This research is motivated by the fact that the Ciamis Regency Inspectorate apparatus has not performed well in carrying out supervision in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 61 of 2019. In the Ciamis Regency Inspectorate, this can be seen from the results of the Ciamis Regency Inspectorate performance report, several problems were found. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy for improving the performance of the apparatus in implementing supervision at the Ciamis Regency Inspectorate. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 4 people, namely the Inspector, Secretary of the Inspectorate, Head of Planning and Programs and representatives of regional inspectors. Data analysis was carried out on data collected from both observation and interview results. The data analysis stage was carried out with qualitative analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) The performance of the apparatus at the Ciamis Regency Inspectorate was not optimal, this was because the Inspectorate as one of the supervisory institutions responsible to the Regent had not been able to create transparency, objectivity, more effective supervision efficiency, and more accumulative and accountable. Therefore, the Inspectorate is not only faced with the problems of functional tasks but also with coaching tasks. 2) The implementation of supervision in carrying out its activities as a supervisor of the implementation of regional government cannot be separated from the factors that influence the implementation of the supervisory function carried out on the implementation of regional government. These factors are: internal factors, namely the number of supervisory officers is still limited, and external factors, namely the availability of many mandatory tasks that must be carried out and negligence of the object of inspection. 3) The Inspectorate as an internal supervisor is required to make a major contribution to improving the quality of the implementation of Regional Government, but on the other hand, its capacity is not yet sufficient to carry out its main tasks and functions with various problems and limitations.

This study explores the potential of water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) as a bioelectricity source through Plant-Microbial Fuel Cell (PMFC) technology. The research aimed to evaluate the ability of water hyacinth to generate stable electrical energy when integrated with electrodes in a controlled laboratory setting. The method applied was an experimental laboratory design, where water hyacinths were placed in containers filled with water, equipped with anode and cathode electrodes, and connected to a voltmeter and ammeter for continuous monitoring. Observations were carried out for 72 hours with periodic recording of voltage and current values. The findings show that water hyacinth can generate measurable electricity, with voltage ranging from 0.25 V to 0.32 V and current between 0.18 mA and 0.24 mA, indicating the potential of this plant to produce renewable energy. Moreover, the results reveal that the generated electricity was relatively stable during the observation period, though variations occurred due to environmental conditions. The implications of this research suggest that water hyacinth, often considered a weed, can be utilized not only for energy production but also as part of ecological management programs. This dual function makes PMFC technology a promising alternative for sustainable energy development, especially in rural or remote areas where access to conventional electricity remains limited.

This study aims to determine and evaluate the Performance of the Food Crops Agriculture Service in the 2018-2023 Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution Program (Case Study of Rice Farmers, in Seso Village, Ngada Regency). Using a qualitative descriptive approach with Atik Septi Winarsih's theory and Robbins' theory which highlights Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability, Punctuality, Work Commitment. The study involved 12 Informants. The results showed that in the subsidized fertilizer distribution program, employees of the Food Crop Agriculture Office of Ngada Regency have not carried out their duties in accordance with the needs of farmers on agricultural land, this is due to communication deficiencies such as in terms of providing infrastructure, fertilizer stocks, and the problem of changing fertilizer price increases and in terms of special training in accessing the E-RDKK system. One of the factors that hinders access to this system is that farmers do not understand the use of the E-RDKK system through android phones and the lack of knowledge that farmers have. The Ngada Regency Food Crop Agriculture Office has also not provided sufficient facilities and infrastructure on farms because there are many delays in distribution that take more time than the specified time. Services at the Ngada Regency Food Crop Agriculture Office have not been in accordance with the implementation in the field so that farmers' needs have experienced delays in service. Another form of participation that supports the sustainability of the subsidized fertilizer distribution program is by conducting socialization activities. The form of participation that is carried out is contrary to community expectations where the completion time is delayed from the time that should be determined.

Smoke hazards can result in poisoning of harmful gases produced by the welding process. So it is expected that in order to maintain air cleanliness in the welding workshop by installing an exhaust gas channel from welding, the purpose of this research is to analyse the flow of exhaust gas through simulation of fluid flow velocity (welding smoke) in the design of exhaust gas installation in the welding workshop using CFD or Computational Fluid Dynamics method. CFD simulation can predict in detail the movement of wind (moving fluid) in the welding fume exhaust duct. CFD simulation is carried out through three stages, namely pre-processing, solving, and post-processing. This CFD uses the Solidworks (Flow Simulation) application programme. It was found that the installation of a welding fume exhaust duct with an output capacity of 39 m³ per minute showed a significant increase in airflow velocity. The first simulation results at the exhaust fan (welding booth) showed a maximum velocity value of 13.14 m/s and an average velocity of 10.55 m/s, the Reynold's number was 84567.11. In the second simulation, with the axial fan (Fan stationary) at 2600 RPM and pipe diameter 127 mm, better results were obtained, namely minimum velocity of 12.88 m/s, average velocity 13.94 m/s, maximum velocity 14.53 m/s and Reynold's number 111512.74. So the simulation results show an improvement in the performance of the ventilation system, where the airflow velocity is quite good, which ensures the efficiency of the ventilation system.

This study discusses the phenomenon of the decreasing number of worshipers in mosques and prayer rooms in Kenagarian Situjuah Gadang, Situjuah Limo Nagari District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. Although facilities and infrastructure have developed rapidly, the presence of the community in congregational worship activities is actually decreasing. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving observation, interviews with mosque and prayer room administrators, and field documentation. The results of the study indicate that several main factors that cause this condition include the busyness of the community in work, lack of understanding of religion, minimal role of community leaders and parents as role models, and lack of mosque programs that attract worshipers. In addition, the influence of social media also contributes to the decreasing interest of the community in coming to the mosque. To overcome this problem, it is recommended that there be policies that encourage congregational prayer, increase the role of schools in religious education, and strengthen Islamic preaching and guidance activities. With the right strategy, it is hoped that mosques and prayer rooms can again become centers of worship and active religious activities in the community

Elections (Pemilu) represent a pivotal moment in democracy, where citizens exercise their right to vote and determine the nation's leadership and direction. Since the reform era, Indonesia has consistently held free and fair elections with increased civil participation. However, issues remain concerning the participation of people with disabilities, a group that often faces exclusion in political decision-making. Despite legal frameworks like Law No. 8 of 2016 ensuring the political rights of persons with disabilities, implementation in practice remains inadequate. This literature study examines the challenges faced by disabled voters, focusing on the lack of accessibility at polling stations and their underrepresentation in the voter registry. It highlights the urgency of political participation for persons with disabilities as a means to foster inclusive democracy and social change in Indonesia. Affirmative actions, such as the establishment of quotas and policies, are discussed as essential steps toward ensuring equal political rights for disabled individuals. Additionally, the role of technology in optimizing participation through programs like DIGI-EDVOT is explored. However, challenges remain due to unequal access and technological literacy among people with disabilities.
