The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of using picture series on students' speaking skill. The researcher had done at MTSS Nagari Binjai. The problems in this research was caused by several factors. Firstly, students paid less attention to the English teacher. Secondly, they were afraid of making mistake to express ideas. In this research a quasi-experimental design was used by the researcher. The researcher used pre-test and post-test to experimental and control class. The sample was 2A as experimental class and taught by using picture series and 2B as control class and taught without using picture series. To determine the sample, the experimental and control class, the researcher utilized SPSS 20 to examine the data and check for normality and homogeneity. The researcher utilized the t-test formula to test the hypothesis and consulted the results in a t-table with level of significance of 0.05. It was found that there was a significant effect of using picture series toward students speaking skill. Then there was a significant difference between students who were taught using picture series and those who were taught without them. The value of t-calculated in the post-test from the experimental and control classes was greater than the t-table (3.4 > 2.021). The last hypothesis was that teaching with picture series was superior than teaching without picture series in terms of improving students' speaking skill. In the post-test, the mean score of the experimental class was greater than the control class (8.10 > 2.54).

The problem in this study is, Based on the background of the problem, the problem of this research is "How is the use of the abbreviated Slang for Aliyah students?" The purpose of this study Based on the research problems above, the purpose of this study was to find out the use of abbreviated slang in Aliyah students. By collecting written evidence through photos. The results of this study are data on the use of slang words for abbreviations.

In this final project the author discusses the problem entitled "Design of Smoke Detector and Room Temperature of SAP ERP Server at PT Apac Inti Corpora". This design aims to support the improvement of the security system in the server room with smoke and temperature detectors and microcontroller-based automatic countermeasures. Against the background of problems with sensors and countermeasures systems in the server room and lack of insight into sensor installation. This tool uses a gas sensor MQ-2 as a smoke detector, a DHT-11 sensor as a temperature detector, Arduino as a microcontroller that controls I/O, buzzer and LED as an alarm, a fan as a temperature controller, and an LCD to display conditions in the room. The output of the MQ-2 and DHT-11 sensors will be processed in a programmed microcontroller so that it can display conditions on the LCD. This tool will turn on the alarm and fan if smoke and high temperature are detected at the specified conditions.

In online media, writing errors regarding language are often found. One of them is online media in the process of writing news texts sometimes in a hurry because it is based on a predetermined deadline. This error occurs because it violates two of the three terms of word selection, namely "true" and "right". This study aims to (1) describe the form of language errors in terms of the use of word choice and italics contained in the DetikOto online news text, (2) explain the form of errors and language corrections in terms of the use of word choice and italics that dominantly appear in news texts. online detikOto. This research uses a descriptive method. The data of this research are in the form of errors in words and sentences containing language errors in the DetikOto news text. Data collection techniques used are reading, marking errors, identifying, analyzing, and concluding. While the instrument in this study is the researcher himself and the instructions for errors and improvements. Furthermore, the note-taking technique is used to write down the problems in the reading. The note-taking technique used is to record words or sentences which are a form of language error in the field of spelling. After being analyzed and described based on the form of language errors in the field of spelling, errors in spelling in the news text include: 1. Word Choice Errors, 2. Acronym Errors, 3. Title Writing, 4. Italicized Writing. Then concluded from the improvement of the sentence.

One of Ahmad Tohari's short stories is The Bright House, in the collection of short stories Smile Karyamin (2013). The short story records the incident of electricity entering a village. This writing method is by showing forms of inhumanism in the short story. The theory used is the theory of postmodernism by Jean Francois Lyotard as explained by Struart Sim regarding the Inhuman condition. The result of this discussion is Inhumanism in rural communities caused by the presence of electricity as the initial foundation for the presence of technology in the form of the loss of cultural habits for the local community, both in terms of habits of responding to nature or new conflicts after the presence of electricity in society. This happens because of the presence of artificial life, replacing the role of nature which has been a part of people's lives like the existence of the moon. Access to information is obtained by the community after getting to know technology which presents new values and is different from the values they previously had as a communal society

In the current era, learning adheres to the 2013 curriculum which includes HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) consisting of critical thinking competencies, creativity and innovation, communication skills, collaboration skills and selfconfidence. These five things need to be trained or improved for deaf children so that they can take part in learning well. So learning media products are made that can be used to recognize letters and numbers. Football School (SSB) is a supporting facility for children who have potential in the field of soccer in order to improve their skills. Football is a large ball game played in teams with a team of 10 players and 1 goalkeeper. In this game, teamwork is an important value that must be possessed to achieve competitive victory. However, along with problems in the form of discrepancies in operational standardization in soccer schools, causing negative public perceptions of the existence of this school. Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

Today the world has faced the era of globalization, where we can exchange news and communicatewith each other effectively through today's technological innovations. However, this world ofglobalization has resulted in the younger generation entering and leading to various problems inthis country, such as a reduced sense of love for one's own language and culture at a young age.Indonesian culture may disappear over time, because Indonesian people do not want to be out ofdate with foreign cultures. As the next generation, we should have the principle of participating topreserve and strengthen our cultural defense as Indonesian people. We should focus on learning theIndonesian language and the various cultures that exist, so that our love for our own culture cangrow and develop. Our current struggle is to return the love for the homeland to the younggeneration of Indonesia.

The involvement of citizens in creating a harmonious society is important in this era of globalization. However, in reality, social and religious problems are still the background to the occurrence of conflicts to this day. Citizens' concern for interacting and maintaining communication between people is expected to be able to reduce the conflict axes that exist in society and this can be done by citizens, one of which is through religious dialogue. The purpose of this study is to find out how citizen involvement through religious dialogue is able to maintain community harmony. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach where data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, documentation studies and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that interfaith dialogue carried out by the community through interfaith communities can be said to be successful in efforts to increase citizen involvement to create a harmonious community life in the current era of globalization, seeing that there are still many conflicts in several areas that are motivated by social and religious issues. Interfaith dialogue also provides knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs adopted by the Indonesian people, all of which aim to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation with the existing diversity. Interfaith dialogue can also be used as an alternative in increasing civic engagement by directly involving people of different religions

Background : Health problems in the preconception period include anemia, obesity and chronic lack of energy. In Indonesia, cases of Chronic Energy Deficiency are caused by lack of nutritional intake such as energy and protein, so that the nutrients needed by the body are not fulfilled. To prevent the risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women before pregnancy, women of childbearing age must have good nutrition. Maternal nutritional status before pregnancy has a significant influence on the incidence of LBW. Knowledge of nutrition plays an important role in fulfilling one's nutritional adequacy. The level of knowledge will encourage a person to have optimal abilities in the form of knowledge and attitudes. Objective : Knowing the effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age. Methods : Quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was some women of childbearing age who were married in the preconception period from July to September 2022 in Sanggar Buana Village, Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung as many as 81 people, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Results : Most of them have knowledge of WUS before being given counseling that is enough 64.2% and after 85.2% have good knowledge. Attitudes before being given counseling were mostly negative 55.6% and afterward were positive 97.5%. There is an effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age (p value 0.000). Conclusions and Suggestions: There is an effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age. Health services are expected to provide education and counseling, especially regarding preconception nutrition

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

This research aims to find out the influence of Investment, Minimum Wage and Inflation on Unemployment in Indonesia. Using data for five years from 2019 to 2023. The data analysis technique used is secondary data processing using SPSS 25.

As young Christians, we must be concerned about this very deficient state of environmental ethics, because God Himself has given a mandate to young Christians to be good managers of all that He entrusts to believers, including the environment around us. And it is entrusted that the role of youth is very large in environmental ethics.
