Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is an age-old biological phenomenon, as evidenced by its evolutionary history and abundance of environmental immunity Antibiotics used by humans contributes to resistance to acquired disease, a public health issue that drives the selection of resistance genes. A.M.R. One of the most important strategies to combat AMR is the search for new antibiotics. During the 1980s, existing products were either enhanced or modified in antibiotics currently on the market. The World Health Organization (WHO) warns of limited new candidates and highly characterizes the current pipeline. After careful analysis of preclinical and therapeutic pipelines, it seems expected that very few new antibiotics will enter the market in the coming years . Most of these candidates do not meet the new standards required to adequately address the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).The key principles to cope with the rapidly emerging AMR are diversity and innovation which are done. R&D efforts should address new antibiotic resistance. Although there is promising potential to change the dynamics between the spread of AMR, antibiotic reserves, and meeting new lead standards, we examine the historical context and challenges associated with drug a kills bacteria detection, and various other processes. Let us describe the proposed methods of revitalizing the pipeline.

The institution of marriage in Indonesia has long been considered a social and moral milestone. However, in the digital era, shifting gender roles and the rise of social media have significantly transformed how young women perceive marriage. This study aims to explore the perceptions of early adult women (aged 18–25) toward the #MarriageIsScary narrative on TikTok, focusing on content from the account @bobahagia19. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and content analysis of selected TikTok videos. The findings reveal that the #MarriageIsScary trend represents a collective expression of emotional anxiety, self-awareness, and social critique of traditional marriage norms. Participants perceived marriage as an uncertain institution, often associated with emotional instability, betrayal, and loss of autonomy. Yet, the same discourse also fostered empowerment and solidarity among women, forming what scholars describe as digital sisterhood. The discussion integrates sociological and media theories (Giddens, 1992; Papacharissi, 2015; Banet-Weiser, 2018) to illustrate how digital narratives both reflect and reshape cultural meanings of marriage in contemporary Indonesia. Overall, the study concludes that TikTok functions as a participatory space where young women redefine marital expectations through shared emotions, storytelling, and online community engagement.

This study investigates the impact of dual citizenship on political participation and national identity in Indonesia. Despite dual citizenship not being officially recognized under Law No. 12 of 2006 on the Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, many Indonesians living abroad encounter this status. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, to explore the challenges faced by dual citizens in political engagement and how this status affects their political identity. Findings indicate that individuals with dual citizenship often face legal uncertainties, difficulties in political participation, and conflicts regarding political loyalty. Comparative analysis with countries that recognize dual citizenship, such as the United States and several European Union nations, reveals that acknowledging dual citizenship can facilitate better political participation and reduce identity conflicts. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Indonesia consider reforming its citizenship policies, enhance education on political rights, and strengthen international dialogue to address the challenges associated with dual citizenship.

Dermatoporosis is a chronic skin fragility syndrome common in the elderly, characterized by thinning of the skin that increases the risk of injury, bruising, and delayed wound healing. Chronic hyperglycemia and poor glycemic control have been reported to be associated with an increased risk of dermatoporosis. This community service activity aims to screen blood sugar levels, HbA1c, and dermatoporosis and educate the elderly using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) method at Panti Bina Bhakti, South Tangerang. This activity involved 93 elderly participants aged >65 years. Meanwhile, based on the results of the HbA1C examination, 52 people had moderate glycemic control and 24 people had poor glycemic control. The results of the dermatoporosis examination have not been included. Early intervention through education and monitoring of blood sugar levels can reduce the risk of dermatoporosis, improve the health of the elderly's skin, and reduce the burden of health care.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a chronic gastrointestinal disorder characterized by regurgitation of gastric contents into the esophagus, causing a variety of clinical symptoms such as heartburn, regurgitation, and atypical presentations such as chest pain, chronic cough, and asthma. In the elderly, GERD is very common, often with atypical symptoms and has a higher risk of complications, including esophagitis, Barrett's esophagus, and esophageal cancer. Functional dispepsia, another common gastrointestinal disorder, affects more than 20% of the population and is associated with significant negative impacts on quality of life and health care costs. This community service activity aims to screen for GERD and dispepsia in the elderly population through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach. The activity was carried out at Panti Bina Bhakti, South Tangerang, involving 93 elderly participants aged over 65 years. The results showed that 64 people (68.82%) had a 50% chance of GERD, 21 people (22.58%) had a 79% chance of GERD, and 6 people (6.45%) had an 89% chance of GERD. Screening for GERD and dispepsia in the elderly is very important for early detection and timely intervention, which can prevent disease progression and reduce the risk of complications.

In Indonesia, on average, there are 414 work accidents every day, 27.8% are caused by quite high fatigue, approximately 9.5% or 39 people experience physical disabilities due to exposure to chemical, physical, biological and other hazards. The aim of the research to be conducted is to determine the factors associated with work fatigue in the pharmaceutical sector. This type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional research design with a sample of 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and interviews, weight and height weighing tools to determine nutritional status, oymeters to measure workload, and PVT application tools used to measure the level of work fatigue carried out on respondents at PT X. The data analysis used was chi-square test. Univariate results: old age, namely 39 people (65%), obesity nutritional status, namely 30 people (50%), female gender, namely 45 people (75%), no history of disease, 58 people (96.7%), long working period namely 45 people (75%), heavy workload, namely 19 people (31.7%), night shift work, namely 22 people (36.7%), heavy work fatigue, namely 28 people (46.7%). Bivariate analysis shows that there is a relationship with each variable if p<0.05, which from the research shows that the variables age, nutritional status, work period, workload, work shifts have a positive relationship with work fatigue.
