High-rise office building adalah gedung dengan jumlah lantai paling sedikit 16 lantai yang difungsikan sebagai area kantor. Dengan ketinggian gedung yang cukup tinggi dan jumlah penghuni yang lebih dari 100 orang maka dapat dikategorikan sebagai bangunan dengan potensi bahaya tinggi. Salah satu bahaya yang mengintai adalah kebakaran yang dapat membahayakan penghuni gedung. Dengan pelatihan evakuasi yang tepat saat keadaan darurat kebakaran, diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kerugian yang dapat terjadi. Evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan simulasi evakuasi kebakaran diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan simulasi yang dilakukan. Melalui penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif ini, peneliti akan membahas penerapan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran mulai dari sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan dalam menghadapi situasi darurat kebakaran pada gedung bertingkat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan yang akan membantu pembaca dalam mengoptimalisasi sistem tanggap darurat yang ada pada gedung bertingkat.

Pada era perkembangan teknologi, bidang industri mengalami kemajuan guna mendorong menunjang efisiensi kerja yang didukung dengan alat dan bahan dasar baru untuk menciptakan produk yang inovatif. Namun hal tersebut seringkali menyimpan potensi bahaya seperti kebakaran. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor galangan kapal dengan beradam tahapan proses produksi yang tentunya menyimpan banyak risiko kebakaran. Maka dari itu perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan tanggap darurat kebakaran agar pekerja dapat mengetahui langkah yang harus dilakukan saat kejadian darurat. Pelatihan simulasi tanggap darurat kebakaran ini dilakukan dengan dua rangkaian kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi pemberian materi dan praktek, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan simulasi terjadinya keadaan darurat serta diakhiri dengan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan tersebut menggunakan skenario yang telah disepakati dan disosialisasikan kepada pekerja. Kegiatan pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan selama 2 jam dan peserta sekitar 25 orang dengan tugas dan peran masing – masing. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini pekerja memahami proses evakuasi ketika terjadi keadaan darurat dengan catatan waktu yang ideal untuk proses pemadaman api serta proses evakuasi terhadap seluruh pekerja dan korban.

Analysis of Potential Bankruptcy Using the Springate S.Score Model (Case Study) in Aviation Companies Listed on the IDX.This research aims to determine financial distress in airline companies listed on the stock exchange. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of data in the form of documents obtained from the official BEI link (www.idx.co.id). The data analysis technique used is the Springate model. .score. The research results show the springate score analysis method. This is indicated by the Springate score being less or more than the predetermined score. in airline companies during 2018-2021, (1) PT Garuda Indonesia (Tbk) (2) PT Jaya Trishindo (Tbk) (3) PT MNC energy investment (Tbk) and (4) PT AirAsia (Tbk) experienced financial distress, and in 2022 it will also experience financial distress but PT Garuda Indonesia will not experience financial distress.

This study is part of a relay activity to explore local economic potentials, the discussion of which is focused on identifying and exploring the potential of a resource object selected based on the availability of the resource object and the minimal use of the resource from a business perspective by the local community. The resource object that will be discussed in this case is local fisheries resources in Dumai City, especially fisheries resources from the red claw crayfish commodity or also known as red claw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) which is found in many natural environments in several waterways and river in Dumai City. Exploration of economic use by local communities in this study is also directed as an effort to control the spread of red claw freshwater lobsters which are feared to cause damage to native freshwater biota in Dumai City.   Keyword : Dumai City, UMKM, Red Claw Crayfish    

. Nowadays global problems whose impact on the environment are no stranger to human life. A clean and beautiful environment will have a positive impact on human health and vision, however, this phenomenon is very rare or even more difficult to find. So researchers are interested in conducting research at a rice factory in the Nipah Panjang II area. The rice factory is a factory that processes paddy into rice. The researcher intends to apply the green economy concept to the factory in the hope of reducing the losses caused by the factory to the surrounding environment and supporting the goals of sustainable development. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method and uses descriptive research. Meanwhile, the data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. It is known that the research results obtained in this research are that the factory carries out a rice milling process using a machine that is fueled by ethanol and the waste produced is re-managed into something that can be useful and generate additional income for the factory

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy for developing tourism potential of Prongil Julu village, Tinada district, Pakpak Bharat district. This study uses qualitative research methods and uses SWOT  (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis with three informants. The results of this study depict that developing tourism potential in Prongil Julu village has several advantages such as fresh air, cultural attractions, quite complete facilities,  hospitality of people and  entrance to the capital of Pakpak Bharat regent. However, there are also weaknesses such as underdeveloped infrastructure, lack of tourism promotion as well as lack of public interest and attention towards tourism. There are also opportunities to develop tourism through community tourism training, partnerships with the private sector and leveraging the benefits of Lae Mbilulu Falls to attract tourists. However, threats such as competition with destinations other than  Prongil Julu Village and environmental damage also need attention. Based on these SWOT results, the author proposes a number of strategies to develop tourism potential such as infrastructure development, increased tourism promotion,  tourism product development and cooperation with the private sector and  Pakpak Bharat District Tourism Board. It is hoped that this strategy can help Prongil Julu Village maximize its tourism potential for economic growth and regional development.

Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang penilitian, salah satu permasalahan umat islam di Indonesia adalah pada bidang ekonomi, permasalahan tersebut kemiskinan adalah suatu fakta kehidupan sosial yang menggambarkan kondisi yang tidak sesuai dengan harkat kemanusiaan. Salah satu solusi yang dikemukkan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Sarolangun adalah membentuk Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik yang memiliki tugas meningkatkan kualitas hidup mustahik melalui program-programnya. Maka tujuan dari peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Sarolangun dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mustahik. Kesejahteraan ekonomi syariah bertujuan mencapai kesejahteraan manusia secara menyeluruh yaitu kesejahteraan material, kesejahteraan spiritual dan moral. Konsep ekonomi kesejahteraan syariah bukan saja berdasarkan manifestasi nilai ekonomi, tetapi juga nilai spiritual dan moral.[1] Konsep kesejahteraan dan kebahagian (falah) mengacu pada tujuan syariat islam dengan terjaganya 5 prinsip dalam maqasid syari’ah, yakni terjaganya agama (ad-ddin), terjaganya jiwa (an-nafs), terjaganya akal (al-aql), terjaganya keturunan (an-nasl) dan terjaganya harta (al-mal).     Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan deskriptif. Dimana penelitian didasari dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan olej penulis kemudian kemudian dipaparkan sesuai apa yang penulis amati dilapangan. Adapun pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan yaitu menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan data lainnya. Ketika data-data terlaj terkumpul, peneliti melakukan analisis lalu mengambil kesimpulan dari analisis tersebut.     Hasil dari penilitian ini adalah Lembaga Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik BAZNAS Kabupaten Sarolangun berperan dalam pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dan berfokus pada usaha-usaha kreatif potensial, pertanian dan balai ternak, melakukan pemberdayan dengan cara memberikan bantuan modal pengembangan usaha, pendampingan usaha, membangun kemandirian mustahik sesuai dengan rancangan anggara biaya yang telah diajukan mustahik dan disetujui oleh LPEM BAZNAS Kabupaten Sarolangun. kendala yang dihadapinya, kendala pada internal dan eksternal BAZNAS Kabupaten Sarolangun.

The aim of this research is to determine the potential of productive zakat in alleviating poverty in Jambi City. How to distribute Jambi City Baznas productive zakat to mustahik who need it. The data collection method used in this research uses primary data and secondary data, so the research uses a qualification method. So data collection techniques are carried out by interviews with related parties, observation, and literature study. Mustahik is the population in this research, the background to the problem is the potential for productive zakat in Jambi City through the Jambi City BAZNAS program. The potential gained is the ease of mustahik in applying for productive zakat funds, and services from the Jambi City BAZNAS. And any money and goods given to mustahik are permanent, without needing to be returned to BAZNAS Jambi City. The obstacle to the productive zakat program is the lack of socialization from the Jambi City Baznas to the people of Jambi City. So not many people in Jambi City know about the productive zakat program in Jambi City.

This community outreach initiative is driven by the limited awareness among the community regarding the abundant breadfruit potential thriving in the city of Ambon, which serves as an attractive resource for supporting tourism and providing a positive economic impact on the local population. Breadfruit trees are widespread along the streets and in residents' yards, possessing significant historical value for the people of Ambon. Breadfruit has long been an integral part of Ambonese culture and traditions. Consequently, empowering the community through socialization and holistic training methods is of utmost importance. This project was conducted in the village of Latuhalat, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City, Maluku Province, and was attended by local government officials, community leaders, community groups who own breadfruit trees, as well as entrepreneurs/producers and sellers of breadfruit-based products. The project progressed smoothly and effectively, resulting in increased participant understanding and knowledge, fostering awareness about the promotion and marketing of breadfruit products, and further enhancing the community's ability to manage the local breadfruit potential in support of sustainable tourism development.

Salah satu kegiatan PKPM Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya terletak di Desa Sumber Jaya Kecamatan Way Ratai Kabupaten Pesawaran Provinsi Lampung. Sebagian besar potensi yang ada di Desa Sumber Jaya berupa pertanian, peternakan, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), dan pariwisata. Pemasaran merupakan kunci utama dalam sebuah UMKM karena dari pemasaran pelaku usaha dapat mengetahui kondisi pasar, apa yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen, membangun citra produk (branding), dan tujuan utama dari pemasaran adalah kepuasan konsumen. UMKM Edelweis belum terdaftar dalam Market Place ataupun E-commerce manapun seperti Facebook, Gojek, Shopee, Tiktok, dan lain-lain, sehingga kurangnya pemasaran produk secara online. Oleh sebab itu, kami selaku mahasiswa Institut Informatika dan Bisnis Darmajaya membantu mendaftarkan UMKM Edelweis ke beberapa platform e-commerce seperti Whatsapp Bisnis dan Instagram.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and assist the community, especially the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and the South Maitara village government, North Tidore district, related to increasing community capacity based on local resources, as an effort to improve the community's economy. Service activities are carried out for a month. Activities began with socialization in forming understanding in business and superior village economy, simulation of mapping Village Potential and assistance in marketing plans and targets. PKM results;, Maitara village has quite extraordinary   potential, there is  fishery potential or many Maitara  village people  as fishermen, there is also tourism potential,  natural wealth. Become a problem in developing village potential.

Lajunya perkembangan zaman tidak dapat disangkal telah mendorong manusia untuk terus berinovasi dalam mengembangkan beragam teknologi, termasuk kecerdasan buatan atau Artificial Intelegence (AI). Sejauh perkembangannya  AI telah membawa dampak positif yang cukup signifikan dalam memudahkan berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, mulai dari otomatisasi proses bisnis hingga munculnya alat pengenal wajah (face recognition) yang canggih. Namun, dampak positif ini juga disertai dengan adanya potensi dampak negatif yang harus diperhatikan. Persoalan ini memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Sebagaimana eksistensi manusia, terutama dalam hal privasi dan keamanan data, menjadi semakin gampang diakses dan sangat berpotensi untuk disalahgunakan. Munculnya tantangan baru dalam dimensi hukum dan HAM menjadi suatu kebutuhan mendesak dalam menghadapi era teknologi AI yang terus berkembang secara pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana teknologi AI mampu memengaruhi berbagai aspek HAM, termasuk privasi, kebebasan individu, dan perlakuan non-diskriminasi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa penggunaan teknologi AI seperti face recognition ini dipandu oleh regulasi hukum yang jelas. Prosedur yang adil, dan kebijakan pemerintah yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip HAM merupakan kunci untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara inovasi teknologi dan perlindungan terhadak hak-hak setiap individu.

Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) and pulmonary diseases such as pharyngitis, sinusitis, and bronchitis are common health issues that significantly contribute to global morbidity, especially among vulnerable populations. Herbal-based preventive approaches are gaining popularity due to their natural origin, minimal side effects, and potential to enhance immune function. This study aims to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of recent literature on the effectiveness of herbal remedies as preventive agents against ENT and pulmonary infections, using the PRISMA protocol. Data were collected from PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect for the period 2019–2024. Five studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed quantitatively. The results indicate that herbs such as ginger (Zingiber officinale), eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), a combination of propolis and Echinacea purpurea, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), and Phyllanthus niruri demonstrate significant preventive effects against upper respiratory tract infections, with an average effectiveness ranging from 36% to 46% and a combined mean of 40%. The forest plot analysis shows the highest effect from the propolis-echinacea combination (46%), followed by ginger (43%) and licorice (40%). These findings support the potential role of certain herbs as preventive agents; however, larger-scale clinical trials are needed for further validation. The integration of herbal medicine into modern preventive practices requires solid evidence-based approaches and clear regulation.

Menstrual disorders and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) are common gynecological conditions that significantly impact women's quality of life and productivity. Herbal medicine, used both traditionally and supported by scientific evidence, offers a promising preventive approach. This study aims to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of herbal medicine in preventing menstrual disorders and PMS. A systematic literature search was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines using databases such as PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and the Cochrane Library for articles published between January 2013 and December 2023. Out of 1,143 articles identified, 26 studies met the inclusion criteria. The most frequently studied herbs included Vitex agnus-castus, Zingiber officinale, Curcuma longa, and Foeniculum vulgare. Several randomized controlled trials reported significant improvements in PMS symptoms and menstrual cycle regulation. These findings support the potential of herbal medicine as an effective preventive strategy; however, further high-quality clinical trials with standardized preparations and long-term follow-up are needed for clinical validation.

This research aims to analyze the application of the Altman Z-Score method and the Springate method to predict financial distress at PT Kediri Tani Sejahtera and aims to analyze the comparison of financial distress from the Altman Z-Score and Springate methods before and during the Covid-19 pandemic for the 2018-2022 period. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research, using the Altman Z-Score and Springate methods. The results of the research show that the Springate model is a reliable model for anticipating possible financial difficulties in businesses based on the two models that have been studied, while the Altman Z-Score model shows that corporations are in a gray state or experienced some minor financial difficulties during 2018-2022.

Balai Raja Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency has potential from the agricultural sector, namely cassava, which can improve the welfare of the local community. Cassava is a leading commodity because almost half of the population of this sub-district are cassava farmers. However, the obstacle is that the utilization of cassava harvests is not yet optimal due to the lack of public knowledge in diversifying cassava processing. As an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service, we carry out outreach in the form of processing cassava into mocaf in an effort to utilize the superior potential of the local area. The socialization we carried out used the Participatory Rural Appraissal method by delivering an explanatory presentation about mocaf and a demonstration of mocaf processing using the Bimo-CF enzyme. The people who attended were very enthusiastic in welcoming this activity so we hope that the mocaf development process can be produced sustainably  

Perkembangan sektor pariwisata telah berkembang menjadi sebuah industri yang sangat signifikan karena perkembangan dari digitalisasi sendiri. Fenomena ini terjadi karena aktivitas sektor pariwisata yang telah menciptakan permintaan tinggi untuk sebuah jasa, produk dan pelayanan, berakibat pada munculnya perusahaan yang saling melengkapi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar tersebut. Inilah yang dapat menjadi kontribusi untuk meningkatkan para wisatawan berkunjung ke dalam objek wisata tertentu. Sebagai contoh objek wisata yang diprakarsai oleh masyarakat setempat adalah Pasar Seni dan Budaya Kertarejasa, yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Candirenggo, Kecamatan Singosari, Kabupaten Malang. Yang ditawarkan dalam pasar ini adalah berbagai produk dari seni dan budaya yang begiru menarik minat para wisatawan untuk memperkenalkan lebih dekat kearifan lokal dan keunikan daerah tersebut. Ditekankan juga pentingnya upaya bersama untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi pariwisata sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan dan pengenalan budaya daerah.

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Karang Anyar Desa Jembatan Kembar Kecamatan Lembar dari tanggal 15 – 19 Juli 2023. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di daerah tersebut, bahwa Dusun Karang Anyar memiliki potensi sumber daya tanaman jagung yang saat ini difokuskan sebagai sumber pakan ternak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan wirausaha home industry guna meningkatan ekonomi keluarga melalui pengolahan jagung. Bertempat di Balai Banjar Bhakti Dharma Sari Dusun Karang Anyar, kegiatan penyuluhan diikuti dengan antusiasme oleh seluruh peserta yang merupakan masyarakat sekitar. Dengan dilaksanakannya penyuluhan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan tambahan edukasi bagi masyarakat guna membantu meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan memanfaatkan potensi sumber bahan baku di wilayahnya melalui pengolahan jagung.

The most frequently encountered non-organic waste issue is plastic bag waste which is widespread in society, even though plastic packaging is a material that is difficult to decompose or destroy. One simple activity that can be done to reduce plastic waste is to use paper bags. The process of making paper bags can use materials that are around us, such as waste paper. The activity carried out in community service is a socialization carried out in increasing the creative economic potential for the community in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali Province, in October 2022. From the community service activities that have been carried out in Bayung Gede Village, it can be concluded that participants who take part in the training can increase the selling value of products by using the skills they have and can increase the economic value in Bayung Gede Village.

Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Extracurricular activities are integrated with the curriculum of the education unit and are managed specifically by the student affairs department in collaboration with curriculum field.
