Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The development of technology is now something that is universal and can be utilized in various human lives. One of them is in business. In this era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality of service. In this case, Eka Jaya Electronics Shop is used as a place of research, because in this place the system is still manual and not well managed, so that errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. Modern society is the result of joint relations between men and women. Nowadays, women’s subordination obstacle to women ‘s development and advancement. Women’s subordination as a kind of patriarchy system also deeper poverty. No progres of society without women activities. Empowering of women become a way to increase human security. The purpose is how to empower village women of Brujul, sub-district Jaten, Karanganyar regency. Increasing empowerment of village women is very important. It can develop and progress society in that village. There are three indicators of women empowerment: security, decision making and mobility. Method of this community service is meeting and discussion with the women of Brujul village. The result of this discussion that security of the women from Brujul still influenced by patriarchy system and lower education. Furthermore, the older married women had less power to increase their security. The younger married women with higher education have more power in decision making process of houshold and health. Higher education background can influence of women mobility. The women mobility also dependent upon how their family view women’s right. The result of this community service show that increasing knowledge about human right, human security and empowerment is very important for the women of Brujul village.Key words: women, empowerment, human security

The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. Capitalism is believed to bring profit to the owners of capital and encourage economic growth, but the bad impact it generates for the wider community is also more so that capitalism creates a seemingly endless snare. Accounting as part of the economy also can not be separated from capitalism. This article aims to explain the traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). The traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of IFRS include (a) increasing opportunities for foreign investors to exploit the natural resources and human resources in Indonesia, (b) the opening of opportunities for the capitalist economic system to replace the family economy system mandated by the Constitution 1945, (c) fair value accounting in IFRS provides an instrument for profit accumulation greed, (d) IFRS adoption encourages Indonesia to engage in global markets so as to facilitate 'flow of things capitalism', which affects the accumulation of money (profit) as the sole Goals and other "value" waivers, including moral values. Efforts to compensate for the trap of capitalism in IFRS adoption can be an increase in the ethics of accountants' learning adapted to the ideology of Indonesia and the value of the Godhead, the development of business processes and accounting practices based on religious values, and the development of critical accounting discourse as a means of awareness of the adverse effects of capitalism. The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. Based on these conditions, affect theappearance of many engaged in the retail trade of daily consumer goods invarious cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of Display,Positive Emotion and Store Atmosphere toImpulse Buying.This study used accidental sampling method on the visitor AlfamartCitarum Raya Semarang. Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnairesto the visitors Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. The independent variablein this study is the Display of Positive Emotion and Atmosphere Store whilethe dependent variableis the Impulse Buying. The statistical methods used inthis study is the Multiple Linear Regression AnalysisThe results oft his study indicate that the variable Display and PositiveEmotion there is a significant effect on Impulse Buiyng. As for theAtmosphere Store variables showed no significant effect on Impulse Buying.The results of this study also showed that the value of R Square of 21.6%while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables that are notproposed in this study.

Introduction of the iris database features Matching method by distance classifier based on the results of segmentation, edge detection, semi-polarization and the quantization able to detect the level of cholesterol in the human body ranges up to 80% of the 90 samples. Abstract : The increasing number of judicial review cases on acts/ordinances demanded by the public to the Court of Constitution has indicated an unsatisfactory  attitude concerning the contents of the acts/ordinances as they are in conflict with their rights. Several decision of the Court of Constitution accepted the judicial review claimed by the public  by abrogating article(s) or part of the act/ordinance could be seen as a category of the Court of Constitution’s authority to protect human rights. Nevertheless, in practice such a decision of the Court of Constitution cannot be implemented at once since law itself is a system.   Key words : Court of Constitution. Human rights.

Abstract :as one the elements of democracy, kaw should be the foundation of transparent, accountable and responsive governance, establishment of an honest and fair, general election system, protection of human rights and the existence of a democratic and contident society. Law should be able as well to guarantee  that the state administrators transparently do obey the rule of law in exercising their tasks. Law enforcement within a state should correspondent to the ideal of law of nation concerned. Abstract: The criminal conduct on human trafficking in Indonesia is a complex problem. Poverty and obsession of getting rich at once become the reasons why people are vulnerable to be exploited by the human trafficker. The victims of human trafficking are enforced to work in a long time and prone to suffer from physical, mental as well as sexual abuse. They also don’t have support and minimum protection from the outsider. Their health condition tends to suffer from sexual disease, alcohol and drug addiction. AbstractDespite the attention of human rights has existed since long, but the struggle to get legal protection in state constitution looks after the birth of Magna Charta in England in 1215 which is followed by Declaration of Independence in the United States of America in 1776 and Declaration des droits de “I” home et du citoyen in France in 1780. In Indonesia this right has received legal protection in 1945 Constitution, RIS Constitution, or Temporary Constitution, and become much stronger after the birth of MPR Decree Number XVII year 1998 which is followed by Act Number 39 year 1999 on Human Rights, Act Number 26 year 2000 on Human Rights Court which is followed by Amendment of 1945 Constitution which govern specifically Human Rights Chapter in chapter X A which consist of 10 articles. Even though human rights in Indonesia have evolved considerably, but when we look further there is still many weaknesses which contradict one and another. For example: Article 281 Amendment of 1945 Constitution and Article 4 Act of Human Rights which adheres the principle of non retroactive absolutely with Article 43:1 Act of Human Rights Court and Explanation of Article 4 Human Rights Act which adheres the principle of retroactive for gross violation of human rights. Apa yang dimaksud dengan Expert System atau dalam bahasa Indonesianya disebut dengan sistem pakar, adalah suatu aplikasi komputer yang memiliki knowledge, experience dan judgmen of skilled proffesionals. Expert system (selanjutnya disebut ES) akan memberi saran- saran keputusan dan kadang-kadang dapat juga memberikan alasan-alasan terhadap rekomendasi yuag diberikannya. Aplikasi ES yang ada saat ini, meliputi mulai aplikasi yang kompleks sampai aplikasi yang relatif sederhana. Di dalam ES, akan digunakan specialized symbolic reasonic untuk menyelesaikan rnasalah yang sulit secara baik. Dengan kata lain ES akan : 1. Menggunakan spesialized knowledge tentang permasalahan secara partikular (seperti geologikal analisis, konfigurasi komputer) daripada pengetahuan calculation. 2. Menggunakan symbolic reasonic daripada numerical calculation 3. Melakukan tindakan dalam tingkatan yang lebih baik daripada non-expert humans. Aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut digunakan oleh pengguna (user) yang tidak expert (non-expert) untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi atau saran-saran tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi. ES juga digunakan oleh para ahli sebagai knowledge assistant. Dan diharapkan, suatu aplikasi ES dapat memberikan fungsi yang lebih baik dari seseorang human expert dalam pemberian keputusan (udgments making) dalam suatu permasalahan yang spesifik.

Proses pencarian dan keakuratan data secara cepat dan mudah akan menjadi masalah dalammenentukan suatu keputusan. Sistem pencarian data secara manual sering menjadi penyebab utama darikelambatan proses pencarian maupun ketidakakuratan data yang didapat. Hal ini disebabkan adanya“human error..” dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pencarian data, terutama ketika data yang tersediaberjumlah sangat besar. Masalahnya, pengguna sistem seringkali melakukan kesalahan dalam menuliskankeyword, terutama pada proses pencarian literatur berbahasa asing karena penulisan dan pengucapansebuah kata seringkali berbeda.  Kesalahan yang sering terjadi adalah pengguna sistem menuliskan katayang dicari sesuai dengan  bagaimana kata itu diucapkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Metaphone Algorithmadalah algoritma yang dapat mengatasi perbedaan pengucapan dan penulisan sebuah kata.  Algoritma inidiungkapkan pertama kali oleh Lawrence Philips pada bulan Desember, 1990.  Algoritma ini dapatdigunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam menyelesaikan masalah kesalahan ketik pada prosespencarian literatur di perpustakaan.
