The implementation of PMK 66 Tahun 2023, also known as the Natura tax regulation, has sparked debate. On one hand, some view it as an excessive effort by the state to pursue tax revenue. On the other hand, others see it as the state's endeavor to achieve collective well-being. This study analyzes the 2023 PMK 66 based on the theory of hierarchical legal norms (Stufenbau) to understand the alignment of PMK with the overarching legal standards, particularly Indonesia's foundational philosophy, Pancasila. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve social justice for all Indonesian citizens, primarily through the fair application of tax policies that prevent practices such as money laundering and other forms of tax fraud.

Article on cases of transactions via e-commerce and online transportation using UUITE No. 19 of 2016, and UUPK no. 8 of 1999. This regulation has not been able to meet increasingly dynamic market conditions and very sharp competition in the business world, so it has not been able to provide legal certainty to consumers. Problems in the fintech P2P lending sector use the legal basis of POJK No. 77 of 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. Regarding this regulation, it is still subjective, so it cannot provide protection to customers. In fact, there are still many illegal fintech loans found, thus outside the responsibility and authority of the OJK. Novelty: trends obtained from previous research regarding consumer legal protection. Future Research Agenda: conducting a study on the future of law in the digital economy era regarding obstacles in harmonizing various regulations.

This article aims to review and attempt to inform the concept of the role of monetary policy in the economy. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded in general that the role of monetary policy in the economy is to keep economic conditions growing and conductive, to create sufficient money supply so that growth can always be in harmony with the course of development which requires strong discipline among monetary authorities and also on the government side and overseeing the development of foreign currency receipts and supervising activities in the foreign sector ( exports and imports). Activities in this sector are very easy to cause inflation in the country, because the price of law materials always fluctuates. Thus, revenues from export activities always experience irregular changes.

The village fund is the origin of the APBN funds that are given to the village, transferred to the APBD district/city, and used to pay for the upkeep of government, the implementation of development, the development of civil society, and community empowerment. According to the regulations of the Finance Minister, the Minister of Village, Desert Village Development, and Transmigration sets priorities for the use of village money. The 2020 PDTT Permendes No. 13 on priority use of the village fund in 2021 specifies the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as the top priority for the use of village finances. There are issues with the preparation and prioritisation of the village fund of the government of Kadongdong Village, which results from the lack of participation by all members of the community and the village government's lack of transparency towards the public. As a result, the public lacks understanding of how and what the priority programme of the nation's funds is. Based on the occurrence, researchers are eager to learn more about Kadongdong village in Garut's Banjarwangi district's Analysis Success Implementation Policy Priority Fund Village. According to Edward III's thesis, the success of policy execution depends on four factors: communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research's findings indicate that Kadongdong Village's implementation of the village fund policy, which has been noted by researchers in the context of Kadong Dong Village, is not optimal. It is evident from this communication that the government of Kadongdong Village does not include the entire figure of the community in establishing the priority of the village fund.

This research was motivated by the results of observations by researchers who found that there were teenagers who still received less attention from their parents so that they had poor morals. One of them was a teenager who went against his parents because the mother did not give him money to buy a quota and then the child said cruel words and even pushed his mother to the ground. The aim of this research is to find out concretely whether there is an influence of parental attention on the morals of teenagers in Jorong Padang Tujuh District. West Pasaman Regency. The theories used in this research are the theory of parental attention and the theory of adolescent morals. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, the research plan used in this research is to use a correlational method. With a population of all Muslim teenagers aged 12-21 years (not married) in Jorong Padang Tujuh District. Pasaman Regency West Pasaman contains 137 people who will be taken as a sample of 25%, namely 34 people. The sampling technique used in this research was proportional random sampling. In this research, two instruments will be used, namely the parental attention instrument and the adolescent morals instrument. Based on the research results, it was obtained that r_count = 0.482, so the hypothesis was accepted which stated that there was a significant influence between parental attention and adolescent behavior, meaning that H_0 was rejected. This is because r_count = 0.482 which is in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599 so that the level of correlation between the two variables is included in the medium category. The influence of parental attention on adolescent morals can be seen from the coefficient of determination between variables X and Y which is KD = 23.23%. This figure shows that 23.23% of adolescent morals are determined by parental attention and the rest is determined by other factors.
