This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of price, product quality, word of mouth (WOM) or consumer testimonials on purchasing decisions. The population in this study was the general public of Brebes Regency using Slovin formula obtained a total sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the technique used in data collection is the Probability sampling technique with sampling using simple random sampling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistics, validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicolonicity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests consisting of T tests, F tests, voefficient of determination tests (R2), and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial research, it can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect with the value of t calculated > t table, which is 2.067 > 0.227 and the value of sig. < 0.05 which is 0.042 < 0.05. 2). Product Quality has a positive and significant effect with the t-value of the table t-count > of the table, which is 4.354 > 0.227 and the sig value. < 0.05 which is 0.00 < 0.05. 3). Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect with the t-value of the table t-count > which is 2.238 > 0.227 and the value of sig. 0.028 < 0.05. The results of the study simultaneously with the F test stated that the variables price, product causality, and word of mouth (WOM) had a positive and significant effect with the value of f calculated > f table which is 7.158 > 2.50 and the value of sig. < 0.05 which is 0.00.

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

This final report is made to help performing profit planning with fixed costs and variable costs as a basis in doing profit planning using Break Even Point (BEP). The title of this final report is "Break Even Point Analysis As A Short Term Profit Planning Tool at UMKM Café Limas Palembang". In completing this final report the authors obtained data by conducting field research through interviews and observation, library research. Based on the data that the author obtained, the company has not done separation of fixed costs and variable costs, so the company does not know how much fixed costs and variable costs, calculation of Break Even Point (BEP) and Margin of Safety (MOS) calculation, which are useful as a tool of corporate profit planning. The author suggests that company should classify fixed costs and variable costs in advance in order to perform calculation of Break Even Point (BEP), calculation of Margin of Safety (MOS) and profit planning.

Warung Makan Mbah Sum is a business operating in the culinary sector which was founded in 1990 and produces food and drinks. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the business development strategy carried out by Warung Makan Mbah Sum to increase its income. Warung Makan Mbah Sum is located on Jl Husnitamrin RT 08/RW 04, Saditan Brebes. This research aims to analyze and implement the marketing mix at Warung Makan Mbah Sum. Marketing mix variables consist of product, price, promotion and distribution. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data sources were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The object in preparing this research is business development strategies to increase income at the Mbah Sum Saditan Brebes Food Stall. The results of research in the field state that the business development strategy carried out by Warung Makan Mbah Sum is increasing product variants, maintaining low prices, improving service quality, and using new sales concepts. The obstacles faced by Warung Makan Mbah Sum in developing its business are lack of operational management, lack of facilities for eating on site, and pressure from outside (competitors). If seen from a strategy perspective, Warung Makan Mbah Sum has been able to develop its business to increase income.

This research is grounded on an issue that employee performance at the archives and Library Office in Sikka  Regency. This research aimed to (1) know the description of employee performance, work ethic, and work discipline; and (2) analyse work ethic and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this research were employees of the Archives and Library Office in Sikka  Regency as many as 30 people. This research was  conducted  by  census or saturated  sampling because the population was limited. Data were collected through questionnaries and analysed through descriptive and inferential statiscal methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done  through the F-test and t-test.The results of descriptive analysis showed  and the variables of employee performance, work ethic, and work discipline were categorized as good. The result of the t-test statistic showed  that partially the work  ethic and work discipline variables have no effect on employee performance. The result  of the F-test  showed that  simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this studye are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of employee performance.

This research aimed to: (1) find out the description  of employee performance, communication, career development, and work ethic and (2) analyze the effect of communication, career development, and work ethic on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The populations in this research were Hiro Heling Credit Union employees as many as 63 people. This research was done by census or saturated sampling due limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, communication, and career development were categorized as good enough while work ethic was categorized as good. The statistical result of the t-test showed that partially, the variables of communication, career development, and work ethic had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The statistical results of the F-test showed that simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that three independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuating performance of employees at Hiro Heling Credit Union by 47,4%.

The purpose of this Study was to determine: (1)Ritualistic influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka).(2)Consequential influence on consumer behavior in modest fashion (Study on female students at the University of Nineteen November, Kolaka). This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory research model using a  questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all female students at the University of nineteen November Kolaka with a total sample of 110 respondents using purposive sampling.Testing research instrumentusing validity and reability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analisis technique used in this research is Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) bades on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS  4.0. The results of this study indicate that the ritualistic variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavioras indicated by a P-Value of 0.000 and the Consequential variable also has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior as indicated by a P-Value of 0.000

This research aims to determine the influence of competency and ability to use technology on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis and the sample taken was 25 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have also been tested in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research show that the competency variable (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance (Y), while the ability to use technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). It can be concluded that together the competence and ability to use technology have a positive effect on employee performance at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, so it is hoped that each agency (Tamalanrea District Office Leadership) will continue to retain employees who have competence or broad knowledge of the field of work they do. .

This research is motivated that in institutions engaged in the health sector, in this organization human resources are very important in achieving the goals and success of the agency. This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling with a saturated sampling method of 47 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS software program version 25.0. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study show that  partially the variable of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated tvalue of  3.059>ttable 2.01537 with a signification value of 0.004<0.05 and partially the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect with  a calculated tvalue of  2.468>ttable  2.01537 with a signification value of 0.018<0.05, simultaneously the variables of work discipline and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance  with a calculated Fvalue of  8.265>Ftable 3.21 with a signification value of 0.001<0.05.

In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.

The aim of this research is to find out how much positive and significant influence the Role Playing Model has on the active learning of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The population is all 120 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians and the sample was determined to be 48 people, namely 40% of the total population using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using 47 positive closed items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Role Playing Model on the learning activity of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Sipoholon for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test a positive relationship to obtain a score rxy = 0.561 > rtable(a=0.05,n=48) = 0.284, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable .05,dk=n-2=46)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable The regression equation Y ̂="20.68"+0.74X is obtained. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Kab. South Buton. (2) The Effect of Work Involvement on Employee Performance at the Kab. South Buton. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees at the South Buton District Transportation Service Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 68 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the t- statistic value of 4.381 with a P- Value of 0,000. While the variable Work Involvement has a positive and significant effect on performance as shown by the t- statistic value of 4.369 with a P- Value of 0.000.

Jakarta Laras Citra Tangerang Selatan is a company engaged in the field of accounting services and oversees non-formal Japanese-language educational institutions. Quantitative approach method. The population of 40 people is determined by a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires with SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate incentives (X1) and work environment (X2) have an effect on employee performance at PT. Jakarta Laras Citra South Tangerang, incentives (X1) are proven from the value of t count > t table (2.653 > 2.026) probability 0.012. The work environment (X2) is proven by the value of t count > t table (2.489 > 2.026) probability 0.017. Simultaneously the two variables affect employee performance, as evidenced by the F test obtained F count > F table (21.061 > 3.24) probability 0.000.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The variables of this research are Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2) as the independent variable and Performance Volume (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 25 employees at the home office of the sub-district head of Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang Regency who were also the samples. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows Based on the research results and discussion, the conclusion in the research is that Motivation (X1) has t count 6.429 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. This can be interpreted as meaning that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Anggeraja District Office, Enrekang Regency. The higher the employee's motivation at work, the better the employee's performance in carrying out their duties. Leadership (X2) is 2.699 ≥ t table 2.069 and a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees who have a leadership attitude both in leading themselves and their subordinates and co-workers can have good performance at work.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

This research is a quantitative research. The population in this research were employees of the Motor Vehicle Testing Section of the Ciamis Regency Transportation Service. Sampling in this research used a saturated sample of 43 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. Amanah Sentosa Tegal is a small company engaged in the distribution sector which provides snack food products. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of price, product quality and product diversity on purchasing decisions for CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The research population is infinite with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 500 shops is taken. Data analysis techniques in this research use instrumental tests including validity and reliability, classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination test. data processing using the software program SPSS (statistical package for the social scienceb) 0.25 for windows. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.2646 > ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05. Partially, product quality variables influence purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.086 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.035 > 0.05. And product diversity variables affect purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.975 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.004 > 0.05. and the price variable is the most dominant variable y. This is evidenced by the Fcount value of 39.450 > Ftable of 2.49.

The main objective of this research is to determine the direct influence of career adaptability and perceived organizational support on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 120 permanent employees of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. This type of research is quantitative. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses Smart Pls, where it is hoped that the results of this research will be able to predict employee performance. The research results show that career adaptability and perceived organizational support directly affect employee performance. Then, perceived organizational support is assessed as the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using image media on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education for Grade IV Students at State Elementary School 030296 Parbakalan, Dairi Regency, Academic Year 2022/2023. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population is all students in class IV of SD Negeri 030296 Parbakalan Dairi Regency for the 2022/2023 academic year who are Christians, totaling 40 people. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 40 items, namely 20 items for variable /2023: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.560 > rtable(a=0,05,n=40) = 0.312. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 4.164 > ttabel(a=0,05,dk=n-2=38)= 2.021. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="38.52"+0.42X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 31.3%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=18, dk denominator=n-2=40-2=38) namely 17.34 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
