Intestinal diseases caused by transmission from worms as a source of helminthiasis generally occur in areas with subtropical and tropical climate conditions which have a wet climate and lack of awareness among the public regarding maintaining health and sanitation of the surrounding environment. Around 60 percent of Indonesians experience worm infections. The largest age group is 5-14 years old. The prevalence figure is 60 percent, 21 percent of which attack elementary school age children. This disease can be spread by eggs in human waste found in soil and water, therefore awareness of clean and sanitary living is very influential, the process or pattern of feces disposal is also very influential in the spread of this worm. The high rate of soil contamination by Ascaris, which reaches >70%, can also be caused by feces that are thrown anywhere, such as in bushes or around houses close to where you live.  Preventing recurrent infections is very important by practicing clean and healthy living habits such as avoiding contact with soil that may be contaminated with human feces, washing hands with soap and water before handling food, protecting food from soil and washing or heating food that falls on the floor. Several researchers have shown that school age is a group that is often affected by worm infections because they are often in contact with soil. Apart from the government, the role of teachers and parents is very important in providing understanding or knowledge about worms so that they are more disciplined. The aim of community service is to provide knowledge and understanding to class IV/A students at SD N Pannara regarding the dangers of worms and how to prevent them and administer worm medicine.

Education is a very important means of creating the best possible human resources. It should be done seriously and responsibly. In order to make education a success, teachers must be able to foster students' disciplined attitudes, especially self-discipline. TPQ Mambaa`ul `Ulum Seketeng Sumbawa Besar is one of the educational institutions that researchers view as a madrasah diniayah which implements habituation methods in the educational process, one of which is increasing children's discipline in performing the five daily prayers. Applying the habituation method to improve the discipline of praying five times a day is certainly not easy and has obstacles, especially if it is applied to elementary or middle school level children who are still teenagers. However, in this way, ustadz and Koran teachers must find solutions to these obstacles so that the aim of implementing the habituation method can be achieved. That is why most of the TPQ Mamba`ul `ulum students are very concerned about the discipline of praying five times a day. Based on our observations and reality in the field, one of the inhibiting factors and obstacles is that children at home are not instructed by their parents to pray in congregation.

PTK is an activity that involves testing an idea in practice, which can improve and increase the quality of the teaching and learning process. The application of the PBL model was able to improve student learning outcomes, especially in biology subjects with plant tissue material for class XI students at SMA N 2 Langowan. During the pre-cycle, the average value was 5.7. In cycle I, it climbed to an average value of 7.3. In cycle II, it further increased to an average value of 8.4. This article is constructed around the discoveries made during the research, where it was found that the character of love for one's country is not yet fully implied in the souls of students. There are still many students who lack discipline in doing and submitting assignments, not only that, there are also many students who speak inappropriately and are impolite to their classmates and those above them, and never care about friends who are experiencing difficulties. The role of learning media is very crucial in helping students understand learning material. To develop learning materials, of course learning media is needed as a supporting tool when learning takes place, with learning media being able to develop material on cultural diversity to increase love for the country, especially focused on class students.
