The community needs to participate in the formation of the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities. By looking at the various problems that occur regarding Community Participation in the Formation of Draft Laws, the prevalence of Draft Laws does not realize community participation in the formation process, especially the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities. This raises issues and questions regarding community participation in the formation of the Draft Law on Indigenous Peoples, whether it has been implemented or not. Arnstein stated that community participation is synonymous with community power (citizen participation is citizen power). This research aims to determine, describe and analyze Community Participation in the formation of the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities. This research uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The research and research results use Arnstein's theory, namely delegated power, that the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities is included in the Delegated Power stage (delegated power). Therefore, the urgency of community participation in the formation of the Draft Law on Customary Law Communities is very important.

Caries is a disease of hard tooth tissue, namely enamel, dentin and cementum, which is caused by the activity of microorganisms in fermentable carbohydrates. Federation Dental International (FDI) and WHO target that at least 50% of children aged 5-6 years should be free from dental caries in every country. The results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Risksdas) show that the prevalence of cavities in early childhood is still very high, namely around 93%. This means that only 7% of Indonesian children are free from dental caries (Ministry of Health, 2021). This article aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the mother's education level with the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children at the Bukit Damai PAUDHI Kindergarten, Maluk District. The research method for this article is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is parents, guardians of students at HI BukitDamai PAUD Kindergarten in Maluk District, Kab. West Sumbawa, NTB as many as 20 parents/guardians of students. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Also, there is a significant relationship between maternal education level and the occurrence of dental caries in pre-school children with a p-value of 0.011 (<0.05). It is hoped that there will be a need for intensive dental and oral health checks on pre-school aged children, as well as providing counseling to mothers of toddlers, especially pre-school aged children.

Abstract: Osteoarthritis is a cause of disability in the elderly where its prevalence will increase along with the increasing life expectancy of the global population (Sacitharan, 2019). According to the World Health Organization in 2013, it is estimated that by 2050 people aged over 60 years will account for more than 20% of the world's population, of which 15% have symptoms of Osteoarthritis, while a third experience severe disability, namely being unable to carry out daily activities (Nos et al. , 2020). Impairments that arise include (1) pain felt around the knee joint and pain when bending the knee, (2) weakness of the muscles that drive the knee joint, (3) limited range of motion (LGS) of the knee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding TENS on Quadricep exercise settings to reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. The data collection method used a quasi-experimental design with a pre and post design with a control group design. The data collected was tested for normality with Shapiro Wilk. Normal distribution, effect test using paired t-test. The results of the paired t-test obtained a value of p = 0.0001 (p <0.05) in pain and obtained a value of p = 0.0002 (p <0.005) an increase in functional activity in the treatment group I. The treatment group II obtained a value of p = 0.0004 (p <0 .05) in pain and 0.0003 (p<0.05) increased functional activity. The conclusions obtained from this study are 1) Quadricep setting exercise can reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. 2) The addition of TENS to Quadricep exercise settings can reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

World Health Organization (WHO) approximates 1.28 billion individual suffers hypertension, with 46% of them does not realize it, and only 1 of 5 hypertensive individual has their blood pressure controlled. Hypertension prevalence is still relatively high in the elderly population who live in nursing home. This is one of the main health adversities that often happens and should not be underestimated due to its risk of complications. Uncontrolled blood pressure is one of the main risk factor to the global disease burden and total of global death, contributing up to 9,4 millions of deaths (8,5% of the global total) annually. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the community about hypertension in elderly who lives in nursing home to increase the quality of life and reducing the cost burden of therapies and treatments. We use PDCA activity method to ensure the program could run smoothly and efficiently. This activity included 34 elderly respondents of the St Fransiscus Community with the mean age of 4 (11,8%) years. We found that 4 (11,8%) of the respondents have uncontrolled blood pressure. With the implementation of this program, it is hoped that the public awareness of elderly hypertension and its prevention is increased, so that there will be increase of quality of life for the elderly in the future and relieving the economical burden.
