Family communication that exists is very important in the personality of the child. Therefore, the patterns of communication and interaction carried out by a family are of great concern. The purpose of this study was to read and analyze and find answers to problems in family communication in shaping children's personalities. This research uses family communication factors variables which have four dimensions, namely communication sources, messages, media, and recipients. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Population and sample stated 34 people who are elementary school students. The results showed that something was lacking in the factors of family communication carried out by their families. This can be seen in the lowest intentions, namely messages with scientific indicators, while the communication that occurs face-to-face to their families is maximized.

At this time the unemployment rate is increasing, even among scholars, unemployment reaches thousands of people. One of the reasons is that their bachelor's degree is not followed by reliable skills to enter an increasingly competitive world of work. Currently, along with the development of technology and  science,  we are required  to be able  to compete  in the  world  of  work  by improving the quality of human resources who have good quality knowledge and good personality competencies and have skills that can be used in roles in society and the state in the field of education. the job he does.

Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Islands Province experienced several obstacles in developing their MSMEs. Data for 2018 shows that the number of MSMEs in Bangka Belitung Kepulauang Province has decreased dramatically. The decreasing number of MSMEs from active to inactive, because these MSMEs are less able to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, so only MSMEs that survive are MSMEs that have creations and innovations according to needs of community Weak dimensions in the big five personality reflecting the unpreparedness of SMEs to compete and synergize. This study wants to see how the objective conditions dimensions big five personality SMEs in City of Pangkalpinang. The sample of study was Pangkal Pinang City SMEs practitioners with quantitative research methods processed from results of questionnaires. results of study showed that Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, and Agreeablenss, had a positive and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City, while Neuroticm had a negative and significant effect on increasing MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City.

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. Online trust is one of the main determinants of the success of e-retailers and much research has dealt with website features triggeringconsumer trust to them. Another stream of research focuses on thepsychological antecedents to online trust; i.e., what ‘‘happens’’ in theconsumer’s mind before or while a person decides to trust an e-retailer?So far, each effort has focused on only a few selected aspects of this trustformation process. Only few studies have attempted to identify majorpersonality based psychological antecedents of trust. This work identifiedthe relative importance of the personality based psychological antecedentsof trust in technology adoption and e-retailing. The model incorporatesthe personality traits (Extraversion, and Openness to experience), the mostwidely accepted framework for personality research in psychology, as wellas determinants of trust in our model.

Kemaiuan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat cepat, dan berpengaruh pada semua aspek kehidupan haik aspek yang menguntungkan maupun aspek yang merugikan. Perubahan yang sangat cepat itu tentunya tidak berjalan dengan sendirinya, tetapi berkat niat dan keinginan untuk memanfaatksn adanya perubahan tersebut. Dalam penggunaan komputer seseorang selalu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keahliannya, faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah personality yang meliputi kecemasan dan sikap dalam menggunakan komputer. Kecernasan dan sikap itu akan berpengaruh pada keahlian seseorang dalam penggunaan komputer. Kecemasan ini dipengaruhi oleh sejauh mana teknologi informasi membantu tugas kita sehari-hari. Sikap adalah pernyataan evaluatif baik yang menguntungkan atau yang tak menguntungkan mengenai objek orang atau peristiwa. Sikap mencerminkan bagairnarra seseorang merasakan sesuatu. Sikap tidak sama dengan nilai, tapi keduanya dapat dihubungkan. Kesuksesan suatu teknologi informasi berkaitan erat dengan keahlian dari pemakai. Kecemasan terhadap penggunaan komputer berkorelasi negatif terhadap keahlian dalam penggunaan komputer. Semakin cemas seseorang terhadap penggunaan komputer maka semakin kurang keahliannya. Hal ini merupakan kebalikan dengan sikap, apabila seseorang bersikap menerima penggunaan komputer, maka akan mempertinggi keahliannnya dalam menggunakan komputer. Dalam penelitian ini ternyata sikap tidak mempengaruhi keahlian, hal ini tidak konsisten dengan hasil penelitian yang telah banyak dilakukan diluar negeri, ketidak konsistenan ini kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya, dimana orang Indonesia tidak suka berterus terang akan keahlian yang dimiliki.
