The potential possessed by Teluk Makmur sub-district includes the agricultural and fisheries aspects, where in terms of agriculture it’s in the form of cassava plants and in terms of fisheries it’s in the form of shrimp. This is also related to the livelihoods of the community, the majority of whom are farmers, fishermen and entrepreneurs/MSMEs, so by utilizing the potential of the sub-district and the livelihoods of the community, the Kukerta team decided to hold a demonstration of organic cassava jerky and shrimp nuggets as an alternative for entrepreneurial sales products/ MSMEs. The aim of this demonstration is to motivate MSMEs to continue running and provide various variations of sales products originating from the potential of the sub-district. Community service activities were carried out at the Teluk Makmur Village Hall, Medang Kampai District, Dumai City on Saturday, July 29 2023 at 08.00 WIB until finished. Methods include direct explanations by Kukerta students from Teluk Makmur Village as well as field practice which is directly held in front of the participants present. This service activity took place successfully, which can be said to be due to the response given by all demonstration participants who were truly enthusiastic about everything.

This study aims to determine the description of organizational culture in employees at the Potential Utama University. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, namely analyzing data by describing or describing the collected data as they are without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalizations. The population in this study amounted to 158 people. The sample of this study was 30 people. The technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate a scoring result of 1149.8 which refers to the aspect of tolerance for conflict which is indicated by a significant value (Sig. 2 Tailed) of 0.02 (P <0.05) and a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.539. This means that the organizational culture at the Potential Utama University applies an attitude of tolerance, which makes the employees of the Potential Utama University feel they have the space to express opinions and ideas.

The potential for durian culinary tourism in Kembangsari Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency is a major concern in developing local tourism. This study assesses tourist experiences and their impact on the local economy. Through SWOT analysis, the main strengths are found in high quality durian, relatively cheap prices offered, and a beautiful atmosphere, namely the durian garden. However, challenges such as the lack of tourism infrastructure and dependence on the durian season need to be overcome so that this tourism can have a significant impact on improving the economy of the surrounding community. Development opportunities include diversifying tourism experiences and strengthening promotions.

Tanjung Kasuari Village is one of the areas located in Southwest Papua. This sub-district  is one of the places in  Southwest Papua that has a lot of natural and tourist potential which can be utilized by the local  community to meet their living needs. However, most people only take  advantage of the tourism  potential, namely the beauty of the beach as a tourist attraction. This can be seen from the large number of visitors to Tanjung Kasuari beach, especially on holidays. The community focuses more on serving tourists who visit the beach. For this reason, the PkM team conducted serveys and interviews regarding the obstacles faced related to the lack of utilization of natural potential. Based on the results of interviews with several sample residents, the community does not yet have ideas about utilizing natural potential. The team provided solution in the form of education, namely how to make and package chips from breadfruit which could become will be more creative and innovative in developing other natural potentials.   

Village development activities are an integral part of the Merdeka Campus Competency Program (PKKM) in line with MBKM KKNT. Participating students perform community service as proof of their commitment to strengthening and supporting their community, in accordance with the principles of the Three Dharma Universities which include teaching, research, and devotion to the community. Village Development Program in Penangungan Village, Trawas, Mojokerto, attractive tourist destinations near the mountains, is a real step forward in providing ideas and solutions to the problems of the village community. The Trawas area is a famous tourist destination, with beautiful natural environments, cafes, and tourist attractions that contribute significantly to the village economy. Some destinations in Trawas, such as the Kecambung Valley, are newly opened on October 12, 2023, but may be missed as tourists tend to visit places that are widely discussed in the Trawas area. UPN DKV students focus Bina Village's work program on branding Agrowisata Valley Kecambung to increase the attractiveness and visibility of this new destination.

Pabean Village is one of the villages in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, which has tourism potential that needs to be developed, namely Tugu Beach. In the development process, there are several problems faced, one of which is the lack of uploads related to information on the condition of Tugu Beach. This lack of information resulted in a decrease in visitors who came. So that the community service team of the Veteran National Development University of East Java provides a solution by making a village website to support the digitization of village potential development. This research was conducted to observe how the community is impacted by the digitalization step in sharing information. The research was conducted using interview and observation methods in the environment around Pabean Village and Tugu Beach. The results of interviews and observations will be used as information material to be uploaded on the website. The result of this activity is that the website is symbolically given to the village. The village received it well and hopes that with this step, the potential of Pabean Village will increase.

In the current digital exploration era, many young generations are very open to the times. For this reason, the younger generation needs Islamic teachings as a basis in responding to the current of modernization. The teachings of Islam can be obtained through da'wah. This research journal was created to open the eyes of the public in order to make good use of modern facilities that already exist, such as preaching on social media. Then, the method used in this study, namely qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative descriptive method is a research pattern whose type is more in-depth to describe an object, phenomenon, and one's experience through interpretive study. Da'wah in the digital era, of course, requires digital technology as a means of distribution. Islamic learning digital technology, can be accessed through digital platforms, such as online classes, webinars, or courses. As well as social media, such as tiktok, youtube, instagram etc. Da'wah spread through social media, can reach even not only generation Z, but all generations. So that the teachings of Islam can be understood or followed by the general public.

Kembangkuning Village has potential as a historical attraction. The potential of historical attraction is the Watu Lumpang Site that rarely visited even by the local community. Therefore, the idea to optimize the potential of Kembangkuning Village to become a historical tourism village that will be known by the wider community. The method used in this service activity is descriptive qualitative method with data collection in the field through observation, identification, interviews, and documentation. The result of this community service activity to change the mindset of local people to consider the Watu Lumpang Site as a dangerous place are slowly starting to disappear. This is proven by the event of area cleanup activities with local residents after this activity was carried out.

This activity is a community service activity in the context of implementing the Tridarma of Higher Education, for postgraduate lecturers at STIEPARI Semarang. The implementation was in March 2023, the location of the activity was the Kuwu tourism village, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java. The purpose of the activity is to introduce the community to the development of Kuwu Village tourism based on Local Tourism Potential. This activity is not only an effort to improve the ability of tourism village management but also as a means of introducing the basics of tourism village development, because Kuwu village although it has had a decree as a pilot tourism village since 2009, but there are no real activities in the village.  The implementation technique is direct socialization, to people who have local potential home industry businesses such as Ayam Pencok, and various flavors of meatballs, and crispy chicken, PAU. The system of delivering socialization material uses direct in the field (visits to residents who have a business and continued with a question and answer discussion.

Maritime tourism in the Thousand Islands has become a significant component in the advancement of Indonesian tourism. The Thousand Islands offer great potential as a maritime tourist destination due to its coral reef ecosystems, marine biodiversity, and beautiful beaches. However, the development of maritime tourism in this region faces various challenges, including coral damage, marine pollution, and issues related to island accessibility. Other challenges encompass security, transportation, and regulations pertaining to tourism development. This study employs a qualitative approach and literature review techniques to delineate the potential and challenges of maritime tourism. The research findings highlight development strategies, including environmental preservation, improved accessibility, and collaboration among the government, stakeholders, and local communities. This research provides insights into the potential and challenges of maritime tourism in the Thousand Islands, serving as a guide for decision-makers in fostering sustainable tourism development in the region. With this profound understanding, it is hoped that development strategies can sustain the allure of tourism in the Thousand Islands while preserving the environment and enhancing the well-being of local communities.

Indonesia, an archipelago located in Southeast Asia, has long been known as a country with tremendous maritime potential. With more than 17,000 islands stretching along the equator, Indonesia occupies a unique position as the largest archipelago in the world. Papua, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, has enormous maritime potential that offers a variety of deep and broad development opportunities. Located at the eastern tip of Indonesia, Papua has a long and diverse coastline that runs along its territory. The maritime potential in Papua includes abundant fishery resources, rich marine ecosystems, and the potential for a promising tourism sector. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. data collection method used in this study is the method of literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study is content analysis or content analysis in which researchers use materials or literature in the form of books and journals related to the research topic. Papua has the potential to be a pioneer in sustainable economic development through the maritime sector. With prudent policies, strong collaboration, and attention to sustainability principles, Papua can harness its rich marine and mineral resources to achieve sustainable economic growth, environmental conservation, and the well-being of local communities. It is important to remember that the future of Papua lies in their own hands, with the full support of the government, private sector, and local communities, Papua can serve as an example for other regions in harnessing their maritime potential to achieve these same goals.

The potential of zakat maal in Islamic economics is that zakat is a fiscal instrument in economic practice that has been used since the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and based on historical records zakat has played a very important role in the income distribution mechanism in the economy. This can be realized if the potential of zakat can truly be explored effectively and efficiently. The potential of zakat maal in improving the welfare of the poor at BAZNAS Padang Lawas is that the potential for zakat increases by 5% - 10% every year. However, looking at the potential for zakat in Padang Lawas Regency and the realization of zakat, infaq and alms collection carried out by BAZNAS, it can be said that its management has reached a fairly good optimal level.    

Pendapatan Asli daerah (PAD) merupakan penerimaan dari pungutan pajak, retribusi, pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain. Retribusi Daerah merupakan salah satu sumber pembiayaan pembangunan daerah yang diandalkan guna mendukung pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Salah satu jenis retribusi daerah yang dipungut oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Sikka adalah retribusi pelayanan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran BAPELITBANG dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Potensi Penerimaan Retribusi Pasar Sebagai Sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Di Kabupaten Sikka. Penelitian   ini menggunakan  metode  kualitatif  deskriptif  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menggambarkan  potensi  penerimaan retribusi  pelayanan  pasar  di  Kabupaten  Sikka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa potensi penerimaan retribusi pasar pada tahun 2017-2021 mengalami penurunan dan belum mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Hal tersebut disebabkan pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Sikka belum dilakukan secara optimal, baik dalam hal pemungutan retribusi, pengawasan pelaksanaan pemungutan, pengelolaan pasar, perkiraan potensi pasar maupun upaya pemerintah dalam menarik perhatian masyarakat sehingga pasar tersebut belum bisa dikatakan baik dan terintegrasi.

Over time, it is not only the tourism industry that has the potential to support the MICE industry, one of which is educational institutions such as vocational schools and equivalent. However, there are three factors that need to be considered, namely Hall management, supporting facilities, and work programs, so that good MICE services are obtained and are able to gain profits for the institution. Trisakti Ngawi Vocational School (SMK Trisakti Ngawi) has professional Hall management, adequate Hall support facilities and a suitable work program to carry out MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition) activities

Pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 dalam pembelajaran, diharapkan mampu menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang lebih berkualitas dan mampu mempunyai keterampilan untuk hidup dengan berbagai peluang dan tantangan yang akan dihadapi di era kemajuan teknologi dan informasi.  Pembelajaran IPA SD dengan integrasi potensi lokal Purworejo dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi 4C. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan potensi lokal Kabupaten Purworejo dan mengintegrasikan potensi tersebut ke dalam kompetensi dasar muatan IPA SD sehingga mampu meningkatkan kompetensi 4C siswa guna menghadapai kehidupan abad ke-21. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket penilaian buku terhadap kesesuaian potensi lokal Purworejo terhadap Kompetensi Dasar IPA SD serta analisis Kompetensi 4C dalam meningkatkan keterampilan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data skunder dengan studi literatur atau studi kepustakaan melalui metode tinjauan pustaka yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan buku-buku, bahan-bahan tertulis serta referensi-referensi yang relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi potensi lokal Purworejo ke dalam muatan IPA SD kelas 4,5, dan 6 dapat meningkatkan kompetensi 4C dalam diri siswa.

Tidak terjangkaunya Alat Pemadam Api Ringan dan tidak terdapatnya fire system security membuat PT XYZ berupaya untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan menghindari risiko kebakaran dengan menganalisa potensi bahaya yang ada di tempat kerja sebagai sarana perencanaan kebutuhan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengumpulkan data dalam bentuk wawancara dan observasi langsung. Observasi dilakukan pada saat melihat kondisi dan tata letak ruang kantor. Wawancara dilakukan kepada salah satu karyawan divisi Health Safety Security and Environment. Kedua bentuk data ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi bahaya kebakaran di ruangan PT XYZ. Potensi bahaya kebakaran yang ada di dalam kantor tersebut disebabkan oleh ada peralatan yang mudah terbakar apabila tidak dirawat dengan baik. Dari observasi dapat dilihat terdapat 4 potensi bahaya yaitu kertas, bahan kimia, peralatan elektronik, dan instalasi listrik.Dari potensi bahaya ini disesuaikan dengan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. 4 Tahun 1980 Tentang Syarat Pemasangan dan Pemeliharaan Alat Pemadam Api Ringan diperoleh APAR golongan C berjumlah satu dengan jenis Dry Chemical Powder.

Kebakaran menjadi masalah yang serius di Indonesia dikarenakan potensi tingkat kebakaran di Indonesian cukup tinggi. Tidak ada tempat kerja yang dapat dijamin bebas dari bahaya kebakaran, contohnya seperti pada bangunan gedung di galangan Tanjung Perak. gedung perkantoran dilengkapi dengan sekat dan furniture yang memenuhi seluruh lantai dan di dalam gedung perkantoran terdapat komputer dan arsip-arsip data perusahaan. Sehingga, jumlah dan jenis bahan mudah terbakar sangat tinggi intensitasnya yang berakibat rawan penjalaran api. Upaya pemadaman akan mengalami kesulitan termasuk upaya penyelamatan korban dikarenakan terbatasnya akses untuk masuk maupun keluar bangunan jika terjadi kebakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan mengevaluasi sistem pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran pada bangunan gedung galangan di Tanjung Perak. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam hal ini peneliti bertindak sebagai pengumpul data dan sebagai instrument aktif dalam upaya mengumpulkan data-data di lapangan. Sedangkan instrument pengumpulan data yang lain selain manusia adalah berbagai bentuk alat-alat bantu dan berupa dokumen-dokumen lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gedung ini diidentifikasi termasuk pada bahaya kebakaran sedang tingkat II berdasarkan klasifikasi tingkat potensi kebakaran sesuai KEP.186/MEN/1999.

Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan, nilai, kebiasaan, akhlak, budi pekerti, yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi siswa dalam mengambil kebijakan yang benar dan buruk, memelihara yang baik, menciptakan dan menyebarkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menyebarkannya dengan segenap hati. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah agar tahu bagaimana peran guru agama Islam serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik di SMP N 1 BONJOL. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan berbagai metode yang ada untuk mendiskripsikan apa yang diamati dalam bentuk bahasa, tulisan dan perilaku manusia. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua informan yaitu informan kunci adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukung adalah wakil kepala sekolah dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di SMP N 1 BONJOL menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berperan sebagai teladan, pembimbing, dan guru yang penyayang dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter. Dalam hal melaksanakan peran tersebut, terdapat faktor yang mendukung dan yang menghambat bagi guru agama Islam untuk menerapkan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik, yaitu: faktor pendukung adalah kegiatan yang diadakan di sekolah serta lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat yang baik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah faktor internal yang disebabkan oleh diri siswa itu sendiri dan ketidaktahuan peserta didik yang menghambat penerapan pendidikan karakter. Faktor eksternal yang berasal dari lingkungan luar seperti pertemanan di luar sekolah yang kurang baik serta penyalahgunaan media sosial yang tidak dikontrol oleh orang tua.

Industri peleburan baja di Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu perusahaan special steel yang diperhitungkan dalam industri peleburan baja. Pada industri peleburan baja di Sidoarjo ini memiliki potensi bahaya kebakaran yang sangat tinggi yang disebabkan oleh proses produksi peleburan itu sendiri. Kebakaran pada industri peleburan baja di Sidoarjo ini merupakan ancaman serius yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian material, kehilangan nyawa, dan merusak lingkungan sekitar. Oleh karena itu, penanggulangan dan pencegahan kebakaran menjadi sangat penting dalam menjaga keselamatan dan keberlanjutan operasional industri peleburan baja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebarakan di perusahaan peleburan baja. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data didapatkan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mengenai penerapan sistem pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan peleburan baja sudah menerepakan dan melaksanakan sistem pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran sesuai standar namun masih ada beberapa yang perlu dioptimalkan kembali seperti penambahan APAR serta pelaksanakan simulasi tanggap darurat.

Besarnya potensi Usaha Mikro,Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, menjadikan suatu keharusan untuk lebih di berdayakan menjadi semakin strategis sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas, penyediaan lapangan kerja yang lebih luas, dan peningkatan pendapatan bagi masyarakat miskin. Usaha mikro yang merupakan bagian dari usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Jambi perlu ditingkatkan serta dikembangkan karena menyumbang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tetapi permasalahan yang kemudian muncul antara lain disebabkan oleh masih rendahnya kualitas SDM pelaku industri, strategi pemasaran yang masih kurang dikuasai oleh pelaku usaha dan pendapatan didasarkan pada waktu atau lama usaha didirikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi berganda, Uji T, Uji F dan Uji  Koefisien Determinasi (R Square). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Usaha Menengah dan Keatas di Kota Jambi. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi.
