Digital transformation has brought significant changes to education, revolutionizing the way knowledge is accessed, shared, and disseminated. It has provided a wealth of opportunities for innovation, convenience, and accessibility in learning. However, the rapid shift to digital platforms presents several challenges that may hinder the development of students’ critical thinking and exacerbate educational inequalities. Among these challenges are the digital divide, filter bubbles, and echo chambers, which can negatively impact students’ perspectives and deepen the educational gap between urban and rural areas. This research aims to analyze the effects of digital transformation on education, with a particular focus on Islamic education. It also explores the role of filter bubbles and echo chambers in shaping students' insights and understanding of various issues. The research method used is library research, involving the collection and analysis of literature from various scholarly sources such as Sinta, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar. The findings of the study highlight that digital transformation has facilitated the learning process through platforms like Google Classroom and Zoom, making education more accessible. However, it also introduces challenges, such as the spread of misinformation and hoaxes, which are amplified by filter bubbles and echo chambers. From an Islamic educational perspective, digital transformation aligns with the principles of seeking knowledge and justice. However, the digital divide contradicts the Islamic value of equal access to education for all. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve digital literacy, provide equitable infrastructure, and promote cross-perspective collaboration to create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment. The findings aim to guide policymakers and educators in shaping better educational strategies.

Social media is one of the communication tools that has become an integral part of everyday life, especially for teenagers and the younger generation. This study focuses on the TikTok application. TikTok can affect children's moral character. Strong moral education is very important to protect children from the negative impacts of TikTok. This research method adopts a qualitative approach with a focus on in-depth interviews with students of SMA Negeri 10 Medan. The results of the study show that the use of TikTok among students at SMA Negeri 10 Medan has positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts include increased creativity, skills, and self-confidence, while the negative impacts include gadget addiction, the spread of age-inappropriate content, and academic disruption. Teachers' efforts to overcome these negative impacts involve education, supervision, and the use of TikTok for more positive purposes. Thus, it is important for students at SMA Negeri 10 Medan to use TikTok wisely and responsibly, and to understand the moral values ​​that are important in everyday life.

Nikah siri is a marriage conducted without official state registration, resulting in significant legal implications for women and children. Religiously, this type of marriage is considered valid; however, from the perspective of state law, the lack of official registration causes women to lose their rights as wives, such as financial support, inheritance rights, and legal protection within the household. Additionally, women in nikah siri marriages do not have a strong legal basis to file for divorce or claim their rights in court. Meanwhile, children born from nikah siri marriages only have a civil relationship with their mother, making it difficult for them to obtain a birth certificate that includes their father's name, inheritances, and rights to care and education from their father. This study aims to analyze the impact of nikah siri on women's and children's rights from a legal perspective and examine the role of itsbat nikah as a legal instrument in providing certainty and protection for affected women and children. This research employs a literature study method with content analysis of various legal texts and related regulations. The findings indicate that the absence of official registration for nikah siri leads to legal uncertainty, resulting in the loss of various rights for women and children. Itsbat nikah serves as a crucial solution to provide legal recognition and protection for those affected. Therefore, official marriage registration is essential to prevent various legal issues that could harm women and children within Indonesia’s legal system.

This study examines the relationship between interest rates, inflation, and investment, as well as their impact on economic growth. High interest rates tend to hinder investment by increasing capital costs, while uncontrolled inflation can create economic uncertainty that negatively affects investment decisions. Based on the Fisher Effect concept, the nominal interest rate is the sum of the real interest rate and the expected inflation rate, indicating that changes in inflation directly influence central bank interest rate policies. An analysis of various journals reveals that interest rates have a negative relationship with investment, while inflation can have both positive and negative effects depending on its level. If inflation remains stable, investment tends to increase; however, if inflation is too high, purchasing power declines, and investors seek safer assets. On a macroeconomic scale, healthy investment is a key factor in driving economic growth, as it contributes to job creation and increased production. Therefore, a balanced monetary policy is essential to maintaining inflation stability, interest rates, and investment growth to ensure sustainable economic development.

This research aims to find out the factors that caused the bankruptcy of PT Sritex and to find out the impact caused by the closure of PT Sritex as of March 2025. The research method used in this research is the normative method with reference to Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. The results showed that there were several factors that caused the bankruptcy of PT Sritex, namely unmanageable debt, the failure of the peace agreement, and the covid-19 pandemic which caused losses to PT Sritex. After being declared bankrupt by the Semarang Commercial Court, the creditors' meeting in bankruptcy agreed that there was no going concern for PT Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex), so that the next process continued to debt settlement. Therefore, the impact caused by the closure of PT Sritex, namely the impact on PT Sritex employees, the textile industry, and PT Sritex creditors.

This thesis aims to determine the competition of the Tifany mini market business with other modern markets in Muara Bulian sub-district and to determine the marketing strategy of the Tifany Mini Market to survive the competition of the modern market in Muara Bulian sub-district. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews, documentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research conclusions obtained from interviews with informants revealed that, 1) the competition in the retail business in the city of Muara Bulian Jambi is indeed very tight, this is because more modern retailers have emerged such as Alfamart and Indomart, so that retailers from the area themselves must be ready to compete, 2) What makes the Tifany Mini Market survive in the midst of the booming modern retail business is in the success of the Tifany Mini Market, the first thing to do is to maintain product quality, in addition to the quality of service and trust in consumers for loyal customers are allowed to be in debt so that consumers remain loyal to the Tifany Mini Market. In addition, continuing to add appropriate and more adequate facilities so that customers feel safe and comfortable when they are in the store and supported by a strategic location makes the Tiffany Mini Market able to successfully survive and compete amidst the booming retail business.

PayLater services are increasingly popular as a payment method that offers ease of transactions and financial flexibility for its users. However, this convenience can also increase consumptive behavior that has the potential to affect individual financial stability. This study aims to analyze the impact of PayLater service on consumption interest and lifestyle of PT Tripatra employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to PT Tripatra employees who use PayLater services. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistical tests and linear regression to measure the relationship between PayLater usage, consumption behavior, and financial stability. The results showed that the PayLater service provided significant benefits in the ease of transactions and increased employee purchasing power. However, there is a positive correlation between the use of this service and an increase in consumptive behavior, including impulse purchases. This has the potential to reduce individual financial stability in the long run, especially for those who lack good financial literacy. Uncontrolled use of PayLater services can increase financial risk. Therefore, awareness and good financial literacy are needed so that the benefits of this service can be optimized without causing negative impacts. As a recommendation, companies are advised to provide financial education to their customers. 

In supporting the progress of an airport, there needs to be infrastructure development and expansion, such as airside expansion. Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport has expanded its airside such as runway, taxiway, and apron. The expansion of the airside aims to increase flight capacity, improve flight operational safety, improve flight operational efficiency, and support tourism in Sumbawa Besar. This study uses a qualitative research method with primary data collection through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data through documents related to airside expansion. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study was conducted at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport. The results of the study show that there is an expansion of the airside at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport, such as the runway, taxiway, and apron which has been carried out in several years. This airside expansion has a positive impact on flight operations. Where the impact is an increase in the number of passengers, increasing flight capacity and adding flight routes, as well as increasing flight security and safety at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport..

Dengan menganalisis literatur dari artikel jurnal, prosiding konferensi, dan laporan industri, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak Blackbox.ai terhadap kinerja website, pengalaman pengguna, dan efisiensi pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Blackbox.ai meningkatkan otomatisasi dalam penulisan kode, mengoptimalkan proses desain, dan mempercepat pengembangan website. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam integrasi, kustomisasi, dan adaptasi terhadap berbagai platform. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Blackbox.ai menawarkan banyak manfaat, diperlukan penyempurnaan dan penerapan strategis untuk memaksimalkan potensinya dalam pengembangan website. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembang, pelaku industri, dan akademisi mengenai peran kecerdasan buatan dalam pengembangan website modern.

This study analyzes the psychological impact of the armed conflict in Yemen by comparing urban and rural populations through a systematic review and meta-analysis of 47 published studies (N=28,463) from 2015 to 2024. The analysis reveals a significantly higher prevalence of PTSD in the urban population (42.8%, 95% CI [39.2-46.4]) compared to the rural population (31.5%, 95% CI [28.1-34.9], p<.001). In addition, multilevel regression analysis indicates a strong correlation between the level of exposure to conflict and the severity of depressive symptoms (r=.68, p<.001) and anxiety (r=.72, p<.001) in both populations. Additionally, when examining specific urban risk factors, calculations indicate that population density (OR=1.86, 95% CI [1.54-2.18]) and loss of infrastructure (OR=1.73, 95% CI [1.45-2.01]) are significant. Moreover, geographic isolation (OR=1.92, 95% CI [1.67-2.17]) and limited access to mental health services (OR=2.14, 95% CI [1.89-2.39]) also demonstrate prominent risk factors, thereby emphasizing the predominance of specific urban risk factors in rural areas. These findings contrast with the research conducted by Le & Nguyen (2023) and Carpiniello (2023), which focused solely on general impacts; thus, the novelty of this research lies in its success in identifying distinct patterns of psychological trauma based on geographic characteristics. In addition, this study successfully reveals the differing mediating mechanisms of social support between urban (β=-.42, p<.001) and rural (β=-.28, p<.01) populations in mitigating the impacts of the Yemeni war trauma.

Village development is one of the main focuses in efforts to improve community welfare in Indonesia. Through Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, the government gives villages more authority to manage resources and implement development programs that suit the needs of local communities. This research aims to analyze the impact of village development programs on community welfare, using statistical data and relevant case examples. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research reveals the relationship between the implementation of village development programs and improving community welfare, as well as the challenges faced in their implementation.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan poin utama dalam pembangunan bangsa, salah satunya adalah mengurangi angka pengangguran dengan berwirausaha. Dilakukannya studi ini guna untuk menunjukkan bagaimana motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan kewirausahaan pendidikan berdampak pada minat wirausaha Gen Y di Kecamatan Rembang. Generasi ini  lahir dari tahun 1980 hingga 2000, tinggal di Kecamatan Rembang dan ingin menjadi wirausahawan. Metode pengambilan sampel digunakan secara purposive. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi: 1) generasi milenial kelahiran tahun 1980-2000 dan memiliki minat dalam usaha; dan 2) generasi milenial yang tinggal di Kecamatan Rembang. Data dianalisis dengan pengolahan analisis regresi linier berganda di alat bantu SPSS 24. Penelitian ini memiliki temuan, dimana semua faktor bebas yang dieliti yang terdiri dari variabel motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan wirausaha masing-masing memberi dampak positif pada minat wirausaha generasi milenial di Kecamatan Rembang. Variabel motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan wirausaha dalam model  riset ini hanya dapat mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha sebesar 37,4%, dan sebab-sebab lain menjelaskan 62,6%.

This research aims to analyze the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration on the risk-return profile of the investment portfolio of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The research employs a quantitative method with a case study approach, utilizing historical data from the period 2017-2021. The data is analyzed to identify the relationship between ESG scores and portfolio returns, as well as portfolio risk. Regression analysis and t-test are employed to test the research hypotheses. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between ESG integration and the investment portfolio's return of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The regression coefficient of 0.154 indicates that each one-point increase in the ESG score will result in an average increase of 0.154% in the investment portfolio return.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth on demand for food purchases using Go-Food with brand trust as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 100 respondents obtained through a sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is announced to respondents after which the data results are processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is used in the SmartPLS V.4 analysis test. The results of this study show that the impact of electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchase intention, while brand trust has no effect on electronic word of mouth and interest in purchasing food using Go-Food among Uin Walisongo Semarang students.

ABSTRACT The growth of the both traditional and fast-food culinary sector has been rapid and to maintain consumer satisfaction, it is a crucial factor for determining the progress of culinary business growth. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the influence of prices, promotions, and quality of service on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires and it was analysed by using the double linear regression. The research findings indicate that the factors of price, promotion, and quality of service affect significant impact on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. Through the partial test, it revealed that consumer satisfaction is significantly impacted by both promotion and quality of the service, while the price has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.   ABSTRAK Perkembangan industri kuliner terjadi dengan sangat pesat dan tidak terbatas pada makanan tradisional, namun juga restoran cepat saji. Kepuasan konsumen menjadi indikator penting dalam menentukan arah pengembangan bisnis kuliner. Tujuan riset ini ialah guna menganalisis dampak harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Keluaran penelitian mengunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan secara simultan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Uji Parsial (Uji t) mendapati bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen sementara harga tidak mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen.

Artikel ini mengkaji culture shock yang dialami oleh mahasiswa program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) asal Jawa yang mengikuti program studi di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengalaman dan dampak culture shock terhadap mahasiswa dalam proses adaptasi budaya, sosial, dan akademik mereka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi partisipatif, studi ini menemukan bahwa mahasiswa asal Jawa mengalami berbagai tantangan budaya seperti perbedaan adat istiadat, bahasa, pola hidup, dan kebiasaan masyarakat setempat yang cukup berbeda dengan kehidupan mereka di Jawa. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar mahasiswa berhasil mengatasi kesulitan tersebut melalui proses pembelajaran sosial dan kultural yang mendalam. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan akademik dan sosial dalam mempercepat proses adaptasi bagi mahasiswa yang mengikuti program pertukaran antar daerah, serta memberikan wawasan tentang keragaman budaya Indonesia yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman pendidikan.

Sampai saat ini penyalahgunaan NAPZA menjadi permasalahan di berbagai kalangan. Salah satu tempat di Cirebon yang menjadi pusat rehabilitasi yaitu di IPWL Yayasan Putra Agung Mandiri. Banyak faktor dan dampak yang mempengaruhi korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA dalam mengkonsumsinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor dan dampak penyalahgunaan NAPZA terhadap perilaku sosial di masyarakat pada klien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui subjek penelitian 2 informan korban penyalahgunaan NAPZA (klien) dan 1 pekerja sosial sebagai konselor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku yang diberikan klien terhadap lingkungan sosial di masyarakat sangat berpengaruh pada penyalahgunaan NAPZA. Dari hal ini banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi klien terutama pada faktor lingkungan pertemanan. Dampak yang ditimbulkan juga sangat berpengaruh pada klien seperti perubahan fisik, emosional, depresi. Klien juga sampai sekarang masih mengkonsumsi NAPZA tetapi sudah berkurang dikarenakan telah menjadi proses rehabilitasi di IPWL Yayasan Putra Agung Mandiri, Kota Cirebon.

SDN 1 Bumi Waras merupakan sekolah yang memiliki kerentanan bencana yang tinggi sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan pertolongan pertama, evakuasi, dan penanganan darurat secara berkala dalam membangun sekolah yang aman bencana. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membentuk kesiapsiagaan terhadap tingginya risiko bencana sehingga dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif bencana terhadap kehidupan di lingkungan sekolah, baik secara individu maupun kolektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Community Capacity Building atau Peningkatan Kapasitas Komunitas dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan kapasitas masyarakat mengatasi masalah yang mereka hadapi. Dari observasi langsung pada kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemampuan dan kapasitas warga SDN 1 Bumi Waras dalam pertolongan pertama, evakuasi, dan penanganan kedaruratan, cara penggunaan peralatan P3K yang umum, membentuk karakter siswa yang tangguh, mandiri, dan peduli. Dengan mengikuti pelatihan pertolongan pertama, siswa dan warga sekolah dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam masyarakat dan berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keselamatan di lingkungan sekitar.
