Madura Island has many uniqueness, not only in terms of its famous beach tourism but also in terms of its culture. One of them is the muang sangkal dance which is the culture of Sumenep Regency. However, the muang sangkal dance is less popular among 9-12 year olds than other traditional dances. To solve this problem, an interactive illustration book "Dancing with Muang Sangkal" was designed which contains several main characters in it to introduce muang sangkal dance to children 9-12 years old. This research uses a qualitative method through observation, interviews, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Through this design, it is hoped that the target audience will be proud and know the existing nation's culture better.

Restoration for victims of criminal acts is an essential aspect of the judicial system that is often overlooked. This article aims to examine the legal procedures available to victims or their families in obtaining restoration rights. The discussion includes criminal law aspects such as restitution and compensation based on Law No. 13 of 2006 jo. Law No. 31 of 2014 on Witness and Victim Protection, as well as the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). Additionally, this article highlights the civil law route through lawsuits based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code regarding unlawful acts (KUHAPER). With a normative juridical approach and internship experience at the Legal Consultation and Assistance Clinic of Trunojoyo Madura University, this article is expected to contribute to strengthening victims' rights within the Indonesian legal system through the available legal avenues, both criminal and civil.

This research aims to analyze forms of phonological interference in the use of Indonesian by speakers of the Nias regional language in Garu II, Medan Amplas. The background of this research is based on the fact that the Nias people, as a bilingual group, often experience difficulties in pronouncing Indonesian according to the rules, resulting in symptoms of phonological deviations such as deletions, changes and additions of phonemes. Using qualitative descriptive methods and triangulation techniques (observation, interviews, documentation), this research found three main forms of interference: (1) deletion of the final phoneme (example: "jalan" becomes "jala"), (2) changes in phonemes (example: "kaya" becomes “kayo”), and (3) the addition of phonemes (example: “although” becomes “walampun”). Factors causing interference include the social environment, first language habits, low vocabulary mastery, and weak loyalty to the second language. It is hoped that the results of this research can enrich the study of phonology and become a reference in developing Indonesian for bilingual communities.

Inclusive education at the elementary school level requires an appropriate approach to support the learning success of students with special needs, including children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the individual guidance approach in helping children with ADHD overcome learning challenges, as well as identifying obstacles and supporting factors in its implementation in elementary school environments. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method at SDIT Al-Ghazali Pamekasan, through data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were grade 4 teachers and one of the students with ADHD as the main subject. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The results of the study showed that individual guidance was significantly able to improve learning focus, as well as the social and emotional skills of students with ADHD. This success was greatly influenced by teacher involvement, parental support, and adaptive learning strategies. However, challenges such as limited teacher time, lack of varied learning media, and lack of special training are still obstacles that need to be addressed systematically. These findings contribute to the development of more effective inclusive education strategies, especially in supporting students with attention and behavioral disorders in elementary school environments.

This study aims to understand the dynamics of intercultural communication in the adaptation process of interethnic marriages between Javanese and Madurese couples in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The primary focus is on how couples from different cultural backgrounds develop communication patterns and adjust to one another in their household life. This research employs a qualitative approach using a phenomenological design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three interethnic couples who have been married for more than two years. The findings reveal that communication within interethnic households is adaptive and context-dependent. Indonesian is predominantly used as the main language of interaction, serving as a neutral medium easily understood by both parties, while regional languages are preserved for specific cultural situations. Challenges in communication arise from differences in emotional expression and communication styles, which often lead to misunderstandings, especially during the early stages of marriage. However, couples who engage in open and respectful communication are able to overcome these differences and create a harmonious relationship. Cultural adaptation is also reflected in parenting practices, division of household roles, and interactions with extended families. Support from extended families significantly contributes to the process of cultural acceptance. In conclusion, interethnic marriages between Javanese and Madurese couples represent an ongoing negotiation of values and the formation of a new, inclusive family identity through mutual understanding and culturally respectful communication.

Child marriage remains a serious issue in many regions of Indonesia, including Sampang Regency, Madura. Despite the implementation of laws that set the minimum legal age for marriage, early marriages are still widespread and bring various negative impacts, including educational dropout, reproductive health risks, and socio-economic problems. This study aims to analyze the impact of child marriage using the Street-Level Bureaucracy approach developed by Michael Lipsky (2010). This approach focuses on how front-line policy implementers-such as officials from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), Religious Court judges, social service officers, and community leaders-interpret and enforce child marriage prevention policies at the local level. This research employs a qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews with policy implementers and affected community members. The findings indicate that policy implementation is heavily influenced by the discretion of street-level bureaucrats and is shaped by local cultural values and social pressures. Variations in how policies are applied lead to inconsistent outcomes in child marriage prevention. The study also highlights that child marriage often results in school dropout, emotional and financial unpreparedness, and reproductive health risks.
