The peer support is an individual interaction among children or adolescents of the same age group, involving significant support and a relatively high level of closeness within their group. Peer support plays a crucial role in enhancing students' self- discipline. Self-discipline is the ability possessed by individuals to control, direct, and manage themselves based on the desire to create order and organization in life. This study aims to determine the relationship between peer support and students' self- discipline. It adopts a quantitative method with 201 research subjects, comprising 96 males (47.8%) and 105 females (52.2%) aged between 15 to 18 years old. The results reveal a positive correlation between peer support and students' self-discipline at MAN Sidrap, with a correlation value of 0.223 and a significance value of 0.01. Furthermore, the research also identifies a difference in self-discipline between males and females, with females demonstrating higher levels of self-discipline compared to males. Peer support and MAN Sidrap students' self-discipline is categorized as moderate and the results of the descriptive analysis show a positive relationship between peer support and self-discipline.

Sarilate is a community that originated from the Al-Masyariqul Anwar Islamic boarding school in Babakan Village, Ciwaringin District, Cirebon Regency, West Java in 2015. The name Sarilate Adventure is Sarilate Adventure, which has an organizational structure including the chairman, deputy chairman, secretary, treasurer and public relations (public relations). In addition, there is another name for this community, namely Sarilate outdoor equipment, which means Sarilate outdoor equipment. Sarilate opens outdoor equipment rental and sells local products from Sarilate itself and also has product brands, namely Eiger and Balai. This business has carried out 3 stages of the marketing strategy, namely having targeted consumers, identifying consumer desires, and determining the marketing mix. In addition to the 3 stages of the marketing strategy, Sarilate also applies the concept of AIDA + S (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Satisfaction) which greatly influences increasing consumer interest in Sarilate products. This type of research is field research conducted with a qualitative approach. The methods used in collecting data for preparing this research report include observation, interviews and literature review. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy applied by Sarilate Adventure or Sarilate Outdoor Equipment to increase consumer interest in their products.    

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on the decision of smartphone purchase. A purchase decision is a process that consumers go through to choose and buy a product or service to meet their needs and desires. High product quality and good at affordable prices are the main factors that drive consumers to buy a product by considering the quality and price ratio in making decisions at the time of purchase. Consumer satisfaction in product quality is very important in maintaining the existence of a company or business unit makes an understanding of digital marketing, product quality and service quality cannot be seen low. The population in this study were smartphone consumers from among IAIN students Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, determining the number of samples by spreading questionnaires and sample 55 people obtained. The data collection techniques through this questionnaire have been carried out validity tests, rallies and classical assumptions. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study, the results were obtained that partially shows the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, then the price of a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision. While simultaneously or along with the quality of the product and the price affects the smartphone purchase decision. The study provides implications for smartphone manufacturers to improve product quality and offer competitive prices to increase the smartphone purchase decision by IAIN students Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

This research was based on a phenomenon that occurred when researchers saw that several pupils skipped the congregational lunchtime prayers. The execution of congregational prayers at this school is carried out in stages because the prayer room cannot accommodate all students. However, on the other hand, there is a gap in students' habituation in participating in congregational prayers at this school. This is proven by the fact that there are still some students who violate school rules (rules and regulations) such as not participating in congregational prayer activities, liking to come late, not being serious about carrying them out, some even deliberately skipping classes before time, and so on. The research type used in this essay is qualitative descriptive. The location of this study is MTsS Al-Manaar Batuhampar. The study included class VIII students as primary informants, with additional input from the school administration, student affairs representatives, and instructors. The author used documents, interviews, and observations to gather data. The author conducted an analysis of the data after its collection. Next, the author used data triangulation to confirm the accuracy of the data. According to the study's findings, it indicates that the congregational noon prayer is a program that has existed at MTsS Al-Manaar for a long time. The aim is to find out how midday prayers are carried out in congregation and also to know the supporting and inhibiting factors for carrying out congregational prayers. Supporting factors for carrying out congregational prayers are friendship, understanding of religion, motivation. The inhibiting factors are the environment, low student desire, and lack of facilities.

This research discusses the importance of educational character in preventing bullying in educational units. Character education is an educational system whose learning can influence everyone, especially education to demonstrate moral values, ethics and civic attitudes towards oneself and others. However, character education is currently a challenge in its implementation, especially with the rise of problems such as verbal and non-verbal bullying among students. Moreover, now the problem of bullying does not only occur in ordinary schools, but can also occur in international schools. One of the factors is a lack of ability to control behavior, an inability to manage emotions which ultimately triggers a desire for revenge in order to adapt to the environment. The strategies needed to overcome bullying include teacher sensitivity towards students, creating a safe atmosphere, forming an anti-bullying team, and conducting outreach about the dangers of bullying.

The aim of this study was to find the intimacy of the BDSM perpetrators in the IBS community and to see if intimacy in relationships can arise in couples who practice BDSM in their relationships. This study uses descriptive study, and the sample in this study using snowball sampling technique. It is known that there is a picture of intimacy of relationship owned by BDSM partner and partner in IBS community that is high of Knowledge, high of Caring, High of Interdependence, High Mutualitu, High of Trust and High of Commitmen`

Economic condition is an essential thing that needs to be considered as a reflection of fulfilling needs with a lifestyle that is in accordance with the separation between needs and desires. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic conditions of TikTok Shop users and their relationship to purchasing decisions. In addition, this study aims to determine purchasing patterns and consumer strategies in shopping activities. the method used is a quantitative approach with a questionnaire distributed through social media. The questionnaire contains four categories of questions that aim to determine purchasing patterns, shopping strategies, economic conditions and their relationship with purchasing decisions. This study reveals that the average income of Tiktokshop users belongs to the lower middle class. This condition affects consumer decisions in making purchases. On the other hand, with this income they do not feel burdened by living expenses. In addition, for some people economic conditions do not affect the pattern of their shopping activities.    

Motivation plays an important role in directing one's behavior in carrying out activities. The existence of motivation can arouse a person's enthusiasm to increase commitment to practice, with the aim of achieving the best results and fulfilling their own desires. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation of participants in participating in recreational sports activities at TSOT Outbound. This study uses descriptive research with survey methods. In this study, researchers used Ramdom sampling technique randomly with a sample of 20% of the population, so that the number of respondents taken was 30 respondents from a population of 150 participants. The results of this study indicate the average calculation for each type of motivation that intrinsic motivation consists of, the indicator of the benefits of exercising of 74.44% in the high category, the indicator of maintaining health of 82.08% in the very high category, the indicator of satisfaction exercising 77.5% in the high category, the indicator of relieving boredom of 72.5% in the high category, with a total total of 76.78% of intrinsic motivation. While extrinsic indicators consist of, friendship indicators 80.83% in the high category, location indicators 70.58% in the high category, cost indicators 73.33% in the high category, and weather indicators 71.04% in the high category, with a total amount of extrinsic motivation of 74.03%.

Sidodadi RT. 015/ RW. 020, Sudio Hamlet, Sidodadi Village, Candi District, Sidolarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely examining the reality that occurs in the research field. In this series of research activities, descriptive data is produced in the form of written words. Based on the research results, the application of production management for the Tempe Khollifah home industry has implemented five management functions in accordance with Henry Fayol's theory. However, the implementation of production management has not run optimally because the direction and control sections have not been carried out well.

The intense competition in the cafe business that is currently emerging has resulted in a problem often faced by business people, the first of which is a lack of attention to marketing strategies. "This is because in concept, one way to achieve business goals is to know what the needs and desires of consumers or target markets are and provide the expected satisfaction more effectively and efficiently than competitors" (Kolter and Keller, 2013: 18).

The research discusses the factors causing drug abuse cases and their countermeasures in Pohuwato Regency. The method used in the research is empirical with qualitative descriptive data analysis that describes and describes reality data in the field. Based on the results of the study, that the factors that cause drug abuse cases in Pohuwato Regency are internally derived from within a person. Where the inability to adjust and weak self-confidence so that the perpetrator is unable to control the desire to try and have experience with drugs that are expected to overcome the mental pressure he experiences. In the learning process, strategy is a determining factor in the success ok learning. With this strategy, it is hoped that learning can achieve optimal results as desired. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the Islamic Religious Education learning strategy at SDN Loksado, Loksado District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, can be said to have not been implemented well. This can be seen from the absence of strategies used by teachers in learning, and there are still factors that are less supportive, such as incomplete facilities, a school environment that is less supportive, and students' interest is still lacking.

During the period of compulsory education in Indonesia, which is 12 years, the government requires mathematics as the main subject of external learning which will continue to have an impact on people's lives. The level of ability in a field of science must be measured to obtain valid data for the development of education in Indonesia. The use of Sagemath Mathematics Software in schools in Indonesia is not surprising at this time, technological developments have made the use of Sagemath Mathematics Software commonplace. The research method used in this research uses a literature study research method where researchers research the results of previous research. In groups There were 55.88% of experiments that experienced an increase (normalized gain) in the high category and 44.22% were in the medium category. Meanwhile, the average increase (normalized profit) in this group was 0.71, which is included in the high category. The results of this study concluded that students' abilities in mathematical computational thinking on Sagemath software are very high, this is due to several factors between the tendencies of students' desires and creativity of the teaching profession. Students' computing abilities when using Sagemath software can be done through students' mathematical algorithm features.    

Mills is a sports brand that also offers a wide range of products with the lastest quality and technology, whict naturally piques the interest of the public in Mills and generates purchasing intent among consumers towards Mills’ products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of Mills’ Instagram content on purchase intent. The theories utilized in this study include Hermawan’s 2012 marketing communication theory, as well as Kotler & Keller’s Attention, Interest, and Desire theory on the Purchase Intent variable. Miles’2014 theory is applied to the Instagram Content variable, encompassing profile name, comments or feedback, and captions or descriptions. This researh adopts a quantitative approach through a survey method conducted on 85 respondents who follow @millssportid on instagram, selected using simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate a high influence of 73,9% of Mills’ instagram content on purchase intent, with the remaining 26,1% influenced by unexamined variables in this research.

Islamic education plays an important role in developing learners holistically, including in increasing their motivation in reading the Qur'an. This article highlights the strategies of Islamic Education teachers at SMAN 2 Sungai Limau in improving students' motivation to read the Qur'an. In the context of qualitative research, the strategies implemented by teachers include giving rewards, repetition, wise punishment, awakening students' desire, and intensive guidance. The results show that these strategies are effective in increasing students' interest and enthusiasm in reading the Qur'an, although there are still some inhibiting factors such as lack of motivation from general subject teachers and the influence of the family environment. However, cooperation between teachers, parents, and the environment is expected to significantly strengthen students' motivation in reading the Qur'an.

This research  is motivated by the community  that  is currently dependent on  the  facilities provided by the internet  , with the  facilities provided by   the  internet   the community is able to meet  everything The desired needs, one of which is  online  shopping transactions.The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between price discounts and  hedonic shopping motivation on impulse purchases in consumers Shoppe_id students FEB PGRI University Semarang class of  2017  /2019. In conducting this research,  researchers are guided by  previous studies and the research method used is quantitative  research with the determination of data  sources using non-probability  sampling and accidental samling, for the  validity of the  data  researchers  took from the Student Administration Bureau which had been processed by researchers using SPSS 26. The results of  the analysis in  this study stated that the price discount (X1) sig value of 0.035 which means that  the price discount have a significant effect  on impulse buying (Y),  while for hedonic shopping  motivation (X2) shows a sig  value of 0.000 which means motivasi   hedonic shopping  has a significant influence on impulse buying (Y).
