Participative leadership in dakwah institutions offers clear benefits. Literature indicates this style improves decision quality and spurs innovation, as members with relevant knowledge contribute creative solutions. It fosters an inclusive culture where stakeholders feel valued, responsible, and committed to collective decisions. Organizational effectiveness and efficiency rise with increased participation and member engagement. However, full implementation encounters practical challenges. In dakwah organizations with hierarchical traditions, resistance to power-sharing and trust deficits can cause conflict and decision delays. Limited leadership capacity and communication skills among members become obstacles if leaders are untrained in participative methods. Organizational theory thus recommends adaptive strategies: leaders should establish effective communication channels, empower teams, and implement context-specific leadership training programs. Case studies suggest these measures build a sustainable collaborative culture that supports innovation in dakwah programs. In summary, participative leadership, when combined with appropriate training and a supportive culture, can enhance effectiveness, foster creativity, and ensure organizational sustainability in religious outreach.

Employee PT TRAFINDO PRIMA PERKASA is a company engaged in the medium voltage electrical equipment industry. The employee attendance system currently in place at PT TRAFINDO PRIMA This is still done manually, starting from recording employee entry times, recording employee exit times to making employee attendance reports. Therefore, during the recording process, there is a possibility of errors, or the resulting report is less precise and slow in finding the required data. The research method applied is the waterfall method. This employee attendance information system is web-based. With this application, the attendance information system will be better than the manual system, so that it can operate more effectively and efficiently, and this system will be more supportive and improved when compared to the previous system. In addition, the best solution is to use a computerized system that can solve various problems in this company, to support activities within the company.

Kebakaran masih menjadi masalah serius dengan dampak besar, baik secara materi maupun korban jiwa. Deteksi yang lambat dan alarm konvensional yang tidak responsif menjadi penyebab utama tingginya tingkat kerusakan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem deteksi kebakaran berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mengintegrasikan multi-sensor dengan platform IFTTT (If This, Then That). Sistem ini menggabungkan sensor asap (MQ5, MQ9), suhu (DHT22), dan api, dengan NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pusat kendali, serta mengirim notifikasi real-time melalui WhatsApp. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan akurasi deteksi dan mengurangi alarm palsu. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan sistem konvensional dan sistem IoT pada berbagai skenario kebakaran. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem IoT memiliki keunggulan dalam kecepatan notifikasi (kurang dari 10 detik) dan kemampuan menyampaikan lokasi secara akurat. Meskipun memerlukan biaya awal lebih tinggi, efektivitas sistem ini dalam meningkatkan respons darurat menjadikannya solusi yang layak. Sistem ini cocok diterapkan di rumah, kantor, maupun fasilitas industri, serta memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan sistem keselamatan kebakaran yang lebih adaptif dan efisien di masa depan

ABSTRACT Information services on campus are often delayed due to reliance on staff, resulting in long queues and inefficient waiting times. This study aims to design and develop a robotic interaction system based on speech recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP), equipped with a virtual button as an alternative activation method. The system allows users to interact with the robot using voice, while the virtual button provides an additional option for users who are more comfortable with touch-based interaction. The research method employed is prototype development, which includes the design, implementation, and evaluation of the system. Testing was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the system in delivering information services quickly and accurately. The results show that the developed system can enhance service efficiency, reduce dependence on staff, and facilitate faster and more practical interactions between users and the robot. This study is expected to contribute to the development of technology-based public service systems, especially in the campus environment. This study aims to test whether career development will affect employee retention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Public Works and Public Housing Agency of Jambi Province. This study took samples from several civil servants of the Public Works and Public Housing Agency of Jambi Province totaling 70 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires that were distributed directly. This study used quantitative analysis carried out using the SmartPLS 4.1.1 application. The results of this study indicate that: 1) career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, 2) career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention and 4) career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention through job satisfaction.

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of packaging label design and promotional media (brochures) in increasing brand awareness of the WOW SUKE kefir milk and ice cream products. The method used is a Brand Lift Study, conducted through surveys with 53 respondents before and after exposure to the promotional materials. The results show a significant increase in brand awareness, from 21.1% before exposure to 49.1% after, indicating a growth of 132.7%. The brand recall rate reached 98.1%, meaning the majority of respondents immediately recalled the WOW SUKE brand when thinking of kefir milk. However, brand recognition was only 49.1%, with 50.9% of respondents still unfamiliar with or uncertain about the brand's existence. Visual design elements—such as colors, imagery, and information layout—were rated very positively by most respondents, suggesting that clear and attractive visual communication can effectively enhance brand perception. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that well-crafted packaging and promotional materials significantly improve brand awareness. Nevertheless, further improvements in communication strategy and promotional distribution, particularly through digital channels, are necessary to broaden audience reach and strengthen brand recognition.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi guru tentang pengaruh lingkungan sosial terhadap sikap siswa dalam pembelajaran agama Islam di SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Kembaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana guru mempersepsikan peran lingkungan sosial dalam membentuk sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sosial memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap belajar dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pendidikan agama. Guru mempersepsikan bahwa lingkungan sosial, termasuk keluarga, teman sebaya, dan masyarakat, dapat mempengaruhi motivasi, minat, dan kesadaran siswa dalam mempelajari agama Islam. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran agama Islam dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru dan peneliti lain dalam memahami peran lingkungan sosial dalam pendidikan agama. Dengan memahami persepsi guru tentang lingkungan sosial, sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan dapat mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agama Islam dan mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi siswa dalam lingkungan sosial.

This study aims to examine the innovation of rahn contract products in the development of gold pawn services in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Akad rahn is a sharia-based short-term financing instrument that provides liquidity solutions for the community without involving elements of riba, gharar, and maisir. As the need for fast, secure, and sharia-compliant financial services increases, innovation in rahn products is of strategic urgency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study of literature, reports of Islamic financial institutions, and related regulations. The results of the study show that rahn product innovation is carried out through three main aspects: (1) the development of the form of contract, such as the combination of rahn with ijarah or mudharabah; (2) the use of digital technologies such as e-KYC and AI to accelerate services; and (3) the expansion of socio-economic benefits, especially for MSMEs. The study also found that the increase in gold prices has also encouraged the increase in the use of gold pawns as an alternative financial solution. Therefore, Islamic banking needs to continue to develop gold pawn services based on rahn contracts to remain competitive, inclusive, and sharia-compliant.

Community service activities to enhance the organizational capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting local economic development through business management and digital marketing training in Serang Village, Cikarang Selatan Subdistrict. The method used was a participatory approach with a descriptive qualitative approach, aimed at encouraging active involvement of BUMDes managers and village communities in every stage of the activity. Data collection techniques included field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with a focus on changes in BUMDes organizational capacity before and after the intervention. The results showed that BUMDes faced structural, technical, and institutional weaknesses, such as an unsystematic organizational structure, weak leadership, lack of business plans, and low adoption of digital technology. After the training, there was a significant improvement in organizational structure, strategic planning, financial accountability, and the use of digital platforms for marketing. The activity also succeeded in fostering a more participatory and innovative organizational culture and expanding strategic partnership networks. This transformation had a direct impact on improving the economic performance of BUMDes and community participation, making BUMDes a facilitator of inclusive local economic collaboration. These findings indicate that an integrated training approach is an effective strategic model for strengthening village economic institutions sustainably.

One of the activities of ASN management is career development such as promotion. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of career development management of Civil Servants (PNS) through promotions at the Medan City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The implementation of civil servant career development management in BKPSDM Medan City has been well implemented but there are still obstacles. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed qualitatively using the theory of implementation according to George Edward III using four indicators namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of the research conducted show that the promotion process at BKPSDM Medan City has been carried out based on the principles of meritocracy which includes performance appraisal, competence, and employee track records. However, there are some challenges such as lack of competency development training and limited number of assessors who meet the qualifications of certain positions, as well as inadequate networks. To overcome these challenges, BKPSDM has implemented training and technical guidance programs, although implementation still needs to be improved. This study concludes that the implementation of career development management for civil servants through promotion in BKPSDM Medan City has been running quite well, but still requires improvement efforts in terms of career planning and employee empowerment.    

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and supervision of character education management in developing the emotional intelligence of students at Pondok Pesantren Madrasatul Qur’an Sabak Permai, Siak Sri Indrapura, Riau. The background of this research is the phenomenon of character degradation among students as a result of rapid technological advancement and social change. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results show that the planning of character education is formulated based on the pesantren’s vision, mission, and goals, which emphasize the formation of students’ character. Implementation is carried out through structured and consistent daily activities to foster emotional intelligence, such as discipline, role modeling, habituation, and spiritual development. Supervision is conducted continuously through program evaluation by the pesantren administrators. The findings indicate that character education management plays a strategic role in shaping students who not only have strong character but also stable and adaptive emotional intelligence. The implication of this study highlights the need to strengthen character education management within the pesantren education system to face the challenges of modern development.

Mentoring activities for MSMEs engaged in snacks, namely tempeh chips. Production activities are carried out every day because of the many enthusiasts and consumers who like the products of the Mak Ribut Tempeh Chips MSME. The purpose of this activity is to The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance for business development in MSMEs by identifying problems that exist in MSMEs, and trying to provide alternative solutions. After conducting the observation stage, several problems were found faced by MSMEs, including not having a business profile, not having a logo, not having a promotional Banner, not having a packaging sticker, not having a stamp, not having promotional media in the form of product photos, production videos and promotional videos, not having a social media account, not knowing the calculation of HPP, and not having simple financial records. During the mentoring activities that created a series of activities that resulted in several programs and after analyzing the UMKM Keripik Tempe Mak Ribut produced a positive impact on UMKM owners such as having a business profile that is useful as a business identity, logo, Banner, packaging stickers that are useful for introducing product brands, stamps, product photos, production videos, promotional videos, social media accounts, as a promotional media in marketing their products, and updates on gmaps so that consumers know the location of the business. Calculation of HPP (Cost of Goods Sold) so that UMKM know how much profit is obtained, as well as simple bookkeeping so that business finances are organized and not mixed with personal finances.

Language ability is a cornerstone in early childhood development, influencing almost every aspect of life, from social interaction to cognitive skills. A rich vocabulary, the ability to understand instructions, and clear self-expression are important indicators of successful language development. Language plays a very important role in helping children build relationships with others. The process of language acquisition is not something that happens naturally without stimulus, but is highly influenced by the environment where a child grows and develops. The two main environments that play a crucial role in shaping a child's language skills are the family and the school environment.

Maraknya kasus kecurangan atau manipulasi dokumen sertifikat atau piagam penghargaan pada proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, menjadi permasalahan yang serius untuk diselesaikan. Tindakan ini dapat merugikan para siswa yang telah berprestasi secara jujur, merusak kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap integritas pendidikan dan kredibilitas sistem PPDB itu sendiri, sehingga berdampak pada kepercayaan masyarakat kepada institusi atau lembaga pendidikan dan pemerintah. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah case studies research. Peneliti menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk pengembangan sistem dan blackbox testing berbasis equivalent partition untuk metode pengujian sistem. Berdasarkan hasil blackbox testing berbasis equivalent partition, bahwa sistem informasi verifikasi online yang dibangun, secara keseluruhan fungsionalitasnya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sistem yang dibangun juga sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dalam mengakomodir permasalahan terkait dengan verifikasi sertifikat secara online, sehingga dapat meminimalisir praktik kecurangan atau manipulasi dokumen sertifikat atau piagam penghargaan.

Collaboration between international organisations and educational institutions plays a strategic role in developing an inclusive and sustainable Islamic economy. The Chiba Islamic Culture Centre, as a community-based organisation in Japan, and PTIQ University, as an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, have great potential to integrate Islamic values into the development of a Sharia-based economy. This article aims to initiate and strengthen cooperation between these two institutions, focusing on community empowerment through an Islamic economic approach. The methodology employed utilises a qualitative descriptive approach, incorporating data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document reviews. The expected outcome is the establishment of a strategic cooperation model that can be practically implemented, covering empowerment programs based on zakat, waqf, and technology, as well as the formation of an Islamic economic ecosystem capable of improving the welfare of the target community. This article also identifies challenges and opportunities in program implementation, providing recommendations for the sustainability of this cross-border collaboration

This study aims to examine the role of interactive play in early childhood language development in Sipolu-polu Village, Panyabungan District. Interactive games are a fun and educational approach that supports children's language skills, particularly vocabulary acquisition, sentence structure, storytelling ability, and two-way communication. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The subjects were children aged 4–6 years involved in interactive play activities within non-formal education settings and their home environments. The findings show that interactive games, such as role-playing, picture puzzles, and educational digital games, have a positive impact on children's language development. Children became more verbally active, followed instructions better, and could express ideas and stories in a more structured manner. Therefore, interactive games are proven to play a significant role as an effective learning medium in developing early childhood language skills in the community of Sipolu-polu Village.

MSMEs play a crucial role in the economy, yet many still struggle to adopt technology. This engagement aims to support the development of Toko Kue Aminah through digital marketing and product innovation. The activities were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation during May 2025 in Oimbo Village. The results show that strategies such as utilizing Facebook and WhatsApp Business, adding product variations, and improving packaging and logo successfully enhanced the appeal and reach of the business. Furthermore, partnerships with local coffee shops have started to form, expanding product distribution. The synergy between digital marketing and product innovation has proven essential in boosting the business's competitiveness

Packaging is one of the spearheads of a product's sales. Packaging has a very important role because it will always be related to the packaged commodity and at the same time is the selling value and image of the product. This selling value increases when the resulting product gets added value from attractive packaging. While the product image related to the image of the product in the minds of consumers will be better if the product is packaged well, in other words the product can give a good impression to consumers. The development of product packaging design for UMKM actors in Bima City is to provide insight into new packaging designs and forms that make products more valuable and safe.

Regional development strategies are one of the important steps to improve the economy and distribution of development in various regions. An industry approach that focuses on leading sectors has proven to be an efficient way to maximize the local potential found in each region. This research aims to discuss regional development strategies with emphasis on the use of leading sectors as the main driver of industrialization. This study uses a qualitative approach with the literature review method to explore various studies, reports, and related secondary data. It is known that selecting the appropriate leading sectors, supported by flexible policies and cooperation between the government, industry players, and the community, can increase economic value, create jobs, and strengthen regional competitiveness in a sustainable manner. With a focused and local potential-based approach, industrialization not only accelerates economic growth, but also strengthens the region's economic structure for the long term.

Penglipuran Tourism Village, renowned for its cultural authenticity and environmental cleanliness, has experienced substantial growth in tourist arrivals, which has led to environmental pressures and overcrowding in its core area. In response, the development of the Bamboo Forest as a supporting attraction has emerged as a strategic initiative to disperse visitor concentration and promote sustainable tourism. This study aims to examine the development concept of the Bamboo Forest through a qualitative descriptive approach, employing in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, including tourism managers and community leaders. The findings reveal that the Bamboo Forest, spanning 45 hectares, serves multiple ecological and cultural functions, such as groundwater conservation, disaster mitigation, and the preservation of local traditions. Since 2023, the site has been revitalized with ecotourism-based infrastructure, including bamboo pathways, cultural performance spaces, a traditional market, and the Bamboo Caffe, all of which integrate local resources and community participation. Development efforts are aligned with key tourism components: attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary services, while adhering to sustainable tourism principles: something to see, something to do, and something to buy. The project has not only enhanced the visitor experience but also generated significant economic benefits, contributing to community welfare. Overall, the integration of environmental, economic, and socio-cultural aspects in the Bamboo Forest development exemplifies a holistic approach to sustainable tourism in rural destinations.
