The purpose of this study is to analyse the short-term and long-term economic dynamics based on the Phillips Curve regarding the relationship between inflation and unemployment. The analysis results show that there is an inverse relationship between inflation and unemployment when viewed from the Phillips Curve model in the short-term. The concept of the Natural Rate of Unemployment (NRU) and the Non-Rapid Inflationary Unemployment Rate (NAIRU) emphasizes that the relationship between inflation and unemployment in the long term will weaken due to people's inflation expectations. The results of the study also show that globalization and rapid technological developments are increasingly blurring the traditional relationship between inflation and unemployment, and the importance of adaptive monetary and fiscal policies. The results of this study provide insight for policymakers to formulate more effective strategies to manage inflation and unemployment.

The transformation of public sector accounting is critical for enhancing the quality of public services. This evolution is driven by the need for greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency within government operations. Traditional accounting practices, often characterized by a focus on compliance and financial reporting, are being replaced by more comprehensive frameworks that emphasize performance measurement and management. This shift is largely influenced by globalization, technological advancements, and the increasing expectations of citizens for improved public services. By adopting modern accounting practices, public sector organizations can better align their financial management strategies with service delivery goals, thus fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key elements of this transformation include the integration of performance indicators into accounting systems, the use of budgeting as a tool for strategic planning, and the implementation of accrual accounting. These practices facilitate more nuanced understanding of the resources used in delivering services and the outcomes achieved. Moreover, the adoption of digital technologies in accounting processes enhances data accessibility and enables real-time reporting, which supports informed decision-making. Ultimately, the transformation of public sector accounting is not merely a technical change but a fundamental shift in how public organizations operate. By focusing on outcomes and accountability, this transformation encourages  more responsive and efficient public service, thereby improving the overall quality of services provided to citizens.

A huge number of stakeholders rely on the bank's financial statements. Such financial accounts must be of the highest caliber, particularly in light of the emergence of globalization. The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) were created to provide high-quality financial reporting in addition to universal standards. Over the past 10 years, Nigerian banks' financial statements have been called into question to the point where several of these banks failed. The purpose of this study is to investigate how IFRSs have affected Nigerian banks' financial statements quality, with a focus on the relevance, comparability, and clarity of their goals. The study's conclusions were reached using a case study methodology. There is a survey involving various stakeholders, both internal and external, through the use of a questionnaire. To analyze the data, the Chi-Square method was used. The X2-calculated value of 14.96 is more than the X2-critical/table value of 5.99 at 0.05 LOS, indicating a substantial association between the adoption of IFRS and the comparability objectives of Nigerian banks, according to the results. Further research revealed that the adoption of IFRS has a significant impact on relevancy quality, as the X2-calculated value of 14.0 is higher at 0.05 LOS than the X2-critical/table value at 5.99. The implementation of IFRS has also been proven to have a considerable impact on Nigerian banks' clarity objectives, as evidenced by the fact that the X2-calculated value of 25.4 is more than the X2-critical/table value of 5.99 at 0.05 LOS. It was determined that the implementation of IFRS has an important influence on the standard of Nigerian banks' financial statements. Enforcing the use of IFRS in the preparation and publication of financial statements is advised. If the accounts meet the standards' requirements, the auditors should state so

Globalization affects the development of technology that facilitates human activities, but also presents a threat in the form of cyber crime. Cyber crime utilizes computers and the internet as its main tools. However, KUHAP has not fully regulated the validity of electronic evidence which is vital in handling cyber crime cases. This lack of clarity will not provide justice, benefit, and legal certainty to the community, as the purpose of the law itself should be. Therefore, the discussion of the validity of electronic evidence is important, considering its influence in deciding a case. With the alignment of das sein and das sollen, it is hoped that the real purpose of law will be achieved. This research highlights the urgency of legal reform along with technological developments in order to reduce the reduction of legal objectives and realize dynamic positive law in Indonesia. This type of research is normative juridical research or normative legal research. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of relevant laws.

Politeness, for Javanese people is very important. Javanese culture highly upholds politeness or Eastern customs. A person's manners can be seen and assessed from their behavior (patrap) and speech (subasita/unggah-ungguh). So there is a proverb that says "Ajining raga tumata ing busana, ajining dhiri gumantung kedaling lathi", this expression implies that whether someone is good or not can be assessed from the way they dress and speak. Along with the development of the era of globalization today, Javanese cultural values are increasingly being degraded. . The younger generation who are reluctant to apply the manners of Javanese language which are considered complicated, they also have difficulty using polite and respectful language (ragam krama). The reason is that manners are considered difficult so that they (especially young people today) are afraid that if they apply the correct manners incorrectly, they will be considered impolite or arrogant; the second reason is that Javanese language (ungguh-ungguh) is perceived as not bringing progress to their future ideals. Thus, socialization of Javanese politeness was held for elementary school students, with the aim of improving students' character and instilling politeness from an early age. Socialization was carried out for students in grades 5 and 6 at SDN 01 Kayumas and SDN 02 Kayumas. The delivery of simple materials and direct practice made it easier for students to understand the politeness material.

This study examines the shift in social values in the inheritance rights of Karo Muslim women in Lingga Culture Village, Karo Regency. This research uses qualitative research and descriptive method. Information was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and Karo Muslim family members and documentation. The findings of the study reveal that there is a significant change in the distribution of inheritance rights of Karo Muslim women, from previously not getting their share to now being more fair and equal. The patriarchal culture in Karo society places men at a higher level than women. The Lingga Cultural Village community initially applied customary law, namely "Ajar dibata reh tua-tua sinuria" which means the teachings of ancestors in the distribution of inheritance rights, the inheritance of parents is only given to sons as heirs while daughters are not recognized as heirs and will only get "pemberen" which means gifts from parents. According to Max Waber's theory of social action, the division of inheritance rights is carried out using customary laws that have become social customs because these actions have meanings and values that are now showing a shift in Karo society. However, along with the times and increasing public awareness of the importance of gender equality, the rules for the distribution of inheritance in Lingga Cultural Village began to change. The occurrence of this social value shift is influenced by religious factors, education, jurisprudence, and globalization.

The Islamization of science movement is important to study because of Muslim intellectuals' concerns about the scientific crisis faced by Muslims due to the influence of secular Western science. Previous research often only discusses theoretical aspects without linking them to concrete challenges in the millennial era. Therefore, the problem formulation in this study focuses on how Muslim intellectuals respond to the idea of Islamization of science and its relevance in the current social, cultural and technological context. This research used a descriptive-analytical-critical qualitative approach to understand the views of Muslim intellectuals. Data were obtained through document analysis, which were then analyzed using thematic analysis method to identify emerging patterns and themes. The results show that the integration of Islamic values with modern science has significant relevance, especially in providing ethical guidance in dealing with technological developments. A significant new finding is that the Islamization of science can serve as a solution in maintaining cultural and Islamic identity in the midst of rapid globalization. Recommendations for future research include the need for more integrated policy development between Islamic education and modern science, as well as more in-depth analysis of the practical implications of the Islamization of science in the context of Muslim societies.

In the era of globalization, identity and cultural crises are increasingly prevalent in many societies, including in Indonesia. This is caused by the integration of new cultures and values that obscure the roots of local traditions. Cultural Islamic boarding schools play an important role in responding to this phenomenon by offering a holistic approach that combines religious education with the preservation of local culture. The Ndalem Wongsorogo Cultural Islamic Boarding School in Kendal, Central Java, is a real example in the effort to preserve local traditions and identities. This boarding school not only teaches religious values, but also arts, culture, and practical skills such as barista and fine arts. This approach allows students to develop a more holistic understanding of their identity, combining faith with local wisdom. With routine activities such as gamelan practice, klenengan, and hadroh, this boarding school functions as a center for the preservation of arts and traditions as well as a repository of cultural heritage. This article explores the role of cultural boarding schools in maintaining cultural identity amidst the flow of globalization and offers insights into how this institution can become an adaptive educational model that answers the challenges of modernization without abandoning cultural roots
