Ankai sitelu is taken from the Batak Karo language, the word ankai means understanding and sitelu which means sitiga. If these three words are interpreted, they mean a dance that originates from understanding rakut sitelu. " ankai sitelu" is a dance work inspired by the Batak Karo kinship system, namely rakut sitelu. Rakut sitelu consists of sukut, kalimbubu, and anak beru. Sukut is the party who is the host in a traditional or ritual ceremony, kalimbubu is the party who is highly respected because he is considered to be the representative of dibata (god) on earth who gives tendi and blood, while anak beru is the party who does the sukut work in traditional ceremonies and rituals. This work takes the essence of balance in the rakut sitelu system with traditional karo dance movement patterns which are developed according to broader teba movement intensity, volume, level and time. Ankai Sitelu's work is a group choreography consisting of three female dancers, a total of three dancers who will be composed in a large group and small group composition by paying attention to the composition of the parts. The number of three dancers is analogous to three social positions in the Rakut Sitelu kinship system. This work uses the exploration method as an initial part in developing the creativity of the creation process, improvisation to find movements by chance or spontaneously, composition to arrange the movements that have been obtained, as well as periodic corrective evaluation of the process. This work is expected to provide information about the meaning and values contained in Rakut Sitelu. Keywords: Rakut sitelu, balance, Karo Batak tradition

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Placement (X) consisting of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Tanah Grogot District Court Office Class II. The sample in this study were employees at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office using a saturated sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 34 people. Employees as samples in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 13 statements. The responses to this questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before carrying out multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 13 statement items are valid because rcount > rtable is (0.339). Apart from that, all statements are reliable because Cronbach's alpha (α) > 0.60 (0.905 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 1.460 – 0.133 X1 + 0.398 X2 – 0.133 X3 + 0.551 X4. The multiple correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.762, which means a strong correlation between the variables Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y). The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.522 or 52.2% shows the large contribution of the Placement variable (X) which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) to the variable Employee Performance (Y) was 52.2%, while the rest was explained by other variables not included in this research amounting to (100-52.2) % = 47.8%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows that Fcount > Ftable (10.012 > 2.70) or p-value (Fcount) > α (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the placement variables which consists of Education (X1), Work Knowledge (X2), Work Skills (X3), and Work Experience (X4) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. Partial testing (t test) shows that the value of tcount > ttable on Job Knowledge (X2), namely 3.198 > 1.699 and Work Experience (X4), namely 3.138 > 1.699, there is a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while the value of tcount < ttable for Education (X1) and Work Skills (X3) has no significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) in the Clerk's Office at the Class II Tanah Grogot District Court Office. In the Placement variable (X) which consists of the four variables studied, the dominant variable is Job Knowledge (X2) as evidenced by the highest t-count value of 3.198 and the lowest significant value of 0.003.

Writing skills (maharah al-kitabah) are the highest of the four language skills. Writing is an activity that is related to the thinking process and expression skills in written form. Maharah Kitabah or also known as applied writing has a very important role in human life. Even in educational institutions, learning a foreign language is the main aim of writing skills. In general, writing skills have unique characteristics compared to other types of skills that have an impact on teaching methods. Therefore, every educator needs to look for effective writing teaching methods to improve student achievement. The most effective is the Total Physical Response method or known as Perfect Physical Response (TPR). In the 1960s, American psychologist James Asher developed the TPR method. This research uses a qualitative method, descriptive research type. In other words, this method provides comprehension practice through the use of physical drawing techniques during foreign language teaching at the initial level. This method has the following principles: First, teaching must reduce productive skills in language learning (spoken and written). Second, delay teaching speaking before the child's understanding has developed. Third, language skills acquired through hearing transfer to other skills (speaking, reading and writing). Fourth, teaching must emphasize the meaning of form.

This paper uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely analyzing, describing and summarizing various conditions and situations from various data collected in the form of results from the field. This article discusses the civil aspect in contract cases, which are used by many people in various business collaborations. This article uses a normative research method, and uses a statutory approach. The provisions limiting the authority to make this exoneration clause have not been explicitly regulated. The only provision is the UUPK, although it uses the term standard clause which turns out to be different in meaning from the exoneration clause. In this case the standard clause is defined as a clause made unilaterally by the business actor, but its contents may not lead to an exoneration clause. Meanwhile, the exoneration clause as explained earlier is a clause that contains an attempt to limit, or even completely eliminate, the responsibility that should be borne by one of the parties, in this case the business actor. Legal protection is to provide protection for human rights that are harmed by others and this protection is given to the community so that they can enjoy all the rights granted by law so that the achievement of business/economic development goals in Indonesia is achieved in accordance with the values of justice of the Indonesian people.

Pancasila contains five basic meanings that are interrelated with the nation's history, national ideology, ethics and various other aspects. Ethics is a system of values or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. Keywords: Pancasila, nation, ethics
