This study aims to analyze the abilities and challenges of grade IV elementary school students in writing argumentative sentences. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach of case study methods on ten students in one of the public elementary schools in Jambi City. Data were obtained through an argumentative sentence writing test and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show that students' ability to write argumentative sentences still varies. Most of the students have been able to convey their opinions in a concise and relevant manner, but there are still obstacles in the mechanical aspects of writing such as the use of spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure. These findings show the need for a learning strategy that can develop argumentative writing skills systematically and logically. Toulmin's pattern-based approach and collaborative learning models such as Group Investigation are recommended to improve students' overall argumentative writing skills from the elementary school level.

This article discusses the strategic role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in shaping the character of leaders with integrity, justice, and responsibility. In the context of dynamic social change, leaders who have moral and spiritual foundations are an urgent need. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature study of the latest academic sources. The results of the analysis show that the main values in PAI—such as honesty, justice, responsibility, empathy, and sincerity—have a major contribution to the formation of leadership character. Effective implementation of PAI requires the integration of religious values in leadership training, contextual learning, teacher role models, and active community participation. Obstacles such as the lack of understanding of the younger generation and the influence of the secular environment are challenges in themselves, but can be overcome with collaborative and contextually relevant educational strategies. This article emphasizes the importance of making PAI a foundation in building ethical and visionary leadership.

This study aims to analyze the reading skills of seventh-grade students at SMP IT Robbani Indralaya, focusing on both mechanical and comprehension aspects. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 19 student respondents. The questionnaire instrument was designed based on two main aspects: mechanical skills (letter recognition, linguistic elements, and slow reading speed) and comprehension skills (understanding text meaning, evaluating content, and flexible reading speed). The analysis results showed that the majority of students were in the “Good” category (63.16%), while the rest were in the “Fair” category (36.84%). There were no students in the “Very Good” or “Poor” categories. Digital transformation in human resource management (HR) is a challenge as well as an opportunity for MSMEs in an effort to realize business sustainability. This research aims to explore how the digital adaptation process is carried out in MSME HR management practices, as well as identify the challenges faced in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with MSME actors in the creative sector, the data was analyzed thematically to reveal the patterns and dynamics of digital transformation. The results of the study show that most MSMEs have adopted simple technology such as WhatsApp, Google Form, and video tutorials in the process of recruitment, training, and performance recording. However, the limitations of digital literacy of the workforce and infrastructure are the main obstacles. These findings indicate that the digitization of human resources in MSMEs is still gradual and adaptive, and is highly dependent on individual readiness and external support. In conclusion, digital transformation in MSME human resources not only requires technology, but also strengthens human resource capacity and work culture that is inclusive of change. The implications of this study encourage the existence of digital literacy mentoring programs and collaborative policies between business actors, the government, and educational institutions to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economic development, contributing to employment, income generation, and entrepreneurship. However, many MSMEs face challenges in adapting to technological advancements, particularly in implementing digital marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze how digital marketing can accelerate the development of MSMEs in Indonesia through a literature review approach. The findings highlight that digital marketing provides MSMEs with opportunities to expand their market reach, increase brand visibility, and optimize costs. Social media platforms, e-commerce, and other digital tools enable MSMEs to connect with customers more effectively. Despite these benefits, barriers such as limited technological access, lack of digital literacy, and uneven internet infrastructure hinder the adoption of digital marketing. Collaborative efforts from the government, educational institutions, and the private sector are necessary to overcome these obstacles. Providing training, improving access to technology, and fostering innovation are crucial steps to support MSMEs in achieving sustainable growth.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Project-Based Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in Animal and Plant Cell material. The background of this research is based on the low achievement of student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Bolaang, which is caused by conventional learning methods that are still dominant and the lack of active involvement of students in the learning process. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach with a nonequivalent control group design. Two VIII classes were selected as samples, namely the experimental class treated with project-based learning and the control class taught conventionally. The instruments used were pretest and posttest essay tests. The analysis results showed a significant increase in the average learning outcomes in the experimental group (81.72) compared to the control group (76.72). The Mann-Whitney statistical test showed a significance value of 0.043, meaning that the two groups had a significant difference in learning outcomes. These findings show that Project-Based Learning encourages students' active engagement, creativity, and deep understanding of biological concepts. This research strengthens the evidence that project-based learning is an effective strategy for improving student learning outcomes and is relevant to the middle level science curriculum. Implicitly, teachers are encouraged to integrate this model in contextual and collaborative science learning.
