This study aims to analyze the role of the head of the Madrasah's academic supervision in improving the performance of teachers at MTs Darurrahman Rimbo Bujang, Tebo Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Interviews are conducted with the head of the Madrasah, teachers, and other educational staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the academic planning and supervision processes implemented. Direct observations of teaching and learning activities, along with document analysis of the work plans, are carried out to delve into the implementation of planned programs. The findings indicate that the head of the Madrasah's academic planning is crucial for enhancing teacher performance. The head of the Madrasah develops a structured plan involving all relevant stakeholders, setting clear goals, and planning periodic training programs. The implementation of academic supervision is conducted through a collaborative approach, where the head of the Madrasah and the supervision team provide constructive feedback to teachers following direct classroom observations. The follow-up of the supervision is also a critical aspect, with a report on supervision results being prepared and regular meetings held to evaluate teachers' progress. With this follow-up, it is expected that teachers receive the necessary support for ongoing development, creating a culture of reflection and continuous improvement in the learning process.

The era of digitalization has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education. However, the existence of traditional games is increasingly eliminated due to technological developments. This study examines the implementation of the traditional game of ball ball as an interactive learning medium of the earth's gravitational force for elementary / middle school students. Using  the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study identifies the benefits of the game of ball ball in improving students' understanding, motivation, and learning outcomes through a fun and interactive approach. The results of the study show that the ball game is able to integrate the concept of the earth's gravitational force in a simple but effective way. The game also facilitates the development of students' cognitive, psychomotor, affective, social, and spiritual aspects. The use of the game of ball in learning not only increases students' interest but also creates an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. The conclusion of this study confirms that the traditional game of bekel ball is an innovative and relevant learning medium in teaching physics concepts, especially the earth's gravitational force. The practical implications can be used as a guideline for educators to develop learning strategies based on local wisdom that support in-depth conceptual understanding. The purpose of implementing Community Service (PkM) is to overcome the problems faced by community service partners, namely difficulties in learning accounting for class XII SOS students at SMAK St. Darius Larantuka. This activity is also a follow-up to the previous study entitled "Analysis of Difficulties in Learning Accounting for the Sub-Material of Service Company Worksheets for Class XII SOS Students at SMAK St. Darius Larantuka in the 2024/2025 Academic Year". The form of community service carried out is training and assistance in compiling worksheets for service companies. The participants involved were 20 students from class XII SOS 2. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely: 1) delivery of material regarding worksheets for service companies, 2) practice of compiling worksheets, and 3) evaluation of work results. The material was delivered collaboratively by the economics subject teacher, Mr. Abel Andisolo Sogen, S.Pd, and the community service lecturer, Mrs. Maria Fatima B. Beribe, M.Pd. In the practice stage, participants were asked to compile worksheets based on the case studies that had been submitted. During this process, participants were assisted by the service team until they achieved the expected results. To measure the participants' abilities and skills in compiling working papers, they were then asked to complete different case study questions independently. The results of the participants' work were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods, which showed an increase in understanding and skills during independent practice compared to during mentoring. This is reflected in the scores obtained by the participants, which ranged from 85 to 95, and reached the target of 90% of what the service team wanted. However, there were several participants who had difficulty in compiling working papers due to lack of accuracy in the calculations, so that the calculation results in the Balance Sheet column were not balanced.

The enhancement of student learning outcomes is a primary goal of various innovations in teaching methods. This study systematically reviews the effectiveness of cooperative learning methods, specifically Jigsaw Learning and Numbered Heads Together (NHT), in improving student learning outcomes. Using a systematic literature review approach, the research analyzes twelve studies published between 2019 and 2025 that compare these two methods. The findings indicate that both Jigsaw Learning and NHT possess unique strengths; Jigsaw Learning fosters deep understanding through collaborative expertise, while NHT promotes active participation through structured discussions. Despite some studies showing no significant differences in effectiveness, others highlight context-dependent advantages of each method. The implications suggest that educators should consider the specific learning objectives and student characteristics when selecting or combining these methods to optimize educational outcomes.

Education is the foundation for developing high-quality human resources. Students' academic success is influenced by internal factors, such as study habits, and external factors, such as social support. Study habits include time management, reading, and structured learning strategies, while social support involves attention, recognition, and assistance from family, friends, and the academic environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of study habits and social support on the academic achievement of students at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. A quantitative research method with a causal-comparative design was employed. A sample of 93 active students from the 2021-2023 cohorts was selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results revealed that study habits and social support simultaneously contributed significantly to academic achievement. Study habits had a greater impact compared to social support. Social support creates a conducive learning environment, strengthens motivation, and enhances students' comfort in completing academic tasks. However, structured and disciplined study habits remain the key to academic success. These findings underscore the importance of developing effective study habits, such as time management and the use of effective learning methods, alongside strengthening social support to achieve optimal academic outcomes. Collaborative efforts between individuals, families, and educational institutions are essential.

Fine arts learning in elementary schools has an important role in developing students' creativity and artistic spirit. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in shaping the artistic spirit of elementary school students. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with an experimental group that applies CTL learning and a control group that uses conventional learning methods. The research subjects were students, and the data collection instruments included a drawing test, observation, and questionnaire. To compare the learning outcomes of both groups, the data were analyzed using t-test. The results showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups. Students who followed CTL learning showed improvement in creativity, self-expression, and understanding of fine art concepts compared to the control group. The findings indicate that CTL learning is effective in shaping students' artistic spirit, giving them the opportunity to connect learning materials with daily life through various interesting and challenging activities, which encourage them to think critically, creatively, and collaboratively. In addition, since CTL learning makes students feel more involved and active in the learning process, it can increase their motivation to learn.
