Islamic Micro Finance (IMF) has an important role in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia by providing inclusive financial access based on sharia. This study aims to analyze how the IMF contributes to poverty alleviation (SDG 1), increasing financial inclusion (SDG 9), reducing economic inequality (SDG 10), promoting sustainable economic growth (SDG 8) and improving financial education and awareness (SDG 4). The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature analysis and case studies from several sharia microfinance institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that the IMF through instruments such as qardhul hasan, mudharabah, musyarakah, and ZISWAF is able to provide financial solutions for poor community groups and micro businesses. In addition, the digitalization of sharia financial services further increases the IMF's reach in supporting financial inclusion. However, there are challenges that still need to be overcome, such as limited capital, low sharia financial literacy, and regulations that are not yet optimal. Therefore, strengthening regulations, sharia financial education and Islamic financial technology innovation are key strategies for optimizing the IMF's role in achieving the SDGs in Indonesia. This study provides an original contribution by highlighting the strategic role of Islamic Micro Finance in achieving SDGs in Indonesia through a sharia-based approach. The added value of this study lies in the integration between Islamic financial instruments and sustainable development goals, as well as the importance of digital innovation and financial education in the local context.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a highly strategic role in economic development in Indonesia. According to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, MSMEs contribute more than 60% to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employ nearly 97% of the total workforce. MSMEs also serve as the backbone of the national economy, particularly in creating new jobs and driving the economy in rural areas. Amidst the challenges of globalization and technological development, MSMEs are required to continuously adapt to compete in both domestic and international markets. With this program, it is hoped that MSMEs in Lewomada Village will not only be able to survive the competition but also thrive and become a driving force for the village economy. Furthermore, this program is also expected to encourage Lewomada Village to become a successful example of digital-based MSME development in rural areas. The goal of this activity is to equip participants from each MSME group with knowledge and expertise in marketing management and to provide them with the skills and knowledge to carry out their role as business actors professionally through digital marketing development strategies. MSMEs in Lewomada Village have significant potential for growth through digital marketing. Increased knowledge of social media, marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies provides new opportunities to reach a wider market and increase revenue. However, successful digital marketing implementation still faces challenges such as limited internet infrastructure, technical capabilities, and consistency in implementing digital marketing strategies. Technological advancements and digital transformation have significantly impacted business management, including the consulting sector. PQM Consultants faces challenges in managing inquiries, which are still manually handled using Microsoft Excel. This manual process results in fragmented data, delays in accessing information, input errors, and difficulties in real-time monitoring of inquiry statuses. These issues affect operational efficiency, data transparency, and timely decision-making.   This research focuses on developing a web-based inquiry management platform through the Design Thinking methodology, aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of inquiry handling at PQM Consultants. Adopting a qualitative case study approach, the study gathers insights through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document reviews involving consultants and support team members who are directly engaged in the inquiry process. Research participants consist of consultants and support team members directly involved in inquiry management. The study uses a Design Thinking approach, which focuses on solving problems through repeated refinement and actively involving users throughout the development process. This framework supports the development of creative solutions by deeply understanding user needs, defining key challenges, and continuously refining ideas through prototyping and testing (Costich 2021). The Empathize stage focuses on understanding user needs and challenges. The Define stage formulates the core problems specifically. The Ideate stage generates creative ideas as potential solutions. The Prototype stage develops an initial design of the platform, which is then tested during the Test stage to gather feedback for further refinement. The results indicate that the web-based inquiry management platform effectively addresses various challenges in managing inquiry data, such as access delays, input errors, and data fragmentation. The platform enables consultants to monitor inquiry statuses in real-time, access data transparently, and make faster and more accurate decisions.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so far can’t be underestimated because even though their businesses are relatively small, they have a tremendous impact on the country. MSMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy as shown by their contribution of more than 60% to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing almost 97% of the workforce, and to date the number of MSMEs has reached more than 64 million business units. Although MSMEs have the largest contribution to GDP, it does not automatically increase taxes. One of the problems that occurs is the contribution of tax revenue and the number of taxpayers from MSMEs is still very small. One of the common problems for MSMEs is the inability to prepare financial reports where some have made cash-based records (money in and money out), others have not made any records at all. In addition, another factor that causes MSMEs not to prepare financial reports is the lack of knowledge related to accounting so that they cannot make financial reports. The purpose of this service is to help MSME Aurora Gift to prepare financial reports so that they can be used for decision making.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an essential component of Indonesia's economic framework. MSMEs need to improve their business performance stability to maintain economic stability. This research aims to determine the influence of accounting information systems, financial literacy, and management accounting practices on MSME business performance in the city of Semarang. The population of this research is 187 MSMEs, with a sample of 100 MSMEs that have more than 5 employees (purposive sampling method). The findings show that the variables SIA (Accounting Information System) and PAM (Management Accounting Practices) have a significant positive impact on KB (Business Performance), indicating that any increase in these variables will enhance MSME business performance. Conversely, the LK (Financial Literacy) variable has a negative and insignificant impact on KB, indicating that many MSMEs do not fully understand financial literacy in terms of knowledge and benefits. However, LK and SIA have a significant positive impact on PAM, demonstrating that optimal PAM implementation supports MSME business performance. There is a significant positive indirect effect of LK and SIA on PAM and KB, highlighting the importance of financial literacy and accounting information systems in improving MSME business performance.

This study is motivated by the phenomenon that many micro and small business actors are trapped in easy online loans but pay high interest. In addition, in the business they own, product pricing is oriented towards general conditions so that labor costs are rarely taken into account. As a result, they often make mistakes in measuring business productivity which ultimately leads to business decline. The problems that are often faced are more in financial management due to low financial literacy, lack of experience in finance and lifestyle. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial experience and lifestyle on the financial management behavior of MSE’s actors. Data were obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents which were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that financial literacy, financial experience have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior while lifestyle does not have a significant effect on financial management behavior.

The competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia often faces obstacles due to limited product packaging that fails to adequately reflect product quality, uniqueness, and brand identity. Packaging is not merely a protective container but also a strategic communication tool that influences consumer perceptions, shapes brand image, and supports market expansion. This community service program was carried out at the Banana Chips MSME “Bu Tini” in Semarang, which previously relied on simple plastic packaging without graphic design, brand logo, or product information. The main objective of this program was to assist the MSME in developing both the design and functional aspects of packaging as a strategic effort to strengthen branding, enhance product value, and improve competitiveness. The methodology applied was community-based and participatory, consisting of field observation, focus group discussions, collaborative design with the business owner, and prototype testing of new packaging. The results demonstrate that the redesigned packaging highlights a stronger visual identity through logos, colors, and slogans, while also ensuring practicality, durability, and compliance with food safety standards. Furthermore, the new packaging improved information clarity regarding composition, expiration date, and producer details, which significantly increased consumer trust in hygiene and quality. From a broader perspective, the activity fostered social transformation by raising awareness among the owner and workers about the importance of branding and professional packaging, developing new skills, and positioning the MSME as a role model for similar businesses in the community. This program implies that packaging development is not solely a visual improvement but a strategic branding instrument that can support MSMEs in achieving sustainability and greater competitiveness in local, regional, and potentially digital markets.
