Progress over time often becomes a problem for the existence of traditions and culture in various regions in Indonesia. Ngelemang is one of the local traditions in the Lampung area, which still exists despite the erosion of its existence due to the inevitable modern trend. This research aims to examine the elements and values of Piil Pesenggiri which researchers limit to the value of sakai sambayan in the ngelemang tradition in the Way Mengaku community, West Lampung. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach, through observation, interviews, and documentation and by supplementing with references from related journal articles. The results of the research show that although the ngelemang tradition is still carried out, there is a decline in community participation, especially the younger generation, due to changes in lifestyles that are more individualistic. However, the value of sakai sambayan is still strongly held because this tradition prioritizes togetherness and mutual respect in its implementation. The recommendation from this research is that more efforts are needed to strengthen the inheritance of traditions to the younger generation and increase community involvement in preserving this culture.

Coffee Shop initially only provided a place to drink coffee and tea quickly. This research is in line with the Stimulus Organism Response (S-O-R) theory where in essence, good and appropriate sales promotions and service quality can also cause good reactions from consumers, namely loyalty from consumers themselves, and vice versa, if sales promotions and The quality of the service provided is poor so it gets less reaction from consumers, namely consumers do not become loyal to Coffeeshop. This research aims to find out how much sales promotions at Chinoss Coffeespace can influence consumer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research methods, survey methods. The population in this study are consumers who have a loyalty card from Chinos Coffeeshop. In this sample, researchers took a sample of 154 consumers. And also to find out how much the quality of service at Chinoss Coffeespace can influence consumer loyalty. From the results obtained from the Chinoss owner, 1000 cards have been distributed to customers, where each customer must collect 4 cards to be able to exchange them and get a tumbler prize. That the coefficient of determination is 0.812 or equal to 81.2%, this means that variable X1 and Variable X2, in this case Sales Promotion and Customer Quality in the case of Chinoss Coffeespace, can influence variable Y, namely Consumer Loyalty. After the data was processed using the SPSS version 25 application, the researcher knew that the calculated F value of 325.660 had a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, because the significance value in this research is 0.000 which is smaller than the standard significance of 0.05, we can conclude that variables X1 (sales promotion) and X2 (service quality) have an influence on variable Y (Consumer Loyalty). It can be concluded that sales promotion as variable X1 and service quality as variable X2 influence consumer loyalty as variable Y for Chinoss Coffeespace consumers.

The relocation of Jakarta's capital to the National Capital Region (IKN) has sparked a heated debate in public policy circles. This article delves into the reasons why the House of Representatives (DPR) rejected the proposal, highlighting several key factors. The financial aspect was a major concern, given the high cost of building new infrastructure in IKN Nusantara, particularly in light of limited state funds and other development priorities. The social impact was also an important consideration, as population displacement, changes in lifestyle, and economic uncertainty were among the many potential consequences of moving the capital. Additionally, environmental issues such as ecosystem damage and increased pollution were also significant points of concern. Political stability was another crucial factor in the DPR's decision, as the potential disruption to stability caused by the move would need to be carefully assessed. The DPR has emphasized the importance of broad public consultation to ensure that any proposed relocation is supported by the community. An article highlights South Africa's successful capital relocation as an example of effective planning, strong public participation, and the resolution of infrastructure issues. These remarks can be applied to the Indonesian context to achieve a successful relocation.
