Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The development of technology is now something that is universal and can be utilized in various human lives. One of them is in business. In this era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality of service. In this case, Eka Jaya Electronics Shop is used as a place of research, because in this place the system is still manual and not well managed, so that errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. Modern society is the result of joint relations between men and women. Nowadays, women’s subordination obstacle to women ‘s development and advancement. Women’s subordination as a kind of patriarchy system also deeper poverty. No progres of society without women activities. Empowering of women become a way to increase human security. The purpose is how to empower village women of Brujul, sub-district Jaten, Karanganyar regency. Increasing empowerment of village women is very important. It can develop and progress society in that village. There are three indicators of women empowerment: security, decision making and mobility. Method of this community service is meeting and discussion with the women of Brujul village. The result of this discussion that security of the women from Brujul still influenced by patriarchy system and lower education. Furthermore, the older married women had less power to increase their security. The younger married women with higher education have more power in decision making process of houshold and health. Higher education background can influence of women mobility. The women mobility also dependent upon how their family view women’s right. The result of this community service show that increasing knowledge about human right, human security and empowerment is very important for the women of Brujul village.Key words: women, empowerment, human security

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Display,Positive Emotion and Store Atmosphere toImpulse Buying.This study used accidental sampling method on the visitor AlfamartCitarum Raya Semarang. Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnairesto the visitors Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. The independent variablein this study is the Display of Positive Emotion and Atmosphere Store whilethe dependent variableis the Impulse Buying. The statistical methods used inthis study is the Multiple Linear Regression AnalysisThe results oft his study indicate that the variable Display and PositiveEmotion there is a significant effect on Impulse Buiyng. As for theAtmosphere Store variables showed no significant effect on Impulse Buying.The results of this study also showed that the value of R Square of 21.6%while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables that are notproposed in this study.

Abstract :as one the elements of democracy, kaw should be the foundation of transparent, accountable and responsive governance, establishment of an honest and fair, general election system, protection of human rights and the existence of a democratic and contident society. Law should be able as well to guarantee  that the state administrators transparently do obey the rule of law in exercising their tasks. Law enforcement within a state should correspondent to the ideal of law of nation concerned. Abstract : The increasing number of judicial review cases on acts/ordinances demanded by the public to the Court of Constitution has indicated an unsatisfactory  attitude concerning the contents of the acts/ordinances as they are in conflict with their rights. Several decision of the Court of Constitution accepted the judicial review claimed by the public  by abrogating article(s) or part of the act/ordinance could be seen as a category of the Court of Constitution’s authority to protect human rights. Nevertheless, in practice such a decision of the Court of Constitution cannot be implemented at once since law itself is a system.   Key words : Court of Constitution. Human rights.

Abstract: The right comes from human intellectuals covers three things, they are: works, invention, and brand. The exclusivity of intellectua lproperty rights ban people to multiply, publish, without permition. This comes from the individual and capitalistic thought from western culture. Abstract: The criminal conduct on human trafficking in Indonesia is a complex problem. Poverty and obsession of getting rich at once become the reasons why people are vulnerable to be exploited by the human trafficker. The victims of human trafficking are enforced to work in a long time and prone to suffer from physical, mental as well as sexual abuse. They also don’t have support and minimum protection from the outsider. Their health condition tends to suffer from sexual disease, alcohol and drug addiction. AbstractDespite the attention of human rights has existed since long, but the struggle to get legal protection in state constitution looks after the birth of Magna Charta in England in 1215 which is followed by Declaration of Independence in the United States of America in 1776 and Declaration des droits de “I” home et du citoyen in France in 1780. In Indonesia this right has received legal protection in 1945 Constitution, RIS Constitution, or Temporary Constitution, and become much stronger after the birth of MPR Decree Number XVII year 1998 which is followed by Act Number 39 year 1999 on Human Rights, Act Number 26 year 2000 on Human Rights Court which is followed by Amendment of 1945 Constitution which govern specifically Human Rights Chapter in chapter X A which consist of 10 articles. Even though human rights in Indonesia have evolved considerably, but when we look further there is still many weaknesses which contradict one and another. For example: Article 281 Amendment of 1945 Constitution and Article 4 Act of Human Rights which adheres the principle of non retroactive absolutely with Article 43:1 Act of Human Rights Court and Explanation of Article 4 Human Rights Act which adheres the principle of retroactive for gross violation of human rights.
