Knowledge about sexual harassment committed by males with intellectual disabilities remains limited, despite extensive research on offenders without disabilities. Evidence from the late 1990s suggests that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can be effective for this population, with adjustments for cognitive deficits. This study systematically reviews the application of CBT to address cognitive distortions in sexual offenders with intellectual disabilities. Data were sourced from Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, Jstor, and Emerald Insight. Articles were assessed using QATFQS for quality and ROBINS-I for bias risk. Six studies involving 127 participants (ages 17–65 years) demonstrated that CBT effectively reduced cognitive distortions up to 12 months post-intervention. Success factors included the presentation of information, therapist engagement, participant motivation, prior experiences of sexual harassment, and autism spectrum diagnoses. Strengths included simplified CBT interventions, availability of manuals, and group implementation. Weaknesses involved reliance on core steps adapted from general sexual offender programs, limited manual accessibility, and a lack of control groups for evaluating intervention effectiveness.

Victims of sexual harassment against people with disabilities experience severe consequences. In addition to being vulnerable to prejudice or discrimination, this minority group also has difficulty in accessing adequate legal protection. The purpose of this article is to examine the legal protection provided to people with disabilities who are targets of sexual harassment in society. The research method used is a normative literature review that examines relevant laws, regulations, and practices. According to this study, although there are legal instruments such as Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities and Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence (TPKS), there are still a number of obstacles in implementing these laws effectively, such as lack of public awareness, limited access to legal infrastructure, and social stigma against individuals with disabilities. The results of this study highlight the need to improve the capacity of law enforcement, build accessible facilities, and educate the community to create a safe and supportive environment for people with disabilities. This article offers suggestions on tactics to improve legal protection and achieve social justice for victims of sexual disclosure who have disabilities.

Sexual harassment is a behavior with sexual connotations that is done without the consent of the intended person, including various forms such as physical, verbal, and non-verbal. In Indonesia, verbal sexual harassment such as catcalling is common but less recognized by society. Catcalling, which is often directed at women, is often considered trivial and not seen as a form of criminal offense. In fact, this act can have a serious psychological and emotional impact on the victim. Although there is still a lack of understanding about the Sexual Violence Law, it is hoped that this law can provide legal protection for victims. The Criminal Code (KUHP) also regulates crimes of decency, but non-physical sexual harassment has not been specifically regulated, making law enforcement difficult. The problem of lack of legal awareness and the lack of regulations related to verbal sexual harassment are the main obstacles in providing protection to victims. From the above problems, the formulation of the problem to be sought is how the implementation of the law against the perpetrators of catcalling and whether the criminal law in Indonesia has been good enough in dealing with the criminal act of catcalling as a form of sexual harassment. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and inductive research, and research using deductive methods, and using an empirical juridical approach.

This study aims to analyze ethical violations that occur, especially in the context of sexual harassment, using ethical theories such as deontology, utilitarianism, and justice theory. The results of the analysis indicate that these violations not only harm the victims individually, but also threaten the integrity, reputation, and trust of the academic community in the institution. The findings also indicate weaknesses in university policies and procedures in handling this case effectively. Therefore, it is necessary to update ethics policies, increase awareness through training, and a transparent and justice-oriented reporting system. With these steps, the university is expected to create a safe, fair, and moral environment for all members of the academic community.

This study analyzes the legal application in determining cases of sexual harassment in Bekasi under the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP), given the high prevalence of such cases in the region. Using descriptive-analytical methods and statutory and conceptual approaches, the research identifies how criminal law is applied in addressing sexual harassment, challenges in investigation processes, and Islamic law perspectives on this phenomenon. The data includes primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials obtained through literature studies. The findings reveal that while the KUHP provides sufficient provisions for handling sexual harassment cases, its implementation faces significant challenges, including limited legal awareness, social stigma, and lack of evidence. The study highlights the need for a more comprehensive approach to addressing these cases, including regulatory reforms supporting justice for victims and stricter sanctions for perpetrators. In conclusion, strengthening criminal law and raising legal awareness are essential to improving the effectiveness of law enforcement in sexual harassment cases in Indonesia.

The development of technology and information has had a significant impact on social changes in Indonesia. Rapidly growing digitalization makes communication and mobilization easier, but on the other hand, it also opens up opportunities for crimes in cyberspace, one of which is cybercrime in the field of decency, also known as Sexual Cybercrime. This phenomenon includes acts such as the distribution of pornography, verbal sexual harassment, child exploitation, and grooming for the purpose of sexual harassment. These crimes not only cause troubling social impacts but also pose a major challenge to law enforcement. The author emphasizes that the existence of adaptive regulations is very important to protect the public from the negative impacts of technology, especially in preventing and handling Sexual Cybercrime. The research method used is normative juridical, employing statutory and case approaches. Acts of sexual violence have now become a crucial issue regarding the moral decline in society. Sexual violence is a situation where a person experiences harassment in the form of inappropriate words and physical contact without mutual consent, resulting in discomfort for the victim. In fact, Article 28B Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution states, 'Every child has the right to survive, grow, and develop, and has the right to protection from violence and discrimination.' However, in reality, many communities that still uphold patriarchal values often offer socially manipulative solutions, such as asking the victim to marry the perpetrator. Reflecting on this article, every human being has the right to be protected from acts of violence. However, the widespread sexual crimes against teenagers and the failure and injustice in handling such cases have become serious issues. Motivated by the spirit to prevent and address the problem of sexual violence, the service team implements sexual violence prevention education for the younger generation. This program is a child-friendly initiative that not only addresses sexual crimes but also serves as an educational platform. It is not limited to handling victims but also aims to break the vicious cycle involving teenagers as perpetrators of sexual violence. Therefore, this program is expected to answer, assist, and raise public awareness about the critical issue of sexual crimes in Indonesia.

In various regions of Indonesia, violence against children has become one of the most concerning issues. The high amount of media coverage regarding cases of sexual violence against children serves as evidence that many cases are still occurring. The lack of education about sexuality for children from a young age is one of the triggering factors for the increase in incidents of sexual harassment. Sex education for children is still considered a taboo by society, especially among parents. The lack of education causes children to be unaware of the crimes of sexual violence that may occur around them. Educational activities in the form of sexual education as part of community service programs are one of the efforts to prevent sexual violence against children. The purpose of this activity is for students to understand and recognize the importance of preventing sexual violence, so that they can take appropriate action if they encounter a dangerous situation.

Article 28 I of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia mandates that every citizen has the right and everyone has the right to be free from discriminatory treatment and entitled to protection thereof. Many people believe that only women can be victims of harassment. Women and men are both potential victims and the effects they get are the same. MS as a victim of sexual harassment in KPI wrote an open letter on social media about the sexual harassment that happened to her. The open letter then went viral and many social media users began to harass the personal lives of these perpetrators. From here, the perpetrators reported back to MS with allegations of defamation. The incident became the author's background in writing this research by applying normative juridical research methods, namely research that focuses on positive law or the practice of applying norms or rules in legislation. According to Article 310 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code states that it cannot be punished if the accusation is carried out as a form of defending public interests or defending oneself. While what is known today, MS who tells her condition after being harassed on social media is an attempt to defend herself and reveal the truth.

Sexual harassment is a serious issue affecting individual well-being and societal integrity. Although Indonesia has implemented various policies to protect victims of sexual harassment, their effectiveness in safeguarding victims and enforcing the law remains a primary concern, as challenges in implementation often hinder the achievement of effective protection goals. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia, analyze the challenges faced in implementation, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research employs a normative legal method with a document analysis approach. Data were collected through literature review, analysis of legislation, policy documents, and relevant case studies. Qualitative analysis was conducted to assess the successes and weaknesses of the protection policies. The study shows that, despite an adequate legal framework, the effectiveness of sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia is limited by several factors. Major challenges include inconsistent law enforcement, lack of socialization and education, social stigma preventing victims from reporting, and resource limitations. Case studies indicate that many sexual harassment cases are not taken seriously, whether in the workplace, educational institutions, or domestic contexts. Sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia require significant improvements in socialization, law enforcement training, and resource enhancement. Reforms in reporting procedures and law enforcement are also needed to increase the effectiveness of protection and ensure justice for victims. Better collaboration between the government, non-governmental organizations, and the community is necessary to create a more comprehensive and responsive protection system.

This article aims to explain how the Theory of Power Relations explained by Michel Foucault. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical-philosophical approach from literature studies, so that the main sources in the research are books, journals, websites and related literature regarding power relations from Michel Foucault. The results obtained that what is known as power relations is explained as power is far different from the definitions found. If many parties or thinkers place the substance of power in the central leader who is legally vertical. So, Foucault in the Theory of Power Relations puts the definition of power as widespread, power according to him is everywhere, anytime, and is not bound by any authority. In Foucault's view of Power Relations, it can dissect many social phenomena that are realized or not, often Power Relations occur because for Foucault the condition for the existence of power is the main existence of "relations", so that from this relationship it will create itself by highlighting whose knowledge is greater, then that is what will dominate. Because power will be seen when in a relationship there is control over knowledge that is more striking, at the same time in the Power Relations is the production of knowledge for those who are being controlled. In this case, the author found a case of alleged sexual harassment carried out by a disabled man without hands named Agus Buntung who was suspected of sexual harassment, in this case Agus committed the act of harassment despite the presence of hands using Power Relations by relying on the production of knowledge he has, namely producing knowledge by playing with someone's emotions, so that a woman who was targeted was then dominated and ultimately could be easily harassed.

This study examines the legal istinbath method applied by Imam Syafi'i, especially in the context of solving sexual harassment cases in Indonesia. Legal identity, which etymologically means the excavation of law by deep reasoning, is used to determine the law in matters that are not directly regulated by the Qur'an and Hadith. Imam Shafi'i, through his major works such as "Al-Umm" and "Al-Risalah," explains the basic principles and methodologies used to establish the law by incorporating the main sources of Islamic law, namely the Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma', and Qiyas. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis of primary and secondary sources, including books and scientific articles that discuss the istinbath method of Imam Shafi'i. The results of the study show that the legal principles generated by this method are very relevant and adaptive in dealing with modern cases such as sexual harassment, which is often triggered by patriarchal culture. Imam Shafi'i's method of legal istinbath, which prioritizes the hierarchy of legal sources and the use of sharp reason, has proven to be able to adapt to the times and continues to be useful in solving modern legal problems. This research also highlights the views of contemporary scholars who provide a new interpretation of this classical method, demonstrating the relevance and effectiveness of the legal istinbath method in dealing with contemporary issues. Thus, this study concludes that the istinbath method of Imam Shafi'i law is a very useful tool to ensure justice and benefits in solving sexual harassment cases in the modern era.

In early January 2023, the hijab and Muslim fashion brand Rabbani faced serious controversy after releasing an advertisement deemed to violate advertising ethics in Indonesia. The advertisement stated that women's attire is the cause of sexual harassment, a claim that was strongly refuted by the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan). Additionally, Rabbani sparked public outrage with a billboard featuring an image of a goat wearing a hijab. This study aims to analyze the ethical violations in Rabbani's advertising, the public's response to the advertisement, and the long-term impact on the brand's reputation. A qualitative research method was employed to gain in-depth insights into consumer perceptions and the social and cultural implications of this controversial advertisement. The findings indicate that ethical violations in advertising can reinforce negative stereotypes, damage brand reputation, and trigger significant public backlash. These results underscore the importance of adhering to advertising ethics to maintain a brand's integrity and credibility.

The purpose of this research was to determine the campaign management of a company in an effort to maintain the company's image. In this research, it examined the management of Public Relations campaigns at PT. Indonesian Commuter Train by carrying out an Anti-Sexual Harassment and Violence campaign. The reason for conducting this research is that in Indonesia cases of sexual harassment are very common, almost every year cases of sexual harassment increase, apart from that, one of the criminal acts that is often worried about by KRL commuter line passengers is sexual harassment. Therefore PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia is carrying out a Public Relations campaign which aims to raise awareness of KRL users regarding the issue of sexual harassment and violence on public transportation. This research uses theories that are relevant to what is being studied, namely campaign management theory (Venus: 2019), as well as corporate image theory (Kotler and Keller: 2013). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data collection technique used in this research is primary data in the form of interviews with informants and secondary data in the form of documentation, both data and images. With the results of campaign management used by Public Relations PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia in maintaining the company's image through answers obtained through source triangulation, it was stated that the campaign carried out could educate and minimize sexual harassment and violence within the KR environment and this campaign also had an impact on PT's corporate image. The Indonesian Commuter Train is considered to care about issues related to sexual harassment and violence experienced by KRL users. The inhibiting factor in this anti-sexual harassment and violence campaign is the sexual harassment and violence campaign run by Public Relations PT. The Indonesian Commuter Train has not been fully implemented by KRL users because there are still many cases of harassment that occur in the KRL environment. The supporting factor is that many agencies are participating in this campaign, such as the Loreal brand, they are making talk shows about sexual harassment and violence.

Sexual violence is deviant sexual behavior that can affect the health and life of the victim. Various studies show that teenagers are vulnerable to experiencing sexual violence, both from people they know and strangers. This literature review research on 10 articles on the internet aims to understand more about sexual violence against teenagers. Based on the results of the literature review, it was found that sexual violence against adolescents can occur in various forms, such as rape, molestation, sexual harassment, or sexual exploitation. Research also shows that risk factors for sexual violence in adolescents include a disharmonious family environment, previous experiences of violence, conflicting lifestyles, and low levels of education. Sexual violence in adolescents can have short-term and long-term impacts on the health and well-being of victims. Short-term impacts include physical, emotional, and psychological injuries, while long-term impacts can include psychological disorders, including depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and suicidal ideation. To reduce the risk of sexual violence in adolescents, there needs to be ongoing prevention and education about healthy sexuality and social responsibility in respecting human rights and respecting human dignity. Prevention can be carried out at the individual, family and community levels, including providing counseling support to victims and providing rehabilitation and recovery services.
