This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way.   Keywords : assimilation, Correctional Institution, convict .

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, and profitability on firm value. The population of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2019 research period, totaling 26 companies. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 13 companies which are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 computer program for windows.

Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are an alternative to improving the regional economy in rural areas, and are usually managed by local residents, for education and training, BUMDes are of course tailored to the needs, so from the start you must know what needs are needed to realize success of BUMDes, training or education for villages that are about to establish BUMDes or do not have sufficient resources to establish BUMDes, so the education and training needed are basic accountants and how to establish BUMDes and the position of BUMDES has not been completely regulated in statutory regulations. existing or PERDEs (Village Regulations) on the basis of a Village Head Decree. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of village funds in Banyuasin Kembaran Village in accordance with the PDIT Permendesa and to analyze what factors hinder the process of using village funds in Banyuasin Kembaran Village for BUMDes development.The form of research used is descriptive , with data collection techniques through interviews with informants who are considered to have the potential to provide information about BUMDes in Banyuasin Kembaran Village. The results of this problem show that the human resources of the village apparatus are different, the development of the economic base in rural areas has long been carried out by the government through various programs. However, these efforts have not yielded the satisfactory results that we all wanted. Many factors contributed to the unsuccessfulness of these programs. One of the most dominant factors is too large a government intervention, as a result it inhibits the creativity and innovation of rural communities in managing and running economic machines in rural areas. 

Village development will not be separated from community participation because it is the primary beneficiary of development and becomes a development actor. This study examines exploring planning to participatory evaluation involving rural communities in evaluating village development programs. This makes it possible to provide feedback, monitor progress, and identify changes needed to implement development programs. The study used a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and relevant secondary data. The results of community research are included in village development planning through Musrembang. In the implementation stage of community development, they are also involved even though not all communities participate in the village development process. Participatory management in development in Liunggunung Village is in the infrastructure development approach and other fields such as health. The community is involved and contributes to infrastructure development and other fields. Community participation can lead to empowering rural communities, increasing their decision-making capacity, and strengthening social networks in communities. Communities involved in the decision-making and implementation of village development projects tend to have a higher sense of ownership of the project. The active participation of the community in village development has a positive impact on the sustainability of the program and the improvement of the community's quality of life. Community participation in village development is essential for sustainable development, community empowerment, and improved quality of life locally.    

Background: Implementation of the family planning program still faces several obstacles. Factors that cause PUS to be reluctant to participate in family planning include: In terms of service, up to now, there is still a lack of quality, as evidenced by family planning participants who stopped using contraception. As well as in terms of delivery of counseling, it puts forward rational, effective and efficient contraceptive choices. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between family planning services and counseling on obstacles to the implementation of family planning programs in the Bajeng Community Health Center, Gowa Regency. Methods: This study used a Cross Sectional Study method. The sample in this study was PUS who did not participate in family planning. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were processed using SPSS and descriptive and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: This study shows that there is a relationship between family planning services and obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the p value is obtained. There is a relationship providing counseling to obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the value of p =, 000. This means that the p value <? (0.05) because the p value is less than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a Relationship between Family Planning Services and Counseling Providing Against Barriers to Implementing Family Planning Programs in the Work Area of the Bajeng Community Health Center.

In general, this thesis discusses the multi-level marketing (MLM) business at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, with problems namely (1) how is the bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district, (2) how is the review of Sharia Economic Law against the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. This study uses a field research method with a descriptive approach which is useful for providing information, facts and data regarding the network bonus system at PT.Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district. Then the data was analyzed using qualitative methods to uncover events, phenomena, facts and circumstances that actually occurred in the field. From this study it can be concluded that the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district has five types of bonuses, namely: sponsor bonuses, leadership bonuses, retail bonuses, retail group bonuses and unilevel bonuses. Meanwhile, according to Sharia Economic Law, the bonus system at PT. Melia Sehat Sejahtera in Jember district isThis can be done because it is in accordance with Islamic law.    

Second language acquisition in English subject at STAI Denpasar Bali is passed by students as a compulsory subject. Tthe number of students from two study programs, namely Syariah Economics and Islamic Religious Education as samples to determine the acquisition of second language through mentalistic theory with behaviorime and naturalistic approaches based on Islamic views. English as a second language for students is a difficult subject for some students because they rarely or never apply it in their daily activity. Students who are able to apply to the English learning in process, because they remember and often apply it in their environment. Dengan jumlah mahasiswa dari dua program studi yaitu Ekonomi Syariah dan Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai sample untuk mengetahui pemerolehan bahasa kedua melalui teori mentalistik dengan pendekatan behaviorime dan naturalistik berdasarkan pandangan Islam. Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa kedua bagi mahasiswa, merupakan mata kuliah yang sulit bagi sebagian mahasiswa karena mereka jarang atau tidak pernah menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mahasiswa yang mampu dalam mengaplikasikan pada proses perkuliahan bahasa Inggris, karena mereka masing mengingat dan sering menerapkan di lingkungan mereka. Potensi yang dimiliki mahasiswa berbeda, karena setiap manusia memiliki fitrah sejak lahir sesuai dengan bakat dan potensi diri.

Over time, the Riau Kepualaun Provincial Tax Management Office which lives in Batam City underwent a name change to become a Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the Riau Islands Province (BP2RD). This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. This study aims to examine the effect of learning accounting character, interest, and learning motivation on learning achievement of accounting students at the University of Victory Sorong. The research was carried out on all students of the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Victory Sorong. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling method. Students as the unit of analysis participated as many as 83 students. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the application of Statistical Package for The Social Science version 22. The results showed that the character of accounting learning, interest, and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement of accounting students.

This SMS feature is also useful for sending reports of late payments or SPP arrears to parents of students whose children are late in paying tuition fees. With this program, students can also make tuition payments in two ways. The first is manually or submitting payment to the TU at the school. The second is by means of money transfer payments through banks.

DSM's efforts in helping the government to reduce poverty. One of the things done by DSM is to create a Food House as a form of program for underprivileged families in Bali. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Fostering underprivileged families through a food house program in the DSM Jembrana region of Bali. 2) Efforts for economic empowerment for underprivileged families through a food house program in the DSM Jembrana region of Bali. and 3) The results of fostering underprivileged families through a food house program on the family economy in the DSM Jembrana region of Bali. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Descriptive qualitative research and using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of this study indicate that the underprivileged families and DSM parties who have been studied and interviewed regarding the development of underprivileged families have the stages of the process to be able to follow the guidance of the food house program, after being investigated the economic empowerment efforts that DSM has done have received a good response by members because it is very helpful increase income with the facilities provided and the results obtained after coaching is done is a change in the behavior of members and members can meet their daily needs.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Facing the challenges of an increasingly developing era, changes will continue to occur in all aspects of life, including one in the world of education. A study needs to be conducted to anticipate increasingly rapid developments, both in Christian and secular theological education. The influence of the challenges of the era will create positive and negative changes, for that it is necessary to conduct an investigation in a study. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of technology-based training on improving professional skills in the field of Christian theology. Integrating the influence of technology-based training in Christian theological education can be an effective strategy for developing relevant and competitive professional skills. Professional skills in the field of Christian theology are an important component for the development of Christian theological education and spiritual understanding of Christian theology. This study is expected to contribute to the development of effective curriculum programs in theological education in the future. The research method used is qualitative with an interview system and questionnaires for training participants. This study shows that the influence of formal technology-based training plays an important role in improving professional skills in the field of Christian theology.  

SMK.S Al Habibatain Bumiayu Brebes memiliki dua program  studi yaitu Jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan dan Teknik Sepeda Motor, selama ini aktifitas yang dilakukan di sekolah masih menggunakan pelayanan manual bahkan sekolah tersebut belum memiliki website termasuk dalam pendafataran mahasiswa baru dan penelusuran alumni. Hal ini membuat pelayanan menjadi lambat dan sulit untuk menelusuri para alumni yang sudah bekerja ataupun yang sedang kuliah. Dari persoalan yang ada  maka penulis berinisiatif melakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan  sistem informasi sekolah dengan menerapkan metode waterfall untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang selama ini masih terkendala. Metode waterfall adalah metode yang bersifat sistematis dan berurutan dalam membangun sebuah aplikas, waterfall juga sering disebut dengan classical life cycle. Sehingga metode waterfall sangat cocok dalam membangun aplikasi yang baru dan juga dalam pengembangan aplikasi dengan tingkat resiko yang kecil serta waktu pengembangan yang relative cukup cepat.

This study examines the relationship of Corporate Governance with Debt Policy, and Profitability, especially in corporate that conduct IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2019 period. Corporate Governance uses proxies of the Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Investors, and Insider Ownership which is predicted to affect Debt Policy and Profitability Using a purposive sampling technique, obtained 108 samples, the analyst uses multiple regression with the IBM SPSS 23 program. The findings show that Insider Ownership and the Board of Commissioners have a positive effect on profitability, Institutional Investors and Independent Commissioners are not proven to affect profitability. Corporate governance variables that are proven to influence Debt Policy are Insider Ownership, Institutional Investors, and Independent Commissioners.
