A keyelement in the growth of teaching as a professionis teacher competency. A teacher needs to be proficient in a variety of behaviors, knowledge, and abilities in order to accomplish their professional tasks, which are demonstrated in their performance. When it comes to designing learning activities that will provide the best learning out comes, pedagogical expertise is the most important factor to take in to account. In actuality, though, there are still educators who lack pedagogical competency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' pedagogical proficiency in PAI learning activities at Bakong PittayaSchool in Pattani, Thailand. To comprehend the elements influencing the level of pedagogical competenceof PAI instructors at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, as well as the characteristics of teacher competence in Thailand. This study takes a descriptive approach while using a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques, content analysis, interviews, and observation are all part of qualitative research. This study is being conducted at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand. According to the author's discussions with Islamic Education instructors and the school director, the pedagogical ability of PAI teachers at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, is deemed good. Three components make up the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers: creating learning implementation plans (RPPs), carrying out learning, and conducting assessments. Teacher competency in Thailand is regulated by a teacher constitution that out lines the abilities or competencies a teacher must have, referred to as the teacher standards. Factors affecting the quality of pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Thailand include internal factors such as efforts and initiatives from the PAI teachers themselves to develop knowledge in their field. Lack of discipline and responsibility among teachers pose a significant challenge for schools in Thailand in improving teacher competence. External factors include the school's support in providing learning facilities. Supporting factors involveactive participation from parents, community associations, teacher representatives, student representatives, directors, and principals, as well as academic experts/advisors, all of whom are part of the school committee. Supervision services are provided to schools for the purpose of improving curriculum, learning, and instruction. As a logical consequence of this activity, schools must always be ready to be supervised because the purpose of supervision is clear. Educational problems are easily resolved if schools and principals understand the role and function of supervision. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the principal's supervision is in increasing the professionalism of social science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma. This research uses qualitative methods, and the respondents consist of school principals, social studies teachers and students. Observation, documentation, and interviews are data collection methods. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The ability of the principal to supervise social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma Regency. The principal must form a supervision team to start the supervision program; working with teachers to improve their competence as teachers; using direct and indirect approaches; and implementing methods, including meetings between principals and teachers. The school principal's professionalism supervision activities to increase the professionalism of social science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma were quite effective, with an average score of 3.83 and the professionalism of social studies teachers with an average score of 3.31.

Changes in personnel management are crucial along with increasing demands for the professionalism and competence of teaching staff in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation covers various aspects, starting from recruitment and selection, competency development, to teacher performance evaluation. The research method used in this article is a literature study that analyzes various library sources related to personnel management and Islamic education. The research results show that implementing effective personnel management can increase teacher motivation and performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the personnel management process can create a conducive and harmonious work environment, which greatly supports the achievement of Islamic education goals. This article concludes that personnel management transformation is a strategic step that must be taken by Islamic educational institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of the current world of education. . This research examines the development of the Telaga Pelemwatu Tourism Village through BUMDes in Pelemwatu Village, Gresik Regency. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this research analyzes tourism development based on six indicators: Attraction, Accessibility, Facilities, Lodging, Activities and Supporting Services. The research results show that the development of this tourist village has been effective in attracting tourists with its unique appeal, but still faces challenges in terms of accessibility and infrastructure. Even though it has succeeded in improving the welfare of local communities and preserving culture and the environment, improvements are still needed in several aspects such as promotion, maintenance of facilities and improvement of supporting services. This research concludes that the development strategy for the Telaga Pelemwatu Tourism Village can be used as a model for the development of other tourist villages in Indonesia, noting that there is a need for continuous improvement to meet visitor needs and ensure long-term sustainability.

Body composition refers to the various components that make up a person's body weight, such as lean mass (muscle, water, bones, ligaments, and tendons) and fat mass. As we age, significant changes occur in body composition, including increased fat mass and decreased muscle and bone mass, which often leads to sarcopenic obesity. This condition, which is common in older adults, is associated with frailty, disability, metabolic syndrome, reduced survival rates in certain cancers, and osteopenia/osteoporosis. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method to measure the body composition of elderly participants at Hana Nursing Home, South Tangerang. A total of 40 participants underwent body composition examinations. The examination results showed that the average total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and skeletal muscle mass were 36.7% each; 8%; 27.6%; and 20.7%. We need to carry out routine body composition checks for early detection to provide timely management, ultimately improving long-term public health. This study aims to analyze the importance of human resource planning (HR) in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Given the global demands that require efficient and effective governance, the professionalism of apparatus resources is the main key. Good HR planning ensures that the organization has the right number and quality of employees, who can contribute optimally to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. The research method used is a literature review by collecting data from various relevant literature sources, including books, magazines, and articles. The results show that effective HR planning enables organizations to identify workforce needs, address employee shortages or surpluses, and ensure that employees have the appropriate skills and competencies.

Aging is associated with significant changes in body composition, specifically a decrease in lean body mass and an increase in fat mass. These changes contribute to the prevalence of obesity and sarcopenia in the elderly population, impacting quality of life, morbidity and mortality. A complex interaction between hormonal decline, chronic inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, and reduced physical activity underlies these changes. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to screen for obesity and sarcopenia in the elderly at St. Mary's Church, Francis of Assisi. We use Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to measure body composition, which includes total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass. Among 32 participants, the average total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass were 36.5% each; 9.6%; 9.68%; and 21.5%. Body composition assessment using BIA is very important in managing the elderly's health. Preventive strategies, including tailored exercise programmes, nutritional counselling, and lifestyle modifications, are essential to maintain muscle mass and prevent excessive fat deposition, thereby improving quality of life and reducing morbidity and mortality. The high maternal and newborn mortality rate is a burden for governments globally, considering that the maternal and newborn mortality rate is an indicator of a country's health. Various efforts have been made to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates, including reproductive health literacy, screening programs for pregnant women, improving pregnancy nutrition, and increasing accountability of health workers. This research aims to determine the level of interpersonal communication skills required by midwives, pregnant women and their families. A qualitative research approach using the case study method is used. This research involved six informants from three groups: program creators, program implementers, and program recipients. This research shows that every communicator must improve communication competencies, such as listening effectively, keeping secrets, opening up, and empathizing, to establish successful interpersonal communication between midwives, pregnant women, and the mother's family. Empathy is essential for effective communication between midwives, pregnant women and their families. The empathy in question occurs when communicators understand each other's position and do not force each other's will, giving the impression that the other party is ignoring them. Efforts to save mothers and newborn babies are a responsibility that must be carried out by all parties; This is not only the responsibility of the government, midwives or mothers of newborn babies, but collaboration is needed collaboratively so that efforts to save mothers and newborn babies can have a positive impact and bring about significant change with mutual benefits.

This study aims to explore the application of human resource management (HRM) strategies in improving the work motivation of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). ASN work motivation is a critical factor that affects the performance of government organizations, the efficiency of public services, and the achievement of national strategic goals. In this context, various aspects of HR management such as recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal systems, and provision of incentives and rewards are identified as key factors that can increase ASN work motivation. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach through literature studies. The results showed that transparent and meritocracy-based recruitment, continuous training, and a fair and objective performance appraisal system are very influential in increasing ASN work motivation. In addition, the provision of appropriate incentives and rewards for work achievements has also proven effective in encouraging ASN enthusiasm and productivity. This study also revealed that a conducive work environment and inspirational leadership play an important role in building ASN's intrinsic motivation. The conclusion of this study confirms that strategic and integrated HR management is key to improving ASN work motivation, which in turn will contribute to improving the quality of public services and the effectiveness of government organizations. Practical recommendations from this study include the implementation of more inclusive HR policies, development of training programs relevant to ASN needs, and improvement of performance-based reward and incentive mechanisms. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and HR managers in an effort to strengthen ASN motivation and performance in Indonesia.

Language plays an important role in children's daily lives as it is a communication tool that connects individuals in society. Language skills are the foundation for a child that is naturally acquired to adapt to their environment, as a tool to socialise and a way to respond to others. This study set out to ascertain how the roleplaying approach affected the language development of young children. One group pretest postest design is the research design that the investigators utilized. This method is carried out to take measurements before (pretest) and after (posttest) giving treatment. Because the situation before the treatment can be compared, the outcomes of the treatment can be known with more accuracy. Based on the results of the study, the results show that there is a significant influence between before and after treatment. Based on the data analysis in this study, researchers can conclude that there is a significant effect of the treatment given on the language skills of Kartika I-57 Bukittinggi kindergarten students. This is based on the results of the Independent Samples Test which shows a significance value (Sig.) of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.005. This result shows a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results, so the intervention method applied in the meeting session is effective in improving children's language development. This study discusses the network security analysis using MikroTik devices in the computer laboratory of STMIK Widuri. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the level of network security in the computer laboratory by implementing appropriate configurations using MikroTik devices. The methods employed include literature review on network security, analysis of network topology in the laboratory, and implementation of security solutions using MikroTik devices. Data collected include security testing results, network performance, and user satisfaction levels. The research findings indicate that the implementation of security solutions with MikroTik effectively enhances network security in the computer laboratory of STMIK Widuri. This study contributes to a practical understanding of using MikroTik in improving network security in campus environments

The main purpose of this study is to investigate in depth regarding the planning of electrical panels to be used in elevator systems. The method used is a literature study followed by the creation of panels and data collection. This process starts from the initial stage, namely making drawings of the electrical panel series, then continues with construction planning and installation of the overall elevator system. Selain itu, pengecekan berkala terhadap kualitas lift yang dipasang juga menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. This is important to ensure that elevators operating in these tall buildings can maintain safety and comfort when used by people and in the process of transporting goods to various floors of the building. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this study can make a meaningful contribution in improving the efficiency and safety of vertical transportation within modern high-rise buildings.

Corruption is a serious problem that has become a concern in many countries, including Indonesia. Regional governments as entities responsible for the provision of public services and the use of public budgets have an important role in efforts to prevent and reduce corruption. Corrupt practices undermine public trust in the government, hinder economic, social and political development, and result in significant financial losses for the state and society. Corruption results in huge losses for Indonesian society and the economy. Public funds that should be used for infrastructure development, education and health services are often misused or siphoned off by corrupt parties. This impact can hinder improving the quality of life of Indonesian people and the country's economic growth. The crime of corruption is defined as a violation of people's rights, therefore the crime of corruption is included in the category of extraordinary crimes, where extraordinary methods are needed to overcome them (Butt, 2017).

This research aims to analyze the regional financial management system in achieving development performance in Bandar Jaya Timur Subdistrict. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the regional financial management system in Bandar Jaya Timur Subdistrict is not optimal. Budget planning is still not fully participatory, coordination between village and sub-district governments still needs to be improved, and monitoring of budget realization is not carried out regularly. This has an impact on development performance achievements that are not yet optimal, such as basic infrastructure development, developing local economic potential, and improving the quality of public services. To improve development performance, it is recommended that regional governments optimize regional financial management systems by increasing transparency, accountability and community participation in the budget planning, implementation and monitoring processes.

Zakat and waqf are forms of worship that have two dimensions, namely the vertical dimension, which is a manifestation of a servant's obedience to his rabb. This research is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research is included in the category of library research.Islamic philanthropy in this case zakat and waqf are regulated by the state in the form of laws. The role of the state is still considered overlapping in some juridical cases in its application considering that the study in this research highlights more juridical aspects. Zakat and waqf are important instruments in Islamic philanthropy that have an important role in helping the poor, improving community welfare, encouraging wealth distribution, cleansing the Self and wealth, increasing piety to Allah SWT and achieving the goals of Islamic philanthropy. Effective and professional management of zakat and waqf will maximize its benefits to achieve these goals.

This article discusses strategies for optimizing sustainable development to increase the professionalism of madrasa teachers. Sustainable development is a systematic and ongoing effort aimed at improving teacher competence, performance and motivation in carrying out their duties. In the madrasa context, increasing teacher professionalism is not only important to improve the quality of education, but also to support the achievement of the goals of holistic Islamic education. Through descriptive qualitative research methods, this article identifies several key factors that influence madrasa teacher professionalism, including training and development, supervision, and school culture. The research results show that training programs that are sustainable and relevant to teachers' needs, support from madrasah leaders, and a conducive work environment, play a crucial role in increasing teacher professionalism. This article suggests implementing a sustainable development program integrated with regular evaluation to ensure its effectiveness. In this way, it is hoped that the professionalism of madrasa teachers can be increased significantly, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education and the formation of students' character.

The purpose of this study is to determine how important career planning is for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving the performance of government organizations. This research highlights the importance of ASN with integrity, professionalism, and free from KKN practices, with reference to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN. Achieving organizational goals requires effective human resource management, particularly with regard to career planning and development. Data for this study were collected from various sources of related literature using qualitative methodology and literature review strategy. The research findings show that effective career planning can improve ASN competence and job satisfaction, foster employee motivation, and ensure assignments that match skills and interests. Effective career planning also helps retain exceptional workers and produce future leaders capable of leading the organization. Therefore, ASN career planning patterns are beneficial for the personal development of each ASN and also for the organization as a whole.

This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Artdeco Inti Kreasi. The research used quantitative methods with 40 employees as respondents. Data analysis includes data quality tests (validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the analysis show that the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a significant effect. Work discipline is the variable that has the dominant influence on employee performance. The results of the F test show that simultaneously, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that work environment factors and work discipline can explain 81.0% of the variation in employee performance. other factors not included in this research. This research provides an understanding of the importance of paying attention to work environment factors and work discipline in improving employee performance in the company.

This research aims to describe motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Motivation and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. Because with motivation, employees will be motivated to increase their energy and thoughts in realizing the achievement of company goals. Providing motivation will influence the level of work discipline aimed at achieving optimal performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative type of research. The population was 58 employees and the sample used was a saturated sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data processing uses the SPSS version 25 program with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that 1) the motivation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. 2) The work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok. Meanwhile 3) simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Setiajaya Mobilindo Depok.

Employee attendance information systems are an important component in human resource (HR) management in various organizations. Auditing attendance system information is necessary to ensure that the system runs effectively and efficiently, and complies with applicable regulations and policies. COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Associated Technologies) is an audit framework that can be used to deploy attendance information systems. This research aims to conduct an audit of the employee attendance information system using the COBIT 4 framework. This audit was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with regulations, and operational efficiency of the employee attendance information system at XYZ company. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, including interviews, observation and testing. The research results show that in general the employee attendance information system has been running well, but there are still several findings related to control and compliance weaknesses that need to be improved. The recommendations provided include improving access rights management, monitoring activities, as well as improving procedures and documentation.
