This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing and Personal Selling to Decision Purchasing Insurance Policy PT. Askrindo Sorong Branch. This study has two independen variables is Digital Marketing and Personal Selling, while the dependent variable is Decision Purchasing The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive approach using data analisys, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained by questioners that spread out to 60 customers of PT. Askrindo Sorong Branch which purchasing insurance policy (especially on Fire Insurance Policies). The sampling technique in this study is to purposive sampling approach. The result of the study concluded that Digital Marketing and Personal Selling partially and simultaneously had an effect on Decision Purchasing. The test results showed that the Personal Selling was the most dominant in this study. The coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.283 or 28,3% the independent variables of digital marketing and personal selling affect a 28,3% on the dependent variable. While for the rest, 71,7% influenced or explained by other variabels not include in this study.

The development of a Website-Based Sarto Sapi Kiosk Sales System in writing this thesis is carried out to improve efficiency and service quality in the process of selling Sarto Sapi kiosk products, and to explain the importance of adopting website technology in the sales business to increase accessibility and convenience for customers. The goal of this development is to create a sales system that is responsive, intuitive and integrated with the inventory system. The development method used includes analysis of user needs, responsive user interface design, and integration with an accurate inventory system. The result of this development is a website-based Sarto Sapi kiosk sales system that is equipped with product search features, shopping carts, and a secure online payment system. This system also allows kiosk owners to manage and update products, as well as track sales and financial reports. The output of this development is increased operational efficiency and growth of the Sarto Sapi kiosk business through the adoption of modern website technology..

Marketplace is a market where sellers and buyers meet which there are many products and various kinds of stores, only done online and online. Only with gadgets, ordered goods have been received and delivered by shipping services (expeditions). But with this, it does not rule out the possibility that unpleasant things do not happen such as damage or even loss of ordered goods. This community service is carried out with the aim of being able to assist program planning in the village. one of which is the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.

This study aims to contribute knowledge about Indonesian consumer behavior and marketing strategies through social media that can help businesses increase their product sales in the increasingly competitive Murung Raya district market. A qualitative research method was used in this study. The research location is the Batu Makap Industrial Tourism Village in Murung Raya Regency. In Batu Makap village, researchers conducted structured interviews with respondents from SMEs and digital village managers. The existence of this information technology has an impact on existing markets and existing business agreements. Steps will be taken to introduce SMEs to digital marketing and attract them to participate in loan programs to use digital marketing techniques. In addition, MSME players will also learn about marketing strategies such as digital marketing, online shopping, and product development. Digital marketing enables marketing and selling products based on customer location. Some MSMEs have mastered using technology to sell their products. In developing a digital village in Makapu Village, Murung Raya District, digital marketing has enabled MSMEs to lead their marketing. Steps have been taken to introduce MSMEs to digital marketing and encourage them to participate in lending programs and use digital marketing techniques.

Street vendors are traders who usually display their wares and sell by utilizing public spaces in the community. Therefore, public space certainly becomes something meaningful for these street vendors. However, unfortunately, as a street vendor who has never officially obtained permission from the government to have the freedom to use this public space as their selling stall, the potential for eviction will continue to exist and threaten their existence and the activities they carry out. Therefore, it is necessary to have concrete solutions prepared, provided and offered by the government so that they can regain their rights as part of society to use and access public spaces or the environment in order to make a living and survive. The existing solutions must be in the form of things and points that benefit any party and not just one side, but the entire community and the government and the country itself. In this case, the government is significantly trying to find a solution and so are the street vendors themselves to prepare life defense strategies both in the social and economic fields so as to avoid a decline or impact that can be caused if at any time evictions or relocations are carried out.

Sibalaya Selatan Village has 6 SMEs consisting of culinary SMEs, selling/product SMEs and service SMEs. South Sibalaya Village does not yet have policies or programs related to the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village. In the development of MSMEs, there is a need for cooperation between internal parties, namely business actors and external parties, namely the government to optimize their potential and improve the economy. This is what prompted research on the role of the village government in the development of MSMEs in South Sibalaya Village.

Introduction: The internet provides various conveniences, including in buying and selling transactions or so-called e-commerce. E-commerce provides many benefits, and there were 2,361,423 e-commerce businesses in Indonesia in 2020. E-commerce is a legitimate buying and selling transaction if it does not deviate from the principles of Islamic sharia law. Purpose: To understand the meaning of e-commerce, its development, and the Islamic law perspective on it. Method: The method used is literature study from relevant journals, books, and fatwas. Results and Conclusion: E-commerce is a buying and selling transaction process carried out through the internet. E-commerce has several advantages compared to traditional commerce, such as the buying and selling process can be done anywhere and anytime. E-commerce in Indonesia has developed since 1999 until now, and it has always been accompanied by improvements. The largest e-commerce service providers in Indonesia are Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Elevania, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Matahari Mal.com. E-commerce has been declared legitimate by MUI, NU, and ulama.

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital, Quality Costs, Selling Prices, and Digital Marketing on the Profit of Pottery MSMEs in Klaten Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population of pottery MSMEs in Klaten Regency is 400 MSMEs with a total research sample of 80 respondents confirmed using the Slovin formula. The results showed that partially the Capital variable had a significant effect on the profit of pottery MSMEs in Klaten Regency. The Selling Price has a significant effect on the Profit of pottery MSMEs in Klaten Regency while the Quality Cost does not have a significant effect on the Profit of Pottery MSMEs in Klaten Regency and Digital Marketing does not have a significant effect on the Profit of Pottery MSMEs in Klaten Regency.

The implementation of public order for street vendors (PKL) is still a problem, due to the lack of handling carried out by the local government, causing the community to deliberately violate the trading place. The background of this research is to find out the obstacles in carrying out the duties of the civil service police unit in the Karimun sub-district in controlling street vendors. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources in observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of the four main elements of performance evaluation measurement according to Mahsum (2013: 26) namely (1) the goals and objectives carried out by SATPOL PP have been carried out in accordance with established regional regulations even though there are several street vendors in the Puan market Maimun who has not optimally understood the regulations from SATPOL PP. (2) the performance measurement of SATPOL PP as public control can be said to be quite effective even though not as a whole in socializing the ban on selling on public roads. (3) in measuring the level of achievement of SATPOL PP targets, it can be said that the level of achievement is in the category of success in providing solutions related to selling on the roadside, it's just that there is a lack of strategy in spatial planning. (4) in evaluating the performance of SATPOL PP it has been optimal but there is still a lack of routine supervision and maximum sanctions, this is due to the lack of firm attitude and commitment from officers who violate the rules so that the handling of street vendors is not optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the Karimun Regency SATPOL PP has carried out public control of street vendors at the Puan Maimun market in accordance with regional regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning public order. suggestions that SATPOL PP should provide regular outreach regarding the orderly regulations for street vendors, supervise officers who are undisciplined, give directions evenly and stipulate strict sanctions against street vendors who violate the rules.

The method used in this research is literature study, namely by searching various written sources, both in the form of journals, archives, magazines, books, articles, and relevant documents so that the information obtained from the literature study is used as a reference. to strengthen existing arguments. Sales of laboratory coats must provide quality products at affordable prices. The application of mix marketing aims to maintain and optimize product quality, obtain competitive prices in the market, increase sales onset and increase the number of customers.

Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a place used to collect waste that has been sorted first. The selected waste is then collected and made crafts. Garbage Bank with good potential to be able to increase people's income. Making packaging at the Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a form of support for the creativity of the community that makes interesting works from waste. This program aims to help the Gulon Asri Waste Bank by utilizing leftover fabrics to be developed as packaging so as to increase the commercial value of the product. The public can create economical value packaging with attractive packaging. Then, the waste bank community can also increase environmental and community awareness by empowering existing resources, increasing motivation, and community creativity. The community can also develop creativity in making sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging so that the products created by the waste bank have attractive packaging by utilizing cloth waste as well and have high selling power.

Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices

The digitalization of the economy gave rise to a variety of e-commerce that rivaled and detracted from youth and adult consumers on Facebook. The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of adolescent and adult consumers in products promoted through Facebook social media in the rural areas of South Brebes, Rembang and Kudus. 10 people were represented in each region consisting of 5 teenagers and 5 adults using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation and interviews with researchers as the main research instruments. The research was carried out in each of the designated rural areas. The data from this study were analyzed using inductive analysis techniques and data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this study showed that the interest of rural adolescents and adults in products promoted through social media Facebook had differences in terms of objectives, types of products they were interested in, and types of interest. Teenagers are interested in beauty and fashion products with exploratory interest types, while adults are interested in products from daily necessities, household goods, to hobbies, with interest types including transactional, preferential, referential, explorative, and selling interests. Interest in selling is something that is interesting and different from other interests

Desa Balaroa Pewunu memiliki potensi dan Produk UMKM yang bersumber dari sektor pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi serta menyusun strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran Produk keripik pisang tanduk sebagai upaya peningkatan UMKM yang ada didesa Balaroa Pewunu,Kecamatan Dolo Barat, Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional, Metode deskriptif ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang menggambarkan fenomena secara detail agar mendapatkan analisis permasalahan yang lebih dalam dan menyajikan solusi penyelesaian yang tepat. kemudian analisa pengembangan dengan  metode STP (segmentation, targeting, dan positioning) agar mendapatkan strategi pengembangan secara valid dan ilmiah dengan sistem pemasaran dan promosi menggunakan konsep reseller dan direct selling atau secara lansung.  Selain itu kegiatan pengabdian ini pula dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha keripik pisang tanduk. Berdasarkan seluruh penerapan strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran pada keripik pisang tanduk menghasilkan dampak yang cukup positif, dibeberapa bulan terakhir dimulai dari pendampingan pada bulan September hingga desember 2022 tercatat produk keripik pisang telah tersebar di 100 outlet pedagang kecil yang berada di wilayah kecamtan marawola, kecamatan dolo barat, kecamatan dolo selatan dan sekitaran kecamatan terdekat di kabupaten Sigi

Land is fixed, does not change, so that land has a promising investment value for most people, this is due to the tendency for the price or selling value of land to continue to increase. The need for housing for the community has increased the sale and purchase of land, the process of legality in land certification has become crucial and needs to be understood carefully. Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.

The strategic marine and fisheries potential of Situbondo Regency includes a high (106.28 tonnes per year) potential for catching sea milkfish (Chanos chanos). The neighborhood makes very little attempts to use processed sea milkfish, nevertheless. Fishermen on the Situbondo coast catch sea milkfish (Chanos chanos), which is only sold fresh and has a poor selling price. Using this chance, Dpore Meme Micro Business turns fresh marine milkfish into shredded fish with a great nutritious value. Because it has a unique flavor, a softer texture, is more fragrant and delectable, and is packed with nutrients, marine milk floss has a potential commercial opportunity and is highly alluring to the general population. There is a need for marketing development, which includes developing online marketing, expanding the marketing area, increasing collaboration with marketing networks or resellers in areas outside the city of Situbondo, as well as optimizing promotions to support product marketing. Indonesia is one of the countries whose residents have started using the internet in conducting buying and selling business transactions, with the increasing number of internet users and online business transactions, a marketplace, Shopee, was born. Shopee is an online marketplace platform that is used to practice buying and selling goods actively and easily. The products offered by this application are very diverse, ranging from garments, cellphones, beauty products, electronics, sports instruments, medicines, home furnishings, office stationery to food and beverages. Shopee services are implemented in interactions between producers and consumers quickly, easily and precisely. The advantages of Shopee are not only online business transactions, but Shopee is also a source of employment which is quite large and easy to work on. The sales strategy carried out by Shopee is very good so that this makes sellers and buyers more comfortable in shopping. The Shopee application is very suitable to be used as a sales medium because the promotional features provided by Shopee are able to increase the seller's sales profit. From the explanation above, the Hyunbina Collection business has a marketing method to sell products to consumers, it is necessary to use the Shopee Marketplace Sales to increase sales of women's bags. Based on the background of these problems, the authors are interested in compiling a Final Project report with the title "The Effect of Utilizing the Shopee Application in Increasing Sales of Hyunbina Collection".

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.
