Fractures are conditions where there is a separation or rupture in the continuity of the bone structure, caused by excessive pressure that the bone cannot withstand. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of fractures is expected to increase with the growing number of vehicles. The productive age group is particularly vulnerable to injury due to accidents. A lack of knowledge about fractures and First Aid methods can exacerbate the situation. This study aims to determine the impact of fracture education and First Aid simulation methods on the knowledge of students at SMA N 1 Lhokseumawe. The research used a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 91 students. The instrument used was a knowledge questionnaire. The results showed that before the education and simulation, 44 respondents (48.4%) had a poor knowledge category, while after the education and simulation, 84 respondents (93.4%) were in the good category. The Wilcoxon test resulted in a P-value of 0.000, indicating a significant impact. The conclusion of this study is that fracture education and First Aid simulation methods are effective in improving students' knowledge about fractures and First Aid.

Students with deaf disabilities often have difficulty understanding verbal instruction, but have significant advantages in visual and motor aspects. This service activity aims to apply multisensory methods through Suminagashi craft art training (cloth marbling) to improve students' fine motor skills and creativity at SLB B Yakut Purwokerto. The implementation method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a "see-learn-do" strategy involving 20 high school students. The learning process integrates visual stimulation through structured demonstrations and tactile stimulation through the exploration of material textures. The results of the activity showed that the multisensory approach was effective in bridging the barriers of deaf students with disabilities in communicating due to hearing limitations. Students demonstrate a high level of visual focus and are able to replicate marble motif making techniques with precision without relying on complex verbal explanations. The combination of cue instructions and direct touch experiences has been proven to minimize miscommunication and improve understanding of abstract concepts of the material. This activity recommends the use of visual-tactile strategies as an adaptive inclusive learning method to support the vocational independence of deaf people.

This study analyzes the mangakkai’ ceremony in the Aluk To Dolo tradition in the villages of Suppiran, Mesakada, and Salisali (SMS), Toraja, as a rite of passage that has religious, symbolic, and social meanings. The study aims to explain the structure of the mangakkai’ ritual based on Victor Turner's theory of liminality and to examine its relevance to contemporary human relations. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach enriched by field interviews with Aluk To Dolo figures. The results of the study show that mangakkai’ consists of three main stages, namely pre-liminal (lao ma’tundan) as a phase of separation, liminal (passurusan and mata kandean) as a space for community formation, and post-liminal (ma’palulangngan) as reintegration and refinement of relations with Puang Matua. This rite not only guides the soul of the deceased to a transcendent destination, but also strengthens solidarity, mutual cooperation, and the transmission of values between generations. In a modern context marked by individualism and social fragmentation, mangakkai’ presents a model of relationships based on togetherness, empathy, and collective responsibility. Thus, this ritual has anthropological and ethical significance as a source of reflection for the formation of more humanistic and communal human relationships.

Prompt injection has emerged as a critical security threat for Large Language Models (LLMs), exploiting their inability to separate instructions from data within application contexts reliably. This paper provides a structured review of current attack vectors, including direct and indirect prompt injection, and highlights the limitations of existing defenses, with particular attention to the fragility of Known-Answer Detection (KAD) against adaptive attacks such as DataFlip. To address these gaps, we propose a novel, hybrid, multi-layered detection framework that operates in real-time. The architecture integrates heuristic pre-filtering for rapid elimination of obvious threats, semantic analysis using fine-tuned transformer embeddings for detecting obfuscated prompts, and behavioral pattern recognition to capture subtle manipulations that evade earlier layers. Our hybrid model achieved an accuracy of 0.974, precision of 1.000, recall of 0.950, and an F1 score of 0.974, indicating strong and balanced detection performance. Unlike prior siloed defenses, the framework proposes coverage across input, semantic, and behavioral dimensions. This layered approach offers a resilient and practical defense, advancing the state of security for LLM-integrated applications.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of KSP Kopdit Obor Mas using the PEARLS method (Protection, Effective Financial Structure, Asset Quality, Rates of Return and Cost, Liquidity, Signs of Growth) and to examine its relevance within the Resource Based View (RBV) framework. The research employed a descriptive method with both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and cooperative financial reports from the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) for the period 2022–2024. The results indicate that the Protection aspect is categorized as healthy, as the risk reserve ratio is sufficient to cover delinquent loans. The Rates of Return and Cost aspect also shows good performance due to stable operational cost efficiency. However, weaknesses were found in the Effective Financial Structure, Asset Quality, and Signs of Growth aspects, particularly in the declining membership growth. From the RBV perspective, the cooperative possesses valuable and rare resources in the form of strong risk management capability and operational efficiency, but it has not fully developed a strong capital structure and asset quality to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the cooperative should improve credit management, strengthen institutional capital, and enhance membership growth to maintain long-term financial sustainability.

Dermoid cyst is a benign congenital choristoma frequently found in the periocular region, particularly in children. It results from ectodermal tissue sequestration along embryonic fusion lines. Although generally benign and slow-growing, dermoid cysts may cause cosmetic deformity, mechanical ptosis, or visual disturbance if left untreated. A 4-year-old child presented with a painless, slowly enlarging mass on the upper eyelid that had been noticed since early childhood. Physical examination revealed a well-circumscribed, firm, non-tender mass without signs of inflammation. Visual acuity was within normal limits, and no proptosis was observed. Clinical findings were consistent with a superficial eyelid dermoid cyst. The patient underwent complete surgical excision under general anesthesia. Intraoperatively, the cyst was removed intact without rupture. Histopathological examination confirmed a dermoid cyst characterized by keratinized stratified squamous epithelium lining with adnexal skin structures. Postoperative recovery was uneventful, with good cosmetic outcome and no recurrence during follow-up. Eyelid dermoid cyst can be diagnosed clinically through careful history taking and physical examination. Complete surgical excision is the definitive treatment and provides excellent functional and cosmetic outcomes. Early management is recommended to prevent potential complications and to achieve optimal results.

This study examines the experience of access to health services and resilience strategies in adolescents with unplanned pregnancies in Makassar, Indonesia. Access to quality reproductive health services is important for adolescents' well-being, but they often face systemic barriers that affect access to health services and outcomes. The study used an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach on seventeen adolescent girls aged 15–19 years who had an unplanned pregnancy between June–November 2023. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, recorded, verbatim transcribed, and analyzed by a six-stage science process. Two main themes were found: Navigating Closed Doors: Systematic Barriers to Care and Finding Light in Darkness: Resilience and Agency. Participants faced a variety of layered barriers, including a lack of information about health services and rights, geographical and economic constraints, age-based discrimination, parental notification obligations, fear of legal consequences especially related to abortion, family control over decisions, and limitations in adolescent-friendly services. Nonetheless, adolescents show resilience through seeking strategic help, resistance to pressure, spiritual and religious coping, peer support, gradual acceptance of maternal identity, educational sustainability, and positive meaningfulness of difficult experiences. These findings point to the need for a transformation of the health system that not only improves attitudes of health workers, but also addresses structural barriers such as confidentiality, age discrimination, and service availability, while strengthening agency and adolescent coping strategies.
