. In the ever-growing information era, video editing has become an important part of television news production. This study investigates the use of video editing on TVRI North Sumatra news programs. This research focuses on the editing software used, the editing methods used, and how the use of this editing impacts the quality of news production. To gain a better understanding of video editing techniques at regional news stations, we conducted direct observations, interviews, and document analysis through qualitative research methods. The research results show that video editing at TVRI North Sumatra is carried out by professional programs. To improve the visual and audio quality of news broadcasts, adjustment techniques such as visual transitions, color adjustments, and sound effects are often used. In the use of broadcast video editing, issues such as limited time and resources are identified as important elements. Improved time management, more training for production teams, and more technical resources are recommended. In other words, this research provides a comprehensive analysis of video editing methods in TVRI North Sumatra news production. The results could improve the industry's understanding of video editing methods in regional news contexts and help develop more creative and high-quality news production methods.

The huge availability of cassava raw materials can be utilized as a substitute or substitute for wheat, so breakthrough technology is needed to be able to modify cassava by increasing its usability so that it is suitable as a substitute for wheat flour in the processing of food products, such as cookies, bread, and noodles (Zulaidah, 2011). Another effort that can be made is to develop cassava flour derivative products, namely mocaf flour (Modified Cassava Fluor). Since many housewives produce cakes in Kebontemu village, the village is known as "Kampung Kue" (Kebontemu, 2023). However, very few people know about mocaf flour. Whereas mocaf is an alternative to wheat flour which is cheaper but has a higher nutritional value and is healthier. it is hoped that this training can be an important milestone in encouraging economic growth, especially the Kebon Temu Village Community, Peterongan Jombang. the participants of this training were attended by 20 mothers who often make processed wet cake snacks made from wheat flour. the following (1) continue training in making various cakes made from local cassava on a regular basis, (2) update information about business phenomena, especially in the digital era while still paying attention to aspects of improving communication skills:Training as a local cassava-based cake maker can help participants improve their communication skills. This includes the ability to package messages in a way that is engaging, compelling and relevant for their target audience. This research aims to determine the role of Red Cross Youth extracurricular activities in shaping students' skills. This type of research is research and development with a qualitative method which uses three main techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the results of interviews conducted, it can be concluded that there are several extracurricular activities of the Youth Red Cross (PMR) which play a role in forming students, including First Aid Training, Humanitarian Activities, Community Service, Management Training and Leadership Training.

This community service program aims to improve the life skills of PKK mothers in Bulumeduro Village to be more productive through training in processing fish waste into high protein pellets and to reduce fish waste that is not properly utilized in order to create a better environmental ecosystem in Bulumeduro Village. The implementation methods used include extension or lecture method, carried out using direct practice or training methods, and assistance or monitoring for program sustainability. The results of community service activities using these three methods are that PKK mothers have a good understanding of how to process fish waste and how to make pellets and PKK mothers also know the benefits of processing fish waste into pellets, this can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results which show that there was an increase in PKK mothers' knowledge after counseling and training. The conclusion from the results of implementing the community service program is that PKK mothers become more productive in increasing income and improving life skills, in addition to increasing insight or knowledge regarding processing fish waste into high protein pellets.

As older people age, their muscle strength typically declines, including the weakening of the thenar muscles over time which can lead to a blockage of the median nerve often known as carpal tunnel syndrome. This blockage causes pain that can radiate from the shoulder to the fingertips. This counseling is designed to provide older adults with knowledge and training on hand pain, including its symptoms and triggering factors. The counseling method uses presentations to explain information to the elderly with the aim of health promotion. In addition, there was a question and answer session and education on exercises that can be done at home. The counseling process went smoothly, the elderly could follow and understand the exercises taught to be done at home. This counseling has the potential to reduce pain in the elderly after they do the exercises at home. Counseling activities at the Children and Elderly Posyandu Rw.3 Rampal Celaket, Klojen District, Malang City helped increase the understanding of the elderly about pain in the hands caused by median nerve blockage.

The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

This socialization regarding disclosing the secret of the difference between real and fake money and preventing fake money fraud was highly appreciated regarding this socialization, especially teachers and students, but many students were still confused about differentiating between real and fake money. So that female students do not get caught up in fraud and the distribution of counterfeit money, this socialization hopes that female students from early ages to adults can avoid and be able to distinguish between real and fake money, understand the characteristics of the authenticity of money, and know the penalties related to the laws that apply to its use. and distribution of counterfeit money. The methods for implementing activities in this socialization are lecture, interview, discussion and evaluation methods. The results of the training are an increase in understanding of real money vs fake money, understanding the characteristics, increasing insight regarding applicable legal regulations and being able to use this knowledge better in the present and future.

Practical implications for healthcare policies and practices are highlighted, suggesting improvements in human resource training, service processes, and infrastructure. Recommendations include strengthening human resource training through regular and ongoing programs, optimizing service processes by thorough workflow evaluations, and ensuring strict compliance with health standards. Furthermore, the integration of technological innovations is proposed as a progressive step toward enhancing service efficiency and result accuracy. The implementation of laboratory information systems, modern equipment, and related applications is suggested to advance service quality. The establishment of a regular monitoring and evaluation system, including internal audits, routine performance reviews, and patient feedback collection, is crucial for continuous improvement. Collaboration with external entities, such as health oversight agencies and laboratory professional associations, is advocated for robust guidance and support. Encouraging research and innovation in quality management and laboratory service is recommended to enhance understanding of new technology applications, quality maintenance strategies, and policy impact evaluation. By implementing these suggestions, laboratory units are expected to continually enhance service quality and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.

Making candles by utilizing waste cooking oil is an effort to reduce household waste. Pandan leaves as aromatherapy can be found easily in the yard. Training on the process of making pandan leaf aromatherapy candles was carried out targeting members of the PKK RT 01, RW 08, Banjarsari Village. This training was given considering that most of the residents are MSME actors in snacks that use cooking oil. The results of the study show the enthusiasm of PKK members to learn and it is hoped that this will generate additional income from the MSME sector

Based on data from World Population Prospects (2020), it is clear that there are 871 million people aged 60 years or more, which consists of 15% of the world's population. The number of people aged 60 years or older is projected to grow by around 56% from 901 million to 1.4 billion. The aim of the research was to determine the factors related to the utilization of posyandu for the elderly at the Sibagindar Community Health Center, Pagindar District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The research design uses an analytical survey research method using a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was all 716 elderly people. The sample was 88 with stratified random sampling. Data analysis uses univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge p = 0.000, attitude p = 0.00, distance p = 0.000, family support p = 0.000 and support from health workers p = 0.005 with the utilization of posyandu for the elderly in the Sibagindar Health Center Working Area, Pagindar District, Pakpak Bharat Regency, whereas The dominant factor is family support, p = 0.002 < 0.025 and 95% CI = 3.154-214.028 with an OR value = 25.983. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between elderly knowledge, elderly attitudes, distance, family support, support from health workers with the use of elderly posyandu in the Sibagindar Community Health Center Working Area, Pagindar District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. It is recommended that the Sibagindar Community Health Center increase its role in providing training to health workers and be able to promote the use of posbindu for the elderly and it would be better for door to door health workers to provide education on the use of posbindu for the elderly.

Providing nursing services based on nurses' caring behavior can improve the quality of health services. Nurses' caring behavior is not only able to increase patient satisfaction, but can also generate profits for the hospital. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between nurses' caring behavior and the level of patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room at Tanjungpura Regional Hospital. The research design used is a correlational design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely 80 patients. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank Test with a Sig value of 0.001, where the value is < (0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation value shows 0.025, which means there is a strong relationship. It is recommended that nurses continue to develop caring behavioral abilities towards patients and improve skills and knowledge by increasing their education level and participating in training.

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

The experience of the Covid-19 incident has encouraged us to carry out food security activities. To increase the food security of the villagers assisted by the PPM AAL Community Service Team at Rumdis Pesapen Surabaya, this was done by developing plantations and hydroponics with the NTF system. The development of this plantation was carried out from the start, namely the plantation from abandoned land to becoming a garden. At the same time, the hydroponic one went from non-existent to existing until harvest. Implementation of Food Security by: 1) Socialization and training, 2) Formation of farmer groups, and 3) Monitoring and assistance in the Assisted Villages. In Indonesian education system, junior high schools have an important role in the growth and development of students who are in the teenage age range. Therefore, a community service program was carried out, Solar Hydroponic Training as a Learning Media for Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng Middle School Students. This activity aims to train students at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng in optimally utilizing the school environment's natural resources by managing solar powered hydroponic plantations, which in the process can become an effective student learning medium to increase students' insight and skills. This training was carried out for 4 months with various training methods which included counseling, demonstrations and direct practice carried out during the implementation process which included the socialization stage, seeding training, system installation and transplanting, cultivation assistance, harvest & post-harvest assistance and evaluation. The target of this activity is all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggeneng, totaling 42 students with the assistance of 2 teachers. During implementation, this program has achieved all the specified targets, including the establishment of a hydroponic green area that can be managed by students, which in the process has increased students' knowledge about hydroponic concepts and renewable technology, this is supported by the results of direct evaluations with teachers. companion along with the results of a comparison of post test and pretest scores which were quite significant.
