The development of sophisticated information technology makes almost everything that happens in every corner of the world immediately known and international dependence is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary for religious education to grow and develop not only in schools but also in the family and community environment. An example of religious education that is positive and relevant to today is TPQ teaching which can facilitate children not only knowledge, but a place to play and interact between peers. This research uses a qualitative method with a participatory approach, by going directly to TPQ to teach children and making observations and collecting data which is then analyzed in a scientific way which is also concluded with scientific arguments. The result of this study is that TPQ teaching which is carried out in the afternoon makes children productive, so that the time to play with meaningless things is reduced. With a positive routine such as TPQ teaching in Sukolilan Village, it will certainly increase the sense of religiosity of children so that it can be their provision in facing modern times which are increasingly affected by global currents.

Information technology continues to evolve over time, and this development can be leveraged across various organizational sectors. CV. With numerous IT services sold and used by WaySolve, new risks or problems are bound to arise. Unfortunately, WaySolve currently lacks clear guidelines for problem management. The aim of this thesis is to create SOP related to problem management that CV. Warajaya Solve Techindo can use as a reference or standard for resolving IT issues. The SOP is developed using the ITIL V3 and COBIT 5 frameworks, as both provide activities relevant to the problem management process based on existing guidelines.This thesis involves several stages: Data Collection and Analysis, SOP Document Preparation, and SOP Document Adjustment. The outcome of this thesis includes two standard operating procedure documents for IT problem management, as well as two forms with six actors assigned roles in each activity.

This research was conducted to add insight for further research in a more sophisticated and effective image recognition process. In the experiments carried out in this research, the SVM, KNN, and CNN methods were tested with the Xception and EfficientNet-B1 architectures. Based on the final results obtained from this test, the CNN method with the Xception architecture is the best model. By using fine-tuning and a learning-rate of 1e-5, this method produces a micro average value of 0.974, on a cat breed image dataset of 13 classes and 7800 images. Meanwhile, the method that produces the fastest ETA Training and Testing is obtained by the KNN method, with an ETA Training time of 0.194 seconds, and an ETA Testing time of 1.782 seconds.

The 30 customers were obtained from questionnaires that were processed using cumulative score and percentage (%). Looking at Fornell's Theory and Kotler's Theory and some data analysis, it can be concluded that customer relationship management (CRP) on customer satisfaction at BTPN Syariah Bank Jepon Branch, Blora Regency can be said to be quite good. It is proven that customer satisfaction by calculating the cumulative score is calculated as 72%. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve teacher academic competence through training and mentoring activities with Project Based Learning (PJBL) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning models. The PKM method used is a service learning process. Participants in PKM activities are teachers from SMAN 1 Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. Data was collected using techniques: observation, interviews, tests and questionnaires. The results of PKM activities show an increase in teacher academic competence regarding 2 learning models (PJBL and PBL). The teacher's response after participating in PKM activities was very good and positive and they even recommended similar activities in 2025.

This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

There are objectives, namely to find out what impact the use of gadgets has, to find out the signs of gadget addiction in children, to find out how to reduce the adverse effects of gadgets, to find out how to overcome gadget addiction, to find out the characteristics and effects of gadget addiction. The results showed that gadgets are indeed very useful for life, but can cause negative things, including to elementary school children who make excessive social and emotional development. The method used in this research is a case study that describes the nursing care of a patient who had an Endotraceal Tube (ETT) installed who experienced ineffective airway clearance. The results of the assessment of the three patients experienced problems with ineffective airway clearance and hyperoxygenation was carried out in the open suction process to maintain oxygen saturation values ??within normal limits. The results obtained showed changes in oxygen saturation before and after the open suction procedure. It is hoped that the provision of hyperoxygenation intervention in the open suction process can be carried out according to the SOP so that complications do not occur.

This study describes the results of innovations from the Android-based Hospital Santri Application (Hospital Queue SMS) at the Outpatient Installation of the Specialist Polyclinic and the Executive Polyclinic of Sidoarjo Hospital, which is an innovation that is very helpful in managing patient queues. Initially, Sidoarjo Hospital used the SMS Queue program to manage patient queues online. However, since September 2019, this program has changed to the Santri RS (Hospital Queue SMS) application which can be downloaded through the Google Play Store. This application aims to facilitate patient needs related to outpatient queues at Sidoarjo Hospital. Patients can register through the Santri RS application or manually with the same queue number. The Santri RS application is supported by a legal umbrella and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). This ensures that the implementation of innovation runs well. This research highlights the factors that affect the innovation process, including innovation governance, sources of ideas, innovation culture, capabilities and tools, goals, outcomes, and barriers.

An audit of the library information system at the Private High School (SMK) NEGERI 1 SIRAPIT is necessary to have a method to control and ensure that the library information system meets the organization's goals. Using the COBIT 5 framework and the Delivery, Service, and Support (DSS) domain, which includes DSS.1, DSS.5, DSS.11, DSS.12, and DSS.13, the library information system was audited. The research results show that one process, DSS02, has a capability level of 4, and five other processes, DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05, each have a capability level of 4. While the overall capability level obtained based on the overall average is 3, this indicates that most tasks have been completed in the DSS domain for the library information system at SMK NEGERI 1 SIRAPIT However, there are standards established to carry out these processes, all of which are well documented and communicated. This study, which assesses the capability level of the Library Information System at SMK NEGERI 1 SIRAPIT, can contribute to the development of specific business processes if, in the future, there will be more customer services with various library service products. This can be done within the framework of the COBIT 5 audit.
