Inovasi Kesehatan Global 2026 Lembaga Pengembangan Kinerja Dosen

Breakfast and sleep quality are important factors that can influence students’ concentration and academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the relationship between breakfast consumption levels and sleep quality with the learning achievement of students at SMP Negeri 31 Medan. This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all 192 eighth-grade students, with a sample of 88 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Breakfast intake was measured using a 3x24-hour food recall (breakfast time only), sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire, while learning achievement was obtained from semester exam scores in Indonesian Language and Mathematics subjects. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed a significant relationship between breakfast intake and learning achievement in Indonesian Language (p=0.003) and Mathematics (p=0.000). Sleep quality was also proven to be associated with learning achievement in Indonesian Language (p=0.001) and Mathematics (p=0.000). The conclusion of this study is that having breakfast with adequate nutritional intake and maintaining good sleep quality contribute positively to improving students’ learning achievement.

This study compares curriculum strategies in Indonesia, Finland, Singapore, Japan, and the United States to identify common goals and distinctive approaches in facing global educational challenges. Using a qualitative descriptive method through library research, data were collected from academic journals, policy documents, and official reports. The findings show that all five countries view the curriculum as a strategic tool for developing human resources with 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, while also emphasizing character education. Indonesia's curriculum has evolved into the flexible and student-centered Merdeka Curriculum, though challenges remain in teacher readiness and regional disparities. Finland applies a trust-based and holistic approach centered on equality and teacher autonomy. Singapore implements a systematic and adaptive curriculum guided by the vision of "Thinking Schools, Learning Nation." Japan emphasizes stability, discipline, and moral education, while the United States adopts a decentralized and innovative system focused on inclusivity and competency-based learning.

This research is based on the problem of declining morals of third-grade students at SD IT Baitul Muslim, which has implications for daily behavior, particularly in Pancasila Education learning. Students tend to exhibit attitudes that are inconsistent with positive character values, such as a lack of tolerance and a low sense of love for the homeland. The purpose of this study is to identify the significant influence of educators' roles in shaping the character of third-grade elementary school students in Pancasila Education subjects. The method used is an ex post facto method with a quantitative approach and a purposive sampling design. The study population consisted of 10 educators and 95 students, with a sample of 10 educators and 40 students from two selected classes. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation that had been tested for validity using Aiken's V and reliability with Cronbach Alpha. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis showed a significance value of 0.044 which is smaller than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 5.692 which is greater than the F table of 2.27. Thus, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The research findings confirm the significant influence of educators, particularly as demonstrators, classroom managers, facilitators, and evaluators, in shaping students' character in Pancasila Education. The implication of these findings is that educators need to optimize role models to improve students' character development.

This study aims to describe the social values ​​contained in the novel Warung Bujang by Jessica Carmelia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a sociology of literature approach. The research data are in the form of words, sentences, dialogues, and paragraphs containing social values ​​in the novel. The main data source is the novel Warung Bujang by Jessica Carmelia, published in 2023. Data collection techniques were carried out through thorough reading, recording, and classifying data relevant to the research focus. Data analysis techniques were carried out by identifying, describing, interpreting, and concluding social values ​​based on Zubaedi's theory. The results of the study show that the novel Warung Bujang contains various social values, namely the values ​​of family, loyalty, mutual assistance, cooperation, caring, responsibility, justice, tolerance, and empathy. These values ​​are reflected through the behavior of the characters, conflicts, and social interactions that depict community life realistically. Thus, the novel Warung Bujang functions not only as a work of entertainment literature, but also as a means of learning social values ​​relevant to community life.

The ability to analyze ethical and health law issues is one of the learning outcomes that must be mastered by students of the Public Health Study Program. Over the past two years, the implementation of lectures has been predominantly based on problem-based learning; however, most student learning outcomes have remained in the “not yet achieved” category, including in completing assignments related to ethical and health law problem solving. This study aims to compare students’ problem-solving abilities between the implementation of project-based learning and problem-based learning. The research was conducted in the Public Health Study Program at Universitas Jambi involving first-semester students enrolled in the Ethics and Health Law course. The research employed a quasi-experimental design involving 200 students, with 100 students assigned to the experimental group and 100 students to the control group. The instruments used were assessment sheets and observation sheets. Data collection was carried out twice, before and after the implementation of the two learning models. Data processing and analysis were conducted using an independent t-test.The results of the study indicate an improvement in students’ problem-solving abilities through the implementation of project-based learning. Project-based learning contributes to strengthening students’ perseverance and problem-solving skills and is therefore recommended for implementation in all courses at higher education institutions.

Tajwid learning in rural mosque communities (DKM) is generally conventional, unstructured, and has not optimally utilized community potential, resulting in low quality of Qur’anic recitation (tahsin). This community service aims to improve the quality of santri’s Qur’anic recitation at DKM Al-Islah, Pangadegan Village, Pagelaran District, Cianjur Regency, through learning the Matan Tuhfatul Athfal using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The method applied the ABCD framework through the stages of discovery, design, delivery/action, and reflection and sustainability, involving local ustadz, DKM administrators, and santri as key participants. The results indicate that mapping and utilizing local assets successfully established a more structured, participatory, and sustainable tajwid learning system. The integration of Matan Tuhfatul Athfal with peer learning increased active participation, self-confidence, and accuracy of Qur’anic recitation among santri. Furthermore, the program strengthened the institutional capacity of the DKM and fostered a strong sense of community ownership of the learning process. This study concludes that integrating classical matan-based learning with a community empowerment approach is an effective strategy for sustainably improving the quality of Qur’anic recitation in rural DKM settings.

The purpose of this classroom action research project is to find out how well seventh-grade female students at Mutiara Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Wonogiri learn Arabic with the use of the audiolingual approach. By emphasizing active listening and pronunciation, the audiolingual approach makes it easier for students to comprehend and communicate in Arabic. Twelve female seventh-graders at Mutiara Qur'an Islamic Boarding School participated in the researcher's qualitative study in order to gather the research findings. The study was conducted in two cycles to enhance Arabic language learning. Planning, action, observation, and reflection are the four components of each cycle in the Kurt Lewin model. Tests, observations, and interviews were the methods utilized to get the data. The proportion of learning mastery and descriptive analysis were used to examine the collected data. The study's findings show that the audiolingual approach is successful in raising female students' Arabic language learning outcomes.

This article aims to describe the forms of danger, identify the causal factors, formulate strategies, and explain the role of parents in creating safe and inclusive parenting for children with disabilities. Children with disabilities are highly vulnerable to various forms of danger, including physical and emotional neglect, due to a lack of parental understanding and strong social stigma. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach, analyzing data from books, scientific journals, and official reports. The results indicate that risky parenting is caused by a lack of knowledge, economic pressure, and insufficient support from the environment and Non-Formal Education (NFE) institutions. The key strategy to overcome this is through strengthening parental education (inclusive parenting classes), collaboration between NFE institutions and the community, and creating accessible and secure learning environments. In conclusion, NFE has a strategic role as a bridge for parents to gain knowledge and support, thus strengthening a safe, loving, and difference-appreciating family environment. This research emphasizes the novelty of NFE’s role in integrated family-community support to ensure optimal development for children with disabilities.

The retail industry generates an extremely large and continuously growing volume of transactional data along with the advancement of digital technology, thereby requiring sophisticated and systematic data analysis approaches to support effective and evidence-based business decision-making. This study aims to analyze retail sales data by utilizing the Retail Sales Dataset obtained from the Kaggle platform, which consists of 100,000 transaction records and broadly represents the characteristics of retail transactions. The main focus of this study is to classify product categories and predict customer segments, including the identification of high-spending customers (high spenders), based on demographic attributes such as age and gender, as well as various transaction-related features. The research methodology includes data preprocessing, label encoding, and feature engineering to generate additional variables, including Age_Group, Is_Holiday, and Spender_Group, which are expected to enhance the predictive capability of the models. Several machine learning algorithms, namely Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGBoost, were implemented and evaluated to compare their respective performance. The experimental results indicate that multiclass product category classification achieves relatively low accuracy, ranging from 27% to 34%. These findings suggest the high complexity of retail data and highlight the need for further model optimization, class balancing techniques, and feature refinement to improve predictive performance in future studies.

This study examines the development of a Crude Palm Oil (CPO) price forecasting model using an artificial neural network algorithm, specifically the backpropagation algorithm. As one of Indonesia’s main export commodities, CPO has a significant economic impact and influences the income of oil palm farmers. The CPO price data used in this study were obtained from CIF Rotterdam, covering the period from January 2019 to December 2023. The research methodology consists of several stages, including data collection, preprocessing, model design, and model implementation using Python programming. The training results of the backpropagation algorithm show an error value of 0.537829578 after 1,000 epochs, while the evaluation using Mean Squared Error (MSE) indicates an MSE of 0.022709 during the training process and 0.017604 during the testing process. The model also produces CPO price predictions for the next three months, namely 932.578 for the first month, 949.568 for the second month, and 774.855 for the third month. These findings indicate that the developed model is capable of predicting future CPO prices with adequate accuracy, which can assist companies in making better financial decisions and managing risks associated with CPO price fluctuations.

Improving the quality of Islamic boarding school education is essential to meet the demands of modern times and global competition. These institutions are expected not only to produce academically capable students but also those with strong character, noble morals, and spirituality. A key factor influencing the quality of Islamic boarding school education is the organizational commitment of human resources, particularly educators and educational staff. This study examines the role of human resource commitment in enhancing the quality of Islamic boarding school education, using a library research method by reviewing books, journals, and previous studies on organizational commitment and education quality. The findings highlight that organizational commitment, expressed through affective, normative, and sustained commitment, significantly impacts education quality. These dimensions encourage educators and staff to work professionally and responsibly, focusing on quality in both learning and management. Additionally, pesantren leadership and an organizational culture rooted in Islamic values further strengthen this commitment, leading to a positive and sustainable impact on education quality. The study concludes that fostering strong organizational commitment is crucial for improving pesantren education, urging managers to prioritize human resource development through effective management, visionary leadership, and a conducive organizational culture.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Deep Learning learning approach and school facilities on the learning outcomes of MPLB students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research population consisted of 180 MPLB vocational students, with a sample of 125 students determined through proportional stratified sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire instruments, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 application. The analysis includes research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Deep Learning learning approach to student learning outcomes. In addition, school facilities have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Simultaneously, the Deep Learning approach and school facilities together have a positive influence on the learning outcomes of MPLB students. These findings confirm that the success of learning is not only determined by the methods used, but also by the support of school facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the application of a Deep Learning approach supported by adequate school facilities can improve the quality of student learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the obstacles in Social Studies (IPS) learning related to global issues influenced by technological advancement through a literature review method. Social Studies plays an essential role in shaping students’ understanding of social, economic, cultural, and political life while fostering global awareness in the digital era. However, in practice, IPS learning often faces various challenges that reduce its effectiveness and attractiveness. One of the main problems is students ’low interestin IPS, as it is often perceived as boring and overly theoretical, combined with the influence of technology that diverts students’ attention toward digital entertainment. Other contributing factors include non-interactive teaching methods, limited learning facilities, unconducive classroom environments, and a lack of parental support. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study found that relevant strategies to overcome these issues include Project-Based Learning, Technology Integration, and Contextual Approaches. These strategies enable students to learn actively, critically, and collaboratively by linking IPS material to global issues and real-world phenomena. The recommended solutions include implementing project-based education, utilizing interactive digital media, and fostering intercultural dialogue within the learning process. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of adaptive IPS learning models in response to technological progress, as well as practical benefits for teachers, schools, and policymakers in creating Social Studies learning that is engaging, meaningful, and relevant to the global challenges of the 21st century.

Education in Indonesia continues to face significant challenges in transforming its curriculum to meet 21st-century competency demands, especially with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes flexibility, contextual learning, and a student-centered approach. This study aims to analyze teachers’ roles in implementing student-centered learning, identify the challenges they encounter, and examine strategies used to address these obstacles. Using a qualitative library research method, the study reviews primary and secondary literature related to student-centered learning theory, learning experiences, authentic assessment, and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Findings show that teachers serve as the central factor in ensuring the success of active and student-centered learning. Those who are adaptive and innovative are able to design meaningful learning experiences even when confronted with limited facilities, diverse student needs, and classroom management constraints. Nevertheless, many teachers still struggle with differentiated instruction, authentic assessment, and the flexible learning management required by the Merdeka Curriculum. This study underscores the need to improve teachers’ pedagogical competence, provide sufficient learning resources, and develop responsive educational policies to strengthen the overall implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in schools.

This study aims to develop a Student Worksheet (LKPD) on Chemical Bonding assisted by Augmented Reality (AR) based on deep learning and to examine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving learning activities and higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) of high school students. The research employed a 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) using a pretest posttest control group design involving 11th grade students. Research instruments included expert validation sheets, learning activity questionnaires, and HOTS test instruments. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The results indicated that the AR-based LKPD met very feasible and practical criteria based on expert judgment and student responses. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups in learning activities and HOTS achievement (p = 0.005). The increase in HOTS scores in the experimental group was categorized as moderate, indicating meaningful learning gains. These findings demonstrate that the AR-assisted Chemical Bonding LKPD is effective as an innovative learning medium for supporting students’ understanding of abstract chemistry concepts and fostering higher-order thinking skills.

The learning process that engages students greatly influences their interest in learning. The integration of technology in education can enhance students’ interest and motivation to learn, and technological advancements provide significant support in delivering education on Islamic religious knowledge. Various social media platforms can serve as learning resources. With technological assistance, it becomes easier to spread religious knowledge in innovative and creative ways. This technology can also capture students’ attention, as it enables the creation of animated videos to enhance students’ comprehension of religious knowledge. An example of such a platform that can serve as an educational resource is YouTube Kabi. YouTube Kabi is an interactive medium that offers engaging audio-visual content with animations that capture students’ interest. The delivery of Sirah Nabawiyah material can be accomplished easily because this application can be accessed on laptops or smartphones. The purpose of this study is to examine the utilization of YouTube Kabi in teaching Sirah Nabawiyah material. The method employed in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research is field-based, and the data collection process involves observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that YouTube Kabi serves as an example of an Islamic educational resource that can enhance students’ motivation to learn, especially in learning Sirah Nabawiyah material, because during the learning process, students demonstrate enthusiasm and engagement.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Qur’anic learning in improving early childhood students’ ability to read the Qur’an, as many young children are still not fluent in Qur’anic reading. The research was conducted at RA Qur’an Mayada. The focus of the study includes: (1) the educational concepts applied by the institution to enhance Qur’anic reading skills, (2) the strategies or programs used in Qur’anic reading instruction, (3) the implementation of Qur’anic learning in improving Qur’anic reading ability, and (4) the inhibiting factors and solutions in strengthening Qur’anic reading proficiency. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the institution develops an integrative curriculum using child-centered learning approaches, particularly through the methods of tilawah, talaqqi, tadarus, and educational games. The main challenges arise from differences in students’ abilities, limited learning time, and unequal family support. Solutions include increasing learning hours, maintaining intensive communication with parents, and providing regular teacher training.

Curriculum and education is an inseparable relationship because the curriculum is very important in education, if there is no curriculum then education will not be realized because the curriculum is a guideline for the maintenance of education in addition to that the curriculum is always adapted to the existing situation and circumstances. One of the educational institutions that are active in applying K-13 is MA Putri 1 Al-Amien Prenduan, where this institution is under the umbrella of Al-Amien Prenduan Pesantren Pondok. Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan is composed of 4 parent institutions, namely Tarbiyatul Banaat Diniyah Al-Amien (TIBDA), Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Amien (MTsA) accredited status in 2005, Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amien (MAA) accredited status in 2004, Madrasah Aliyah Skills (MAK), and the Middle School of Information Technology (SMK IT) established in 2008. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. As for the data collection technique in this research, it is using methods of interview, observation and documentation. The interview method used is a structured interview to extract detailed data from the source. From the findings in the field obtained based on the results of interviews, documentation, and observations can be concluded into several points: 1) the K13 learning plan in improving student performance performed by the teacher is by first mapping the KD by establishing the theme that is in the teacher's book. 2) K13 learning process in improving student learning performance more emphasizes cognitive aspects with emotional, and psychomotor support. 3) Authentically evaluate in K13 learning to improve this student’s learning performance using various techniques and starting instruments

This study aims to analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure planning at Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Subang and its contribution to learning effectiveness. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving 19 participants, including the boarding school leader, teachers, students, and facilities managers. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of facilities management and their impact on the learning process. The findings indicate that the needs analysis for facilities is not yet systematic and largely relies on informal reports. Facilities procurement is carried out gradually based on priority needs and available financial resources. Several facilities are underutilized due to the absence of standard operational procedures and limited supervision. The study also shows that the quality of facilities has a direct influence on learning effectiveness by enhancing classroom comfort and supporting instructional methods. It is concluded that structured and data-driven facilities planning is essential for improving the quality of learning in Islamic boarding schools.

This study aims to (1) identify and describe the forms of rhetorical strategies used by students in language and literature learning, and (2) analyze the reflection and implementation of elements of Makassar cultural traditions in these rhetorical strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation of the learning process and in-depth interviews with students as research subjects. The data obtained are analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that students apply several main rhetorical strategies, such as the use of metaphors, similes, symbolic expressions, and local idioms that represent the values ​​of siri' na pacce, namely the concepts of self-esteem, solidarity, and empathy in Makassar culture. These culture-based rhetorical strategies are proven to be able to increase the effectiveness of academic communication, enrich language expression, and strengthen students' awareness and understanding of local cultural identity in the context of language and literature learning in higher education.
