. IUDs are one of the most effective and safe long-acting contraceptives, but the use of this method of contraception is still very low. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of birth control acceptor culture on the use of IU birth control. The research method is a quantitative analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is all family planning acceptors who visited the Paringin City Health Center, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan from September to November 2022, totaling 111 people with an accidental sampling technique of 53 respondents. Chi square data analysis technique. The results showed that the majority used contraception as much as 32 (60.4%), good knowledge as much as 24 (45.3%), positive attitude as much as 26 (49.1%), positive confidence as much as 32 (60.4%), positive value as much as 35 (66%). There is an influence of attitude (pvalue 0.033), trust (pvalue 0.000) and value on IUD birth control use with value (pvalue 0.000). There was no effect of birth control acceptor knowledge on IUD KB Use (pvalue 0.379). The implication of the research results is that health workers through stakeholders can provide education or information about contraception.    

The purpose of this research is to analyse the causal factors and efforts to overcome murder cases in Danga Village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. This type of research is empirical juridical, the approach that the author uses in this research is a qualitative approach. The location of this research is the Nagekeo Resort Police Office. The subjects used as researchers in this study are police officers. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation. This research uses a type of qualitative research that produces descriptive data. The results of this study are the criminal act of premeditated murder in the case occurred due to several causative factors, such as unstable emotions, alcoholic beverages, economic factors, low levels of education, revenge factors. The existence of the application of the death penalty Article 340 of the Criminal Code against the perpetrators of the criminal act of premeditated murder which has a very serious capacity and is carried out cruelly, sadistically and truly violates the highest values of humanity. The countermeasures taken against the disclosure of murder cases are Preemtif efforts, namely socialisation, to prevent more severe crimes, the security forces conduct socialisation to the people throughout Indonesia. The importance of character education in learning is to improve the quality of implementation and educational outcomes in schools which leads to the achievement of student character formation. In this case, the teacher is not only tasked with delivering learning material, but is also tasked with instilling character values in students (Fatmawati, 2017: 8). This type of research is qualitative research and the method used is a descriptive method. Sugiyono (2017:9) qualitative research is a research method used to examine natural objects. The main aim of qualitative research is to understand social phenomena or symptoms by providing an explanation in the form of a clear description of the social phenomenon or symptom in the form of a series of words which will ultimately produce a theory, which is explained (Sujardewi, 2014: 110). Based on the description that has been presented, this research is defined as a research process that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior that is observed and carried out naturally. This research uses a qualitative research method with the hope of being able to describe the analysis of character education in mathematics learning material on absolute values for students at SMA class X Harapan Bangsa Samalantan. absolutely at SMA Harapan Bangsa Samalantan class X. Analysis of character education in mathematics learning with absolute value material is based on lesson plans that have been created and adapted to learning conditions. The teacher's learning implementation uses the case study method, so that students always think critically in their efforts to solve problem formulation in mathematics learning with absolute value material. The study was conducted to see and collect data on how leadership style, work discipline, and job satisfaction affect employee performance. The research I conducted used quantitative methods and descriptive analysis. For this study, data were collected online through a randomized method through a likert scale questionnaire 1-5 to 190 respondents who met the following criteria: they are over 18 years old and have worked or participated in an organization, team, or company. For data analysis, the SmartPLS application is used to perform inner measurements, reliability values, discriminant validity, Cronbach's Alpha, and exterior measurements. The outer measurements also use T-test calculations, determinacy coefficient, f-square, and VIF. The main purpose of this study is to prove that leadership style contributes positively to employee performance, work discipline has a positive influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee performance.

The implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum is very important for teachers and students, because it has pancasila values and must be instilled in teachers and students. The importance of this research is that there are important things that must be considered in this research, namely in order to achieve the expected educational goals, quality and effective learning is needed. So what must be pursued by educators is to use the curriculum which is a key in the implementation of education. The purpose of this study is to find out school policies related to the implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum at SMP Kertanegara Malang, find out how the implementation of pancasila education learning in SMP Kertanegara Malang.  and teachers in the implementation of pancasila education learning at SMP Kertanegara Malang. This research method uses qualitative, descriptive. With finished data What is used is observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques use triangulation to obtain the validity of the data. Data analysis used in the study is Reduction, Display and Verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: (1) teachers in pancasila education subjects at SMP Kertanegara Malang have implemented an independent curriculum in the 2022/2023 school year. (2) Learning resources are not only limited to guidelines determined by the center, but learning resources can be obtained from anywhere, as long as their nature is positive and supports the cognitive realm of students. Based on the conclusion that the implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum at SMP Kertanegara Malang, is marked by the implementation of a learning process in which teachers become facilitators and mediators as well as motivators for students so that they are enthusiastic about learning in the independent curriculum.

Character education is a very important component in building optimal national character. Character building will be effective if done from an early age. Character education is a process of applying moral and religious values to children through science, applying these values to oneself, family, fellow friends, educators and the surrounding environment and God Almighty. The research background indicates that modern teenagers often struggle to manage their sleep time due to academic pressures, activities, social media, and electronic devices. This threatens the quality of their sleep and has a negative impact on their health. Therefore, it is essential to emphasize the importance of healthy sleep recommendations, including the Islamic perspective, to enhance adolescent productivity. The research aims to explore the challenges of adolescent sleep and strategies to improve sleep management by integrating Islamic values. A literature review method is used to gather and analyze data from various sources. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of sleep as a natural human need and the negative effects of sleep deprivation on the productivity, academic performance, mental health, and physical well-being of adolescents. Therefore, good sleep time management, following age-specific guidelines and Islamic values, is necessary to improve the physical and mental health and productivity of adolescents. The research implications suggest that adolescents need to adhere to age-appropriate sleep recommendations and Islamic guidelines. This will help improve academic performance, mental and physical health, and reduce stress. Effective sleep time management will contribute to achieving a balance in mental, physical, and spiritual health aspects, ultimately enhancing adolescent productivity.

In the era of globalization, the issue of national identity has become very important. The rapid pace of globalization has led to the erosion of national values, especially among the younger generation who are more interested in foreign cultures than their own national culture. This can be seen from the increased interest of children in imported products compared to domestic products. This research uses a qualitative method to describe and find meaning behind this phenomenon, by producing descriptive data in the form of words, both written and spoken (Ratna, 2010: 94). It is hoped that by instilling nationalistic values, the younger generation will be motivated to defend national unity. These nationalistic values can be taught through various methods, including through the learning process in schools and universities. In the learning process, these nationalistic values can be integrated. The analysis of the implementation of the Student Profile Strengthening Project of Pancasila in the development of student nationalism at SMAN 1 Pamarayan involves activities of the Student Profile Strengthening Project of Pancasila which has the themes of "bhineka tunggal ika" and "bela negara" (unity in diversity and defending the nation).

: The quality of human resources is one of the factors for increasing the productivity and performance of a company. One of the goals of improving the quality of human resources is to ensure that the organization/company has quality people to achieve organizational goals. As one of the main drivers in the smooth running of a company's activities, the important role of human resources requires every company to pay attention to and motivate its employees to provide good performance. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach, which can be interpreted as a research statement that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 33 employees who worked at the Medan Plantation Company. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, the results showed that each compensation and job satisfaction variable had a partial effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous testing resulted in an F-count value of 8,472 with a significance level of 0.000, while the f-table value at alpha 5% was 3.32, therefore based on the calculation results it was concluded that F-count > F-table and the significance level was 0.001 < 0.05 shows that compensation and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Plantation Companies. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2), obtained an R-Square value of 0.361, this means that 36.1% of the variation in employee performance values ​​is determined by the role of variations in compensation values ​​and job satisfaction so it can be concluded that the contribution of compensation values ​​and job satisfaction in influencing employee performance was 36.1% while 63.9% was the contribution of other variables not included in this research.

Community Service is one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, aiming to apply students’ academic knowledge directly within society. This activity was carried out by fifth-semester students of the Islamic Banking Study Program through the organization of the Festival Ramadhan Ceria at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The program aimed to instill Islamic values, enhance basic understanding of Islamic finance, and foster religious and social character among elementary school students during the month of Ramadan. The implementation method employed an educational and participatory approach through various activities, including Islamic competitions, educational games, simple counseling on saving based on Islamic principles, and socio-religious activities. The results of the program indicated increased enthusiasm and active participation among students, improved understanding of Ramadan values, and early awareness of Islamic financial concepts. In addition to benefiting the students, this community service activity also served as a practical learning experience for university students in developing soft skills, leadership, teamwork, and social awareness. Therefore, the Festival Ramadhan Ceria proved to be an effective medium for strengthening the relationship between higher education institutions and the community, while also contributing positively to the character development of elementary school students.

This research was motivated by the fact that the learning process of moral aqidah was less enjoyable for students, it was found that students were not focused on learning, chatting with friends and sleeping in class and also the values ​​contained in learning Aqidah Morals had not been implemented in the students' daily lives. Based on this background, the author formulates the problem, namely how teachers teach moral aqidah methods for class VIII and the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing class VIII learning methods at Mti Tarusan Kamang. This research uses a qualitative approach, to collect data by means of interviews and observations. The results of the research show that there are five learning methods used by teachers in learning moral aqidah in class VIII, namely the lecture method implemented by the teacher by starting to formulate learning objectives, preparing material and assessment techniques. However, teachers do not have good strategies and communication in delivering material so that there are students who are not enthusiastic about the teacher's explanation. The question and answer method is only used by teachers as a complementary method in implementing the lecture method. The teacher implements the exemplary method by providing examples in accordance with the values ​​contained in the material, but in some circumstances there are some teacher behaviors that cannot be used as examples. The habituation method often occurs outside of class hours and is carried out by routinizing several positive activities, but in some situations it becomes neglected due to busy school activities and this habituation seems to force students. And finally, the story method is implemented by the teacher as a complement to the lecture method. The supporting factor for implementing the Aqidah Akhlak class VIII learning method is because this method is seen as capable of achieving the objectives of learning Aqidah Akhlak. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of teacher preparation before teaching in the form of learning equipment and media, as well as the lack of communication and cooperation between teachers and students' parents.

Abstract.Hypertension is one of the main risk factors for heart problems. Apart from causing heart failure, hypertension can also result in kidney failure and cerebrovascular disease. This disease is often called the silent killer because there are no symptoms and without realizing it, sufferers experience complications in vital organs. This study aims to assess factors influencing adherence to taking anti-hypertensive medication in hypertensive patients at the Pekkae Community Health Center. This research presents the characteristics of respondents, Univariate data analysis of each variable to see the relationship between the Independent Variable and the Dependent Variable using the Chi-Square test. Based on the results of research conducted in the Pekkae Community Health Center working area, it was found that there was a relationship between predisposing factors including knowledge, beliefs, values ​​and attitudes towards compliance with taking antihypertensive medication for hypertension sufferers at the Pekkae Public Health Center, Barru Regency.

This study aims to investigate the effect of price, brand image, lifestyle, andproduct quality on purchasing decisions for Cargloss helmets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 100 consumer respondents who buy Cargloss helmets. The results show that price, brand image, lifestyle, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Overall, these factors simultaneously also have a positive and significant influence. Companies are advised to set competitive prices with market research to maintain the attractiveness of Cargloss. To build brand identity, companies can emphasise the speciality of Cargloss helmets in design, innovation and other added values. Promotion is also needed to associate Cargloss helmets with consumers' lifestyles. The company management should invest in quality control, quality raw materials, and adoption of latest technology in the production process.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence from the use of popup books on children's verbal-linguistic intelligence in the Aceh Singkil Excellent Private Kindergarten. This research uses experimental research using a quantitative approach. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design with the Equivalent Time Sample Design. The sample in this study was 18 children, sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is non-parametric hypothesis testing by tabulating data, calculating average values, and interpreting the data. The findings of this research show that there is a significant influence from the use of pop-up book media on the verbal-linguistic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in the Aceh Singkil Excellent Private Kindergarten for the 2023/2024 academic year. From these findings, it can be seen that the research results obtained show that there is an increase that occurred from treatment 1 to treatment 2, where the real level α = 0.000.

Iron is a some nutrient deficiency or anemia is a frequent nutritional problem in adolescents, especially the girls. Anemia is a condition in which the hemoglobin level in the blood is less than normal values (12-16 g/dl). One solution to preventing iron deficiency is by administering green bean juice. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of Giving green bean juice on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic adolescent girls at MAN Model Manado. The research was pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample taken 16 Subjekts using purposive sampling. Data collection uses observation sheets. The data collected processed using SPSS 16.0. Statistical tests use the Paired Sample T-test with a significance level of ≤ 0.05. The research results obtained a p value = 0.000 (α ≤ 0.05) it means Ha was accepted  and  giving green bean juice on increasing the hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls in MAN Model Manado Effectiviness. The conclusion based on the research results there were an effect of giving green bean juice on increasing the hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls in MAN Model Manado. Advice to young women to always consume green bean juice to increase hemoglobin levels.

This literature study aims to analyze and describe the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on coastal local wisdom for elementary school students. The focus of this study is to identify moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities, analyze strategies for integrating coastal local wisdom in PAI learning, and describe the potential for developing PAI teaching materials based on coastal local wisdom. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The sources of research data are journal articles, reference books, curriculum documents, and relevant previous research results over the past ten years. Data collection techniques are carried out through identification, classification, and content analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities include gratitude for the gifts of the sea, honesty, cooperation, courage, patience, and responsibility for the environment; (2) The strategy of integrating local coastal wisdom in Islamic Religious Education learning can be done through the development of contextual teaching materials, experiential learning methods, and authentic evaluation; (3) The development of Islamic Religious Education teaching materials based on local coastal wisdom has the potential to increase the relevance of learning, strengthen local cultural identity, and facilitate the internalization of moral values ​​in elementary school students. This study concludes that the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning based on local coastal wisdom is a relevant and potential strategy to be implemented in elementary schools in coastal areas, especially at SDN 007 Panipahan.

This research aims to describe (1) Moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district. (2) People's views on moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district. (3) The implications of moral values ​​in myths in Central Katingan sub-district for learning Indonesian language and literature in high school. This research uses qualitative descriptive research which is defined as Moral Values ​​in Myths in Katingan Tengah District and Their Implications for Learning Indonesian Language and Literature in High School. In collecting data, this research used observation, interviews and documentation methods. Meanwhile, the steps for this data analysis technique are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. As a result of this research, the author found that there were (1) 18 total data from myths consisting of 7 myths about human relationships with their personal lives, while there were 2 myths between humans and other humans, and there were 8 myths about human relationships with God. Moral values ​​actually teach us to maintain good manners and behavior, words and deeds wherever we are and with this myth we respect each other. Therefore, the underlying belief system means that an analysis is needed to be able to answer the aim of this research, namely to describe the belief system that underlies the customs and customs of a belief or myth. Basically, the moral values ​​in myths teach us about politeness, behavior, and respect for cultural customs that apply to religious life (2) Views about myths are the result of human thoughts related to human lives at that time, then they believe these thoughts as outlook on life in meeting their non-physical (thought) needs. (3) The results of this research are used and have implications for class Retell the contents of folk tales (hikayat) that have been heard and read.

The sedekah bumi tradition held by the people of Kelurahan Made is a tradition handed down from their ancestors which is still being preserved to this day. Earth almsgiving means giving alms to the earth, which is a form of human gratitude for gifts from the Almighty. The aim of this research is to describe the socio-cultural values in the implementation of the earth alms tradition in Kelurahan Made so that the community continues. The benefit of this research for the community is to increase insight into the importance of preserving traditions passed down from generation to generation so that the community can maintain tolerance between religious groups, tribes and nations. , so that the earth alms tradition can be implemented in the midst of the modernization era without eliminating the characteristics, values and philosophy of the earth alms tradition. This study used descriptive qualitative method. With the aim of producing descriptive data in the form of written sentences, this research contains a description or describes a situation in the problem that has been formulated. The socio-cultural values contained in this earth charity tradition are religious, artistic, mutual cooperation and ecological values. To maintain the unique characteristics of the Kelurahan Made community, it is appropriate to preserve the earth alms tradition forever, even in the midst of changing times. It is intended that traditions that have been passed down through generations can continue to exist and become a cultural identity that will forever be attached to the people of Kelurahan Made.

The research methodology involves a literature review to gather and analyze data from various sources. The study examines the role of curriculum and pedagogy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, emphasizing the integration of Islamic values into various subjects and the emphasis on character development. It also explores the school's community engagement efforts, including partnerships with families, religious leaders, and local institutions to reinforce ethical values. The text compares the experiences of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students and alumni with those of secular education, highlighting differences.
