Trauma healing programs for child victims of violence are crucial because they can help them recover physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Children who experience sexual violence are at risk of experiencing long-term trauma that impacts their mental and social development. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Trauma Healing Program for child victims of sexual violence, which was implemented by the Pekanbaru City Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Community Empowerment (DP3APM) in 2023. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews. Seven informants participated in this study: the Head of DP3APM, the Head of the UPT PPA, community members, and a psychiatrist. This study found that the trauma healing program encompasses three main stages. First, the security and stabilization stage (establishing safety), carried out by providing compassionate therapy and support to the victim's parents. Second, the remembering and grieving stage (remembering and grieving), carried out by gathering information from the victim and providing healing therapy to restore their mental state. Third, the connecting and integrating stage (reconnection), which helps victims accept their condition and return to normal life. For victims whose condition remains unstable, the healing program will continue. The main obstacle to implementing this program is budget constraints, particularly for logistical needs such as accommodation, food, and transportation. Despite this, the trauma healing program conducted by the Pekanbaru DP3APM has been well-implemented and has provided victims with a gradual and structured response and recovery effort. The main obstacle to implementing this program is budget constraints, particularly in providing facilities such as housing, daily meals, and transportation.

As global pressure for decarbonizing the maritime sector intensifies, ports worldwide, including in Indonesia, are facing demands to transform into green ports. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the multidimensional challenges and complex stakeholder dynamics in the implementation of the green port concept in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on a documentary study, this research integrates Stakeholder Theory and Institutional Theory to dissect the interactions among actors and the external pressures shaping sustainability strategies. The main findings indicate that the green transition in Indonesian ports is hindered by three primary challenges: (1) economic constraints related to high investment and operational costs, (2) socio-economic trade-offs that risk impeding regional economic growth, and (3) fragmented governance among government institutions. Stakeholder analysis identifies fundamental conflicts of interest among the government, port operators, the private sector, and local communities. The implication of this research is the need for a shift from showcase projects to a holistic, systemic transformation, supported by a robust multi-stakeholder governance platform and effective incentive schemes to encourage widespread adoption of green technology.

In the curcumin compound there are aromatic compounds that have electronic spins on each side of the benzene. In previous research, the concentration of curcumin and H2O as coatings on copper coils could provide physical changes to the characteristics of copper coils, namely increasing the strength of the magnetic field and increasing the electric current in the coil. The fuzzification process can be described using membership variables with concentrations of curcumin and H2O as input, magnetic field strength and current as output. It is known that the greatest concentration of curcumin indicates increased magnetic field strength and electric current. Simulation of the aromatic spin on the curcumin compound as an Op Amp shows that the highest curcumin concentration value results in an increase in the output voltage (Vout).

GoSend as an instant delivery service from Gojek plays an important role in meeting the demand for fast and reliable delivery. However, there are still challenges in terms of service quality, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness in the digital logistics industry. This study analyzes GoSend's electronic service quality attributes using the Kano Model to identify the factors that most influence customer satisfaction. The quantitative method is applied through a survey of 206 GoSend users in Semarang, with the integration of E-Servqual indicators and Kano Model attributes. The results of the study show that most service attributes fall into the "Indifferent" category, meaning they do not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, attributes such as transaction data security and item conditions fall into the "One-Dimensional" category, so improvements in these aspects can increase customer satisfaction. The analysis of the Extent of Satisfaction (EOS) and Extent of Dissatisfaction (EOD) shows that responsiveness to complaints and service personalization still need to be improved. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations that can be given are increasing customer service responsiveness, optimizing compensation policies, and strengthening security systems to increase customer trust. The integration of the Kano Model with E-Servqual provides a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of digital logistics services while also being a guide for GoSend in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty amidst increasingly fierce competition.

MotoGP is an international motorcycle racing event that attracts global attention and impacts various sectors, including the logistics sector. One important aspect of the MotoGP event is temporary imports, such as motorcycles, spare parts, and supporting equipment. This study aims to explore how to handle temporary imports using ATA Carnet in MotoGP cargo imports and identify challenges and solutions during the MotoGP cargo handling process. The method used is qualitative, with primary data obtained through observations and interviews, and secondary data from written sources, films, images, and monumental works. The data analysis techniques applied include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with data validity tested using triangulation techniques and sources. The study results show that handling MotoGP cargo with temporary import status differs from general cargo, as it involves customs procedures and requires special documents such as ATA Carnet, Customs Notification of Special Economic Zones (PPKEK), and Temporary Import Permits for exemption from entry fees. The handling process must be performed quickly to save time, given the limited period for temporary imports before re-export. However, Customs personnel still face challenges related to the attachment of customs seals, so the company needs to evaluate the recruitment and training processes of workers. The solution is coordination between PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics and Customs for the addition of officers.
