 operating system and the software Postfix and Dovecot as its supports. The results of this mail server work can send emails from one user to another through the terminal directly correctly. Sending can be done directly using the terminal without creating a text first or creating a text before sending it. Both ways are equally successful in the main process in the mail server.
