The web-based MSME Data Collection Information System at the Central Sumba Cooperative, SME, Industry and Trade Office aims to improve efficiency in managing data and information related to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Central Sumba region. This system is designed to simplify the process of data collection, monitoring, and reporting on MSMEs, which was previously done manually. Using web-based technology, this system can be accessed by MSME managers, local governments, and other relevant parties in order to accelerate data-driven decision making. This information system provides MSME data collection features, structured data storage, MSME development reporting, and statistical analysis that can assist in policy planning to improve the competitiveness and welfare of MSMEs in Central Sumba. With this system, it is hoped that it can support the development of the MSME sector in Central Sumba to be more transparent, accurate, and integrated.

This research presents the design, development, and implementation of a mini smart car prototype that operates using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system is built around the ESP8266 microcontroller (Amica version), which functions as the core processing unit responsible for handling Wi-Fi communication and data processing. The motion of the car is controlled by an L298 motor driver module that regulates the operation of DC motors. The entire system is powered by a 3.7-volt rechargeable battery, ensuring portability and energy efficiency. The study discusses in detail the hardware configuration, software programming, and integration of IoT-based control through a web or mobile interface. Functional testing of the prototype, named MINIOT, focuses on evaluating the responsiveness, stability, and reliability of remote control operations. The results are expected to show that the system can effectively receive and execute user commands while transmitting real-time telemetry data, such as motor status and connection indicators. This project demonstrates the feasibility of low-cost IoT-based automation for small-scale robotic applications.

Deviant behavior in early childhood is an issue that needs serious attention, especially when children start to show the habit of using harsh language while interacting with peers. This phenomenon was found at TK Unggulan An Nur Surabaya, where some children tend to use impolite words during play and communication. The aim of this study is to identify the causal factors behind deviant behavior in early childhood, specifically rude speech, and to analyze the influence of family environment, school, peers, and media on such behavior. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation from classroom activities. The findings revealed that rude speaking behavior is influenced by permissive parenting, peer group influence, exposure to inappropriate media, and immature emotional regulation. The conclusion is that deviant behavior such as harsh speaking does not arise in isolation but is the result of complex interactions between internal and external factors. Therefore, collaboration between teachers and parents in character education and monitoring of media exposure and peer environment is essential.

This research is motivated by the crisis of public trust experienced by the National Zakat Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BAZNAS RI) following the receipt of a donation of Rp1.5 billion from McDonald's Indonesia, which is considered to be affiliated with the Israeli McDonald's chain. This crisis has led to public rejection and questions about BAZNAS RI's credibility as a national zakat management institution. This research aims to: (1) analyze the crisis management strategies implemented by the Public Relations division of BAZNAS RI, and (2) examine the forms of crisis response strategies used in handling the issue. The theory used is Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT), with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that BAZNAS RI Public Relations implemented three stages of crisis management strategies, namely pre-crisis, during crisis, and post-crisis. In the pre-crisis stage, media monitoring, internal meetings, and the formation of a crisis communication team were conducted. In the crisis stage, strategic steps were taken through coordination with partners, issuing official statements, terminating cooperation with McDonald's Indonesia, and publishing positive content. Support from public figures was also leveraged to restore the organization's image. In the post-crisis phase, issue monitoring and evaluation of collaboration partners were conducted. The response strategy focused on a rebuilding and bolstering approach through apologies, strengthening a positive image, and affirming humanitarian values. These findings underscore the importance of empathetic, transparent, and value-oriented communication in addressing the crisis of trust in philanthropic institutions.

The Web-Based Information System for Family Planning (FP) Participant Registration at the Wee Karou Community Health Center in West Sumba Regency aims to simplify the registration process for FP participants, improve efficiency, and provide easier access for the community to FP services. Previously, the registration process was conducted manually, which often led to delays, data processing errors, and time inefficiency. Therefore, an information system is needed to digitalize the registration and data management processes of FP participants. This system is developed using web-based technology that enables the Wee Karou Health Center to conduct online FP participant registration, monitor program progress, and generate reports more quickly and accurately. The main features of the system include online FP participant registration, participant data management, service schedule monitoring, and the generation of statistical reports related to FP services. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce data entry errors, accelerate the registration process, and enhance transparency and data accuracy. In addition, it provides convenience for the community to register without having to visit the health center directly. Thus, the Family Planning services at Wee Karou Community Health Center are expected to become more optimal, effective, and efficient in supporting government programs for population control and better family planning.

Kidney trauma is a relatively common urological injury, often resulting from high-speed motor vehicle accidents, falls, or violent incidents. The kidneys are vulnerable to both blunt and penetrating trauma, with blunt mechanisms accounting for approximately 90% of all renal injuries. This paper reviews the anatomy of the kidney, mechanisms of injury, classification according to the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST), diagnostic evaluation, imaging modalities, and current management strategies. Most renal traumas are managed conservatively based on hemodynamic stability, while surgical exploration is indicated in severe or vascular injuries. Understanding the mechanism of injury and applying appropriate diagnostic evaluations are essential to determine the correct management approach and improve patient outcomes. Moreover, advancements in imaging techniques, such as CT scans, have significantly improved the accuracy of diagnosing renal injuries. Early intervention and appropriate monitoring are crucial in preventing complications such as hemorrhage or renal failure. This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of renal trauma management to aid clinicians in improving patient care and optimizing recovery.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Asset and Goods Management Information System (SIPAB) implemented at Universitas STEKOM, Kendal Campus. The primary issue in asset management at this institution lies in the continued use of conventional tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, which are prone to errors and inefficiency in reporting and monitoring. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall development model. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this research is a web-based system comprising modules for asset data, maintenance, disposal, and reports accessible internally. The system is expected to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and security of campus asset management.

Lengthy, disorganized physical queues in conventional food ordering systems, particularly within canteens, significantly compromise customer convenience and operational efficiency. This direct-ordering model often results in crowd congestion, unpredictably long waiting times, and potential friction among patrons. To address these operational issues and substantially enhance user satisfaction, this research proposes the development and implementation of an innovative Web-Based Food Ordering System. This digital platform allows customers to place orders entirely online, effectively eliminating the need for physical queuing. The system's core functionality is the realtime monitoring of order status and queue position, providing transparent information directly to the customer's device. For canteen management, the application offers a crucial tool for integrated and structured order handling, ensuring staff can prepare meals more accurately and promptly. By transforming the ordering process into a streamlined digital workflow, the system is expected to accelerate the service cycle, minimize unnecessary crowding, and substantially improve customer satisfaction through a modernized, well-organized, and highly efficient experience. This initiative represents a significant step toward smarter and more responsive food service operations.

The Industrial Internship (PKI) Information System for 12th-grade students at Kasimo Kererobbo Vocational School aims to simplify the process of managing and monitoring students' PKI activities in an efficient and structured manner. This system is designed to integrate various information related to PKI activities, from registration of partner companies, student placement, to reporting of PKI activity results. By using a web-based system, the administrative process becomes more transparent and can be accessed by students, supervising teachers, and partner companies in real-time. In addition, this system also allows monitoring of student progress during PKI and facilitates communication between the school and partner companies. The results of this system development are expected to improve the quality and effectiveness of PKI implementation, while simplifying administration that has been done manually. This system also makes it easier for students to choose partner companies that suit their majors and interests, and provides faster and more timely access to reports and evaluations of PKI results.

Pajak dan Manajemen Keuangan 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Effective management of fixed assets plays a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and transparency of a company’s financial reporting. Errors in the capitalization process can lead to misstatements in financial statements and affect investment decisions. This study aims to analyze and forecast asset capitalization trends using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The research utilizes monthly recap data of asset capitalization recorded during the Settlement to Fixed Asset process from January 2021 to August 2025. The data were processed through several stages, including stationarity testing, model identification, parameter estimation, and model accuracy evaluation. The findings indicate that the data are stationary without differencing (d = 0). From several candidate models, ARIMA(0,0,3) was identified as the best model based on the lowest AIC value of 39.76. The selected model was then applied to predict asset capitalization values for the next ten periods, resulting in forecasts ranging from 1.12 to 1.56 trillion rupiah. Model evaluation showed a MAPE of 29.01%, which implies a moderate forecasting accuracy. Consequently, the ARIMA model can be considered a suitable analytical tool for monitoring and forecasting asset capitalization quantitatively.

Kantin Senam AW Siwa Bali Club (SBC) didirikan pada tahun 2018 sebagai alternatif sumber pendanaan organisasi selain dari iuran, merchandise, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Selama ini pencatatan keuangan kantin masih dilakukan secara sederhana dan belum memiliki sistem akuntansi yang jelas, sehingga penjualan, harga pokok penjualan (HPP), beban, serta laba tidak dapat diketahui secara akurat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu Kantin SBC dalam merancang dan menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) sederhana yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu identifikasi masalah, perancangan alur sistem akuntansi, penyusunan prosedur operasional, implementasi pencatatan harian dan bulanan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Sistem yang dirancang meliputi proses penerimaan barang konsinyasi, pencocokan faktur, pemberian label harga jual, pencatatan penjualan harian, retur barang, perhitungan HPP, closing harian, hingga penyusunan laporan laba rugi dan arus kas bulanan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Kantin SBC kini memiliki bagan alur sistem akuntansi yang jelas serta mampu menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana secara rutin. Penerapan sistem ini meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan kantin. Selain itu, laba bersih kantin dapat disetorkan ke bendahara organisasi secara teratur, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan senam SBC. Dengan demikian, penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi sederhana terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan organisasi komunitas. Ke depan, Kantin SBC disarankan untuk mengembangkan pencatatan berbasis digital agar lebih praktis dan terintegrasi.

This study aims to analyze how the integration of Islamic economic values operates in the management of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic schools and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as stakeholders’ perceptions regarding the application of sharia values in financial administrative practices. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing stages. The findings reveal that Islamic economic principles such as amanah (trustworthiness), sidq (honesty), al-‘adl (justice), and mas’uliyyah (accountability) have been internalized within the organizational culture and individual behavior of school managers, although not yet fully institutionalized. Supporting factors include religious leadership, Islamic ethical organizational culture, and community participation, while the main constraints involve limited human resources, low literacy in sharia accounting, and the absence of a faith-based monitoring system. Stakeholders demonstrate a strong moral awareness of sharia values but with limited technical understanding. The study concludes that effective integration requires synergy between spiritual values, technical capacity, and institutional policies to establish transparent and socially just financial governance in Islamic education institutions.

Digital transformation has become a necessity for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), particularly BRI, to face disruptions in the technological era. This study evaluates the reskilling and upskilling programs at BRI Medan in addressing the need for digital competencies, productivity improvement, and digital banking services. A mixed-method approach was used through in-depth interviews and questionnaires with program participants and HR management at BRI Medan, supported by digital policy documents and performance reports. The analysis focused on digital competencies, participant satisfaction, team performance impact, and regional implementation scale. Initial results indicate that the program emphasizes digital literacy, cybersecurity, the use of digital platforms, basic data analytics, and digital customer service. There was an improvement in skills and adaptability despite challenges such as limited training resources, varying employee profiles, and the need for job-specific customization. Positive impacts on operational efficiency and digital customer satisfaction were identified, with the acceleration of data-driven initiatives. The discussion highlights sustainable design, routine monitoring and evaluation, and the integration of the program into career paths. Policy implications: expansion of the program at Medan branches with a clear budget and strengthening the digital learning ecosystem. This study provides a practical overview of how BUMN, particularly BRI Medan, manages digital transformation through regional competency development.

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan santri. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, kemampuan menulis ilmiah menjadi keterampilan penting untuk melanjutkan studi maupun memasuki dunia kerja profesional. Namun, mahasantri di Ma’had ‘Aly Kharisma Haromain masih menghadapi keterbatasan karena belum tersedianya modul terpadu yang mencakup metodologi penelitian, teknik penulisan, dan etika publikasi Islami. Kondisi ini membatasi potensi mereka dalam menghasilkan opini, artikel, maupun karya ilmiah yang berkualitas, padahal kontribusi pesantren sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan mendukung pembangunan masyarakat. Program pendampingan literasi dan penulisan ilmiah yang dilaksanakan melalui workshop, pelatihan komprehensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, membangun budaya riset, dan mendorong kolaborasi akademik. Dengan dukungan keberlanjutan program, perbaikan sarana, dan pengembangan modul adaptif, inisiatif ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas, baik bagi lembaga pesantren maupun masyarakat sekitar secara berkelanjutan.

Attendance is an essential component of school management that serves as both proof of presence and a basis for evaluating the discipline of teachers, students, and staff. The manual attendance system that is still widely used often leads to several issues, such as delayed data recapitulation, potential attendance manipulation, and low recording accuracy. This study aims to design and develop a web-based attendance application at SD Negeri 19 Pasar Cubadak by integrating geolocation, timestamp, and face recognition features as attendance validation tools. The research method employed is the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Waterfall software development model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was developed using the Laravel framework with PHP and JavaScript programming languages and a MySQL database. The results show that the web-based attendance application can record attendance in real-time, automatically validate user location and identity, and generate accurate and transparent attendance reports. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate that the system is user-friendly, improves recapitulation efficiency, and assists the principal in objectively monitoring school members’ discipline. Therefore, this application is expected to serve as a modern solution to enhance the effectiveness of attendance administration in primary education environments.

This community service program aims to enhance the role of integrated health service posts (Posyandu) in monitoring child growth and development in Kenangan Baru Village, so that children in Kenangan Baru Village can grow and develop optimally. The research method used in this study was participatory action research (PAR) with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in several stages: preparation, intervention, and evaluation. Through this community service program, it is hoped that it will make a significant contribution to improving the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in monitoring child growth and development, as well as increasing parental awareness and participation in monitoring child growth and development at the Posyandu in Kenangan Baru Village. This activity also helps build community independence by increasing public awareness and participation in development activities. The Community Service Program (KKN) in Kenangan Baru Village was successfully implemented and had a positive impact on the community. Through coordination and introductions with the village office staff and Posyandu cadres, we were able to understand the existing conditions and design an appropriate work program.

Advancements in modern information technology continuously require companies to present complex data more effectively, especially within the scope of sales management and business decision-making. Dashboards are essential, interactive tools that enable professionals and managers to make strategic decisions quickly, confidently, and based on accurate data visualization. This study focuses on designing an intuitive and user-centered Sales Monitoring Dashboard UI/UX for One Direction at PT. XYZ by applying the five iterative stages of the Design Thinking method, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Key user needs identified include real-time performance summaries, streamlined navigation flow, informative visual hierarchy, and visuals that remain consistent with corporate identity and brand values. The System Usability Scale (SUS) test involving 19 respondents resulted in an excellent average score of 80.92. These findings demonstrate that the Design Thinking approach effectively produces a user-friendly, consistent, and data-driven dashboard interface that supports timely, accurate, and informed business decisions.

The Info BMKG application is a digital platform developed by the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) to provide information on weather, earthquakes, air quality, and early disaster warnings. This application is expected to enhance public preparedness in facing potential natural disasters. However, in its implementation, the Info BMKG application still encounters several issues, one of which is delays in delivering weather and disaster information. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Info BMKG application in providing weather and disaster information. The research applies Budiani's (2007) theory, using four indicators: Program Target Accuracy, Program Socialization, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Info BMKG application has made a significant contribution to supporting public preparedness for disasters. While the application is relatively effective in providing weather and disaster information in North Jakarta, further development is still needed. Improvements in information accuracy, notification speed, and enhanced public socialization will help improve the quality of the application’s services in the future.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy on drug abuse education programs for students in Senior High Schools. The main focus of this research is to examine the extent to which government and institutional policies have been effectively implemented within the school environment. The problem identified in the field indicates that the implementation of anti-drug education programs has not been optimal, due to limited coordination among stakeholders, inadequate resources, and the low level of teacher and student participation in preventive activities.This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design conducted in several Senior High Schools that implemented drug abuse education programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research questions focused on: (1) how the policy on drug abuse education programs is implemented in schools; (2) what factors support and hinder its implementation; and (3) how the implementation of the policy affects students’ understanding and attitudes toward drug abuse prevention.The results revealed that the policy implementation was partial and not yet fully integrated into the curriculum or school culture. The main supporting factors included the strong commitment of school principals and partnerships with the National Narcotics Board (BNN), while the main inhibiting factors were limited human resources, weak policy monitoring, and a lack of contextualized educational materials. Nevertheless, the program has had a positive impact on improving students’ awareness and preventive attitudes toward drug abuse, especially when activities were conducted collaboratively and sustainably.

Tele-Herbal Medicine is a technology-driven service designed to deliver herbal medicine consultations and therapies through wellness clinics, aiming to improve access to personalized and affordable care. This study systematically assesses its effectiveness, implementation, and challenges as part of integrated health services by reviewing relevant literature published in the past five years. Findings indicate that Tele-Herbal Medicine significantly enhances patient access, offering tailored and cost-efficient herbal treatments. Despite these promising outcomes, implementation faces key obstacles, including inadequate regulatory frameworks, the absence of standardized herbal product validation procedures, and concerns over patient data security. These limitations underscore the urgent need for comprehensive policies, quality assurance mechanisms, and strict data protection protocols, consistent with broader telemedicine guidelines. By addressing these issues, Tele-Herbal Medicine can evolve into a reliable and sustainable model, enabling wellness clinics to expand services without compromising safety or quality. Ultimately, its success depends on clear legal support, standardized validation systems, and robust monitoring tools to ensure effectiveness, safety, and full integration into the healthcare ecosystem, thus positioning it as an innovative solution that bridges traditional herbal practices with modern digital health services.
