This article has the aims and objectives to be obtained, namely to find out and analyze the importance of the existence of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on internet sites, and how forms of regulation based on positive law in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research have shown that the existence of IPR on internet sites has basic values ​​and objectives, namely as legal protection for creators owned by individuals or groups. for his hard work in making copyrighted works with economic value contained therein and Anticipating and also preventing violations of IPR belonging to other people, HKI is also currently regulated in various legal constructions that apply in Indonesia, such as Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, Law no. 15 of 2001 concerning Marks and other implementing regulations. With the objectives and construction of the applicable law, it is actually important for the government to continue to optimize and review the application of the law periodically in order to prevent IPR violations on internet sites carried out by cybercrimes.

Value that exists in a cultural customary ritual entity in a community environment, will not become a potential if its essence has not been determined. Essential marketing strategy is a marketing strategy that focuses on the core or basis of marketing. This study aims to find a marketing strategy to develop Sumenep based on culture that has been upheld by the people so far. This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan dan implikasi yang dihasilkan terkait penerapan reformasi birokrasi kinerja pelayanan publik pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang.  Reformasi  birokrasi  diharapkan  dapat  menjadi  mementum  untuk menuju birokrasi yang baik dengan cara memberikan pelayanan sebaik-baiknya kepada masyarakat, dengan meningkatkan sarana dan prasaran serta kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang berkomitmen untuk mengoptimalkan layanan publik yang terkait dengan tugas dan fungsi yang diemban yaitu dalam pelayanan penerbitan Dokumen Perjalanan Republik Indonesia, pelayanan Izin Tinggal bagi WNA dan pengawasan serta penindakan Keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa reformasi birokrasi yang diimplementasikan pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Semarang telah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat pada reformasi pelayanan publik yang dilakukan yaitu peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sarana dan prasarana, disamping itu pula juga dilaksanakan pembinaan pola pikir dan pola perilaku pada sektor sumber daya manusia agar berorientasi pada optimalisasi pelayanan publik sehingga hal tersebut memberikan implikasi positif pada pelayanan kepada masyarakat sebagaimana yang diamanatkan dalam core values Kementerian Hukum dan HAM yaitu untuk menjadi birokrasi kelas dunia.

This study aims to look at the process of internalizing character education during the COVID-19 pandemic through entrepreneurship education as a general subject of higher education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities implemented distance learning so that learning could continue, this made the process of internalizing character education through entrepreneurship education continue, through three stages, carried out in stages and continuously, namely 1) The value transformation stage, with presentations, discussions , and questions and answers through the digital platform Zoom or Google Meet. 2) The value transaction stage, carried out by field observations and virtual interviews with entrepreneurs. 3) The internalization stage, carried out in virtual practice by participating in the entrepreneurship program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education in Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM). Students at the end have the values of character education and entrepreneurial character, namely having high responsibility, hardworking, creative, independent, democratic traits and attitudes, love for the motherland, national spirit, achievement, socializing, peace-loving, fond of reading, and cares about the social environment, and has the characteristics of courage, wisdom, confidence, and foresight in seeing opportunities. Students with it will behave well, have sympathy, empathy, and know what is good and what is bad.

This writing is motivated by the phenomenon from the observations in Nagari Mungo that tend to lead to the negative, such as dating behavior that has been done by many students even though they are still at school, fighting behavior that often occurs to solve problems between individuals that should be resolved in a good way and can be  reconcile well.  This is not in accordance with the concept of a spiritual attitude which shows one's thoughts, words, and actions that are always carried out based on divine values ​​or religious teachings.  This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach.  Collecting data in this writing the writer obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.  The data source for this writing uses the key informants of the Akidah Akhlak teacher, and the supporting informants are students.  Data analysis techniques that the authors do are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.  Then the data validity technique uses Source Triagulation.  Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the role of aqidah moral teachers in developing the spiritual attitude of students at the Al Munawwarah Li Binail Ummah Nagari Mungo Foundation, Luak District, 50 Kota District has an important role in developing students' spiritual attitudes, namely as role models, teachers, mentors, and motivators.

Forensic engineering is the analysis of objects and buildings that fail to perform or do not work as intended, resulting in personal injury or property damage. Experimental analysis was carried out in this study using non-destructive tools on the structural elements of the building being evaluated and providing information in the form of identification of damage from the results of forensic audits at the reviewed OJK Samarinda building. According to the findings of study utilizing the damage identification technique (forensic audit) employing the NDT instrument in OJK office buildings, the homogeneity of the concrete in the structural elements of the building's beams and columns is good to very good. This is evident from the velocity values found in the concrete pieces. The result of this research shows that in the southern part of America before the Civil War, there was a custom called "southern gentility." This is one of the aristocratic values that consists of the manner of speech, the way of wearing the clothes, and the manner of treating the caller: the way to welcome and praise the gentleman caller, his wealth, and his beauty. This southern gentility represents old southern pride or honor. These values are reflected in Amanda’s attitude as an old southerner. However, a change in period is followed by a change in values; the aristocratic values mentioned above are no longer all relevant to the new South's way of life because they faded away after the Civil War in 1861-1865. Amanda, as an old southerner, has always held these values; however, realizing that they are no longer applicable in the present, she attempts to adapt the new southern values. Yet, she is too late to adjust because her son, who possesses new southern values, refuses to accept her advice, so he runs away.

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.

This study aims to analyze the optimality of a quadratic program model using the penalty function. The analysis is carried out in each case that has been made so that in each case optimal results are obtained. There are many methods that can be used to solve the quadratic program problem but in terms of the number of iterations, this research uses the penalty function and then implements it into the Matlab programming language. The results obtained in this study indicate that by using the penalty function as a parameter, the optimal value of a function can be obtained. The results of the analysis will also be more optimal by using the lagrange method depending on the parameter values obtained.

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews. This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. In this study using a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 400 respondents. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method. The test stages used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 tools. The results of this study were obtained by Online Customer Reviews and Online Customers Ratings have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace with variable values of 20.8% and 91.0% respectively. While Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, they contribute 39.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 60.8% is contributed by other factors not examined that influence purchasing decisions (Y ).

Character education has been rolled out since 2010 and is still valid today. In character education there are several values, one of which is responsibility. The character of responsibility is very important so that the school becomes a self-development institution to achieve success. Depletion of awareness and even loss of the character of responsibility in students which hinders learning activities so that this should not happen (Kamila, 2013). This study focuses on definitions, benefits, and strategies in learning to improve the character of student responsibility in schools. The results of this study include: 1) character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills, while the character of responsibility is the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out the duties and obligations that he should do to yourself, society, environment (natural, social, and cultural), the State and God Almighty; 2) the benefits of the character of responsibility are that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can improve school quality standards; 3) the character of responsibility can be done with a mind mapping strategy, inquiring mind what to know, CRH, NHT, and Quiz Team. This study concludes that the character of responsibility and learning must be carried out as one of the character education in schools through several strategies.

And the results of the forecast for Rice Sales at Perum Bulog Sub Divre Medan in 2022 are decreasing every month.

The importance of the role of contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia is a challenge for the government. This research aims to describe the role and problems of contemporary da’wah empowerment institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which originates primarily from journals and books related to contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the formation of da’wah institutions in Indonesia departed from individual awareness to carry out tabligh which developed into a collective awareness to carry out da’wah within a certain system within the da’wah institution. The concept of da’wah is not only synonymous with tabligh but covers all aspects of life and tabligh is only part of Islamic da’wah. An activity can be called da’wah if it includes a system of joint efforts of believers in the context of realizing Islamic teachings in terms of socio-cultural life. The role of da’wah institutions in Indonesia can act as a motivator because basically this approach strategy is basically an effort to raise public awareness so that they can develop the existing resources of the Indonesian people, the environment and the natural surroundings to get better results. This is where the socio-religious potential of preachers and da’wah institutions can carry out their role as Indonesian non-governmental organizations, especially through religious values ​​such as independence, justice, cooperation and so on.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance leadership capacity and organizational management skills of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch cadres through the strengthening of Islamic values ​​and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented during the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2) using lectures, interactive discussions, and leadership simulations. A participatory approach was employed to actively engage participants throughout the program. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and organizational planning and management skills. Furthermore, the program increased participants' awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values ​​as an ethical foundation in student organizational leadership practices. This PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres as future leaders with integrity, adaptability, and strong commitment to community service.

Dasawisma groups have strategic potential in supporting family independence, but have not been optimally empowered. This Community Service activity aims to strengthen Dasawisma's capacity as agents of social change in enhancing family independence through the internalization of independence spirit values. The method used was a participatory and educational community organizing approach, implemented at Dasawisma Asoka RT.007, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai City, on August 10, 2024. Activities included interactive material delivery, group discussions, work program preparation simulations, and reflective evaluations. The results showed increased understanding among Dasawisma members regarding their strategic roles, emergence of initiative and self-confidence, ability to formulate solutions based on local potential, and formation of more structured cooperation patterns and emergence of local mobilizer figures. The participatory approach based on independence values proved effective in driving Dasawisma's transformation from administrative implementers to subjects of independent and sustainable family and community development.
