This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment on job performance at PTSP in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Semarang Regency. Job satisfaction reflects employees' positive feelings towards their work, while affective organizational commitment reflects employees' emotional attachment to the organization. Both of these factors are believed to play an important role in improving job performance, especially in the public service sector. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 PTSP employees as respondents. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance, which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the better the job performance. In addition, affective organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on job performance, indicating that employees with high emotional commitment to the organization tend to be more productive and dedicated. These findings confirm that increasing job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment can be an effective strategy in improving job performance in the public service sector. The advancement of information and communication technology has driven the utilization of social media as a strategic communication tool in various sectors, including national defense. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemhan RI), through the Defense Information Bureau, leverages social media platforms to educate the public on defense issues via the Podcast Pertahanan Negara (PODCAST) program. This study aims to analyze the communication approach employed by the Defense Information Bureau in PODCAST and its effectiveness in enhancing public defense literacy. This research adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, content observation of PODCAST episodes, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the Defense Information Bureau implements a digital communication strategy based on engagement, interactivity, and education through discussions with expert speakers and the delivery of information in an engaging manner. The program has proven effective in increasing public understanding of defense issues, yet it still faces challenges in reaching a broader audience and encouraging active public participation. The study underscores the importance of optimizing digital communication strategies in national defense education. Recommendations include enhancing two-way audience interaction, diversifying content formats, and collaborating with various stakeholders to expand the reach of defense education through social media.

The purpose of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Abuja is to implement government directives in order to achieve national development goals. To accomplish this, recruitment and retention strategies in the civil service (CS) play a crucial role in providing the human resources needed. This study empirically investigates the recruitment and retention strategies applied in the FCT. The study utilized a survey method by distributing questionnaires to civil servants and conducting structured interviews to collect the necessary data to achieve the research objectives. To analyze the collected data, the study used the chi-square analytical technique. The findings reveal that the recruitment strategy in the CS is based on a combination of political and merit-based factors. Regarding employee retention, the study found that the CS has implemented relatively effective incentives to retain its workforce. However, while these incentives are sufficient for short-term retention, they are inadequate to retain skilled employees compared to the incentives offered by private companies. The recommendations from this study suggest that, in order to maintain a skilled workforce and enhance performance, the CS must implement more competitive incentives that are comparable to those offered by the private sector in order to attract and retain the best talent in the long run.

The sugar tax has emerged as a strategy adopted by various countries to address public health issues caused by excessive sugar consumption. This study examines the impact of the tax in the UK and Mexico, as well as its implications for Indonesia. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) show that per capita sugar consumption in Indonesia far exceeds the recommended limits set by the Ministry of Health and WHO, increasing the risk of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and obesity. In the UK, the sugar tax successfully reduced sugar consumption, particularly among children and adolescents, while in Mexico, sugary beverage consumption also declined significantly. Besides reducing sugar intake, the tax generates revenue that can fund public health programs. However, resistance from the food and beverage industry and local communities presents challenges. This study recommends implementing a sugar tax in Indonesia as a strategic step to improve public health, supported by complementary policies promoting healthy eating and stronger consumer protections.

Indonesia and Thailand, both Southeast Asian countries with high levels of cigarette consumption, have implemented health warning images on cigarette packs as a strategy to reduce smoking prevalence. This study aims to analyze and compare the effectiveness of these warning images in creating a deterrent and fear effect on smokers in both countries. Using Roland Barthes' semiotic method, this study focuses on visual elements such as image, size, and text message. The findings show that in Indonesia, images of lung cancer victims with scary textual warnings are pasted on the packaging, whereas in Thailand, the images used are more varied and larger in size, creating a stronger visual impact. Data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Thailand's Global Action to End Smoking revealed that there will be 70 million smokers in Indonesia by 2024 and 11.5 million in Thailand by 2022. The comparative results suggest that the larger and more varied health warnings in Thailand may be more effective in attracting attention and triggering emotional responses compared to the more homogenous approach in Indonesia. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that effective visual warnings can influence smokers' awareness and behavior, providing important insights for the development of more dynamic public health policies tailored to each country's cultural context in tobacco control efforts.

This article discusses how churches are adapting their missiology in the digital age by combining traditional methods and modern technology to reach younger generations. Through a mixed-method approach and interviews with leaders of the GMIM Victory Minanga Indah church, the study found that technological advances have opened up significant opportunities for spreading the Gospel through social media and digital platforms. However, the main challenge is maintaining the depth and authenticity of the Gospel message amid the rapid and diverse flow of information. Therefore, ministry strategies must be innovative, contextual, and interactive to be more effective and relevant. The role of church leaders is crucial in managing technology while upholding theological values to ensure the mission remains rooted in Christian teachings. In conclusion, missiology in the digital age must be dynamic and adaptive, blending technology with the foundation of faith to expand the reach of ministry in an inclusive and sustainable manner.

Faith transformation is a spiritual process that changes the lives of believers so that they become more Christ-like, both internally and externally. This paper discusses the importance of a living and dynamic faith that has a real impact in daily life. Churches and church leaders have a strategic role in the development of the congregation through spiritual education, social services, character building, and the utilization of technology. The faith transformation model involves a continuous spiritual journey that starts from awareness of God's call, repentance, to becoming an agent of social change. The impact of faith transformation includes individual spiritual maturity, contribution to church ministry, and positive influence on the wider community. With a purposeful strategy, a transformed congregation can become a channel of God's love that blesses the family, the church, and the world.

This article examines pastoral counseling strategies for congregants whose Christian faith is weakened by sustained exposure to secular digital content. The problem is not framed as a deterministic claim that digital media directly destroys faith, but as a practical-theological concern: algorithmic personalization, secular moral imaginaries, online doubt communities, entertainment habits, and fragmented attention can reshape belief, practice, belonging, and trust in church authority. The study aims to construct a counseling model that is theologically responsible, psychologically informed, and pastorally usable in local churches. Using a conceptual qualitative design, the article synthesizes literature from digital religion studies, mediatization theory, adolescent and emerging-adult religiosity, media psychology, religious coping, and spiritually integrated counseling. The analysis identifies three main findings. First, faith degradation should be diagnosed as a layered process involving cognitive doubt, affective dryness, moral dissonance, ritual discontinuity, and communal displacement. Second, pastoral counseling must move beyond prohibition toward discerning digital habits, rebuilding spiritual attention, and restoring relational trust. Third, an integrated strategy is proposed: assessment of digital-spiritual formation, narrative and theological reconstruction, communal re-embedding, and digital rule-of-life practices. The article concludes that pastoral counseling in the digital age should function as a ministry of interpretive accompaniment rather than merely corrective instruction.

This research aims to analyze the existence and strategic role of the Lembaga Inspirasi Al-Qur’an (LIA) in transforming media-based da'wah into a global tafsir literacy movement. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and digital documentation, this study explores how LIA addresses the challenges of religious literacy among urban communities. The research findings indicate that LIA has successfully developed an integrated da'wah model that combines three main pillars: broadcasting media through the "One Day One Ayat" program on RRI, the production of tafsir literacy (Tafsir Inspirasi, Tafseer of Inspiration, and the Tafsir Muyassar Inspirasi project), and social movements based on waqf. The historical roots of LIA, which began with radio-based da'wah activities in 2006, evolved into a formal institution in 2012 with state recognition through the tashih certification from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The strategy of cross-country intellectual collaboration and a waqf distribution system spanning 24 provinces and 10 countries are key to expanding the reach of this tafsir literacy. The results conclude that LIA's success lies in its moderate thematic tafsir methodology, linguistic innovation (bilingualism), and a systematic operational system in grounding the messages of the Al-Qur’an at the grassroots level dynamically.

This study aims to analyze the strategies of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in strengthening religious moderation among the community and to comprehensively identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Religious moderation is a strategic issue in maintaining harmony, tolerance, and social integrity amid the increasing complexity of religious and cultural diversity in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques to obtain in-depth and relevant information. The findings indicate that the strategies implemented include strengthening religious literacy through outreach and guidance activities, cross-sector collaboration with religious leaders and local governments, optimizing the role of religious instructors, and utilizing social media as an effective means of public education. In addition, fostering the younger generation through interfaith dialogue programs and inclusive religious activities serves as a preventive measure to counter radicalism and intolerance. The challenges faced include limited human resources and resistance from certain community groups toward religious moderation programs. Overall, the strategies implemented are considered fairly effective in fostering tolerant, inclusive, and harmonious attitudes within society.

In the context of the existence and function of the church, as well as within the scope of the clergy's duties, the question of ethical and pastoral legitimacy for a pastor to own and manage a business or venture that provides additional income outside the church institution continues to be the subject of ongoing discussion. There are views that are skeptical of this practice, arguing that the position of clergy as business owners can give rise to potential conflicts of interest, where business decisions and activities can potentially conflict with the principles and doctrines of the religion they adhere to. In order to explore this issue further, researchers are interested in conducting a biblical study, with a special focus on Pauline narratives related to this topic. The methodological approach adopted in this research is qualitative, with data collection carried out through extensive literature analysis. The findings of this research indicate that Paul does not seem to oppose the concept of bi-vocationalism. In contrast, the practice of clergy holding secular jobs in addition to their ministry duties may be considered a viable strategy, especially for smaller churches, as a means of supporting the continuity of their ministry.

Mohammad Hardiansyah. Strategy to Improve The Discipline of FireFighting Personnel to the Palembang Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to Improve the Discipline of Fire Fighting Personnel to the Palembang Fire And Disaster Management Service. The results show that from the results of research that has been carried out it can be said that the Strategy for Increasing Discipline of Personnel Related to Fire Fighting Services to the Community at the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service has not been effective because there are several indicators that have not been met from the side of external training that are not. can be followed by all personnel due to limited funds, as well as the support of facilities and facilities that are still not supported. For training activities carried out by employees, namely internal training for Levels I, II and III, while external training is held at the DKI Jakarta Fire Department in Ciracas, and has now been implemented by the Ministry of Home Affairs.  The supporting factor in this research is where the ASN development policy, as well as agency support for internal training and personal motivation are the main and important things, although in the future there will need to be other improvements. In addition, the existence of rewards and punishments is also a motivation to improve work discipline. Improving the quality of work is apart from the quality of personnel, also in terms of improving supporting facilities and infrastructure, currently the facilities owned are still not in accordance with the needs, so this is the inhibiting factor in this research. Then a lot of fire fighting equipment is still lacking, be it hoses, pumps, for reasons of budget constraints, of course this triggers the fire fire operation process

This study is focused on the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) growth in Indonesia. Various literature sources have been consulted to address the existing problems, and secondary data from relevant agencies such as BPS, BI, and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs have been used. The challenges faced by SMEs in enhancing their business capabilities are multifaceted, encompassing several indicators. These include insufficient capital, both in terms of quantity and sources, inadequate managerial and operational skills in organizing, and limited marketing opportunities. Moreover, there is also unhealthy competition and economic pressures leading to a restricted and narrow business scope. It is crucial to address these concerns, especially in anticipation of Indonesia's participation in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and the resulting open market. It is imperative for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. However, these problems can be effectively tackled through various policies that facilitate easy access for SMEs to the banking industry. The fact that only 13.6% of credit growth is disbursed by the banking sector demonstrates that capital-related issues can be easily resolved, subsequently impacting management and enabling the production of more competitive products. By effectively addressing the challenges posed by the AEC, the government's concerns can be better addressed.

Stunting in children under five is a critical health problem that affects physical and cognitive development as well as potential future productivity. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting is still high, especially in Central Java. This research explores the Central Java Health Service's strategy in overcoming stunting through a qualitative approach using library research. This research shows the results that the Central Java Health Service has formulated policies in accordance with the RPJMN and the direction of the Ministry of Health, focusing on improving health status at all stages of life. Flagship programs such as "Centing Apik" in Kebumen and "Centing Emas" in Magelang aim to improve the possibilities and quality of health and nutritional infrastructure for mothers and children. Even though the reduction in stunting rates is not yet significant, the Health Service's commitment to accelerating the reduction in stunting prevalence is carried out through program optimization, cross-sector collaboration, and public education about nutrition and healthy lifestyles. This strategy includes five stages: goals, environment, direction, action, and measurement. This research concludes that sustainable and integrated efforts are needed to significantly reduce the prevalence of stunting in Central Java.
