With a focus on the “Kampung Kue Sawahan” in Surabaya, the project aims to address marketing challenges, enhance online presence, and broaden sales channels for local businesses. Key objectives encompass leveraging social media and e-commerce platforms, as well as offering training in product photography. The project's ultimate goal is to benefit the community by resolving marketing issues, expanding business reach, and fostering economic empowerment. The comprehensive implementation involves a two-day program targeting mothers residing in rural areas, local entrepreneurs, and potential resellers. Activities include product photography, content creation, TikTok account setup, and e-commerce training on platforms like Shopee. The anticipated tangible outcomes include an enhancement of online business skills within the "Kampung Kue Kering" community, contributing to the overall development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.

The economy in Indonesia is starting to experience an increase in income. It can be seen today that many people choose to become entrepreneurs. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk carries out the "Bestee" internship program with business assistance for underprivileged customers. In this program, BTPN Syariah attracts participants from the Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) program. This research aims to see how influential the role of BTPN Syariah customer business assistance is on increasing customers' income and skills in entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The business assistance carried out by this facilitator has a good effect on BTPN Syariah customers who run MSMEs where they can improve soft skills and good hard skills regarding entrepreneurship that have never been known before, increase sales income significantly due to the material provided during mentoring and can effectively increase performance of MSMEs run by BTPN Syariah underprivileged customers.

In the era of revolution 4.0, education does not only require intellectual abilities, but critical thinking, creative, communicative and collaboration skills. The problem with Civics learning is that it still prioritizes cognitive aspects, it has not been able to realize the goal of creating critical and responsible students. There needs to be innovation in Civics learning that combines problem-based learning models through games and is integrated with the use of technology in elementary schools. This research aims to find out the influence of problem based learning implemented through the QR code-assisted treasure hunt game on Civics learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of data analysis are presented in the form of descriptions supported by observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of the analysis and discussion can be concluded that critical thinking skills emerge in Civics learning using the PBL treasure hunt and QR code models. Critical thinking skills are demonstrated by the emergence of the following indicators: providing simple explanations, building basic skills, concluding, making further explanations, strategies and tactics. It is hoped that the results of this study can become a reference, especially in the field of education, to create a superior and characterful next generation.

This research aims to determine the role of HR management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. This research uses qualitative research by looking at the role of human resource management at PT Freight Express Surabaya Makassar Branch. And for data analysis used, namely reviewing the data, reducing the data, compiling the reduced data, presenting the data and checking the validity of the data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the role of HR Management in improving employee performance is to direct and control all employees so that they are effective in carrying out work by evaluating employee performance and ensuring that each employee carries out the duties and responsibilities according to their job and the management carries out job training to improve skills and performance assessment in human resource procurement. The efforts that have had a positive impact on employees that have been carried out by management are fulfilling employee rights by providing compensation and job training to improve skills and increase career paths as well as providing performance targets for each employee.

High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) is a way of thinking for students at a higher cognitive level. This research aims to prove whether the implementation of HOTS-based learning has an impact in improving students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning in elementary schools. The research method used is a literature review using the Google Scholar and Semantik Scholar databases for the 2020-2023 period. The HOTS-based learning model focuses on developing analyzing, evaluating and creating which refers to students' abilities in critical thinking. Based on the 8 selected articles, it shows that the implementation of HOTS learning in mathematics subjects can be implemented through learning models such as Game Based Learning or Digital Game Based Learning, teacher skills in implementing learning and developing assessments need to be considered. The application of HOTS learning is considered effective and able to improve students' critical thinking skills.

In the learning process every learner is always directed to become an independent student, and to become independent an individual must learn, so that learning independence can be achieved. This article analyzes the role of teachers in increasing students’ learning independence at SDN 064976 Medan. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. It was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the role of teachers in increasing students' learning independence at SDN 064976 Medan is by carrying out their professional duties of teachers who have multiple roles contained in teaching and learning activities. The role of the teacher as a mentor must be more important, because the presence of a teacher in school is to guide students to become good adult humans who are capable, skilled, virtuous and noble.

The main problem in this research is the lack of short story writing skills in class V students at SD Inpres Kampung Parang, Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. So the researchers used Bolding media (rolling balls). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Bolding media (rolling balls) on the short story writing skills of class V students at SD Inpres Kampung Parang, Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is an experiment in the form of Pre-Experimental Design. The data source in this research was 15 class V students at SD Inpres Kampung Parang, Eremerasa District, Bantaeng Regency. Data collection was carried out using the results of the assessment of short story writing skills. The data obtained was then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. After analyzing the data, researchers found that student learning outcomes before using Bolding (rolling ball) learning media were relatively low, namely the average score of the Pre-test results was 58 .33, then the average value of the Post-test results is 85.67. After obtaining tCount 9.223 and tTable 2.14479, we get tCount > tTable or 9.223>2.14479. Based on the results of tCount and tTable, it can be said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the use of Bolding (rolling ball) learning media is effective on short story writing skills for class V elementary school. Community Service activities are mandatory activities carried out by UIN North Sumatra students, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. PMM-4 students carry out Community Service activities in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. One of the series of activities planned by PMM-4 students is the Learning House which is attended by the children of Bandar Magodang Village. The existence of this learning house program aims to help the children of Bandar Magodang village in increasing their interest in reading and writing skills in the midst of the widespread use of gadgets. This program runs well, this service activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation.  The method used in the implementation of community service is a qualitative approach.  The research subjects of this study were Bandar Magodang village children who were actively learning when a learning house was held by PMM-4 students children are asked to read books and their questions are also asked to write questions and answer questions in their notebooks.  This learning house activity will be carried out on August 18-19, 2023 at 14.00 – 16.00 WIB in one of the yards of Bandar Bagodang Village residents, Bintang Bayu District.

Education plays a central role in nation-building, with Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Indonesia holding a crucial role in providing skilled workforce. This article analyzes the policy of the Center of Excellence Vocational High School Program (SMK PK) using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) approach and a qualitative research method through library research analysis. The evaluation is based on legal foundations, objectives, curriculum implementation, resources, learning processes, and the impact of the SMK PK program. Context analysis reveals a strong legal foundation, yet improvement is needed in socialization and training. Input evaluation appreciates an industry-aligned curriculum design, although challenges persist in human resources and infrastructure. The curriculum implementation process shows progress, but coordination and synchronization need enhancement. Overall, the SMK PK program has a positive impact, improving graduate quality and fostering synergy between SMK, industry, and government. Challenges such as assistance focus, job market mismatch, and a lack of productive subject teachers require further attention. In conclusion, a comprehensive evaluation of the SMK PK program provides a complex overview, highlighting the potential to enhance vocational education quality in Indonesia.

This research is a type of experimental research with the One Group Pretest- Posttest research design to see whether there is an effect of the PQRST method on improving reading comprehension skills of V A SDN Paccinongan Unggulan. So this study aims to find out: (1) an overview of the application of the PQRST method to improving reading comprehension skills of class V A SDN Paccinongan Unggulan (2) how to improve students' reading comprehension skills class V A SDN Paccinongan Unggulan after using the PQRST method (3) is there any effect of the PQRST method on improving reading comprehension skills of class students V A SDN Paccinongan Unggulan. The population in this study were all students of class V A SDN Paccinongan Unggulan, totaling 19 students. This sample uses a saturated sampling technique with a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, testing and documentation. Research data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential analysis. The conclusions of this study indicate that: (1) The application of the PQRST method (Preview, Question, Read, Summarize and Test) in the learning process goes very well, (2) Students' reading comprehension skills show an increase after using the PQRST method, (3) There is an effect of applying the PQRST method to improving reading comprehension skills of class V A SDN Paccinongan Unggulan Elementary School Makassar City.

Fainting or syncope is a condition where a person loses consciousness due to decreased blood flow to the brain. The occurrence of syncope in students at school can occur at any time. Therefore all students should be able to master first aid, at school Students must be able to pelrtollolngan pelrtama when syncope occurs quickly and quickly, even if the meldis assistance is only basic and belrbasis keldolktelran science known to many people.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Health Education with Demonstration Methods on the Skills of PMR Students in First Aid Actions in Syncope at Man Model Manado. This research is a Pre-experiment design with One Group pretest-postest design. The sampling technique is total sampling with 30 respondents. Data collection uses an observation sheet. Analyzed with Mc Stastistic test. Nemar statistical test. From the Results: Mc.Nemar statistical test shows that there is a significant effect between health education with demonstration methods on the skills of PMR students in first aid actions in syncope at Man Model Manado. (p)= 0.000: α = 0.05. Conclusion: in this study there is an effect of Health Education with Demonstration Method on the Skills of PMR Students in First Aid Action on Syncope at Man Model Manado. This research is expected to be a reference for health and education installations in an effort to provide the influence of health education with demonstration methods on student skills in first aid actions in syncope.

The aim of this research is to describe the mathematical representation abilities of class X,this research is a qualitative descriptive type research. The subjects in this research were class XII students at SMAN. 2 Kerinci for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 24 students. The focus of this research is the ability to visual representation, symbolic representation and verbal representation. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive where tests and documentation are the data collection techniques used. The conclusion of this research is that mathematical representation skills are very important for students to master in determining the right strategy to solve a mathematical problem. Mathematical problems in everyday life, visual, verbal and symbolic representation skills are used, because everyday life problems need to be represented in the form of symbols or images in order to make it easier to solve and face problems.

The aim is to provide relevant skills to the technology and graphic design industries. The steps include requirements analysis, prototyping, user evaluation, and user interface design for the company profile. The result is expected to be a web application that is informative, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of the vocational school.

School-aged children have diverse emotional characteristics, and social-emotional development is very important to shape children's personality and independence. Collaborative games were chosen as a method to stimulate children's social abilities through group activities. The initial stage of this research includes understanding the potential and challenges of social emotional development in school-aged children. Furthermore, a collaborative game was designed and implemented on September 9 2023, involving 25 grade 4 students at SDN 1 Kartasura. This activity includes game sessions, observations of social interactions, and evaluation of activity results which show that the implementation of collaborative games has a positive impact on students' social emotional development. However, research also identifies several obstacles, such as some students who still experience difficulties in socializing and controlling emotions. Therefore, further efforts are needed to maximize the potential of collaborative play in improving children's social emotional development. In conclusion, implementing collaborative games can be an effective approach to creating a positive learning environment and improving students' social emotional development at SDN 1 Kartasura. This research contributes to the understanding of social emotional development strategies in school-aged children through collaborative play.

Inclusive Education is one of the government's programs to realize justice in education. Inclusive education is a form of realizing equal distribution of education without discrimination, both children with special needs and normal children can receive the same education. This research method uses literature studies sourced from books, journals and others. The aim of this research is to find out the challenges faced, among others. ; lack of skills and attitudes of teachers in dealing with special needs children, limited facilities and infrastructure as well as low awareness of parents and the community regarding the rights of children with special needs.  

Mahārah kitābah is a skill in Arabic that requires skills and abilities to express ideas or all the contents of the mind in writing. In mahārah kitābah there are various problems in writing letters, including how to write Hijāiyah letters. This study aims to map students who are proficient in writing Hijāiyah letters and students who are less proficient in writing Hijāiyah letters, and find out what factors influence this. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method. Data obtained through data were analyzed using 3 stages; Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of observations on 55 children of MIS UMMI Lubuk Pakam, as many as 53 children with a percentage of 96.3% in very good criteria. In the excellent criteria, it shows that children can write single Hijāiyah letters from ا to ي. A total of 2 children with a percentage of 3.6% in the moderate criteria. In the sufficient criteria, it shows that children can write single Hijāiyah letters but the Hijāiyah letters are incomplete according to the specified number.

The aim of this research is to provide innovation related to learning media for crew members with an independent curriculum adaptation model for Indonesian language subjects, especially learning media for children with visual impairments or who are blind. The method used in this research is a literature review study or literature review. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results that were appropriate and needed were 3 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research were that a suitable learning media for improving the reading skills of blind students was found to be using audio media in the form of voice recordings.

Inclusive education is a process of responding to the diverse needs of all students. Various efforts can be made through changes and modifications in content, approaches, structures and strategies that can accommodate the needs of all students according to their age group. Implementing inclusive education requires schools to make adjustments in terms of curriculum, educational infrastructure and learning systems that are tailored to the individual needs of students, including assessing learning outcomes and determining grade promotion. The diversity of characteristics of students in inclusive schools certainly opens up opportunities for a very varied learning outcomes assessment system in determining grade promotion. The assessment system for learning outcomes for children with special needs has so far been the same as for other students. The assessment system commonly used in determining grade promotion for students in inclusive schools is based on the achievement of mental skills.

Students’ ability to communicate their mathematical ideas in various ways is not as expected. It is difficult for teachers to improve students’ mathematical communication skills by improving learning styles, improving the learning atmosphere, and using appropriate learning models. Therefore, it is important to know the factors that influence students’ mathematical communication abilities. The aim of this research is to describe the factors that influence students’ mathematical communication skills. The subjects of this research were four children aged approximately 11 years who live in Hamparan Perak District. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the factors that influence students’ oral communication skills are study partners, self-confidence, shyness, nervousness, group learning atmosphere, learning time, and gender. Factors that influence students’ written communication skills include the inability to write down known information and be asked about it, lack of concentration in studying and inability to understand the content, as well as question difficulty, which includes the level of composure and composure in solving questions.
