Pineapple sambal, a traditional dish from Jambi, is known for its spicy and tangy flavors but has a short shelf life due to its high water and acid content. This study analyzes the effect of shelf life on the quality of pineapple sambal (color, aroma, taste, and texture) using a pure experimental method and ANOVA analysis at room temperature (25–30°C) over a period of 1–7 days. The results indicate significant differences in all sensory parameters (p < 0.05). The best quality was observed from the first to the third day, with a significant decline starting on the fourth day. By the fifth day, the fresh aroma shifted to an undesirable sour smell, the texture became mushy, and the color faded due to microbial activity and oxidation. These findings are relevant to the food industry for developing airtight packaging or cold storage solutions. The study concludes that the optimal shelf life of pineapple sambal at room temperature is three days, supporting the preservation of Jambi's culinary heritage and its development into a competitive commercial product.

The main focus of this research is to examine data storage efficiency methods, algorithm scheduling, and resource usage optimization techniques. This research uses literature study methods and simulation experiments to analyze system performance. The research results show that storage management methods based on deduplication and data compression have significant efficiency in reducing storage space requirements. The implications of this research include improving cloud system performance and reducing operational costs.

Manajemen inventaris bahan baku yang efisien sangat penting bagi kelangsungan operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kuliner. Artikel ini membahas penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) dalam manajemen inventaris bahan baku di Moon Cafe, salah satu UMKM di kota Batam. EOQ digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal, sehingga biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan bahan baku dapat diminimalkan. Sementara itu, ROP berfungsi untuk menentukan titik pemesanan ulang bahan baku agar tidak terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Melalui analisis data historis konsumsi bahan baku, penerapan metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Moon Cafe, mengurangi pemborosan biaya, serta meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku secara tepat waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan EOQ dan ROP, Moon Cafe dapat mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan bahan baku, mengurangi biaya penyimpanan, serta memastikan kelancaran produksi dan pelayanan. Paguyuban is an organization of togetherness in a particular social group. This paguyuban is a family welfare coach that strives not only to educate residents, but also to foster and build families in the mental, spiritual and physical material fields as well as improving the quality of food, clothing, shelter, health, and the environment. Paguyuban Kebon Manggis has so far had difficulty in filing data. Along with the development of the paguyuban kebon mangosteen, the amount of data produced by the paguyuban has also increased. This has an impact on the need for data storage. Therefore, the community service proposal team considered it necessary to provide an understanding of the use of NAS (Network Attached Storage) to make it easier for paguyuban members to manage the increasing data. NAS (Network Attached Storage) servers are built to serve the needs of data files that can be accessed via a local area network with the TCP/IP protocol. This activity was carried out in front of the members of Paguyuban Kebon Manggis which was designed in 2 sessions. The first material was the socialization of the introduction of NAS and the second material was about the implementation of the use of NAS (Network Attached Storage). This PKM activity uses presentation methods, application simulations, and direct practice for participants assisted by the team. Then to make it easier, examples are given and opportunities for questions and answers are opened for PKM participants.

The storage of medicines and medical consumables is a management process to ensure that the received medicines remain safe, free from physical and chemical damage, and maintain their quality. Medication damage not only negatively impacts patients but also affects the efficiency of healthcare facilities. Healthcare facilities serve as venues for implementing various health efforts, including promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative measures, conducted by the government, local authorities, or the community. As primary healthcare facilities, Puskesmas prioritize promotive and preventive efforts to improve the health status of the communities in their service areas. This study aims to analyze the compliance levels of medicine storage, arrangement in storage rooms, and warehouse requirements at Puskesmas Siring Betik and Puskesmas Wonosobo, Wonosobo District, Tanggamus Regency, in 2024. The research employed a descriptive quantitative design with a saturated sampling technique, using observation sheets guided by the standards outlined in Permenkes RI No. 74 of 2016 regarding Pharmaceutical Service Standards at Puskesmas and the 2010 Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Training Materials on Pharmaceutical Management. The results showed that medicine storage compliance at both Puskesmas Siring Betik and Wonosobo reached 100%. In terms of medicine arrangement, Puskesmas Siring Betik achieved a compliance rate of 87%, while Puskesmas Wonosobo reached 100%. Regarding warehouse requirements, the compliance level at both Puskesmas was 85%. Overall, the compliance levels were 81.25% for Puskesmas Siring Betik and 84% for Puskesmas Wonosobo..

PT Yogya Presisi Tehnikatama Industri adalah perusahaan bidang manufaktur, pembuat cetakan injeksi plastik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu terdapat produk cacat dalam proses produksinya sehingga diperlukan upaya perbaikan kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kerusakan yang signifikan dan faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Metode yang digunakan metode Six Sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC ( Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve , dan Control ) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis . Hasil pembahasan tahap mendefinisikan diketahui produk yang dipilih Container GS serta pendefinisian spesifikasi produk CTQ, alur penggunaan diagram SIPOC. tahap pengukuran diketahui terdapat 6 jenis CTQ, persentase cacat tertinggi yaitu jenis cacat dimensi variabel, dari perhitungan nilai DPMO didapat sebesar 21.157 dan 3.55 sebagai nilai sigma . Dari peta kendali menghasilkan proses produksi yang belum mencapai kestabilan, tahap analisa pada diagram pareto dimensi variabel cacat sebesar 24% dan cacat awal sebesar 19%. Berdasarkan diagram fishbone penyebab cacat oleh faktor man, machine, method, material . Tahap perbaikan dari analisis hasil FMEA mendapatkan nilai RPN tertinggi dengan nilai 720 faktor manusia karena kurang disiplin dalam menjaga kebersihan area penyimpanan material dan peralatan kerja. Tahap kontrol melakukan perbaikan dari hasil FMEA yaitu melakukan pembersihan area penyimpanan secara berkala.

This study aims to determine the process of receiving, storing, and distributing dry food ingredients at Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews conducted with three informants consisting of Chef de Partie, Cassual Raguler from the Pastry section, and cold kitchen. The results of this study indicate that the application of FIFO and FEFO has been applied even though the implementation is less consistent. In addition, the management of Bin Cards, especially in terms of recording and updating data, is less consistent. In conclusion, Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya has carried out the operational reception of dry food ingredients quite well, but control is needed in the storage and distribution process of ingredients. in this study has several implications for operations at Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. With supervision of the storage and distribution process of food ingredients, it can ensure the quality of ingredients and more optimal operational efficiency, and in stock management it will help minimize the risk of damage to food ingredients.

The storage space for CO2 gas cylinders is inside the ship's accommodation, so there is a risk of danger if a leak occurs because the ship's accommodation has poor air circulation. This research is devoted to removing dangerous gases from the room. This research designs and modifies a tool that can detect CO2 levels and can provide a danger signal to the surroundings. This modification uses a Raspberry Pi Pico W microcontroller. This research method uses system design, a series of tools with wiring design and uses 2 test plans, namely: testing static and dynamic testing.  Testing the precision of the sensor by reading the CO2 leak detector using a CO2 measuring instrument obtained an average error value of 3.5%. The error value is still categorized as a safe difference value and the prototype works according to the expected function. Testing the function of the tool results in values ​​for the MQ-135 buzzer and exhaust fan sensors which will turn on if the CO2 level is above 600 ppm in accordance with the safe threshold for CO2 levels in the air which has been set in the program. Telegram request bot testing can work well as expected. Testing the Telegram Receive bot can work well as expected. However, for testing Telegram bots, requests and receives are influenced by the internet network.

Background: Drug storage regulates drugs received to be safe and free from physical or chemical damage, and their quality is guaranteed, per the established requirements. Improper drug storage in health centers can cause drug damage. Damaged drugs can hurt patients and health services themselves.Objective: To determine the suitability of drug storage facilities at the Puskesmas Gondomanan Kota Yogyakarta.Method: The research method used is descriptive non-experimental with a cross-sectional approach. The data needed in this study are observation data. Findings: The study results at Puskesmas Gondomanan Kota Yogyakarta showed that the drug storage facilities were 100% suitable. Conclusion: The suitability of drug storage facilities at the Puskesmas Gondomanan Kota Yogyakarta is by standards based on Permenkes RI Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 and Petunjuk Teknis Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasiaan di Puskesmas Tahun 2019.

Pengelolaan inventaris yang efektif dan efisien merupakan salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan operasional pasar plastik BIMIU. Namun berbagai permasalahan sering terjadi, antara lain kesalahan pencatatan persediaan, data persediaan yang tidak akurat, dan ketidakmampuan melacak umur barang persediaan.Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen gudang dengan metode FIFO (First In First Out) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.Metode FIFO dipilih karena  paling cocok untuk toko plastik BIMIU, kami juga mengirimkan produk yang tiba lebih dulu, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kerusakan produk akibat penyimpanan jangka panjang. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen gudang yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan persediaan, mempermudah proses pelacakan produk, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan gudang. Pengenalan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan layanan pelanggan  Toko Plastik BIMIU.

Quality risk management is one of the important things in quality control in a pharmaceutical industry. One of the risky activities in the pharmaceutical industry is in storage and distribution. Every activity carried out in the inventory warehouse can potentially cause risks that affect quality including the flow of the storage and distribution process of goods. Based on this, a study was conducted in the form of a risk assessment on the flow of the storage and distribution process of release goods in the inventory warehouse of a pharmaceutical industry in Bandung which aims to determine the level of risk that has the potential for failure. The FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) method is a method that can be used to assess the risks that can occur in the flow of the storage and delivery process of goods in the warehouse. This risk assessment is carried out with the stages of risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation using categorization based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN). In this study, 15 risks were obtained with details of 1 low category risk, 7 medium category risks, 6 high category risks, and 1 very high category risk. Therefore, the pharmaceutical industry can immediately determine mitigation steps and take control measures against risks in the high and very high categories to reduce the risk of failure with the hope that the quality, safety and efficacy of the product can be maintained properly

Storage virtualization has become a key data management technology in the digital age, providing an efficient and secure solution for growing storage needs. Google Drive has adopted this technology to optimize user data management, including designing a security architecture, implementing data encryption in transit and at rest, and managing encryption keys. Access control using two-factor authentication (2FA). A reliable data backup and recovery system ensures fast recovery in the event of an accident. The technology enables additional features such as deduplication, compression, and version control that increase storage efficiency and flexibility. As a result, Google Drive offers secure, efficient and reliable cloud storage that allows users to manage data from multiple devices, confident that their data is protected.

Penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) sangat efektif dalam mengukur penilaian kinerja karyawan dari berbagai perspektif, seperti finansial, pelanggan, proses internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) pada perusahaan PT. ForIT Asta Solusindo. Pada penelitian ini penulis merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan empat perspektif utama, yaitu finansial yang diterapkan pada divisi akuntan, pelanggan yang diterapkan pada divisi pemasaran; proses internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran pada berbagai divisi. Untuk masing-masing perspektif memiliki nilai bobot yang berbeda namun dengan jumlah keseluruhan bobot yang sama dengan nilai persentase yang mencapai 100%. Aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Agile dengan model Scrum untuk memastikan adaptabilitas dan kualitas produk. Aplikasi ini juga dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan menggunakan basis data MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Hasil dari keseluruhan pengujian unit yang dilakukan dengan pengujian whitebox pada kode internal menggunakan PHPUnit. Hasil dari pengujian blackbox sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional aplikasi. Hasil dari skor Likert pada pengujian User acceptance test (UAT) menunjukkan dari faktor kepuasan pengguna mencapai 78% dan faktor kemudahan pengguna mencapai 96%. Kata Kunci: Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Penilaian kinerja, Perspektif, Agile Scrum.

Setiap harinya hampir semua orang selalu melakukan aktivitas sehari – hari berada di luar ruangan maupun diluar rumah seperti: bekerja, bermain, berlibur, maupun berolahraga. Ruangan yang ditinggalkan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kehilangan barang akibat pencurian maupun terjadinya kerusakan pada barang yang ada di dalam ruangan. Sistem pendeteksi gerakan dan penangkap gambar ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu pemilik ruangan melihat apakah ada pergerakan manusia yang terjadi di dalam ruangan saat pemilik tersebut berada di dalam maupun di dalam ruangan. Perancangan alat pendeteksi gerakan ini  menggunakan sensor Passive Infrared (PIR), microcontroller ESP32-CAM, Relay, Buzzer dan MB102 Breadboard Power Supply. Sistem ini berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dan menggunakan backend as a services (BAAS) sebagai media penyimpanan menggunakan Supabase, data yang disimpan pun akan ditampilkan di aplikasi smartphone, aplikasi tersebut dibuat menggunakan flutter, pada aplikasi tersebut pemilik rumah dapat melihat gambar, dan kapan terjadinya pengambilan gambar tersebut. Sistem pendeteksi gerakan manusia ini bekerja sangat baik, selain membunyikan alarm saat sistem mendeteksi adanya pergerakan manusia, sistem ini mengambil gambar yang dikirim ke aplikasi android dan memberi notifikasi. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kehilangan barang dan kerusakan pada ruangan

Grha Kedoya Hospital in West Jakarta faces significant challenges in document management, including medical records, financial reports, and administrative documents. This study aims to analyze the document storage system in the Secretariat Unit of Grha Kedoya Hospital using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. The results show that the security, functional, and non-functional aspects of the document storage system are rated very well by respondents, with average scores of 80.4%, 81.4%, and 76.4% respectively. Despite challenges in transitioning to a digital system such as staff adaptation and infrastructure investment, the majority of respondents support this change to enhance efficiency and security. The UAT method proves effective in identifying the system's strengths and weaknesses, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

This study aims to identify the length of storage and consumer acceptance of complementary foods, namely chili sauce matah which has been given a percentage of mayonnaise as much as 10%, 20% and 30%. And this fusion food chili sauce is called mayo-matah. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This research was conducted at Kitcheroo Café. The samples of this study were 4 Culinary Education Expert Panelists and 30 Kitcheroo Cafe Customers using the data statistical analysis method, namely the Friedman test. The Friedmen test is used because the data in this study are categorical and it is more appropriate to use non-parametric statistical tests. seen all aspects (lemongrass aroma, citrus leaf aroma, creamy texture, acidity level and spiciness level) and aspects of the level of preference for consumer acceptance. The results of the validation test stated that there was an influence on the creamy texture aspect and the level of spiciness in the mayo-matah sauce which was given a percentage of mayonnaise as much as 10%, 20%, and 30%.

This research examines the impact of the use of cloud storage by companies on various types of security breaches, both in the short and long term. Adoption of cloud storage is associated with an increase in external breaches and unintentional internal errors in the short term. However, over time, the positive relationship between use of Cloud storage and external infringement becomes less significant in the long term. Research findings show that use of cloud Storage can reduce the risk of unexpected internal error in the longer term, but does not have a significant relationship with harmful internal breach. This research confirms the importance of companies allocating resources wisely to manage security risks in using cloud storage for both short- and long-term purposes. The researchers contributed to an understanding of the security of cloud storage by applying the theory of attention, which highlighted the importance of paying attention to temporal aspects in the management of enterprise IT security through various attention mechanisms.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki sistem penyimpanan dan penempatan bahan baku komoditi tube dan tape di gudang PT Maximos Global Logistik Semarang. Saat ini, penempatan produk di gudang dilakukan secara tidak teratur, menyebabkan waktu pencarian yang lama. Penelitian ini melibatkan perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian, studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara dengan staf terkait, serta pengumpulan data inventori dan pemesanan. Dengan menggunakan metode ABC dan analisis FSN, material di gudang diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga kelas berdasarkan pergerakannya: A, B, dan C. Implementasi metode ini mendukung prinsip 5S, khususnya Seiton dan Seiketsu, untuk mempermudah penempatan dan identifikasi material. Barang ringan ditempatkan di Level 4, barang berat di Level 2, dan material yang tidak bergerak di Level 6, memudahkan identifikasi oleh admin dan karyawan lapangan.

Sterilization is the eradication of materials, substances, or tools from various live microorganisms or their resting stages. Bacterial and fungal vegetative cells can be killed at a temperature of 60 °C within 5 to 10 minutes. A data logger is a tool used to monitor the temperature inside an autoclave. Previous research on "Autoclave Data Logger" aimed to assist in recording temperature activities within the autoclave. When the device is turned on, it automatically records the temperature inside the autoclave and stores the temperature data read on an SD card. After the sterilization process is completed, the SD card is retrieved for reading on a personal computer in Excel format or converted into a graph. Therefore, the author developed an IoT-based autoclave calibrator tool with data storage. This IoT-based autoclave calibrator tool with data storage utilizes the ESP32 microcontroller for programming and as a source in the IoT system. The ESP32 is used to control the input from the waterproof DS18b20 sensor, which functions to read or detect the temperature in the autoclave. The data read by the sensor will be displayed on the IoT platform, which is the Blynk IoT application, and after the results are displayed on the IoT platform, they will be stored on an SD card.
