The background of the research is the fact that there is a lot of moral decline that occurs in the younger generation of the Indonesian nation. This is evident in the world of national education that there are still many students who violate school regulations, ranging from not carrying out assignments, arriving late, missing school and student disobedience to their teachers. These various attitudes occur due to the depletion of the attitude of discipline and responsibility of students. The solution to this problem is the need for educational institutions that are able to overcome and build the character of learning discipline in students.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan School. The research method uses a type of Qualitative research by taking location at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan. Interviews, observation and documentation are the data sources used in this research process. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that the implementation of character education in shaping learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan includes two aspects, namely implementation and school efforts. The implementation of character education implementation in shaping learning discipline through fun learning activities for students, habituation, discipline, infrastructure and fun learning. The school's efforts in implementing character education in shaping student learning discipline at SD IT Al-Izzah Sibuhuan are to create teaching and learning activities that are conducive, effective and fun. From the school, they also provide examples of student discipline to students so that they apply it to their daily activities to become better people.

In addition, education also has a central role in shaping the character of the nation's children, creating individuals who are able to contribute to society. Educational support tools include devices and materials that support the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process. Its function involves delivering information in an interesting and interactive manner, facilitating the understanding of the material by learners, and increasing their active involvement in learning. However, along with technological advances, educational tools are experiencing rapid development. This provides opportunities for learning that are more accessible to various groups. However, challenges arise in the form of educational gaps. Schools in remote areas, for example, may face limited access to the internet, computers, or mobile devices that are essential to the learning process. Therefore, the role of educational tools is crucial in creating inclusive education, overcoming gaps, and ensuring that every individual can access learning in this digital era.

Currently, various industries see the increasingly rapid development of modern technology, almost all institutions need a government information system, one of which is to automate data storage more quickly and easily. The levy receipt system is an example of information technology. One of the government agencies in Gresik Regency that has not implemented an information system for data processing is the Cooperative Service, located in Gresik, Kembangan, KEC.kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121. assisting other officers who handle administration in the Market Tax Sub-section, namely data processing Daily or monthly Market Tax payments still use a Tax Control Card or. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MYSQL DATABASE. The research methodology used in this research uses data collection methods. The conclusions are expected to help simplify the management of market services, such as managing traders, processing kiosks and losses, and processing fee data and reports, it is also hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage.

The Quran, the holy book of Islam, has long been the focus of attention in the context of religion and spirituality. However, in recent decades, interest in the Quran as a potential source of science has increased. Previous studies have shown that the Quran contains knowledge relevant to various fields of modern science. This study aims to investigate the role of the Quran as a source of science in an interdisciplinary context. The main objective of this study is to analyze and identify elements in the Quran that have relevance in the development of modern science. In addition, this study also aims to understand how the Quran can make a positive contribution in expanding our understanding of the world and various aspects of life. This research uses an interdisciplinary method of analyzing Quranic texts. The author examines various Quranic verses related to scientific concepts and then compares them with recent scientific findings in various fields such as natural science, social science, and medical science. The results show that the Quran contains many verses that are relevant to recent scientific discoveries. Examples include descriptions of the creation of the universe, human development, and ethical principles relevant in science. The findings support the argument that the Quran can be considered a valuable source of science and can help enrich our understanding of the world we live in. This research has significant implications in supporting the dialogue between religion and science, as well as opening up the potential for closer collaboration between religious scholars and scientists in the exploration of science and spirituality.

This study aims to examine how law enforcement against illegal fishing and overfishing in the Indonesian ocean region is carried out by "Foreign Countries" such as Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries. We know that marine resources, in this case fisheries in Indonesia, are one form of the country's "defense" aspects. Indonesia's Exclusive Economic Zone or called ZEEI in the North Natuna Sea is an area that is often the case. For example, Indonesia there will be arrests of Vietnamese – flagged fishing vessels in early 2023 and until November 2018 the Indonesian Government had handled 134 illegal fishing cases and 41 of them had permanent legal force. Illegal fishing itself is often associated with large-scale fishing or overfishing thatresults in damage to the underwater ecosystem. Underwater ecosystems will become extinct if illegal fishing and overfishing cases are not seriously handled by the Government and Law Enforcement Officials. Foreign ships of illegal fishing and overfishing can be sanctioned in the form of violations of Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries as amended by Law Number 45 of 2009 with the threat of a maximum prison sentence of 6 years and a maximum of Rp 20 billion rupiah. To establish a connection, these network devices follow certain rules called communication protocols, both through physical and wireless technology. The performance level of a Wi-Fi network, for example inside a building, can be measured by how well users receive the Wi-Fi signal. The goal of this network is to establish timely and precise communication between users and data senders. A successful Internet connection often depends on receiving a strong and consistent signal, while a fluctuating or weak signal is undesirable. A commonly used approach to measure the average Wi-Fi signal level in a building without needing to understand every detail of the building layout is to use Single Slope Modeling (1SM). This model bases its calculations on the distance between the sending and receiving devices, so it can be used to analyze the performance of Wi-Fi networks, as is done in the case of educational institution buildings. Apart from that, in an effort to optimize network performance, a genetic algorithm was also created which was implemented using the PHP language. This algorithm is based on the principles of genetic algorithms to overcome optimization problems that may arise in the context of such networks.

Globalization is a global phenomenon that affects all aspects of life, including consumption behavior. The Korean Wave is an example of globalization. The Korean Wave phenomenon can reach Indonesia, one of which is through Korean music culture which is very famous in various countries, namely K-Pop. Apart from its well-known music, Korea also wants to export halal-certified Korean food to Indonesia through halal food diplomacy. This research aims to determine the influence of halal awareness and halal certification on generation Z's choice of halal consumption behavior for Korean food products. The population in this research is Lawson Tulungagung consumers. The sample used in this research was 160 respondents who had been tested to meet the sampling criteria. The analytical methods used are multiple linear regression, instrument testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that simultaneously halal certification and halal awareness have a positive and significant effect on generation z's halal consumption choices. Apart from that, halal certification partially has a negative and insignificant effect on generation z's halal consumption choices, while halal awareness has a positive and significant effect on generation z's halal consumption choices for Korean food products.

This article aims to find out what the flow of learning objectives and Principles. The flow of learning objectives is a series of learning obectives that are arranged systematically and logically in the learning phase so that students can achieve learning which is the limit of learning echievement. The flow of learning objectives becomes a guide for teachers and students to achieve Learning outcomes at the end of a phase. Teachers can develop a flow of learning objectives, each according to the context and needs of students in the class taught. The government provides several examples of learning flows that can be directly used or modified, and creates guidelines for preparing teaching tools.Asement can be defined as the activity of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or information about study participants and their environment to obtain an overview of the individual’s condition or environment.  

The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

The curriculum is an important part of the education system because it is one of the determining factors in achiefing goals. Likewise, the Islamic religious education (PAI) curriculum also plays a central role in various curricula to achieve the direction and goals of Islamic education itself. Islamic education aims to develop all human potential based on Islamic law. However, in reality, the PAI curriculum still has problems in real life. For example, the education model is still docmatic, old-fashioned, redundant, and the religius concept taught are no longer relevant to modern life. Teachers and all scool staff mus be able to trully understand and design the curriculum. In developing an Islamic religious education (IRE) curriculum, a special approach is anneded that ensures that the designed curriculum can bring students to the desiret changes. Teachers can choose several approaches that suit their teatching model, taking into account the specifics of Islamic education itself. Four approaches can be used in curriculum development: academic, humanistic, technological and social reconstruction approaches. The developed curriculum can then be used by various PAI teachers in the teaching and learning process at school.

In conflict situations, it is important to ensure that human rights, especially the right to life, are respected and protected. For example, in Law no. 34 of 2004 which regulates the use of weapons by the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in peaceful conditions, allows the use of weapons only with written permission from superiors and in the context of maintaining security and requested. In the context of this case, the shooting at the Sugapa Community Health Center did not have written permission from the Indonesian National Army (TNI) superiors, which is a serious violation of law. This violation raises questions about the accountability of security forces and the need for law enforcement in cases of gun shooting by members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) outside of emergency situations. The situation in Papua creates ongoing challenges. Armed groups in the region often threaten national security and the safety of security forces. In the face of serious threats to state sovereignty, the government, and the Indonesian National Army (TNI) may feel forced to take decisive action. However, these actions must still comply with legal and human rights standards and ensure that human rights and the right to life of individuals are fully respected. This research is normative in nature with a focus on analysis of the legal framework that regulates the use of weapons by the Indonesian National Army (TNI). Normative research methods are used to state consistency and compliance with applicable regulations. Through this approach, the research aims to provide a legal perspective on erasure actions in Papua, as well as asking whether these steps are in accordance with applicable legal and human rights principles. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a basis for recommending improvements to policies and actions that support law enforcement and human rights protection in the context of conflict in Papua

Bullying is an act that is not commendable and can cause enormous harm. Bullying is an aggressive behavior carried out by someone who is stronger to someone else who is weaker by committing acts of violence, humiliation, intimidation, exclusion, and even slander, which causes the victim to experience physical and psychological disorders. Bullying behavior can be caused by family, peers, social media, and environmental factors. Lack of parental and teacher supervision in educating children, setting bad examples for children at home, following peers to bully, following trends, following inappropriate behaviors in social media, and following bullying behaviors that occur in the surrounding environment are things that can cause bullying behavior to occur in children. Advise the perpetrator properly and make the perpetrator not repeat this again and immediately apologize to the victim. Provide more in-depth education to the perpetrator so that there is a change in behavior in the future and if he does it again, he will impose strict sanctions on the perpetrator so that he will be reported to the police.

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

As the era of songket cloth has developed into a profitable business opportunity, and marketing strategy is the most important factor in business because this is what determines everything, the increasing competition in the business world means that all business actors must be able to think creatively and innovatively to attract consumer interest. Therefore, the author is looking for marketing strategies for songket cloth in South Sumatra, one of which is located at Griya Kain Tuan Kentang, Jakabaring District, Palembang City. Based on the results of Griya Kain Tuan Kentang Palembang's research in the field directly with the people involved as well as observing aspects of the product, location, advertising, price, process, physical evidence, it can be concluded that it is functioning or running well. And the author suggests that Griya Kain Tuan Kentang needs to innovate or initiate so that it is more widely known by consumers, for example participating in events such as exhibitions and markets.

The advocate's code of ethics also binds advocates to behave to maintain the dignity and good name of their profession. Violations of the code of ethics by well-known advocates such as Hotman Paris are a clear example that violations of professional ethics can harm the good name of the advocacy profession as a whole. This research uses normative juridical research methods with literature study. This research uses a case approach, namely cases of violations of the code of ethics committed by Hotman Paris. The results of the research show that even though they are free and independent law enforcers, advocates are still bound by the advocate's code of ethics which sets ethical and moral standards in carrying out their profession. The heavy disciplinary sanctions received by Hotman Paris reflect the seriousness of this violation of the ethical norms of the advocate profession. Even though Hotman Paris left the Indonesian Advocates Association, disciplinary sanctions remain in effect because they are related to violations of the advocate's code of ethics involving the Supreme Court.

This service activity attempts to reach out to business actors who are interested in using digital marketing approaches. The service activity was attended by 25 members of the Cibiru Village Tofu business in Bandung. The implementation of activities is divided into two activity steps: socialisation and demonstration.
