The industrial revolution 4.0 has begun to develop in aquaculture activities by utilizing the internet of things (IoT) in the last decade. The increase in intensive shrimp farming on Bangka Island in recent years is still conventional witfar from the use of digital and internet-based technology, especially vaname shrimp farming, including the Bio Ebi Micro Pokdakan in Air Mawar Village. This activity aims to design a water quality monitoring system that can be used in vaname shrimp aquaculture ponds. The main components in designing a remote-based pond water quality monitoring system consist of sensors, processing, data transmission, data storage and display. The activity has started with the design of a water quality monitoring tool in October - November 2022 in the Instrumentation and Acoustics Section of the Marine Science Laboratory at Bangka Belitung University which is then used by partners to monitor water quality conditions in shrimp ponds at Pokdakan Mikro Bio Ebi partners

This study explores the development and application of a digital twin-driven cybersecurity risk assessment model for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) networks. The increasing complexity and interconnectivity of IIoT systems have expanded the attack surface, making them vulnerable to a wide range of cyber threats. The digital twin model addresses this challenge by creating real-time virtual replicas of physical systems, which can simulate and predict network vulnerabilities and attack vectors. The model uses machine learning algorithms and real-time data to simulate cyberattacks, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), malware, and data breaches. By providing continuous monitoring and dynamic risk predictions, the digital twin model enhances the resilience of IIoT networks compared to traditional cybersecurity frameworks. The findings indicate that the model's ability to predict potential cyber threats and simulate various attack scenarios provides a more proactive and accurate approach to cybersecurity in IIoT environments. Additionally, the study highlights key mitigation strategies, including adaptive security mechanisms, real-time anomaly detection, and the use of lightweight encryption for resource-constrained devices. Despite its effectiveness, challenges such as computational requirements, integration with legacy systems, and scalability were identified. This research underscores the strategic importance of digital twin models in securing IIoT systems and advancing Manufacturing 4.0 ecosystems. Future research should focus on enhancing model accuracy, expanding its application to diverse industrial sectors, and improving interoperability with legacy systems to further strengthen the security posture of IIoT networks.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, and company size on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. Testing was conducted both partially and simultaneously to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 14 companies selected through a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, such as the completeness of annual financial reports during the study period and the availability of relevant data. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id), including annual financial reports containing information on total assets, total liabilities, total equity, financial ratios, and the company's profit level. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method using SPSS version 26 software, so that the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable can be tested both individually and together. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the variables leverage (X1), liquidity (X2), and company size (X3) have a significant effect on profitability (Y). However, partial test results revealed that leverage had a negative and significant effect on profitability, indicating that a high proportion of debt can reduce a company's ability to generate profits. Meanwhile, liquidity and company size were not shown to have a significant influence on profitability, suggesting that these factors are not the main determinants of profit performance in this sector. This study implies that food and beverage company management needs to carefully consider capital structure to maintain profitability. For further research, it is recommended to add other variables such as operational efficiency, sales growth, and dividend policy, as well as extend the observation period for more in-depth and representative analysis results.

Industri kerajinan kulit di Tanggulangin, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, telah lama dikenal sebagai sentra produksi yang signifikan, berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi lokal dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis peran, tantangan, dan strategi pengembangan UMKM kerajinan kulit di Tanggulangin terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif berbasis data sekunder digunakan, dengan pengumpulan data dari kuesioner, wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri ini mendominasi dalam hal hasil produksi kerajinan kulit dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Sidoarjo, dengan keahlian yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun dan kualitas produk yang mampu bersaing di pasar internasional. Namun, industri ini menghadapi tantangan besar seperti kesulitan akses permodalan, persaingan produk pabrikan/impor, keterbatasan akses pasar digital, kurangnya inovasi desain, kualitas SDM yang terbatas, akses bahan baku tidak stabil, kurangnya dukungan teknologi, dan minimnya regenerasi pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini merumuskan strategi pengembangan UMKM yang meliputi fasilitasi bahan baku, pelatihan tenaga kerja, perluasan akses pasar dan permodalan, peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, penyederhanaan perizinan, dan peningkatan kualitas produk. Dukungan pemerintah melalui pemberian modal, fasilitas rantai pasok, bantuan peralatan modern, perlindungan usaha, serta pelatihan SDM sangat krusial untuk keberlanjutan industri ini sebagai pilar ekonomi lokal dan nasional.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan kendaraan pada Satuan Angkutan Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) serta merumuskan strategi peningkatan pelayanan kendaraan guna mengoptimalkan tugas pokok organisasi. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang ada dalam pengelolaan kendaraan dinas di AAL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya permasalahan seperti kekurangan personel terutama pengemudi, jumlah kendaraan yang terbatas karena ada beberapa kendaraan yang rusak ringan atau rusak berat, dan fasilitas lahan parkir kendaraan atau garasi serta fasilitas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kendaraan kurang memadai. Dari analisis menggunakan SWOT, maka diperoleh kesimpulan yang meliputi: (a) Melakukan penambahan personel pengemudi dengan cara rekrutmen TNI AL dari lulusan SMK (b) Mengadakan penambahan jumlah armada kendaraan serta kenjasama dengan industri otomotif (c) Melakukan penambahan fasilitas garasi atau parkir kendaraan serta bengkel pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kendaraan berdasarkan dukungan kebijakan pengadaan aset kendaraan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen AAL untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kendaraan, sehingga mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas pokok AAL.

Pajak dan Manajemen Keuangan 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the impact of layoffs (PHK) on the decline in people's purchasing power and Indonesia's economic growth in 2025. Layoffs are predicted to increase due to various factors such as tax hikes, subsidy restrictions, and decreased purchasing power. The study uses a quantitative method with secondary data from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Bank Indonesia, and other relevant institutions, as well as consumer survey data to measure the decline in purchasing power. The results show that layoffs significantly reduce people's purchasing power, which in turn negatively affects household consumption and national economic growth. The MSME and informal sectors are also affected by this decline in purchasing power. The study recommends policies that support industries prone to layoffs, revise layoff requirements, and maintain macroeconomic stability to prevent mass layoffs and minimize their impact on Indonesia's economy.

Reda dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrizhus) peel, which is often discarded as waste, contains pectin that has potential to be used in the food industry.  This review article aims to examine the effect of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) technology on the results of pectin extraction from red dragon fruit peel. A review was conducted on four main scientific articles discussing MAE for pectin extraction from dragon fruit peel, focusing on the chemical composition aspect and the effect of MAE technology on the extraction results. MAE technology has been shown to significantly increase extraction efficiency compared to conventional methods, with parameters such as pH, extraction time, and solid-liquid ratio affecting the extraction results. One potential application of dragon fruit peel pectin is as a base material for environmentally friendly edible films with functional added value. Formulation optimization and further testing are needed to develop the application of dragon fruit peel pectin on an industrial scale.

Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dalam industri wedang uwuh di Imogiri mendorong UMKM Taruna Agro Nusantara untuk berinovasi melalui produk wedang uwuh siap saji dalam kemasan paper cup yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut kemasan wedang uwuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method. Pendekatan kualitatif dilakukan melalui diskusi dengan pemilik UMKM dan pakar desain untuk merumuskan atribut kemasan. Selanjutnya, pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan melalui analisis konjoin untuk mengetahui kombinasi atribut yang paling disukai konsumen. Atribut kemasan yang dipilih yaitu slogan, warna, informasi produk, dan ukuran kemasan yang kemudian ditentukan level atributnya. Dari 9 level atribut menghasilkan 54 stimuli yang kemudian direduksi menjadi 9 stimuli menggunakan  orthogonal array. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Persentase tingkat penerimaan responden terhadap stimuli tertinggi yaitu pada stimuli 4 sebesar 78%  kategori tinggi dengan kombinasi slogan “manfaat terasa, tradisi terjaga”, berwarna merah, menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, serta berukuran 240 ml. Nilai kepentingan tertinggi terdapat pada atribut ukuran dengan nilai 47,147. Nilai kegunaan tertinggi untuk atribut slogan adalah “kehangatan dalam tiap genggaman”, atribut warna terdapat pada warna merah, atribut informasi terdapat pada informasi yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, sedangkan nilai kegunaan tertinggi dalam atribut ukuran yaitu pada ukuran 240 ml. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan produk wedang uwuh siap saji yang lebih inovatif dan sesuai dengan selera pasar.

The transformation of settlement patterns in Ciwandan District, Cilegon City, is a consequence of massive industrial expansion over the past two decades. This change has resulted in the conversion of coastal agricultural land into high-density urban-industrial areas with heterogeneous settlement characteristics. This study aims to describe population dynamics, spatial structure changes, and their impact on the quality of life of the community. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a literature review method. The findings indicate that the increase in population, particularly the working-age population, is accompanied by the growth of informal housing and pressure on basic infrastructure such as sanitation, clean water, and green open spaces. The imbalance between industrial growth and the provision of public services has created various social and ecological challenges. Therefore, there is a need for the integration of spatial planning policies, adaptive infrastructure development, and partnerships between the government, the community, and the industrial sector to create livable and sustainable residential areas.

This study examines the potential for digital branding transformation of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri, a construction service company in East Java, through the utilization of TikTok as a promotional platform. Using observations and interviews, the research identified strong visual content opportunities from the company’s activities, such as documenting construction progress, showcasing before-and-after project visuals, and sharing client testimonials. These elements offer significant storytelling potential for engaging online audiences. However, several internal barriers hinder optimal implementation. These include limited digital literacy among staff, inadequate content creation tools, and the absence of standardized procedures for producing and publishing content. Externally, skepticism toward social media marketing in the construction sector and the unpredictability of TikTok’s algorithm also create challenges. Thematic analysis revealed three primary needs: maximizing existing visual assets to create compelling narratives, enhancing internal capacity through targeted digital training, and developing a culture that supports continuous digital engagement. To address these, the study proposes an initial strategy involving educational content, behind-the-scenes videos, and a clear content production guide. In addition, it suggests forming a dedicated social media team, running a 30-day continuous content campaign, and collaborating with local creators to expand reach. These recommendations align with existing literature on the role of short-form video in increasing brand awareness, credibility, and trust in service-oriented industries. By integrating strategic content planning, capacity building, and consistent online engagement, construction SMEs can position themselves competitively in the evolving digital marketplace. The case of Mitra Havana Sulung Mandiri demonstrates that even in traditionally offline industries, leveraging TikTok can offer a pathway toward brand differentiation and long-term audience growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh price discount dan bonus pack terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada konsumen Distro Rock Line di Kota Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh ketatnya persaingan industri ritel yang mendorong pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan strategi promosi yang efektif, seperti pemberian diskon harga dan paket bonus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, price discount dan bonus pack masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Secara simultan, kedua variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Price Discount (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Ditunjukan dari hasil uji t, diperoleh thitung sebesar 2.169 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,033 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,033 < 0,05), dengan demikian H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti Price Discount berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Bonus Pack (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Ditunjukan dari hasil uji t, diperoleh thitung sebesar 2.541 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,013 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,013 < 0,05), dengan demikian H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak. Yang artinya Bonus Pack berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa strategi price discount dan bonus pack dapat meningkatkan dorongan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara impulsif. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku usaha, khususnya Distro Rock Line, dalam merancang strategi promosi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

The Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) project in Batukuwung Village, Padarincang District, Serang Regency, has raised concerns among the community about the threat of environmental damage and the disruption of the sustainability of local agricultural systems. During this time, the community relies on traditional agriculture that is closely tied to local social, cultural and ecological values. This research aims to assess the social and ecological impacts of the PLTP project on the lives of village communities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study, through purposive sampling techniques for in-depth interviews with affected residents, as well as online media analysis. The results show that the presence of the project has created ecological and social vulnerabilities, especially disruptions to water and land access, and narrowed the space for community participation in decision-making. The findings show that the clean energy narrative is not always in line with the reality on the ground. This research emphasizes the importance of the principles of ecological justice and local community sovereignty in energy development policies, especially in areas that depend on natural sustainability.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a performance management tool in the Employee Cooperative of PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk. Qualitative research methods were used with interviews, questionnaires, observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The application of BSC in the Employee Cooperative of PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk helps measure and monitor overall performance, ensuring that financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth perspectives become the main focus. The results showed that the performance of the Employee Cooperative of PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk, when viewed through the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, can be categorized as quite good. The active involvement of the management, members, and related parties in the implementation of BSC is the key to success in improving the performance of the PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk Employee Cooperative. This research contributes to the understanding of the concept of performance management in the context of cooperatives and provides a basis for further development in improving the effectiveness of cooperative performance management. The findings of this study have practical and theoretical implications that can help decision makers in cooperatives and researchers in the field of cooperative management.

Accurate evaluation of head losses is essential in industrial systems transporting viscous chemical fluids, such as sodium hydroxide (NaOH), to ensure hydraulic efficiency and operational reliability, particularly in chlor alkali plants. This study analyses major and minor flow losses in the NaOH piping system at PT X Chlor Alkali Plant, Porsea, and evaluates the pipe design's hydraulic feasibility. After defining system parameters—including fluid properties, pipe geometry, and the number and type of fittings—technical calculations were conducted to assess flow profiles and pressure losses along two main pipe routes. A quantitative analysis using the Moody diagram and operational data reveals that minor losses dominate, contributing over 75% of total head loss in both routes. The total head loss remains within the pump's rated capacity (18 m), though with a narrow margin. A pipe diameter of 0.114 m produces a flow velocity of 0.79 m/s, aligning with recommended industrial standards for corrosive fluids. The use of Sch.80 stainless steel proves effective in minimizing frictional losses, particularly under turbulent flow conditions. These findings highlight the critical role of fitting configurations and material selection in optimizing chemical process piping systems.

This study aims to analyze how the elements of the Fraud Triangle, namely pressure, opportunity, and rationalization, influence the occurrence of financial statement fraud. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and secondary data sources from relevant literature published in 2020–2025, this study examines various previous research findings related to the application of the Fraud Triangle theory in the industrial sector in Indonesia and internationally. The study results indicate that pressure, especially in the form of high financial targets and external pressure, is the dominant factor that triggers management to manipulate reports. Meanwhile, opportunity does not always have a significant impact on fraud due to the presence of effective internal control systems and external supervision. Rationalization has been proven to also drive fraudulent actions through moral justification by the perpetrators. This study concludes that the Fraud Triangle remains a relevant conceptual framework in understanding and detecting potential financial statement fraud, as well as providing implications for improving corporate governance and control systems.

Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana kualitas produk dan harga memengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa untuk membeli air mineral Le Minerale. Penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kesehatan; mereka mencari solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum harian mereka dengan mempertimbangkan harga dan kualitas produk. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif; survei dilakukan terhadap 103 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk (β=0,347; p=0,002) dan harga (β=0,368; p=0,001) berpengaruh secara signifikan positif sebesar 44%  terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk dan penetapan harga yang kompetitif merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar AMDK. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar bagi pelaku industri AMDK untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan penetapan biaya produk, sehingga konsumen memiliki pilihan yang lebih baik.

The Liga 1 Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) is an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn outside the classroom through structured internship activities. The Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) internship program is designed to equip students with readiness to enter the business and industrial world (DUDI), as well as implement course theory through hands-on work practice in the field. The MBKM internship activity which was carried out in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District, Gorontalo Regency, aimed to provide real experience to students in village financial management. Bongo Village was chosen as the location of the internship because of its reputation as the best village in the region. The intern students converted the courses that had been programmed with the practice of implementing the village financial system based on the Siskeudes application. Through this activity, students not only understand the theory of public financial management, but also gain technical and social skills in interacting with village officials and the community. The results of the internship activities show that students are able to understand and operate the Siskeudes system effectively. The knowledge and skills gained are expected to be implemented in nine other villages in Bone Bolango District, as a form of real contribution to more transparent and accountable village financial governance. This program proves that collaboration between universities and village governments can have a positive impact on human resource capacity building and village governance. Thus, MBKM internships are a strategic means in supporting the transformation of higher education that is relevant to the needs of the community and regional development.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle on consumer decision-making in using the services of Omahbiru Wedding Organizer, located in Kediri. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition among wedding organizer businesses in the digital era, which requires service providers to adapt their marketing strategies to the preferences and behavior of modern consumers. A quantitative research approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents who had previously used Omahbiru’s services. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study examined three independent variables digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle and one dependent variable, namely consumer decision. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer decisions. Individually, lifestyle and service quality have a stronger influence compared to digital promotion, which shows a moderate effect. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variance in consumer decision-making. These results highlight the importance of aligning digital promotional strategies, service excellence, and lifestyle compatibility to attract and retain customers in the wedding organizer industry. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan antar wedding organizer di era digital, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan preferensi dan perilaku konsumen modern. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 108 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan jasa Omahbiru. Secara parsial, variabel gaya hidup dan kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan promosi digital, yang memberikan pengaruh sedang. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,488 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 48,8% variasi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kesesuaian strategi promosi digital, pelayanan yang unggul, dan penyesuaian gaya hidup dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan di industri wedding organizer. Aceh’s economy has long been dominated by the oil and gas sector, particularly LNG Arun exports, which contributed more than 40% of regional GDP (GRDP) in the early observation period. However, declining production after 2014 drastically reduced its share to below 20%, and in recent years, to only around 10–12%. This study aims to analyze the contribution of oil and gas (migas) and non-oil and gas (nonmigas) exports to Aceh’s economy and to assess the potential of export diversification as a sustainable development strategy. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary time series data from 2007–2021 obtained from BPS, Bank Indonesia, and other official sources. Data were analyzed descriptively and through simple econometric models, including OLS regression and cointegration tests. The findings reveal that oil and gas exports are significant in the short term but have weakened in the long term. In contrast, non-oil and gas exports, although relatively small, exhibit stable growth and demonstrate a long-term relationship with GRDP. These results underscore the importance of diversifying exports towards nonmigas commodities, particularly coffee, cocoa, rubber, and fisheries. The practical implication is the urgent need for Aceh’s development strategy to shift from oil and gas dependence towards globally competitive nonmigas industrialization
