Health is a state of well-being, encompassing physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects that enable individuals to live productively both socially and economically. Generally, in society, the understanding of clean living behaviors is still low due to a lack of information on the importance of clean living behaviors and the limited facilities that support them. Early introduction to clean living behaviors is crucial so that children become accustomed to practicing them. This community service activity is carried out to enhance the knowledge, awareness, willingness, and ability of the community, especially students of SD GMIT Bone, to engage in Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (PHBS) and to provide facilities that enhance awareness of clean and healthy living. One way to prevent health problems is by educating children on how to wash their hands with soap and the importance of personal hygiene. The PHBS education and practice provided to children help increase their awareness of clean living behaviors and maintaining environmental cleanliness with the facilities provided.

Business strategy is very important in running a business. Increasingly fierce and diverse competition means that entrepreneurs must pay more attention to their business strategies. This is because the business can continue and develop amidst intense competition. According to Pedersen and Ritter (2020), strategy is a plan before it is carried out and followed up through practical activities. Strategy is a unique special preparation activity that differentiates the owner's business strategy from competitors in order to optimize competitiveness. Strategy is a project, meaning it provides solutions for the future and potential users. Strategy is defined as a pattern and shows company activities that can be explained through patterns that emerge from activities that have been planned and carried out previously. Strategy as a position means that entrepreneurs can use all the resources they have, both physical and scientific, to provide unique products to find a market that aims to be superior to competitors. Finally, the strategic perspective refers to the organizational culture of business people to view themselves and their environment as a strategy.

Children who experience abuse in the domestic environment are vulnerable to long-term physical, psychological and emotional impacts. This article discusses legal protection efforts that can be taken to protect children who are victims of domestic abuse. This research explores the international and national legal framework that regulates children's rights and their protection, and focuses on legal instruments that can be used to address this problem. Through a normative legal analysis approach, this article outlines various steps that can be taken by relevant institutions and authorities to ensure strong protection for children who are victims of domestic abuse. Some of the recommended steps include increasing public awareness regarding children's rights, strengthening cooperation between child protection agencies, the police, and the justice system, as well as expanding the definition and enforcement of laws related to domestic abuse. This article also reviews challenges that may arise in the implementation of legal protection efforts, including underreporting of cases, stigmatization, and imbalances in access to justice. Therefore, integrating a multidisciplinary approach and providing psychosocial support to child victims is also an important focus in overcoming this problem. By integrating legal, social and psychological perspectives, this paper concludes that legal protection for children who are victims of domestic abuse requires a comprehensive approach involving various stakeholders. Only through concerted efforts to strengthen the legal framework and its implementation, and ensure equitable access to justice, can children be effectively protected from the impacts of abuse in the domestic context.

The existence of household assistants (ART) is often ignored in labor laws in many countries, including Indonesia. This results in unfair treatment and minimal access for household members to legal protection, which increases the risk of violence against them. This violence includes verbal, physical and sexual harassment, but is difficult for household members to report due to limited legal knowledge and fear of retaliation. Social stigma and lack of support also exacerbate the situation, leaving many cases of violence unreported and perpetrators unaccounted for. This research aims to increase awareness of the importance of legal protection for household members, evaluate the implementation of labor laws, and encourage regulatory changes to expand protection. The research method uses a qualitative and descriptive approach through literature study. The research results show that legal protection for household members in Indonesia is still weak and ineffective, especially because household members are not explicitly regulated in labor law. Key barriers include a lack of rights awareness, training of law enforcement officers, and a culture of amicable resolution of violence. Better legal protection for household members needs to be implemented immediately through the ratification of the Domestic Workers Protection Bill, educational campaigns and training for law enforcement officers. Strong family, community and political support is also needed to create a safer and fairer environment for ART.

: The aim of this research is to find out how legal protection is for minors as recidivists of criminal acts of theft and the causal factors in Gorontalo City. The method used is an empirical approach based on field facts, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that legal protection for children who are recidivists is provided during the legal process, starting from the investigation, arrest and detention stages. The legal process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SPPA Law, and prioritizes the needs, development and growth of children, both physically, mentally and socially. The implementation of legal protection for children who are in conflict with the law, especially for repeat criminals or recidivists, is carried out in the same way as for first-time perpetrators of other criminal acts, but the only difference is that diversion efforts are not applied to those who are recidivists. The protection carried out by the police is to fulfill children's rights in every ongoing legal process; The investigation prioritizes a family atmosphere; and Separate Detention. The cause of children becoming recidivist perpetrators of the crime of theft in Gorontalo City is environmental factors; Economy problem; There is leniency in punishment and lack of effective coaching; and Factors of legal awareness and parental negligence. Therefore, in implementing legal protection for children who commit criminal acts, especially for recidivist perpetrators, law enforcement officers are expected to pay attention to the psychological and social conditions of children, but still prioritize providing a deterrent effect so that perpetrators are afraid to repeat their crimes. These efforts include, for example, implementing existing legal procedures by fulfilling all children's rights, but still carrying out repressive action by providing sanctions as regulated in statutory regulations, and not imposing diversion on perpetrators who repeat criminal acts. Apart from that, the government and especially parents pay as much attention as possible to ensuring life for children, so that they do not become perpetrators of criminal acts such as theft. This is because children are sometimes forced to commit these crimes due to their needs not being met properly, or even due to pressure from other parties.

Some factors that contribute to cancer throughout the digestive system include age, heavy drinking (alcohol), smoking, and diabetes sufferers. This type of liver cancer is cancer that grows in liver cells. Liver cancer is a type of cancer that ranks second as the cancer that causes the most deaths in the world. Gastric cancer is a group of malignant diseases that have multifactorial causes, namely genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors. The symptoms caused by stomach cancer are initially not as typical as the symptoms of general digestive complaints. The diagnosis of colorectal cancer can be carried out in stages, including through an appropriate history, physical examination, and supporting examinations in the form of laboratory examinations, both from clinical laboratories and anatomical pathology laboratories. The etiology of colorectal cancer is currently still unknown. Symptoms of colorectal cancer are varied and non-specific. The main complaints of patients with colorectal cancer relate to the size and location of the tumor. Tumors in the right colon, where the contents of the colon are fluid, tend to remain hidden until they are very advanced.

Children with Special Needs (CSN) are children who have physical or psychological deficiencies. One example is children with Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autistic children have different spectrums in each child. Every child with ASD has unique characteristics; they all have neurological issues, but their preferences and ways of adapting to their environment vary from child to child. Children with ASD require special education or therapy to be trained to become independent in the future. Children with ASD are one type of CSN, and they, of course, require welfare services and will interact with social workers. Social workers will intervene using social work methods and provide programs to restore the social functioning of children with ASD. The goal of this fieldwork is a form of dedication to the community. Through the prayer learning that has been implemented, it is hoped that children with ASD will be able to meet their spiritual needs as religious individuals.

Bullying is any form of bullying or violence that is intentionally perpetrated by a stronger individual or group of people with the aim of inflicting physical, emotional, or psychological harm on others. Bullying can occur anywhere, including at school, and can be carried out by teachers, students, or adults in the school environment. Many cases of bullying today attract the attention of practitioners to intervene with victims of bullying. One of them is MR, a junior high school student who is a victim of bullying at his school. He often received treatment that indicated bullying from classmates. Through this activity, practitioners are interested in intervening with MR (client) regarding the bullying case he experienced. The purpose of this activity is to examine the causes of bullying against clients and help make behavioral changes in clients such as communication skills and increased self-confidence. The method used is casework intervention in identifying client problems. The results showed that the client became more confident when communicating with others and speaking in front of people and began to dare to defend himself if he received treatment that indicated bullying.

Student delinquency cannot be separated from the impact in science that is constructed on the pattern of subject-object relationships. Through the objectivity of the education system in Indonesia, goals, principles, social organizations, teaching methods, assessments, students, curriculum, facilities and funding, this relational pattern is rooted. Violence against children is no longer limited to the private sector, but extends to wider society. Schools are places where violence occurs in children and this is a concern that is often discussed. Not only teachers can commit violence against students, but fellow students themselves can also commit violence against children. Bullying is the form of violence most often perpetrated by female students, and physical violence, such as fighting and threats, is most often perpetrated by female students. There are four times when children are most likely to experience violence. During recess, after school, when changing classes, and when no one is in class. Most violent incidents occur outside the school environment, not within the school environment. One way to prevent bullying at school is to explain the causes of the problem by considering the function and role of education at home, school and society.

This research analyzes legal protection for workers who are victims of sexual harassment in industrial areas, with a case study of decision number 83/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2023/PN Srg. Legal protection is an effort to create a sense of security for victims from harassment and threats, which are divided into preventive and repressive forms. Based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, this protection covers basic workers' rights, including protection from sexual harassment. This case study illustrates the implementation and challenges in implementing the law at PT Nikomas Gemilang, which involved physical sexual harassment by one male worker against several female workers. The court's decision to reject the perpetrator's lawsuit shows the importance of effective legal protection. The research results show that existing legal protection is not optimal and requires strengthening internal company policies as well as supervision from the government to create a safe and conducive work environment.
