One of the problems in pastoral care is not understanding the spiritual needs and character of each congregation. A pastor acts as a parent and teacher for his congregation. In the process, a pastor of the congregation often does not reach the ultimate goal of his pastoral care, namely the maturity of the faith of his congregation with a sign of changing earthly characteristics into heavenly ones. This is because there is no brotherly love and the pastor does not fully understand the spirit of heresy that develops in the congregation and how to avoid this error that starts in the church. In line with this problem, this article seeks to provide ideas and explanations about the role of the pastor as a parent for his congregation in facing the end-time character crisis. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative study with a literature analysis approach.

This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.

The purpose of this study is to overcome the problem of learning that is not optimal in class XI students of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, and the lack of attractiveness in PAI lessons because the method used is too monotonous so that it makes students feel bored quickly, there are problems in the use of learning media that make student learning outcomes not good. In the case of SMA 1 Tambun Utara, the delivery of material by the teacher in the learning media uses the lecture method, where the teacher is more active in speaking and students tend to be silent to listen, thus making students unable to master the material well. To overcome it all, researchers suggest using new media such as demonstrations, as a way to increase students' interest in learning. The Demonstration Method is a medium that has elements of demonstration. This study is intended to answer the problem "Whether the use of demonstration methods in PAI subjects can improve student learning outcomes at SMA 1 Tambun Utara", these problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Research data obtained through classroom observation and documentation of the results of actions carried out data from effective teachers, with this research it will be known that there will be an increase or decrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI subjects at SMA 1 Tambun Utara.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

The purpose of this principal's action research was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City in preparing assessment administration through academic supervision. The type of research used in this research is school action research. The activities in this study consisted of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection techniques used class observation techniques. The observation instrument used was the teacher's ability assessment tool (APKG) in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument. The data analysis used is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Quantitative data obtained is described in the form of words or explanations. Furthermore, data comparisons are carried out to ensure whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in the assessment of learning administration. The results of the study show that academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to prepare assessment administration in learning at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City 26.2%.

The purpose of this community service activity at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga is to help students become more proficient in managing Preschool Field Introduction Program activities. Students will practice direct observation of school culture, observation to develop competence, and direct observation of the learning process in class during this community service activity. Teachers, staff and supervising lecturers at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga also guide students in carrying out this observation activity so that it can be realized in further activities. The method used in this service uses a field survey method. This program involves school principals and teachers at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga. The results of this service show that students have achieved the indicators set such as observation, attitude and discipline very well with a score weight of 1075.03 with an average score of 89.59.

Education is learning and knowledge that is passed down from generation to generation through learning and training. One educational institution that is no less important to build is religion-based education, such as the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Education institution. At this time the tahfidz program was very popular and respected by various institutions. This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the tahfidz program starts with discussions with the leaders and all tahfidz teachers. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. The learning process requires the existence of media to encourage the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. This study aims to describe the thematic learning process with a scientific approach assisted by digital media which was carried out in class II Bandar 3 elementary school. And to find out what digital media are used and what obstacles are experienced during the learning process. Specifically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research method. Based on the results of the study, the learning process for class II Bandar 3 elementary school Pacitan was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage was carried out by the teacher by matching and seeing the lesson plans, the implementation stage in which the teacher carried out explanation activities, asked questions, and gave assignments. While the teacher assessment stage assesses student activities from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Arabic is a foreign language which is quite difficult to understand for children who are just learning another language, besides their mother tongue. There are many obstacles encountered by educators in the introduction of Arabic to children. It is very important for the teacher to choose the right method to make learning more fun and easy to understand. Therefore in this study the researcher has the goal of increasing children's understanding of learning Arabic using the Total Physical Response method. This research was conducted at MIN 14 Hulu Sungai Tengah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that the TPR method: easy to understand and apply, does not require more power, does not require additional fees, contains elements of game movement so that it can relieve stress on children, learning time becomes more efficient, communication between teachers and children becomes more effective the child becomes more expressive

Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

Memorizing the Koran is one form of our efforts to get closer to Allah SWT through His words. The tilawati method is a book of teaching and learning methods to read the Koran with a balanced classical-read-listen approach. The implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning the tahfidz of the Koran to improve the quality of reading the Koran is a process of reading verses that must be memorized perfectly and becomes a good quality reading. This study aims to find out how the tilawati method becomes a method that focuses on how to read the Koran easily and pleasantly, by using this tilawati method students can find out how to recite the Koran so that reading the Koran becomes quality reading at TPA Hidayatul Science Unit 332 Village Paliat. The methodology used in this study was carried out by field observation which is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, the Implementation of the Tilawati Method in Tahfidz Koran at TPA Hidayatul Ilmi Unit 332 in Paliat Village can support learning tahfidz Koran because it makes it easier for teachers and students to teach and learn, and improves the quality of reading and memorizing the Koran, can make it easier for children to read the Koran well and correctly in accordance with applicable rules, making students fluent in reading the Koran and avoiding mistakes in the meaning of the Koran

Learning while playing, playing while learning is the principle of fun learning in PAUD. Early age at school is an effective age for developing various potentials that children have. This research is motivated by a problem, namely the application of the principle of playing while learning is still not optimal in developing multiple intelligences in early childhood. This study aims to stimulate children's brains in the long term, so that their memories are always filled with activities that give positive impressions and of course are fun for children, and to find out the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher's feelings about the concept of playing while learning for early childhood. The purpose of playing is basically directed at developing children's multiple intelligences. The principle of playing while learning prioritizes playing activities rather than learning, meaning that learning activities in PAUD are more dominated by fun and exciting activities for children. The theoretical foundations in this study are: the concept of playing while learning, the notion of learning, the concept of PAUD learning, the concept of early childhood education. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that PAUD Dharma Bakti uses the method of playing while learning to increase the multiple intelligences of children. The conclusion of this study is that learning while playing is very effective to do. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn)  SD . This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in elementary schools because there are still many teachers who do not apply innovative learning models, teacher-centered conventional learning models that make students less active in the learning process. The Inquiry Learning learning model emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking to seek and find answers to the problems in question. This research method is the study of literature (Library Research) or library research. The research is motivated by the low student scores, presumably because the learning model is less attractive. Inquiry Learning learning model, namely: (1) orientation; (2) formulate the problem; (3) formulate hypotheses; (4) collect data; (5) testing the hypothesis; (6) formulate conclusion    

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.

MI Al-Muhajirin is one of the schools in the Denpasar area that is implementing an online learning process. which underlies the author to conduct research. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the Strategy of the Head of MI Al-Muhajirin during the Covid-19 Pandemic, 2) the Learning Process through Online at MI Al-Muhajirin Denpasar during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, 3) The Strategy of the Head of Madrasah in Streamlining the Learning Process Online at MI Al-Muhajirin Denpasar during the Covid-19 Pandemic This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively, namely starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that: (1) The strategy of the madrasah principal has facilitated the basic needs of teachers such as preparing special quotas for teachers, preparing supporting media such as cameras, tripods, special rooms for making instructional videos. (2) The online learning process at MI Al-Muhajirin can be seen from the increase in student grades. (3) The strategy of the head of madrasah in an effort to facilitate online learning has been implemented, namely by preparing special cellphones and special classrooms.

Innovation is an idea, practice, item, event, or method that is felt or observed as something new for someone to create innovation in improving the quality of education in madrasas and developing a wide reach. This innovation can be developed through the creativity of female students to instill a spirit in every child. The aim of this research is to find out how innovative the Madrasah Head is in telling about student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in reading student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are that the madrasa head's innovation in developing student creativity at MI Al Hudy has gone quite well, as evidenced by the increase in students who are interested and interested in the field of crafts and the proof of their works, as well as supporting factors in developing student creativity in MI Al Hudy provides support from the madrasa head, professional teachers, support from student parents, regular training, a supportive environment and adequate madrasa facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are families who do not fully have the same vision and mission in developing student creativity, the negative influence of social media or technology, limited time.

Character education in today's era is very important to be applied to elementary school children. Character education is an effort that is applied to instill religious, moral, ethical values ​​in elementary school children through science, assisted by parents, teachers, and the community. This service aims to socialize to parents as the first environment for a child to get an education, how important it is to instill character education values ​​starting at an early age and especially in children at elementary school age. This community service is carried out in RW 8, Mandala Village, Merauke District, Mareauke Regency. This activity is carried out in 3 parts where in each part it uses the lecture method and question and answer discussion with parents. The results of this training are 1) increased understanding of parents about the importance of character education for elementary school children. 2) the increasing desire of parents to implement character education for children in elementary schools

Many parents and teachers do not care about the motor development of early childhood. This is because their paradigm only focuses on certain developments. Therefore, as a professional and good teacher, it is necessary to know what methods need to be used in developing AUD motor skills. This service aims to make AUD teachers know what learning methods can be used in the process of developing children's gross motor skills. This PKM was held at YAPIS Merauke Kindergarten and was attended by 11 YAPIS Merauke Kindergarten teachers. This activity was carried out in 4 sessions where in each session using the lecture method and question and answer discussion. In the end, teachers are expected to be able to create more varied learning methods to support early childhood development.
