This study aims to analyze and find out the analysis of the process of determining polygamous marriage at the Larantuka Religious Court, East Flores Regency. This type of research is an empirical research that uses primary, secondary and tertiary data collected using interview techniques and literature studies and analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that (1) The process of determining polygamous marriage consists of information services, case acceptance and trial activities (2) Factors that affect people not to apply for the determination of polygamy in religious courts, namely lack of knowledge, related to customs and complicated management.

The problem of education, especially in learning, is the low quality, relevance, and efficiency of learning so that the responsiveness and comprehension of students are very low. A learning approach is needed that fosters creativity and innovation in students, namely through the application of Contextual Learning (PKB). This article aims to explain the concept of implementing the Contextual Learning (PKB) model in the educational process in elementary schools. Contextual learning is an educational approach that allows instructors to connect learning materials with real-world scenarios and their relevance in the role of students as family members, citizens, and employees, while fostering active participation in the learning tasks required. The contextual approach (PKB) must be applied, because education is still dominated by the perception that knowledge consists of facts that require memorization. In this scenario, the function and role of the teacher remain dominant, so that students become obedient and uncreative. Students are expected to learn from personal experience rather than memorizing through this contextual approach. PKB emphasizes the importance of student involvement in finding material, highlights the importance of direct experience, and does not anticipate that students only absorb lessons; instead, PKB encourages students to actively seek learning resources. CTL improves students' ability to apply knowledge in real life, which shows that CTL not only aims for students to understand the topic but also understand how the topic affects their behavior in everyday life.

Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) is a type of large pelagic fish that is spread in tropical and subtropical oceans throughout the world and is a leading export commodity of Indonesia. This field work practice aims to increase insightknowledge, skills, and experience in the tuna canning process. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the export of fishery products in the form of tuna in cans. The processing process carried out begins with receiving raw materials, washing and thawing, cutting, then cooking, showering. Furthermore, pre-cleaning and cleaning, metal detecting, filling meat, filling medium, closing cans, sterilization, incubation, labeling and packing, and the stuffing process are carried out. The quality control method used is sig sixma, where the resulting DPMO value is 6.41 and sigma 440.382. Meanwhile, the control chart calculations obtained central line (CL) results, namely points 3,4, and 5. Meanwhile, points 6, 7, and 10 were above the central line (CL) and points 1, 2, 8, and 9 were below the center line (CL). Then the Paretto diagram shows that 31%, 45% of can lid scratch damage, and 60% of can body scratch damage.

This study aims to find out and analyze the obstacles in the process of investigating sexual violence against women with disabilities in the jurisdiction of the Ende Resort Police This research is an empirical juridical research, with field study data collection techniques with interview studies and literature studies. The data obtained were then presented in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this study show that: (1) the obstacles experienced by the Ende Resort Police investigators come from various factors such as Legal Factors, namely the unavailability of examination operational standards for people with disabilities; Factors of Law Enforcement Officials, lack of understanding of the apparatus regarding disabilities, limited investigation budget, difficulty in finding witnesses; Facilities and Infrastructure factors, lack of accessibility of buildings and rooms and unavailability of sign language interpreters; Community Factor, the community is less cooperative and the perpetrator escapes. (2) Efforts made include: capacity training for investigating officers, provision of facilities and infrastructure, submission of additional fees, cooperation with the ranks of the Police in finding escaped criminal offenders, and approaches through socialization to the community.

The process of issuing the Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) document for vessel health at the Class I Quarantine Health Office by PT. TarunaCipta Kencana Dumai Branch ensures that every ship entering a port is in a healthy condition, free from diseases and pests. The issuance of the vessel health document is handled by the Quarantine Health Office. Before docking at Dumai port, PT. TarunaCipta Kencana acts as an agency representing the ship owner/principal in handling all matters related to the vessel’s interests. The company can also appoint other sub-agents to serve other vessels. PT. TarunaCipta Kencana Dumai Branch collaborates with various related agencies at Dumai port, providing services for the ship and crew (ABK) before, during, and after docking. The issuance of the vessel health quarantine document begins with a submission by the agent to the Quarantine Health Office (BKK), followed by an inspection by health officers, and finally issuing the Certificate of Free Pratique (COP) and PHQC. The data collection methods used were Field Research and Library Research, ensuring that the process of issuing PHQC documents adheres to established procedures.

: Background: Nutrients are obtained from food and fluids which are then assimilated by the body. Nutrition itself is one of the factors that can support the wound healing process, there are things that are no less important that must be considered as well, namely the nutrients from the food we eat during the wound healing process. Objective: The purpose of postoperative diet is to strive for the patient's nutritional status to return to normal immediately to accelerate the healing process and increase the patient's immune system, by providing basic needs (fluids, energy, protein), replacing the loss of protein, glycogen, iron, and other nutrients, correcting electrolyte and fluid imbalances, preventing and stopping bleeding. Methods: The media used in health education activities is leaflets. Through leaflets we hope that the delivery of material can be understood by participants and can be delivered well.Results: The results of observations from this health education activity, that the majority of participants are active in asking questions and answering questions given by the health education team and can explain the essence of the material that has been delivered by the speaker Conclusion: Of the 20 patient families who attended 15 people had understood the fulfillment of nutritional needs for the correct post op wound healing process.

Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

Marriage or Marriage is a very strong contract (misaqon ghalidzan) to justify a sexual relationship between a man and a woman for the sake of realizing a happy family life, which is filled with a sense of peace and affection according to the rules approved by Allah.  In legal research, there are two types of research, namely normative (doctrinal) research and empirical research. The type of research used in preparing this thesis is a combination of normative (doctrinal) research and empirical research. The location for data collection in this research was at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court, Jalan Mahoni No.3 Komp. Deli Serdang Regency Government Offices. The technique of designating a word that is abstract and not manifested in objects, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, exams (tests), documentation, etc. The data analysis technique used in this legal research uses qualitative analysis Based on research results, the factors that cause divorce fall into various categories such as adultery, drunkenness, madness, gambling, leaving one of the parties, prison law, polygamy, domestic violence (KDRT), constant disputes and quarrels, apostasy, and economic problems. In resolving divorce case Number 1255/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Lpk at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court, the Panel of Judges put forward in-depth legal considerations in deciding the divorce case between Kiki Andriani Binti Giarno (Plaintiff) and Juliandi Nasution Bin Sabran Nasution (Defendant) . The following is a comprehensive explanation of the considerations made by the Panel of Judges in the decision-making process: Based on the process of resolving divorce cases, this shows how the legal system functions to handle domestic disputes by considering various legal factors and relevant facts. So it can be concluded that the factors causing divorce at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. In this research, an analysis of the divorce case decision at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court with Number 1255/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Lpk between Kiki Andriani Binti Giarno as the Plaintiff and Juliandi Nasution Bin Sabran Nasution as Defendant. Based on this decision, there are several main factors that led to the divorce, which reflect the dynamics of the couple's domestic life and are relevant in the general context of divorce at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. Considerations of the Panel of Judges in Settlement of Divorce Cases at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. The decision emphasizes the importance of being present in the legal process and the effectiveness of mediation as an effort to resolve disputes. Penelitian ini mendalami pentingnya memahami karakteristik individu peserta didik dalam merancang proses pembelajaran yang efektif agar pembelajaran dapat mencapai tujuan secara menyeluruh untuk peserta didik. Karakteristik peserta didik adalah faktor-faktor yang ada pada diri peserta didik yang tiap individunya memiliki ciri berbeda dengan individu yang lain. Dengan mengkaji berbagai teori dan penelitian, studi ini menyoroti peran krusial perbedaan individu dalam menentukan keberhasilan belajar. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran dengan karakteristik kognitif, afektif, psikomotor, dan sosial peserta didik. Penelitian ini juga membahas berbagai metode untuk menilai karakteristik peserta didik melalui assesmen diagnostik kognitif maupun assesmen diagnostik nonkognitif seperti melalui observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Selain itu, dibahas pula penerapan penilaian ini dalam merancang pembelajaran yang berdiferensiasi dan berbasis proyek. Dengan menyesuaikan pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan individu, pendidik dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan prestasi peserta didik sehingga apa yang menjadi tujuan dari suatu pembelajaran dapat secara maksimal. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang karakteristik peserta didik sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan efektif. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor seperti gaya belajar, minat, dan pengetahuan awal, pendidik dapat memupuk pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih berpusat pada peserta didik sehingga pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

This research aims to identify barriers to the use of Indonesian in the learning process in the Physical Education, Health and Recreation study program. To measure perceptions and experiences regarding the use of Indonesian in learning, especially in understanding technical content, providing teaching, and communicating between students. This research uses a quantitative approach method by distributing questionnaires to third semester students. The research results show that the majority of respondents think that using Indonesian is effective in understanding basic concepts, but it is difficult to understand technical terms in foreign languages. In addition, misunderstandings often occur between instructors and students, especially in teaching practice environments. Another barrier identified was the lack of specific vocabulary in Indonesian to explain complex concepts in the fields of sport and health. The results of this research indicate that there is a need to adopt terminology in Indonesian that is easier to understand and improve instructors' abilities in creating teaching materials in language that is easier to understand.

The physical work environment and non-physical work environment play an important role in supporting the productivity and operational efficiency of a company. This study aims to analyze work environment factors on business processes in the Production Procurement Department of the Supply Chain Division of PT PAL Indonesia with the challenges of adapting to changes in the workplace and the application of new technology, through several aspects of the work environment, such as work atmosphere, relationships between coworkers and relationships between subordinates and leaders. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that a conducive work atmosphere, effective communication between colleagues, and leadership support play an active and significant role in operational success. A good work environment improves performance and supports the achievement of company goals.

Background: In 2020, there were 2.9 million cases of perineal rupture in mothers giving birth, it is estimated that this will reach 6.8 million in 2050. Childbirth is a process that is vulnerable to various complications that can endanger the mother. Vaginal delivery is more susceptible to tearing of the perineum to varying degrees. Red betel leaves contain essential oils, hydroxycabicol, chabicol, carbibetol, allylcatechol, cineole, tanim, diastase, sugar and starch. Objective: to determine changes in wound healing before and after being given red betel leaf decoction Method: Case study with application to 2 respondents. Respondents were given red betel leaf decoction twice a day in the morning and evening for 5 consecutive days. Wounds were measured using the REEDA scale. Results: After applying red betel leaf decoction, the results showed a decrease in the rate of wound healing in both respondents, there was a decrease in scores from previously Mrs. E 10 becomes 0 (good wound healing) and Mrs. S 11 becomes 1 (poor wound healing). Conclusion: There were changes and differences in the rate of wound healing before and after giving red betel leaf decoction to the two respondents.   Keywords: , ,

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiagnosis kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa/i di SMP Negeri 15 Dumai dalam proses belajar mereka. Kesulitan belajar dapat mempengaruhi hasil akademik dan perkembangan sosial siswa secara signifikan, sehingga identifikasi yang tepat sangat penting untuk perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Angket disebarkan kepada siswa untuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif tentang pengalaman dan tantangan yang mereka hadapi dalam belajar. Hasil dari angket ini kemudian diserahkan kepada guru untuk dianalisis dan digunakan dalam wawancara guna menggali informasi tambahan tentang faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar dari perspektif guru. Analisis data mengidentifikasi penyebab utama kesulitan belajar, termasuk faktor individu seperti kemampuan kognitif dan motivasi, serta faktor pedagogis seperti metode pengajaran dan kualitas materi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar di SMP Negeri 15 Dumai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk metode pengajaran yang kurang efektif dan dukungan akademik yang terbatas. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi guru dalam merancang strategi intervensi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar siswa/i.

This research aims to describe the form of code mixing in the learning process at PDF Al Huda Malikussleh. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data of this study are interactions, speech and learning materials delivered by teachers at PDF Al Huda Malikussaleh. The source of this data is the teacher of PDF Al Huda Malikussaleh. The data collection technique used in this study is the listening technique without speaking, recording technique and note-taking technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 49 code-mixed data. The data were obtained from three different classes with details; 1) class VII Wustha Putra found 13 code-mixed data, 2) class X Wustha Putri found 6 data, and 3) class Ulya found 30 code-mixed data. Furthermore, the code-mixed data are divided into several forms, namely 34 word-form code-mixed data, 8 phrase-form code-mixed data and 7 clause code-mixed data.

Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) mewajibkan ruamh tangga miskin mengikuti persyaratan yang ditetapkan pada Dinsos Kota Binjai. Adapun ketetapan tersebut adalah rumah tangga yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan Dinsos dan memenuhi syarat. Penerimaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) sering kali tidak tepat sasaran, menyebabkan ketidakmampuan program dalam mencapai tujuan utamanya, yaitu mengurangi kemiskinan. Masalah ini dapat berasal dari beberapa faktor yang kompleks. Pertama, proses identifikasi dan verifikasi penerima PKH kurang akurat atau rentan terhadap penyalahgunaan atau manipulasi (Kemensos, 2021). Agar tujuan ini dapat berhasil, maka dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk pembobotan dan pengurutan setiap komponen yang ada, mulai dari yang paling tinggi hingga rendah yaitu Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) merupakan metode perangkingan yang banyak digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan. MFEP merupakan teknik pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria atau faktor yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot dengan pertimbangan tingkat kepentingan yang tepat dengan membandingkan kriteria lainnya. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penerima, pendapatan rumah tangga, anak sekolah, luas rumah, jenis dinding rumah, penyandang disabilitas, sumber air dan jumlah tanggungan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah dengan dibangunnya sistem pendukung ini, dapat membantu Dinas Sosial Kota Binjai dalam menentukan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) serta penggunaan metode MFEP dalam sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan PKH meningkatkan akurasi dalam menentukan calon penerima yang layak. Metode ini mampu mengolah berbagai kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga hasil keputusan lebih objektif dan adil dibandingkan dengan penilaian manual.

An effective accompanying teacher can carry out his duties and functions professionally. Accompanying teachers are teachers who accompany  children while studying in class. The accompanying teacher acts as a bridge in interacting between the core teacher and children who generally still have difficulty concentrating and focusing on paying attention to the core teacher. Because apart from being a therapist, he also helps the main teacher in providing lessons. The aim of this research is to find out how the accompanying teacher program works in the learning planning process at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tulaan Kindergarten, to find out how effective the accompanying teacher program is in the learning process at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten, Tula'an village before there are accompanying teachers, to find out how the process works. learning at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tulaan Kindergarten. The subjects in this research involved accompanying teachers, core teachers and school principals. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, researchers collect data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show in 3 aspects, namely: The accompanying teacher program in assisting the learning process at Ik Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tulaan is good at assisting with lesson plans (RPP) and assisting in creating learning ideas. The effectiveness program for accompanying teachers in the learning process at Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfal Tulaan Kindergarten has been effective and good. And the learning process at Aisyiah Bustanul Athfal Tulaan Kindergarten is very good, accompanying teachers help children in many ways, such as children's concentration, participation in class, socialization, being polite and controlling children's behavior.

Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV) Pelaihari. Pemikiran divergen digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai alternatif solusi, sedangkan pemikiran konvergen membantu mempersempit pilihan menuju keputusan terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari lima orang manajer di PTPN IV Pelaihari yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pengambilan keputusan strategis dan operasional. Objek penelitian adalah proses pengambilan keputusan dalam konteks pengelolaan tenaga kerja dan produktivitas perkebunan plasma. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajer di PTPN IV Pelaihari secara fleksibel menggunakan pemikiran divergen untuk menemukan solusi kreatif dalam menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks, sementara pemikiran konvergen lebih banyak digunakan dalam situasi yang membutuhkan keputusan cepat dan pasti. Faktor-faktor seperti pengalaman manajerial, tekanan waktu, dan ketersediaan informasi memengaruhi cara manajer menggabungkan kedua pendekatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan bagi manajer di PTPN IV Pelaihari, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kemampuan beralih antara pemikiran divergen dan konvergen untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dan produktivitas perkebunan plasma.

Dian Brori. Evaluasi Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi kinerja Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek konteks kelembagaan sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih secara organisasi menunjukkan kinerjanya belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sisi kinerja organisasi juga ditentukan oleh kinerja masing-masing bagian dan tentunya sangat penting bagi kinerja pegawai yang menjadi titik tolak atau ujung tombak. Selanjutnya dari aspek input, saling berkoordinasi dan bekerja sama menjadikan sisi kekuatan kinerja organisasi sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Kemudian dari segi kinerja organisasi pada lembaga sekretariat diawali dengan melakukan evaluasi pada level individu pegawai, kemudian melakukan evaluasi pada sub bidang dan bidang baru secara keseluruhan, evaluasi terhadap berbagai proses sangat penting dilakukan karena dinilai berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja di masa mendatang dan mencari atau menemukan alternatif-alternatif strategi yang tepat. Terakhir dari aspek produk yaitu mendapatkan informasi tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan Lembaga dalam hal ini sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih, maka hasilnya seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya bahwa organisasi ini banyak sekali sisi-sisi lemahnya mulai dari unsur yang terkecil yaitu individu pegawai sampai pada bidang dan keseluruhan Lembaga. Faktor pendukung dari penelitian ini yaitu kerjasama tim serta koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik yang tertanam dalam hati setiap pegawai serta rasa kekeluargaan yang kuat dan saling membutuhkan satu sama lain menjadi faktor pendukung dalam menunjang kinerja pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Kemudian didukung oleh kualitas pegawai yang mumpuni, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kelemahan atau faktor penghambat kinerja organisasi atau lembaga sekretariat DPRD Kota Palembang yaitu belum semua pegawai menguasai sarana berbasis IT, hal ini memang menjadi kendala, namun kedepannya akan dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.
