This research aims to find out how good the financial performance is based on the current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The data processed is PT Astra Internasional Tbk financial report data for the 2018-2021 period. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is by copying financial report files. Technical data analysis uses quantitative descriptive methods with the formulas current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin. The results of this research show that the financial performance of PT Astra Internasional Tbk for the 2018-2021 period is reviewed from the current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin. So the author draws the conclusion that financial performance in terms of the current ratio and quick ratio is not good because the value is still below industry standards. Financial performance in terms of gross profit margin and net profit margin, the company's financial performance is also said to be not good because it is still below industry standards.

A company needs to pay attention to financial performance in order to see how far the company's position by analyzing financial statements. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk in 2018-2021 using the ratio of Gross profit Margin, Net Profit Margin and Return on assets. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative data taken secondarily from the balance sheet and income statement of PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk for 2018-2021. Samples were taken from the population according to the saturated sampling method. The results of research that has been done show that the financial performance of GPM and NPM are in a good state that is above the industry average standard, GPM shows a decline while NPM shows unstable fluctuations. The results of financial performance with ROE in poor condition because it is below the industry average standard with fluctuations that are also unstable.

Story face is an adaptation of story mapping. The main purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a significant difference in the reading performance of the students between those who are taught by using the story face strategy and who are taught without using the story face strategy. This study used the quantitative research method with quasi-experimental design. The population was 8th grade junior high school and the sample was 60 students. To collect the data, researcher used test and applied  SPSS 27 to analyze the data. It was found that there is a difference in scores between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group's pre-test score was 62.73, and the post-test score was 81.00. There was an increase after receiving the story face strategy treatment. In addition, the control group's score was 62.67, and the post-test was 72.93. The experimental group scored higher. T-test using an Independent Sample Test with Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 <0.050, so Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. T-table test results are df = 30+30-2=58. The researcher used the table of significant degree 5%, so the t-table was -1.671/+1.671. The t-test value surpassed the corresponding t-table value (5.380 > 1.671), and the p-value was 0.001, which is less than the significance level of 0.050. The results showed the effective application of the story face strategy in reading recount text. Students were able to improve their skills in reading comprehend with using story face strategy.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility and capital intensity on tax evasion by using research samples of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2020. Tax avoidance is a saving on the amount of tax payable, individual and corporate taxpayers use the weak points of existing tax rules, in carrying out their tax management. Tax avoidance is also associated with tax planning, both of them use legal means to reduce or even eliminate tax obligations, but from a tax policy point of view, neglecting tax avoidance practices can result in injustice and reduced efficiency of a tax system. . The results obtained from this study are that corporate social responsibility has a negative effect on tax evasion. Meanwhile, capital intensity has no effect on tax evasion. As time goes by, economic activity in Indonesia certainly experiences development, as does the development of increasingly modern technology. This development also spread to Islamic banking. The beginning of the development of the Islamic finance industry was initiated by the inspiration of the Indonesian people, who are predominantly Muslim. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the perception of the Kajen community is related to sharia-based savings services in the Pekalongan Regency area. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects from the Kajen community based on a representative principle. Source of data in this study using primary data by using interviews with informants. The results of this study are that people already understand the existence of sharia savings services. Sharia savings institutions in the community include BSI, Bank Muamalat, BTM, BMT, BTN. According to public perception, sharia savings services have attractive performance and friendly service. However, there are several obstacles in terms of opening sharia savings, namely the many requirements that must be met.      

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

This research is motivated by the influence of motivation and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Depok City. This is done to see how much the level of motivation and morale on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method because it is a method used to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Data collection technique through questionnaires distributed to 66 respondents using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. In analyzing the data, using Instrument Test, Classic assumption test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.652, which means that 65.2% of the contribution of the Variables of Motivation (X1) and Morale (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y). The conclusion from the data analysis above is that there is a positive and significant influence of Motivation and Work Enthusiasm on Employee Performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the City of Depok.

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance at PDAM Kolaka branch.  This research uses a quantitative method approach.  Data collection in this research used observation and questionnaires.  The population of this study were employees of PDAM Kolaka branch.  Meanwhile, the sample in this study amounted to 40 people.  Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0.  The data analysis technique used in this research is instrument model testing (outher model) and structural model testing (Inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.  Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Organizational Climate variable on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of 2.731 and the original sample of 0.369, while the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance as indicated by the T-statistic value of  3.605 with an original sample value of 0.416.

The aim of this research is to explain the influence of workload, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a saturated sample. The sample in this study was 31 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service. In this research, the results obtained were that workload, work stress and work motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Service.

This research is motivated by the ability of Islamic commercial banks to collect funds from the public to be channeled back to customers in the form of financing, where third party funds are one of the largest sources that can be collected by banks, so that these third party funds can affect the amount of financing to be distributed . The research method used is a quantitative research method, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with 44 research samples. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of BUS quarterly financial reports for the 2017-2019 period which are accessed and retrieved through the official website of each bank. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and path analysis.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect leadership style and motivation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is also intended to determine the effect of style leadership and motivation on performance through job satisfaction as a variable intervene directly and indirectly. This research is done to 50 employee respondents of Prima SR Hotel & Convention Yogyakarta. Method the research used is a quantitative method using statistical and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are (1) There is an influence of leadership style significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (2) there is a stylistic influence leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. (3) there is influence positive and significant work motivation on job satisfaction. (4) there is influence positive and significant work motivation on performance. (5) there is an influence positive and significant job satisfaction on performance. (6) the influence is not direct leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction greater than the direct influence of leadership style on performance employees (7) the direct effect of motivation on employee performance is greater rather than the indirect influence of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction.

This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all PT financial reports. Telkom and PT. Indosat published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia shows a superior position when compared to PT. Indosat. The trend graph illustrates that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has better performance compared to PT. Indosat. (1) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's Profitability Ratio is superior to PT Indosat in generating profits. (2) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Liquidity Ratio is far superior to PT. Indosat. (3) Solvency Ratio of PT. Indonesian Telecommunication is superior compared to PT. Indosat. Based on the research results, PT Indosat and PT. Telecommunication needs to make better strategy or policy changes to manage its assets, assets and debts so that it can provide better profits in the future.

This study aims to find out: (1)Effect Of Emotional Intelligence on Organisational Culture On The Nurse Nurse Performance(Study on Emergency on nurse performance (Study on emergency room and Intensive Care nurse of Benyamin Guluh hospital/kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). (2) Effect of Organizational Culture on Nurse Performance (Study on Emergency room and  Intensive Care Unit nurses of Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods.Data collection in this study through observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population of this study ware all emergency room and intensive care unit nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD. While the sampel of this study amounted to 30 nurses with the determination of the sample using purpositive sampling with hair formula. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.005.And the Organizational Culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.037.

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Banking, which acts as a financial middleman, is crucial to a country's economy. One definition of a bank is an entity whose primary business is to accept deposits from the general public and then make loans, savings accounts, and other financial products and services available to residents of the community in order to raise everyone's quality of living. People's credit banks (BPR) in Indonesia are financial institutions that conduct their operations in accordance with traditional banking practices and/or sharia law. This research set out to quantify the impact of external funding and risk management on the bottom lines of Indonesia's islamic rural banks. From the total sample size of 164 businesses, 46 were selected at random as representative of the banking sector. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 29) was used for all statistical analyses and data processing. Findings from the study include: (1) the insignificant impact of third-party funds on BPRS performance; (2) the insignificant negative impact of non-performing financing on BPRS performance; (3) the insignificant impact of the financing-to-deposit ratio on BPRS performance; and (4) the significant negative impact of operational costs on BPRS performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Karunia Ultima Kemasan. This study employs a quantitative approach and includes the entire population of employees at PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk. A saturated sample was used, comprising 76 employees of PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk, selected through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that workload and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
